I have ordered food from zomato. And after a long waiting period of one hour they have cancelled my order. I have asked for a compensation for that but they are bot ready to give compensation. I request you to kindly take serious action and provide me with good compensation

          My zomato account suspended due to bgv failed. My login I'd FE1917844 and it is still showing pending and it will take 3-6 hrs since 2 today's. They simply playing with us and no customer care is responded. I have paid 100 and this is the way they are treating

              I have booked order under I'd no.[protected] and [protected] for delivery of breakfast. I ad paid the food charges and also tip to deliver partner KANDUKURI BABJI. Even after one hour he could not deliver despite the fact that the restaurant is within 3-4 minutes drive from my address. Please arrange to return my money along with penalty for failure to comply.

                  I Had tried to create a zomato delivery partner account with my mobile number [protected].
                  All the procedures and steps had cleared by me. Then they requested me an amount of RS 1280 for their bag and accessories, So I paid the amount the bank statement attaching below.
                  After the payment it shows that delivery of accessories will be available in 2-3 days . So i closed the app and waited.
                  But today when i try to open the app my account has been logged out automatically so I try to login once more. But the situation goes wrong when i enter my mobile number and request for otp it shows as below attached video.
                  *Blacklisted mobile phone detected*

                  I don't know why this happened and what is the reason behind this issue.

                          I ordered food from Zomato last night and I had a very bad experience from delivery boy which happened in front of my ten year old daughter.
                          I have enabled my location and entered address with landmark details and the boy to the front of my house and refused to come inside.when i enquired the reason he said he couldn't find my house.I came out to collect the order and he started arguing and abusing me and used bad language. Staff was very arrogant and shouted at me on the street.
                          It seems Zomato has taken it lightly and not acted on it.Incase if I dint get proper solution i will lodge a police complaint
