I had ordered 2 VEG wraps from Faasos on Zomato on 23rd March 2022. However, i was delivered with 2 Chicken Wraps instead.
Upon complaining, Zomato easily backed out saying we are just delivery partners and for any blunder from the restaurant, i need to contact them for refund. So i did that, I contacted Faasos and they immediately initiated a refund of Rs 176 to the Zomato account. Upon checking after 7 days, I still haven’t received the amount so i seek customer support from Zomato, however they kept dodging my query and asked me to drop emails from day 1 itself which I already did. They said we only deal with real time issues and since your issue is old, write an email to us. I have written several emails, followed up but no reply or refund.
I would like to make this a strong point because when I am a Zomato Pro member (i already pay more for their services) my concerns are not addressed properly.
This is not a mistake, its a huge blunder because i had ordered the veg wraps for a pure vegetarian and this person ended up having the non veg wrap instead. I asked Zomato to take back the wraps too but no reply.
Kindly assist my complaint and please take strict action against Zomato. They are simply unprofessional.
