Sir/Madam,
When I was going through my Simpl payment details, I found that on May 07, 2022, Zomato was wrongly charged me for Rs.499 through Simpl pay. I could not found any online orders through Zomato for the same amount. May 7th, date at 12.38pm, you charged Rs 499, and at 12.40pm the charges were Rs.151.13 made through Simpl pay. The order in Zomato showing only the 2nd one for Rs.151.13, no order for Rs.499.
I have attached my Zomato & Simple statements for your reference.
I was shocked for this unethical practices of Zomato; I need to get a proper explanation & action on this issue.
I keep sending emails to customer service [protected]@zomato.com &
[protected]@zomato.com, and getting only auto reply 48-72 hrs, and no proper responses from Zomato.
This is the height of Zomato customer services. No proper responses to the customer issues like this, and charging extra amount like this from customers.
Now people need to take extra caution in ordering through Zomato & Simple platforms.
