      In the app it shows 3-6 hours to activate but still it is not activated

        Hello. I ordered 1 Falafel Shots and 1 Potato Chill Shots from Ovenstory Pizza, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi on 2nd June 2022. This has been one of my worst experience from Zomato. My order number is ([protected]). The agent delivering was rude and came late. The food was pathetic. The shots were oily and stale and definitely old. The dips which came were sour and tasted like a monstrosity on tongue. When I raised my issue with the staff they were not helpful either. One agent, (Ishita) closed the chat on me and gave nothing but computer generated replies and no resolution other than the standard write a review on the restaurant page. When I tried it happened again. Late computer generated replies which do not resolve anything. I have been a loyal, regular and a high rated customer of Zomato for years now. I have been very disappointed with this kind of service and response and I only write for The Right to be Heard and The Right to Redressal. This experience really makes you question the role of Zomato. If this issue is not heard I assure you that Zomato would have lost a true customer today.

          It was Zomato's within time or free order. Hence the restaurant is taking time to give the order. Instead of giving the order for free Zomato cancelled the order. I told them I will wait more time. This is ridiculous. I need proper solution for this

            ๏ปฟ I had gone to Delhi on 18 May 2022 and went for dinner at a restaurant in Connaught Place. I wanted to pay the bill of Rs 9972.85 though Zomato Gold as there was a discount. I tried to pay the bill online at Zomato via IndusInd bank credit card and entered the OTP. However after a long wait the link just expired. I tried again and the same thing happened. Then I used my UPI ID and paid the bill.

            Next day I received messages that both the transactions on my IndusInd card account went through. I have already raised this with Zomato - see screenshot. The UPI payment that I have made was via reference number

            I request you to kindly reverse both these debits from my account.

                        I ordered food from Ovenstory Pizza online through Zomato at 8:36 pm using card on 30th May. We waited for an hour and then saw that the app said that the order has been delayed and would take 22 minutes as it was still being prepared. Half an hour later called the restaurant to check on the status, the guy said itโ€™d take 20 minutes, another half an hour later I called again and got told that my order has been canceled as the delivery guy wasnโ€™t available. The app is frozen and still showing that it will take 22 minutes. Donโ€™t know how Iโ€™ll be getting my money back. Tried to call the zomato landline and it doesnโ€™t even work. What even is the point of it? To sum it up I waited over two hours for my food just to get told that my order has been canceled. Please improve upon your service.

                            I Lal Chand, i work Zomato Since 4 Month, My id is terminated du to poor performance, order is cancelled, i have no order cancelled because my phone issue due to As I told the customer care that there was some problem with my phone, due to which the order got canceled.

                              I have been a great user of Zomato and I am a foody too. I used to order food from zomato on regular basis. I got a bad quality food and requested for refund but after sometime I got my account suspended. Its been almost 3 years now and its still the same. I am now living in Bangalore and request to activate my account.

                                My order no. [protected] with Zomato placed on 29th May 30, 2022 at 10.00 pm was cancelled due to order denied by delivery partner to deliver. After waiting 1 and half hour till around 11.30 pm my order got cancelled and I have not yet received my refund also. Matter was raised with Zomato Interactive Assistant ( zia ) and they informed that, your order has been cancelled due to an address mismatch and also informed money paid was deducted as cancellation charges for your order since we have to compensate our partners for the same. In this reference I want to inform that, address provided in the order was correct and saved one as Home with the Zomato app and regularly I am picking the same address at the time of placing the order.

                                Mail has also been send to zomato.com on raising the issue and ticket vide Id no. 17546968 also been initiated for the issue. I have also attached screen shot of the order summary along with ordered address for their ready reference. Now received the mail response from Zomato mentioning that, We understand that you have been charged a cancellation fee of INR 725.75. As per our policy if the order is prepared/ out for delivery and address provided by the customer is incorrect or user wants the order at a different address, a cancellation fee is charged as it leads to food wastage. As checked with the delivery person, the address provided by you was incorrect, due to which the order was declined. Since the food was already dispatched, we won't be able to initiate a refund for this instance.

                                I am totally disagree with Zomato as in the same address they delivered several times in the past. Itโ€™s false and they want to cover their own mistakes and mistake of their delivery person. Itโ€™s unfortunate and nuisance. Please look into this matter on priority.

                                  Zomato is closing down the support without giving any proper resolution. An item worth 90rs was missing from the order yesterday and i was not able to raise a ticket. Ordered 1kg chicken fry and delivered 350 gm instead, i was asked to write a review at restaurant page. This has been happening from months. They don't even operate with a phone number. They just close the ticket and cannot raise any tickets after that for the same issue.

                                    While ordering food in the order summary. 2 rupees is checked automatically in order summary to donate "Feeding India" company

                                    Actually, Zomato should provide pop -up question to customer about customer's willingness to donate 2 rupees to Feeding India company instead 2 rupees option is checked automatically in the order summary.
