    My booking number jps6nkklw, refund 10404 pending from march 2020, no response from zoom car for long time, not able to reach customer service agent through mail or call. Almost everywhere unlock of lockdown executed but they can offer new schemes but cannot pay back refund. Very poor strategy and customer response. It has been more than 6 mons since they are holding customer fund without interest.

      I have canceled my trip on 29 may 2020 and till now i haven’t received my security deposit. The policy states that the amount will be reflected within15 days but it been over a month now. I have never received this kind of problem with zoomcar.
      I have been calling them after the 15 days and every week they say wait till the weekend but nothing happens. Now they have removed the option for refund related queries in their toll-free number too. Also, i have emailed them many times but they are not responding to me at all.
      I'm facing money problem because of the whole situation. I didn't accept this from zoomcar at all.

        I have booked a car for 9th july. My booking id is jps6n1gbc. And i have canceled the booking before 20 days. But still my money didn't refund. And i have written an email and tried to call customer care number and waited for 2 hours call didn't connect. Is this the service you provide to customer. Pls look into it and refund immediately.

            I have subscribed to tata tiago veteran on march 06th and all the documents have been cleared in the month of march. I have waited during the lockdown period but till now they have not delivered the car. Their toll-free number is also not responding (It is going to unlimited waiting waited to 20 minutes but still no reply). I have mailed them in zap. [protected]@zoomcar.com but no updated from them (Just replying that concern team is checking). Please help, i don't have any other way apart from telling here.

              Booking ID : JPS6N1ECI.

              My trip ended on 17th May and till date I havent received my refund of Rs 5, 057. Earlier I was communicated that I will receive my amount within 2 weeks. But I didnt and when I reached out, i was requested for additional two weeks and than again for two weeks and last week asked for another 1 week. In total I have given them 5 additional week and still they fail to give me a date. They charge us in thousands if you fail to deliver the car by 2 hours. And they haven't refunded my money for months now.

                Hi, have made a booking in the month of april, and cancelled the booking. Still haven't received a refund, very poor service, its been 3months around. Booking id jps6n1gcs. I'm not interested in choosing a zoom car again. I would suggest my friends too.

                  I had completed a trip on 21st june.. My refund amount was 3000 rupees... So many days have passed zoomcar didn't refunded me still.. I have emailed them inummerable no of times no reply, called them call not connecting..

                      I had booked Tata hexa from[protected] to[protected] booking id JPS6NYQ8H. Refund Amount is RS. 7190 which is not yet refund.

                      I had made another booking of Xuv 5OO id JPS6NYK2C.which I had cancelled and the amount is Rs. 13587 which also not refunded.

                      I had called customer care regarding this mater. First it was informed at I would get the refund by[protected]. Later I was informed that I would get by[protected]. On the same day I was informed that I would get it by[protected].. but still I didn't receive the refund so I had called the customer care I got no response from customer care.

                      Kindly look after to it the total amount is Rs.20, 777.00

                        My refund of rs. 20000 against varipus booking ids is pending since my cancellation. This was due to multiple cancellations that i had to make since zoomcar was advertising home pickup drop but didn't honour that agreement once i booked the car, so i cancelled it.
                        I called up zoomcar and they promised to resolve the issue last week but they have not yet responded. Now even their ivrs is not giving the option to talk to customer executive!

                          Its been one month and i haven't received my refund. The booking was made on 1st June. Customer Service not even responding well just keep saying technical issues. I am looking to file a complaint in consumer court in few days if i don't receive refund. Hope i can get help from here.

                              I have cancelled my zoomcar booking on 8th may' 20, and each time i have tried to contact them via phone calls / emails, they have kept me awaiting for 2 weeks/3 weeks etc. It's going to be almost 2 months now and still i haven't received my refund amount yet. The covid-19 situation has badly affected the entire world and it's very inconvenient for me as a huge amount of my money is being stuck here. Could you kindly help taking this forward and do the needful. Thanks in advance!

                                Hello, My booking ID- JPS6NYHX8 had booked a swift on 30th may 2019, and I have cancel this booking in the 30th morning. But my refund of Rs. 2999 I have not received in my account till date . When I Call them for the refund excutive ans the refund will be deposited in 30th June but refund not received till date and thereafter I was unable to contact them further. I had also dropped E-mails to the company but no reply has been given to me till yet

                                  My booking id is jps6non98, and the refund amount of rs.17451 is pending from the last two months. I have sent multiple emails to zoom car and they don't even bother to respond. Highly disappointed with this service, and if this continues, then i would most probably not use zoom car in the future. Kindly refund my money immediately.

                                  I have been following up for my refund against booking number jps6non98 which was cancelled almost 6 months back now. Zoomcar is not responding. This is pathetic as my hard earned money is blocked by this group. Kindly refund my money immediately.

                                        Booking id - jps6n5gyj booked on 3rd july 2020, the booking was done using the link - https://www.zoomcar.com/zoom-hop-one-way-travel, after entering the pick up point it asked for i want to drop my car in a different city t toggle button) means yes or no i selected no. And completed the booking.

                                        There is a form available one way booking assistance where its written " to ensure your travel is hassle free after you made a one way booking please fill the in the form, once you submitted we will get back to you

                                        After filling the form with all the details asked and it was successfully submitted.

                                        The booking was done three days before the pickup, and filled the form twice and i never received any call.

                                        While pickup i asked the person who gave me the keys regarding the one way booking he said yes you can drop at different location.

                                        It was a nightmare for me when i tried to end the booking after reaching my destination.

                                        I tried contacting the cs call went on waiting till 20 minutes and later disconnected and received a call from agent gowtham who was very unprofessional and said you need to drop the car at the pickup location, he even dint understand my query that it was a one ay booking. The agent sharply denied the booking and annotated that due to some emergrncy i had to drop the car at the different location and agreed to pay the late fees charges etc.

                                        For two hours i strugled with the agents to get my issue resolved, was getting late for my flight and cant leave the car unattended. I requested the agents to assist to lock the car, as the auto lock feature was being disabled by gowtham.in my last try i asked one lady to secure the car at first place and end the trip and then later on can discuss on the policies.

                                        Now with the trip continue to be running i boarded my flight. Again early morning after landing again called cs to get the update yukti responded to the call, i tried to make her understand my issue, she kept me on waiting for 10 minutes to read the polies and the one way booking page. After 20 she told not sure about this and she gave me the no [protected] to call and the concern team will assist. I guess this is the same customer care no which i dialed to get in contact with her few minutes back.

                                        Again i called at 1 pm to inquire about the yukti received and she said that previous agent has mentioned that you were in emergency and leaving the car at different place.

                                        After continuos calls to cs, my trip was ended in the evening with delayed chanrges of rs 7720

                                        Dint expect this from zoomcar, in first place not clear with their policies and the content available in the interface. Agents totally unwilling to understand the and annotating whatever they wish on the case.

                                        Where as revv is very crystal clear with content and a hassle free booking can be done.

                                        Its my lifetime experience with zoomcar, i curse myself for not choosing revv.

                                        Now zoomcar is very active to get the looot amount, sending me texts to clear the dues, also they will now start calling me several times to clear the amount.

                                        I need escalation team work on this case, as to pay the outstanding is not possible for me. Its a lag from the zoomcar which failed to keep their content clear and easy to understand, no support from the team, misleading and confusing information in the content as well as the agents share the same misleading information.
