Zomato is charging non justified taxes in name of delivery and packaging this is sheer theft
Example
Odered one lassi that is for 95 rs zomato is charging me 95 rs in tax for delivering that same order from same haldiram ambience mall gurgaon i odered via swiggy i got discount plus there is no packing charges adhere by the restaurant why should i paid 200 for two dishes in swiggy whereas i was paying 191 rs with taxes in zomato
This is unfair practice

    Hey i have some coupons but when i try to apply them then its says restricted to only some resturants now those resturants have not been mentioned anywhere . I f i dont know which resturants are eligible then those coupons are worthless to me .

        My I'd FE1737008,
        I was completed my delivery and my gig tine also completed at 12:00am, after i seen my account was terminated because of identity Freud, I have given my photo, adhaar card photo, pan card, Bank account in all above mentioned it was me, but Zomato said identify Freud,
        I have worked for 12 hours today, and i booked gigs for next 3 days, per everyday 16hours, that's how much I loved to work with Zomato

          Hi sir this is Anil(FE121907), My I'd has been disabled due to strike enabler, but I'm not involving in any strike or join and I'm not motivated for any people's for strike against Zomato, then how my I'd disabled I'm working past more than 4years in Zomato, I don't have any bad remarks on my I'd and any bad mark from any customer and Merchant So check my I'd once, So please unblock my I'd it's my humble request to you. Plzz plzz plzzz Thank you.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    Order ID : [protected] this was cancelled automatically. I followed map location and i reached pick up loction ( 6klm Drived) i was searching resturant at 11.30 PM during raining season but i could not find resturant, i called resturant team they said address was wrong which was mentioned in map and they asked me to come another 4klm i hanged up the call then i called to support team i informed about wrong location they said they will speak with resturant team in between the order was cancelled automatically, i asked support team why this order was cancelled by me they said we cant do anything right now and ask me to raise ticket. I raise the ticket against it but not helpful, also i met my areal TL there also no proper response it has been 1 month since my ID get blocked, so I request here to re - activate my ID. Kindly do the needful help.

                          I am amazed with your horrible customer service and attitude.

                          I had raised my complaint 3-4 times and not even once it was addressed.

                          I am once more reminding you to make the refund for the ORDER ID: [protected].

                          It was not delivered and Zomato owes me refund.

                          If my refund is not done by today E.O.D . I will then reeach to the respected consumer forum.

                            Zomato charged me money from my bank acount but could not deliver the services however they are denying to refund my money back in my account.

                            They are providing promo code to me which I do not want and denying to give my money back. The promo code does not combine with other coupons and is valid only for 30 days.

                            This is my hard earned money which is being forced by zomato to be used oy through that promo code.

                            The customer care informed me that refund wud be sent to u as promo code and u can use it any time any how..

                            but in reality I found out that it cannot be used any time as it is valid for 30 days only.. and also it cannot be used with other ongoing discounts.

                            This is not a matter of 110₹ but how much harrasment and scam Zomato does to soo many customers but I do not accept this

                                I placed order in arabi zaiqa full chicken mandi 2 pieces but I recieved single only. Quantity recieved is only one single with no chicken piece.I want my money back and this is worst service ever and I want to talk with customer support regarding this right now but no one is available to do so. Look at these pictures this is not even one single and packing is not good how should I belive this from Arabi zaiqa not recieved bill also from the delivery restaurant and poor packing which I got in normal cover.                                       Sir aaj 6 din ho gaye id ko bane.aap bar bar bol rahe ho ki 7 working day ka wate kare aaj bhi aap 7 days ka hi bol rahe ho.apki id re verification me h.sir abhi tak na to kisi Qc team ne contact kiya h or na hi id active hui h.kya 1 din me sara kuch ho jayega.sir apse request he ya to id ko activate kare ya mare 500 rupiye refund kare.me isse jada wate nahi kar sakta.pls solved my problem

                                        Today I had ordered paneer Manchurian along with veg fried rice and soup from "Chungh Wah" restaurant via Zomato. Veg fried rice and soup was good but paneer Manchurian was smelling like pork and tasted bitter. It was completely stale.
                                        Contacted customer care but they haven't gave any resolution.
