Sir/madam, my id is inactive from more than 3 days, profile verification is also pending more than 3 days I'm received my T-shirts and bag from zomato, and still showing me Zomato assets on the way, i don't no what is the problem, please help me i want to work with Zomato. I work with zomato delivery partner last 4 month i do gopd job than last few days one customer order daily more distance i go there so i always inform reach support but last days customer tell me fast delivery so forget than i do this mistake please solve i meed this job so much

I Lalit Kumar, working as a delivery partner with zomato from three (3) years regular. At this time my location is chandigarh. But I raise request daily to change my location at patiala. But team leader or company employee doesn't understand with my problem. They says we are not changing your location. I lives at patiala, my baby is very little, that cause not able to staying chandigarh daily. I am single earner in my family. Works daily is very necessary for me. So please I request to you to transfer my I'd at patiala.

I ordered on 7th April 2022 soya tikka from a restaurant. The entire order was burned, it was all burning smell black as coal which obviously cant be eaten .Also the dip( chutney) given was floating out of the package in the polybag.
When I complained about the same to Zomato, they are reluctant and denied my request for refund.
I asked ZOMATO to take back the order or refund my money back but they are refunding my request and advised me to adjust with the food. How can one suggest someone to consume rotten burned food??

I AM HIGHLY DISGUSTED WITH ZOMATO, THEY ARE MAKING MONEY OUT OF INNOCENT PEOPLE BY DOING SUCH FRAUDULENT SCAM IN ASSOCIATION WITH THE RESTAURANT..

I request the consumer court to kindly look into the matter and provide me with my refund.

I order biryani from biryani by kilo... He came late its not the matter, , when he called me he started to argument with me and claiming that I don't know my adress is... When I send him my current location food master again took a apposite side and roaming here n there and claiming that I am wrong... When I called at support of biryani by kilo, , there executive behaves like Iam taken loan from them... And lastly when food master reached to my location he again started to argument with me that Iam wrong with my address... And said him plz don't argue with me but he again claiming that Iam wrong.. When I started to walk away from him to my flat He didn't stop he is claiming with the same I turned back twice and said politely that song argue but I dnt know why he was doing like insane and rigid to prove his self that he is right...
Over all you people make worst my night.. Mentally harrassed me... And I am never gonna order anything biryani by kilo... And uninstalling @zomato to given me blessfull night...

Placed the order for ice cream and after waiting for 1 hour, Order# [protected] is not delivered to me but was marked delivered. I tried calling the delivery executive that entered my apartment and he says he has delivered at some other house. I kept calling him to deliver to me, but he said I’m busy now with other orders and will check after completing those orders. He came back after 4 hours and asked ke to take the ice cream which has...

When I received my order it was already in a bad condition and when i tried talking about the same to the customer care the executive was talking rude and no straight answer was provided

Paneer burger was damaged and the taste of the paneer burger was worst. I want refund of my panner burger.

I had ordered around 01:45 pm on 06th April. I had been waiting for delivery since last one and half and an hour and still counting. Don't know whether my order will be delivered or not. My order has been accepted by restaurant but they aren't replying. My order number is [protected]

The refunded amount from zomato is not showing in my bank account although the zomato app says that the refund is processed, I haven't received any amount in my bank account yet nor there's any details about the refund in my bank statement. Am facing the same issue for the 3rd time on zomato....

Rs 525 were deducted for an order of a cake, which was not delivered on 9th January. The return of money has not been done even after complaining.

I am unable to apply any coupons for any order. For all the orders it only says cannot apply coupon for this order..
Please help . I was able to apply coupon earlier . Why it got disabled . Please enable and fix this.

I ordered food by 9:00 pm
Previously while ordering the app showed it will be delivered by 9:43 pm but later on it extended the time again and again . It is an insulting act as the guest were waiting I was expecting it to be delivered on time but it is ridiculous act when they cannot say the proper timing then they are blaming restaurant that food was prepared late but the delivery partner hadn’t reached the restaurant until the food was prepared
I got my order delivered at 10:06 with 17 minutes delay
