I have booked couple of zoom car for different dates during the time when they gave 100% bumper sale.

But accidentally the time period which i have booked become home quarantine because of covid-19 all over India. So I cancelled the booking.

After cancellation I have waited for 1 month believing that I will get my money back. But I didn't get. So atlast after 45 days of waiting I lost hope of getting my money back. So I have started sending emails to the team. But no response from them even after continuously sending mails for a week.

Then I have tried contacting through phone. So I called customer care executive. No one picked the call even after continuously waiting on the call for 40 minutes. Then I hung the call thinking about covid-19 so no one will respond.

After I hung the call within 15 minutes I got a call back. I have explained all my issues also stated that I hav to pay amount to bank if I tell them that zoom car people didn't returned my money will they accept it. After hearing all my points she told my that within 24 hrs my money will be back in my account.

I waited for 48 hrs but my money didn't came back. Then again I contacted customer care executive. Again one more girl made call back and listened to all my issues and she replied that I will get my refund back within 31st of may 2020.

Today is 28th may 2020 and I want to clear my bank debits last by 31st may. So I lost my control and called customer care executive. One boy has made a call back and speaking in a very tough manner says that i[censored] want money zoom team will only decide after 31st may 2020. To create funds only zoom team has approached people for 3rd time with its 100% discount. If they get funds they will refund money back otherwise it will take more time.

I have lost all my hope of getting my hard earned money back of 28 K( thousand). So I told him that I will make complaint against zoom car. For that he replied simply by saying whatever you wish you do. Now I don't know how to get my money back from them. Even 3 more booking of higher value is pending.

Please don't fake common people like this and pull their money.

    I have booked Zoomcar with booking id JPS6NKPQY(20391 Rupees to receive from Zoomcar), which was cancelled due to covid-19 on 30th march 2020, since then i am waiting and it being 2 months i am in waiting stage. Whenever i email them they will ask for 2-3 weeks. it is never ending wait process. They will make false reasons that bank or payment gateways is not working that's why it is taking time but when you make payment and book a self drive car there is no problem in that but the time of refund they will make reason that payment gateway is not working.

    They are basically taking advantage of pandemic and keeping people's huge amount of money and making interest out of it. I would request all people who has same problem with Zoomcar please post your complaint in consumer forum.

      I have booked a brezza for an emergancy trip and paid an amount of. However, i did not get any payment confirmation/phone calls to help with the details of the payment of rs. 29, 190.

      Despite having multiple calls with the sales team who keep asking me to complete my profile (Which i had completed on the same day). There is no updates on the payment made, my profile just says review in progress.

      I have used an alternative means of transport to travel. Hence, i have been writing to zoomcar (& zap car) on twitter, emails & tried reaching their office. None of the modes work.

      I am dissatisfied with the way i have been treated, i wish to get my full refund.

        I have canceled my booking (Jps6no6la) which is fully refundable approx on 22nd mar. Till now i haven't received my refund rs. 7518/-

        More frustrating is their customer support. They keep on telling wait for 5-15 days, 2-3 weeks, until lockdown to get my refund back. They are taking advantage of covid situations and blocked a huge amount of customers' money.

        I need help in getting my refund. I lost my peace of mind by calling and mailing to their customer support people. They don't have any sense and just robots to read the scripts provided by their management.

        Senthil, we definitely understand your disappointment here with regard to the delay caused in processing the refunds. We are already working on initiating the refund and it will be done within 2 weeks. We request your patience in the interim.

        My Response:
        Worst support i have ever contacted. You people keep on using the same script for 85+ days now and keep on repeating wait for 2 weeks for 85+ days. Lets have some sense before replying. I want this to be escalated and need my refund today

        We are sorry for all the distress caused. We do not want to keep our customers waiting for the refund. Unfortunately, due to an internal issue, we are unable to process the refunds and our team is working on it. Please rest assured, you shall get the refund, however, it shall take some more time for us to have it processed. We are requesting your patience here.

        My Response:
        I don't have the patience anymore with you people. I want a daily update on what is happening to make this refund processed. Because I am keep on hearing the same story for past 85+ days. Don't give vague response. I want my refund before 20th Jun'2020 as per your Supervisor Satheesh's confirmation.

        Exactly. When you will give me a refund? Other than your pre written scripts like "wait for 1 week, 5-15 days, 2 weeks, 2-3 weeks" can anyone explain the exact issue here? All your timeline fall inside this 85 days. I want a proper response from Zoom car as you are holding my money for 85+ days for no reason

It is our sincere request to kindly wait, we shall process your refund as soon as possible.

        With Limited resources, you don't have any challenge in accepting new orders then why you are facing issue in processing refund?

