I have completed my trip on 29 may 2020 and till now i haven’t received my security refund amount and fuel amount back. The policy say that amount will be reflected upto 15 days and it is almost 42nd day. I am sending mails every day but no one responding to emails. Worst service i have ever seen. I dont know why it takes too long for refunding amount. Very poor experience.
Expecting a response from zoom car at least after this complaint.
Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I have been using zoomcar from a year now and a few months ago they blacklisted my account without any intimation or reason. I have been trying to contact them via email, call, even through their 'contact us' portal with no help or resolution. There is no response from their end. I have inr 1000 credit left with me which they are not transferring and they're not even letting me book through my own account. This is an abysmal service.

      I booked zoom car on 11th may (Booking id: jps6n1uu7) and 19th may (Booking id: jps6nwmx). Due to some reason i cancelled two bookings. As mentioned in their terms and conditions, they have to return my refund in 10 to 15 days. But 70 days gone, i didn't get my refund. Initially i reached the customer care but now they disabled the option. Through facebook i checked with them and they are telling the same message "as soon as possible" for past one month. But till now i didn't get the refund. Kindly get my refund asap.

        My refund is pending booking id are

        2. Jps6n50gb - rs. 3463
        My first booking had bad experience, they say the car is sanitized but zoom car employee after handing over car did not sanitize again atleast to steering. I did ask him multiple times but he ignored. Also it has been q
        10 days but no refund. The car hand brake was not working at all, i observed this when i parked car for a break in slope at coorg. Hopefully nothing happened and am alive.

            Its been over 1 month since i booked my car, and i am yet to receive any refund. I feel like i am cheated. Customer support is not replying to my mail. I am thinking of sending the legal notice but it ll cost me 2k for legal recourse, for the deposit amount of 5k. But if i dont get back then maybe i have to go to court of law

              I have booked the car for many dates when there was a offers running but because of the lock down from past 3 months i had cancel couple of bookings and from 3 months they are not replying to any of the mail and whenever i call to the call center they are telling we have a server issue and will refund next week.

                Hi. This is thanzil from chennai.

                My zoom car booking id is #jps6nyw7i

                After many followups, no response from zoomcar till now for my completed booking on 2nd june 2020. Regarding the refund of rs.4799/-
                No one answering the customer care also, they just keep us hold for a long time and disconnect it without talking. Am facing a very bad experience with zoomcar.
                I am a long time customer with zoom (More than 4 years). Didn't expect such a response.

                I would like to get my refund back as soon as possible. Can u please help me out???

                  Zoomcar is not refunding my money worth 12800 total of 5 bookings. I have attached the photos of bookings with amount that is pending. It has been more than 40 days for the 1st pending refund. Rest wil be less than 30 days. Please help

                    I tried booking a Maruti Swift from zoomcar on 07/08/2020. I paid using Google pay. But the transaction got cancelled at the last moment. The amount got debited from my account and in Google pay the payment was successful but there was no confirmation on booking. Also no booking ID was provided.                       I had done the following 8 bookings on zoomcar. Booking date: between 13 feb 2020 to 15 feb 2020. I was assured in february that i will be refunded back the whole booking money if i cancel my booking 24 hours before the start of my booking. Disputed booking details are as mentioned below.

                      Booking id - JPS6NWB16 canceled 23Mar 2020.

                      Sir, i booked a car for a vacation. But due to the ongoing covid situation, i had to cancel these bookings. It's been 4 months since i am chasing zoomcar care begging (I am really begging for my own hard-earned money) for my money but they are giving an excuse that the payment gateway is down and they are not able to refund the money and they are giving me this excuse. Now they stopped taking my calls also. And in the booking it says refund processed. But they say its stuck with payment gateway.

                      It would be really great of you if you can help me with getting my refunds. I have even written to the company multiple times but no reply. Attached is the screenshot. No one is having the courtesy to come and give me a resolution and i am feeling cheated and i have already called customer care more than 50 times.

                      Problem is, in the app it shows processed refunds 34k but it never reached my account. Another only 200rs shows up as pending. Please update. Would really appreciate if you could just give me a call. Because I am not at all able reach customer care.

                      Pathetic customer care. Zoomcar blatenly cheating and no issueing refund if 35000 rs Even after 10 months. Don't ever ever book zoom car if you think you might cancel. There will not be any refund issued. I thought its only me. But many are facing the same.
                      Waiting for my 35000 refund. This is September. Been 6 months and still pending :(

                      No communication from zoomcar.

                            Such a unfriendly environment this zoom is creating here? totally messed-up with the service zoom is providing.
                            Its been Almost 2 months that i have been pending with refund amount and this is not for a single ride but for 5 Rides almost nearer to "8k". I just want to ask Zoom management about this- If you are incapable for providing refund for customer then why you guys will take amount?
                            however you removed the advanced amount now then what about the previous pending refunds.

                                  I had cancelled my zoomcar booking with ID #JPS66F8NB on 19th of April 2020. It was a booking for a Mahindra Thar from Delhi location for a period of 20 days.
                                  I have a refund amount pending of 21728 INR. Zoomcar is promising me through their facebook page/messenger/voice calls that my refund will be processed in 2 weeks since May. However, they have not credited the amount yet.

                                      Have booked the car rent in may in the offer period and the journey date was 9th june but due to some issue have cancelled my booing on 5th. App is showing pending refund as 3500/- from past 1 month. Have mailed around 5 times from app but no reply. Mail to zoom support ask to raise query from. App but no reply.

                                        I have made a booking on zoom car for a tata tiago on 5 th february 2020 at 8:00 pm near secundrabad railway station. While i was on my way to collect the car an executive from banglore called and informed that the car which you have booked is not available as the customer who took it was far away and he said he was sorry for the incident and offered me to pick either a baleno or an i20, as i was in hurry to move to a marriage i asked him about the nearest car availability and he said the baleno is 5 km far away from the location i said yes as i can understand the situation then i reached the location where the car is parked on a roadside where there are no other cars available and no one to submit the lock, then i called the customer care and they took almost 20 minutes to pick up the call, they instructed me to tell the pin and the unlocked the car, to my surprise i found the back seat of the car is missing and the interior is a full mess. I immediately called them and asked for a solution they said they have a baleno and they increased my time as i lost 2 hours on that empty road during night clueless. To my biggest surprise, there is no car available in the suggested location given on the app, then i tried calling them multiple times but he prompter kept on saying that due to some technical issues you cannot call to this number when i rechecked the app it showed me that my trip is finished and i need to pay an outstanding amount of around rs. 300/-. With that bad experience, i left home impatiently and i missed an important occasion. Then a day later i tried zoom car to share my horrible experience out of my minimum luck that day a customer care guy luckily picked up my call and i explained everything to him, he said sorry for the inconvenience we will refund your amount in 15-30 days and refund is initiated, its almost two months i kept on trying their customer care number and i felt helpless and filing my complaint here. Please help. I am attaching the screenshot. Please help me get my refund back.
