Hello,
Dear sir/madam

I booked a zoom car through car app on 23th march (Booking id : jps6n36p8).

Same day within an hour of booking had cancelled because of during the lockdown problem.

I called to zoom cars customer service about cancellation and deposit amount refund. They told me that refunded will be happen within 7 working days.

In app it's show that your refund was processed but i still didn't get my refund amount.

I called many times to customer service centers of zoom cars but they didn't respond properly.

Please file a case against zoom cars.

    I had booked a car with zoomcar Booking I'd-JPS6NYHZC on[protected], travel period 2-7-2020 to[protected], but I had cancelled it much before travel date on[protected].
    According to policy refund must be given within 7-10 days, but after 70 days I didn't get my refund.I had filed a complaint in National Consumer Helpline docket I'd[protected], after waiting for 1 month NCH agent told me to file a case in consumer court. On 20th August I had sent a legal notice to them( attached below) but no response from zoomcar.Please refund my money within 2 days

    I had booked a car with zoomcar Booking I'd- JPS6N002Z on 12th Aug'20, travel period 13th and 14th Sept 2020, but I had cancelled it much before travel date on 14th August 2020.
    According to policy refund must be given within 7-10 days, but after 45 days I didn't get my refund. I had already lodge a complaint on consumer affairs. Whenever I used to call customer care they said wait for 48 hours and now it's been more than 45 days I am loosing my patience. From yesterday I am not able to connect with customer executive because they have removed their IVR selection for that. Now I am really worried about my money. Please refund my money as soon as possible.

      Hi Team, please note that I have cancelled my trip with Zoomcar on 16th July 2020 with order id JPS6NSJS9, After following up with the customer care team..they told that within 1 month the refund amount will be processed. However it has been 45 days and I haven't received the refund amount till date.

      I have sent multiple emails and follow ups..However ended up with no response from the team.

      Hence requesting you to look into this issue and help me in getting the pending refund amount.

              My email is [protected]@amitshibha.com and I am blacklisted by zoom car for no reason and unable to make any bookings. Tried reaching customercare but no reply and can't get any representative. This is just absurd. Please give a valid reason to blacklist or resolve the issue.

                Hello Sir,
                I Booked a zoomcar on[protected] and Returned the car safetly after mentioned time limit. Since then i have been trying to get my refund back of Rs.2507/- for that I called them several times but they are not giving any response. kindly resolve my issue as early as you can.

                  I have been using zoomcar from two years now and a few months ago they blacklisted my account without any intimation or reason.

                  My Email ID is vsr.[protected]@gmail.com.

                  I have been trying to contact them via email, call, even through their 'contact us' portal with no help or resolution. There is no response from their end. This not a good customer service without a certain response. Please revert back the blacklisting as soon as possible

                    Hi,

                    Zoom car is not providing my refund amount, I have called and complained their customer service team twice.

                    Now I am not able to reach their customer service team, they have changed the software I guess, I’ve asks to enter the mobile number followed by # key but nothing happens, I have tried to reach them several times but ended up here

                        Actually i had a booking of hyundai creata from udaipur, from 11th of jult to 15th july, and it was cancelled due to some reasons

                          I cancelled my zoomcar booking on 2nd Jjuly. I was told refund will be processed in 7-14 days, i've been calling and sending emails repeatedly regarding refund but all i get to hear is wait for 24-48 hours, even after talking to supervisors, they had said same which is not processed yet. I don't really understand why is it taking a lot of time even after giving more time than requested.

                            I have cancelled the Zoomcar on 23rd June, 2020 and was supposed to get refund of 7442/- Rupees within 7 days. After multiple follow ups on twitter as not able to contact them directly (they do not call back or reply) they say they will refund but yet not refunded the amount. I see there are lot many other customers who have not received the refund yet. Please look into the issue .

                                  I have booked a car nd i cancelled it coz i found a better option and i cancelled the previous one and rebooked the nxt booking i paid for both the bookings i made nd coz and cancelled the previous booking i was told my money excluding the to be deducted amount of 200 will be refunded within a span of 5to 15working days its been 3mnths and i never received the refund and now i tried contacting the customer care and never found a sarisfactory reply in fact they created a coupon code which i never needed i tried calling the person who called me and it seems that shes blocking each and every number through which i tried contacting her its been so trouble some i asked her to atleast cancel the coupon code which she made she told it will be done within 24hrs and now its been 4days i cant even contact the customer care i dont even know what to do

                                    I have made a booking before 3months and i cancelled it within 24hrs of my booking they informed me that my money will be refunded with a deducted money amounting to 200 i have been waiting since three months and not even the process is initiated .And now when i try contacting the customer support theres no such service i guess i have been contacted by a person named revathi murthy nd she explained me initially she made a coupon code which i never needed and the story change she blocks what ever num i try contacting her i never received a satisfactory reply from her its been soo trouble some asking our own money to get refunded

                                      I booked a ride from /chennai to coimbatore on 20 july and returned the care safely on 21st morning (Booking id: jps6nsh7q). Once the ride is over, i was told in at most 15 days refund will be given. Since then i tried to contact them many times over phone and the call never gets connected. I emailed them and no response.
                                      On twiter, i asked them many times and after getting the booking id, they had told me very shortly they will do it and repeat tdefinitely he same post eveytime. It is 33 days now and no single paisa is returned to me.

                                      On searching twitter, i find that hundreds of people are suffering the same issue and for many months and for lakhs of rupees.

                                      This is definitely a huge financial fraud. I am attaching screen from my zoomcar app today showing refund pending, i am also attaching twitter reply from them. Also a few of the many complaints other users have posted in the last 2 days alone with same issue.

                                        Worst experience related to refund
                                        It has been almost a month and half since I cancelled book and still waiting for the refund money
                                        When I contacted back you already told me that 2-3 weeks buts way past above said time.

                                        You guys are completely making use of this covid reason to process refund guys please take customer service and refund process more serious as we already see many of this type of issues reported in review section this would be third time contacting you guys I've been following
