    My name is Tulika Lodh, I am from Assam, Biswanath district, pin-784176, P.o- Chariali. Today I ordered food from kasturi palace which is located in Ambari in Biswanath district at a distance of 5 mints from my home, the delivery boy named Lakhya abused and misbehaved with me as just I have asked him to deliver the item at my gate as he is willing to pick me my order from the road, so I just want to know after paying the delivery charges also I can't receive my order from my gate?he was already in bike he could easily cross the road and hand me the order but for this little request that I made to hand me the order at my gate he just said not to further order in Zomato and abused me very badly, so this is a humble request kindly replace this delivery boy immediately as this problem was faced by other local customer as well and please train your delivery boys before dealing with customers, we don't get items freely, we pay and eat so this type of misbehaved is intolerable 🙏

        I paid to Zomato 600 rupees from my bank account to activate my Zomato delivery partner account on 14th of April 2022.. my Zomato ID number is Fe1832274. It has been 9 days still my account has not activated please stop this fraud of Zomato to its new joiner I will never use Zomato app in my life again this is a fraud company and I hate this...

                I am facing issue from the last 3-4 days your restaurant accept my order and than they call to cancel. Again i order and delivery partner ask to cancel please help to resolve my query because its a big issue from my side from the last 4 days otherwise i will file a complaint

                    I had ordered from Taco Bell through Zomato on 18th April and received an unsealed package. On the seal, it is mentioned "DO NOT CONSUME IF SEAL IS BROKEN" twice.

                    There were three seals on the Taco Bell bag because I've had the same issue just the day before. This time, although there were THREE seals, two were unglued and the middle one looked like someone had torn it or it got torn. Within seconds of receiving the item, I took photos and contacted Taco Bell as well as Zomato's customer care. The Taco Bell manager told me that they had sealed the package properly so the fault lies with the delivery person. When I informed the same to Zomato, they denied me a refund and refused to hear more. I even reached out to their social media team on the 18th and they said that someone would call me back. I still haven't received any call.

                    On top of all of that, I'm a Zomato Pro Plus customer, and when I paid for this membership, I invested in Zomato. I was promised I would get, "The food you love. The experiences you deserve." Is this the kind of experience I deserve?

                    To reiterate, I want my money back and an apology. All these changes and I'm still seeing the same problems with customer service.

                      Sir meri id hai FE1136529 bohout time se TL ki taraf se koy spot nahi mil raha tha jab. bi call karo call nahi ans karte and koy help nahi ki jab bi problem batahi tu ye aath me nahi ya me technically aesa vesa bol dete hai .aur aap jab won ki galat baat nahi maano tu bolte hai itani hi problem hai tu chod do zomoto . aesa mere saath bohout kiya gaya hai . aur jab me rating di TL ko zomoto app pe and apani problem batahi tu TL ne naam badal kar call kiya muje and fir wahi apani baat and bole ki me wose rating kam nahi do jab ki won ki aur se hamesha rider paresaan hi kiya gaya hai kabi help nahi ki kal bi jab mene meri problem batahi tu tu mere saat behash ki and jab mene won se kaha ki sir aap meri koy help nahi karte hai me aap ko rating kam dunga tu meri id hi tarmined kardi . sir rishi ye mera TL hai . sir aaj TL apani manmaani kar rahe hai and jab koy bi won ko carect karne ki ya samjane ki kosish kare tu id tarminted kar dete hai jese meri ki. aap hi batahiye fir rider kaha jaaye apani problem lekar.

                                I have ordered food but the delivery guy hasn't delivered the food to me instead in the app it shows it got delivered . Since I tried to contact Zomato support they are saying like delivery guy was in your location then where is order if he is in my location . I want an investigation on fraud things making by Zomato delivery they are not understanding anything . Start an investigation check the cc camera near the delivery location then u can get a clarity.

                                  I ordered some south indian food and it got accepted successfully. I don't know what happened afterwards, the food was supposed to be delivered in 30 mins, but took an hour. After that, the delivery boy took way too much time to reach my destiny. And finally, when I opened the box, it was something, not even something south indian and I was really disappointed

                                      I placed an order for food and cancelled it within a min
                                      They have charged a huge premium saying that preparation for food was on
                                      How can be preparation have started for food within a min for placing the order
                                      Other websites from a free cancellation within a few mins or placing the order

                                      I requested them that the order was place accidentally and also the cancellation happened accidentally and to refund money so that I can place a fresh order

                                      This way charge 20-30% of order value for no reason doesn’t make any sense
                                      I will never be ordering form here again
