    I placed order in arabi zaiqa full chicken mandi 2 pieces but I recieved single only. Quantity recieved is only one single with no chicken piece.I want my money back and this is worst service ever and I want to talk with customer support regarding this right now but no one is available to do so. Look at these pictures this is not even one single and packing is not good how should I belive this from Arabi zaiqa not recieved bill also from the delivery restaurant and poor packing which I got in normal cover. My order.This is my order I'd [protected] please solve my issue.

          Sir aaj 6 din ho gaye id ko bane.aap bar bar bol rahe ho ki 7 working day ka wate kare aaj bhi aap 7 days ka hi bol rahe ho.apki id re verification me h.sir abhi tak na to kisi Qc team ne contact kiya h or na hi id active hui h.kya 1 din me sara kuch ho jayega.sir apse request he ya to id ko activate kare ya mare 500 rupiye refund kare.me isse jada wate nahi kar sakta.pls solved my problem

            Today I had ordered paneer Manchurian along with veg fried rice and soup from "Chungh Wah" restaurant via Zomato. Veg fried rice and soup was good but paneer Manchurian was smelling like pork and tasted bitter. It was completely stale.
            Contacted customer care but they haven't gave any resolution.

                          I had met with an accident while delivering in December 2021 which was being informed to Zomato and team leader Mr. Shahrukh. Since then, I was not able to join work as I had severe jaw injury, now since I am back to work after 3 months, my id is disabled and I am not able to book gigs and the app says there is no vacancy now. It is really annoying that even after being an employee I have to wait for a vacancy. I had filled up a google form for the same sent to me via whatsapp by my team leader but still my id has not been activated. My ID is FE919109 and my login number is [protected].
                          Even after working for a company so long and in unfavorable weather conditions I am denied access to work just because I was injured working for Zomato giving a silly reason that there is no vacancy and my id is disabled because I wasn’t active for more than 30 days.
                          I request you to take action as there has been no help from the help center too.
                          Also there is no way to get in touch with higher authorities which is why I am trying to write here with a hope to get back to work.

                                I had placed an order through Zomato for my elderly parents. My order id is [[protected]].
                                I paid full amount for this order. The delivery person tried calling once to confirm the location and after a long wait the app mentions order delivered although nothing was delivered!
                                Shocked and dismayed, tried calling the restaurant from where the order was placed and they mention the order was returned as the delivery person couldn't locate the address.
                                Interestingly, there's no way you can speak to a person through Zomato support. The chat bot on the app, is not helpful . Emailing them a couple of times, I get a response that the delivery executive tried reaching out to me multiple times but I was unresponsive to the calls., hence the order was cancelled and no refund will be provided.
                                Appalling customer service!
                                Why would someone pay for an order and be unresponsive!
                                Surely there's better way of earning, rather than swindling this way!
                                Feel completely let down by Zomato.
                                Never to use Zomato again!!

                                  19/4/2022 ko jab mene won ko apani problem batayi ke muje koch oder pe payout me problem aa rahi hai tu meri help karne ke bajay mujse missbehave karne lage bas apani baate muje pe thop ne lage and jab me won ki galat baat ko nahi mana and won ko bola ki sir aap koy help nahi karte me aap ko rating bi wese hi dunga tu wo muje pe chilane lage and meri id tarminted kardi . sir plz meri help kare TL ek baar nahi bohout baar mere saath galat behave kiya hai is ka proof bi hai mere pass call record plz meri help kare taaki rider ka company pe vishvas baba rahe .

                                    I ordered a biryani on April 20, 2022 at 4:33 PM
                                    Order number [protected] from Dum Theory Uttam Nagar new delhi.

                                    While eating the biryani i found one cockroach in the serving handi. I tried to contact the Dum theory they didn’t answer and switched off the phone after multiple attempts.
                                    I also tried to contact Zomato however was no real time support and I had to email their team

                                    They are suggesting to right a feedback on their app regarding the order. It’s like I have wasted my money on something which can’t be eaten.

                                    Zomato wants us to take this as an exception. I am not sure if they eat cockroach in the name of exception. Their team is worst to help out the conusmers.

                                    How can Zomato list such restaurants on their platform?
                                    Aren’t they FCCI approved ?

                                    I want to take strict action so Zomato can have a lesson

                                      I have given a order through Zomato for a 10 yr kid. My order id is [protected]. I have paid full amount for this order. I have received a call from delivery partner that your GPS location is incorrect but we deliver the order surely. After sometimes, i received another call from Zomato that we can't deliver the order and can't initiate any refund amount. This is so much shocking for me. I haven't expect this type of cheating service from Zomato. I am a older customer of Zomato. I haven't facing this type of situation in previous. Please don't anything order from ZOMATO. This is my request for all of you.
