Few days back I ordered some food from zomato and the order got delayed..I tried connecting to the delivery guy but he wasn't responding as well. Then I connected to a virtual assistant of yours through zia and he said suggested to cancel the order as the delay was from zomato's end also he credited 10rs delay compensation in my zomato account.
Since then I'm unable to use cash on delivery option.
The dealy and cancelation was from your end zomato kindly fix this.

I am very upset. I am not able to use my zomato delivery app due to holi. My account has been disabled, which is why most of the restaurants close the doors on Holi and I have to cancel the order due to which my account has been disabled, I also sent ticket from my account but still no response my team leader mr anil is not picking my call or once pick up call then give me a time for next day without hearing my concern.
I want solve my problem and Zomato company give money from till the number of days my account is closed after Holi.

I believe I should discontinue ordering from Zomato because what I experienced today was not good for me or for Zomato's reputation. I received my order around an hour after the estimated delivery time. This is the last time I get food from Zomato; next time, I'll use Swiggy or app to order meals online.

Zomato employees are so pathetic two of them gave false commitment to give full refund but they didn't initiate and one agent without asking initiate half refund and close the chat and disabled the chat option for me so i can't contact and now they are asking to get help i need to mail

I placed an order for Rs. 117/- on 18th march, I cancelled the order and then Zomato assistance told me that refund has been initiated. I've not recieved any refund yet.

2nd complaint

On 25th March I paid Rs. 131/- for an order, the payment is done, the amount has been deducted from my account and the order was not placed.
I need in refund of that also.

I placed order in acropolice 501, military rd, marol, andheri east area by zomato . I ordered it from zomato app and paid with simpl App. But delivery boy refused that order is not paid. and it was cash on delivery. he asked me to send money on his Gpay UPI. I paid money on his UPI. Now I can see simpl app has bill amount for zomato used and I have paid by UPI too. Please refund my acoount.
