Hello sir my name is sahil on date30 march my id is terminated due to identity fraud in my rpofile pic i doesn't wear my goggle and when i was login or online then selfi i wear goggle or skarf also plzz activate my id as soon as possible

I had ordered 2 VEG wraps from Faasos on Zomato on 23rd March 2022. However, i was delivered with 2 Chicken Wraps instead.
Upon complaining, Zomato easily backed out saying we are just delivery partners and for any blunder from the restaurant, i need to contact them for refund. So i did that, I contacted Faasos and they immediately initiated a refund of Rs 176 to the Zomato account. Upon checking after 7 days, I still haven’t received the amount so i seek customer support from Zomato, however they kept dodging my query and asked me to drop emails from day 1 itself which I already did. They said we only deal with real time issues and since your issue is old, write an email to us. I have written several emails, followed up but no reply or refund.
I would like to make this a strong point because when I am a Zomato Pro member (i already pay more for their services) my concerns are not addressed properly.
This is not a mistake, its a huge blunder because i had ordered the veg wraps for a pure vegetarian and this person ended up having the non veg wrap instead. I asked Zomato to take back the wraps too but no reply.
Kindly assist my complaint and please take strict action against Zomato. They are simply unprofessional.

The app was working fine till yesterday. I never cancelled any orders and I even bought the zomato pro plus package. I request you please help me in this matter

Hello sir/ madam, Hello, sir/ madam, I have a complaint against the restaurant because its owner's behavior is bad, its owner is running 2 different name restaurants from the same shop which is on zomato whose name is - 1 Sachdeva Chinese Tonic, 2 Combo Factory Main Request krita hu removed isko from zomato..ap combo factory all reviews check kr skte h overall is a scam with customers please remove it both restaurant combo factory and sachdeva chinese tonic

Few days back I ordered some food from zomato and the order got delayed..I tried connecting to the delivery guy but he wasn't responding as well. Then I connected to a virtual assistant of yours through zia and he said suggested to cancel the order as the delay was from zomato's end also he credited 10rs delay compensation in my zomato account.
Since then I'm unable to use cash on delivery option.
The dealy and cancelation was from your end zomato kindly fix this.

It's showing coupons not available for current orders

I am very upset. I am not able to use my zomato delivery app due to holi. My account has been disabled, which is why most of the restaurants close the doors on Holi and I have to cancel the order due to which my account has been disabled, I also sent ticket from my account but still no response my team leader mr anil is not picking my call or once pick up call then give me a time for next day without hearing my concern.
I want solve my problem and Zomato company give money from till the number of days my account is closed after Holi.

I believe I should discontinue ordering from Zomato because what I experienced today was not good for me or for Zomato's reputation. I received my order around an hour after the estimated delivery time. This is the last time I get food from Zomato; next time, I'll use Swiggy or app to order meals online.
