I booked a ride from /chennai to coimbatore on 20 july and returned the care safely on 21st morning (Booking id: jps6nsh7q). Once the ride is over, i was told in at most 15 days refund will be given. Since then i tried to contact them many times over phone and the call never gets connected. I emailed them and no response.
On twiter, i asked them many times and after getting the booking id, they had told me very shortly they will do it and repeat tdefinitely he same post eveytime. It is 33 days now and no single paisa is returned to me.
On searching twitter, i find that hundreds of people are suffering the same issue and for many months and for lakhs of rupees.
This is definitely a huge financial fraud. I am attaching screen from my zoomcar app today showing refund pending, i am also attaching twitter reply from them. Also a few of the many complaints other users have posted in the last 2 days alone with same issue.
