        Hello Team,

        I have given order of pastry cake from cakes wagon on Saturday 16th April'22.

        Excitedly Received the order, later didn't meet the expectation.

        I have received pineapple flavour instead of butterscotch. Do you think it's justifiable? Moreover received the other flavour uncooked one.

        I tried to reach out to customer service on this issue but i wonder they could not provide the solution.
        How come rating would help on this? Very bad experience this time.
        Not at all acceptable because I have received wrong items.

        Could you please look into this and initiate the refund of this order. Looking forward to hearing from you.

        Zomato team refused to refund the amount which is really unfair. Why restaurant didn't call me or cancelled the order if requested items was not available. They don't have right to force us to their choice. Zomato supports that. They should imposes fine but instead saying us to rate them. Does that helps?

            My id FE1760953 is blocked due to continuous 2 customer cancellation as i was delayed a bit due to heavy rain were i wasn't even provided with rain coat and now as a loss of job i am suffering a lot i need to take care of my family too and the TL also is very irresponsible he doesn't even know anything and there is no way he can help me. Please help me asap it's very urgent.

                  Hello,
                  I have ordered burger & French Fries from KFC yesterday ( 14/04/2022) the Total order amount was Rs. 504.01 and i have paid it.

                  The order was placed on 30 mins delivery or Free ( Screenshot attached ) there was a delay in delivering the order by Zomato and thus the order was to be delivered free of cost. But, later Zomato was offering Rs.250/- voucher instead of making the order free.

                  We have paid Rs. 504.01 for the order but Zomato is giving only Rs.250/-, which is not acceptable. Even i have spoke to Customer care of Zomato they say that it is mentioned some were in Terms & Conditions Free means only Rs.250/-.

                  But as a common man the meaning of the word Free means Free of Cost not Rs.250/-. ( All screen Shots Attached )

                    Dear Sir/Madam
                    I Have ordered paneer butter masala and 5 Tandoori Roti from Zomato of rupees 90.90 and they send me 5 plain Roti instead of that and when I told him about that they deny me to give me refund, when I told him that I will file an complaint about you in consumer court then after that they just send me 7 rupees as refund amount.
                    I want my refund for that and complaint to thier unprofessional behaviour which drain my lots of time and energy.

                              The Zomato App asks you to tip a delivery executive, 20, 30 or 50 rupees.
                              Once you tip "one" rider. Zomato without informing you, turns on an "Auto-Tip" feature. According to which, after every order, you make (not just one), they will deduct that money from your account. This is unjust because it doesn't tell the user about the recurring payment.

                              I'm not the only one who's scammed like this, and action is needed for sure.

                                  Till today I have not cancelled any one order and they charged me 682Rs. on the name of High customer rejection. Which is totally scame by Zomato. I am always following Zomato rules after all how they charged me.

                                        Hello,
                                        On April 08, 2022 I had ordered some food from Zomato (Order id - [protected]). The food came and was inedible. The chicken pieces were hard and stale and had grown some sticky bubbles on it. So I wrote an email. I was assured to get back a reply within 24 hours max. But now, after 3 and a half day, I am receiving the traditional sympathetic email. I again wrote them to refund atleast something so that I would get some amount back for getting totally waste food. But next time, the agent replied with same email and there the restaurant name was totally different. They didn't even read my email and didn't view my attachments at all. I am writing again and again, but they always reply with the same text. I, myself, tried to contact the restaurant that day, but they didn't receive my call. (Because they already knew that the food was stale). I srote in the email to make contact with the restaurant, but perhaps they didn't. (Because the support agent mentioned the restaurant name wrong there). So what can I do now? It is not the first time, I am facing this issue. Always if there is a problem with the food, I paid for, and I had written emails, nothing had happened. Seriously, this gives enough confidence to the restaurants to do whatever they want with the customers, because no one is there to catch them.
