        But i instant say within 1 minute and first i inform to restaurant don't make my food for me
        After i call coustomer support and say my reason and i am also say to delivery boy don't pickup and deliver food i don't want to waste food please release 75rs cancellation charge also next time i carefully order
        Because i order thorough lazypay and automatic detect otp and process i were also tap on back but order successfully please refund 75 rs also
        When i order instantly say to resturant don't prepare food for me
        And he say ok
        I have recording also of restaurant
        And i also say delivery boy i were try to cancel order plz dont come and go to restaurant and i also instantly say to coustomer support please first time i don't know about this charge please also give 75 refund next time if i mistake you can charge

              I made an order from Pizza Hut ITPL Main Road on 05.06.2022 at around 8:30 pm. My order was a prepaid order. The Zomato delivery guy was so rude, he didn't deliver the order to my location. Moreover he cancelled my order and said he has returned it back to Pizza Hut. I went to Pizza Hut to collect my order and they confirmed that my order has not been returned. So basically my order has been stolen by the delivery guy himself. When I called him, his behaviour was so rude he said that he has thrown away the order. He was basically misleading me all this time. This is a crime. I need Zomato to look into this matter and I need my money refunded.

                I ordered food from zomato..the delivery partner didnot reach in timeand when i checked the app to look into the matter it said that the payment was deducted and the delivery partner couldnot contact me . Now why should I pay for the incompetence of the delivery partner. I mentioned my address very clearly. All of this seems like a scam to me and now my money is gone. zoomato doesnot even have proper customer care services...It's chat bot says that the payment was deducted which was not at all my fault and it seems like you can't do anyhting about this. I am so let down by zomato .Please take action.

                    The product Starbucks coffee was delivered in damaged condition, I shared pics with zomato customer care but their was no resolution from zomato side to resolve this.
                    Some of the customer executive cut off the chat completely without resolving the issue.

                      We order food from Tadka Fry Restaurant, Mohali through Zomato and next day we all started feeling sick followed by vomiting. One o[censored]s was hospitalized because of food poisoning and others are on medication.
                      This kind of restaurants which provide poor quality of food which can affect health should be removed from zomato or atleast quality of food should be ensued. So please do the needful.
