Auto debited money from my paytm wallet

Address:344 Ashapurna valley near new high court jhalamand Jodhpur

I did not place any order, I was not browsing any restaurant, I don't even have the Zomato app on my phone, and Zomato website was not opened on any of my devices.
This is a HIGHLY FRAUDULENT activity. Zomato should take extensive measures to prevent this, it could get far worse....

My Zomato account disabled after subscribing to Pro Plus

My Zomato account has been disabled after having paid Rs 300 for pro-plus services. This issue was escalated to them by mail but they keep on sending the automated messages stating that the issue resolving is still in process and will be attended to. I am unable to order food for the last 4 days. Whenever I try to talk to them they kept on telling us that it will be processed in some days and they kept on extending the processing date. Kindly...

Received a different order than what was ordered

I received bhel instead of sev puri withour prior confirmation before changing my order.
The zomato support team was selling lolipops of coupons 50 and 70 rs to me. Also kunal(zomato team) had the audacity to resolve the complaint without giving me a solution.
This is utter nonsense....

Unfair practices by the company

I ordered under their promotional offer of buy 1 get 1 free. And
when ordering the app showed me the price of 2 for 2 so I
went back and removed one thinking I can choose only one
pizza.. took me 20 mins to find an executive from Zomato to
help me.. by which time the order was already out for
delivery... I was told I was at fault and that I should test the
system again... with over a decade of actively...

Hi,

This is second time I am writing to raise a complaint against my zaggle promo code not working. It's been a month but I have not heard from the Zomato team. I confirmed from the zaggle team and they confirmed the promo code to be valid and working fine. They asked me to reach out to zomato team, but doing that is not helping me out.

Cancellation fees problem

Hi...
I ordered chicken fried noodles, chicken roll, chicken tikka role... After few minutes I cancelled my order ... But before that I paid by GPay... But they charged full amount for cancellation fees... This is ridiculous... I didn't get food and my money back... Before cancelling ... They didn't mention about this fee... ......

Not getting payout in my bank account

Mai 31- 6 feb tak Zomato bike delivery me kam kiya hu but mujhe mera weekly payout abhi tak nhi mila hai mai us week me 3464 rs ka kam kiya tha aur mujhe cash 2515 rs mile the delivery ke time uske bad bacha hua ammount abhi tak mujhe nhi mila hai mai har bar Zomato ke helpline me complaint karta hu but mujhe bola jata hai Monday tak resolve ho jayga but kuch hota nhi hai ...team leader se v maine help mangi but wo kuch response nhi karte...

They deducted money twice for same order

Ordered through zomato app on February 14, 2022 at around 9 pm in madhapur, Hyderabad. Paid via phonepe. First time the transaction was shown successful in phonepe, money (140.50.) deducted from account, but in zomato, the order was showing unsuccessful. It showed that payment failed and was asking to pay again. So, i paid again via phonepe. This time also money got deducted. After some time, the order was showing successful in zomato app....

Amount debited from bank but order was not placed

I ordered 2 quick lunch and 2 limited meals for Rs.587/- through net banking. Amount was debited but in the order it is displayed Payment incomplete. Then i chose other mode COD and the order was placed. I request you to kindly refund my R.s587/- which was debited....
