I ordered from zomato yesterday and I got some missing items. I raised a complaint through the app but the app said to mail zomato customer care. I then emailed them about the issue, but they didn't revert back. it's been 21 hours and not a single word from them. I am highly disappointed with this kind of service given by Zomato. these issues should be resolved immediately.

    I live in hyderabad, I contacted zomato as my order was very late. Agent Saichandan was chatting with me. I told him either r
    Cancel and refund or deliver the order. He said sorry and ended the chat without giving resolution.

    I was schocked to see such behavior. As I am a plus member still I got disrespected.
    I need justice.

      Food cost was 99.7/- as charged by the restaurant but while ordering in zomato it was shown 199/- and with taxes and charges it was around 262.98/-.. Post which on some discount 99.50/- was reduced and finally i was charged around 164/-..How can zomato charge double for a food item???

        Dear Team
        I have ordered food in McDonald's around 8 30 PM on 20th May 2022 and the order was placed and amount is deducted however in the app its showing sorry for delay we will deliver the food in 20 mns but at the time of 9 10 PM some one called and said order is canceled, why would u get my order and why should you canceled 😞, my family is waiting for long time but the order was cancelled I am a pro plus customer and ordered several time but this time I am not happy.

It has been 9 days still my account has not activated please stop this fraud of Zomato to its new joiner I will never use Zomato app in my life again this is a fraud company and I hate this...

                                    Dear team today i ordered food with order id as per in attachment .
                                    Firstly :your delievery guy behaved abusively and arrogantly and delivered food in very bad way .
                                    Secondly :food was smelling very badly
                                    And And when i connected to cosmer care one of your arrogent executive named Prashanto asking me to provide clear images so that he can detect food is burnt and is smeeling ?How you can smell food from pic ?He arrogently refust toprovude solution for exective brhvr and food qualty and also said that he can not connect to supervisor and zomato is not responsible for food quality in written statemnt to me .