        Again be sensible in answering as I have already waited for 85+ days. I have seen all kind of worst support and so i started writing in Facebook.
        Ways on how i was being ignored by you people
        1. Call Support : They started hanging up the call
        2. Email support : No proper response and no response for past 10 days (Email chain has 74 threads)
        3. Supervisor : Stopped responding to my calls
        4. Sent mail to Greg before 10 days - No response
        For each and every time i need to follow up with you people to hear "wait for 2-3 weeks". This is happening for 85+ days and without any shame you all are repeating the same. You people are taking advantage of the situation and blocking customers money.
        What is the meaning of as soon as possible mentioned in your response? Please explain.

        No more patience with you people. You people are working for 85+ days to process the refund where your policy says it will be done in 5 - 15 days.
        As soon as possible means for me its within 5 mins. What does that mean for you?

          My booking id is jps6no6wb.
          I booked the drive on 15th feb 2020. My trip period was supposed to be from 23 may 2020 to 26 may 2020.
          I cancelled the booking on 29th april 2020, but still haven't received my refund.
          This is against zoomcar's policy which states that the cancellation refund will be done through the original payment method within 7- 10 business days.
          Refund status shows as pending.

              I had lodged my first complain in feb & being complaning since then regarding my car's ac not working and i called a lot of times. Your customer service representative assured me a callback and rectification within 24 to 48 hours but it's more than 3 months and i am facing major problem due to ac, as it is hot (Approx 45 degrees in delhi) now and it's its a punishment driving a car without ac. Now its covid 19 risk also as i have to keep my windows open, i have taken a subscription for 3 year's and you assured piece of mind if someone adopted your services but i am not sure that your promises are true. If you can't rectify my problem as per your promises than i would like if you terminate my subscription as it is a bad service practice from your side.

                I have not received refund for my following two zoomcar bookings, even after so many phone calls and writing mails to customer care.

                They are telling amount is refunded but as my account is a nre account, it is not credited

                1). Booking id jps6thmbh - pending since 2017, rs, 7260

                2). Booking id jps6nkpvu - pending from 25/3/2020, rs. 20210

                  I had made a booking with home delivery on 9th may. But the booking got cancelled as there were some fleet limitations on zoom car's part. The refund was initiated on the same day, but it has not been processed until now. Refer to the attached image for details.

                  I have sent emails to the customer care every day since 17th of may and i am yet to receive any updates. Please get this resolved as soon as possible.

                      I had booked a car from zoomcar for inr 46539. After cancellation on 8th april i was expecting a refund, however refund for booking id jps6nj95f has still not been given until today. The customer care is not picking up phone saying that they are away due to covid. However unlimited emails for promotion of zoomcar sanitized during covid is coming daily. This means that zoomcar is in no mood to give the refund. They are also not replying to any complains that were registered on their website.

                          I cancelled my zoomcar booking jps6no9wz on 5th april 2020 due to covid-19 situation and am still awaiting refund from zoomcar.

                          When i cancelled the booking it was mentioned that zoomcar shall refund the full amount. I have been trying to reach customer care as well but there is no option to talk to zoomcar exceutive. Very bad customer service.

                          Request to please help resolve it asap.

                            By zoomcar booking jps6nwb16 has been canceled on 24th march 2020. And i got an email saying refund of rs. 34918has been processed. But till now (As on 18th may) i have not received the money. Multiple calls to customer care but no response. Very bad experience. Didn't expect such treatment from zoomcar. Now if i call customer care number, its not even recognizing my number as registered mobile number anymore.

                              Had tried out a subscription based booking of your car services. The process asked me to pay the complete amount upfront which i did.

                              After that the process asked me to upload my documents. But when i tried to upload the documents, there was a queer error on the page which has prevented me from uploading the documents.

                              Subsequently, my money is blocked and i am confused about what to do. There is no proper customer service number where i can call up and know the status. This is clearly a matter of fraud guys. There is no intimation from the concerned team for this also.

                              Please help me out otherwise i will be forced to register a complaint against your company in a court.

                                Have cancelled the zoomcar 0n the april 16, 7:17 am, as zoomcar assured that i will get within 5-7 business days. I didn't get the refund after 5-7 business days. So i have contacted customer service they are assured that i will get within 2-3 weeks as there was lockdown. So, even after 3 weeks i have not received my refund?
                                When i again contacted customer service they are giving same copy, paste replies again & again.

                                Do resolve asap my money is very imp in these crisis.
                                Its been exactly 1 month though i didn't receive the money.

                                  Hi all,

                                  I have done booking on zoomcar with booking id # jps6nj3mi. I have cancelled the booking on 28th april. Also on the same day the status changed to "refund initiated". Almost 17days completed (Today 14th may), still no response from zoomcar.

                                  We know everyone in covid situation and need of money. They would have updated proper reason for delay in refund. Their customer care number also not working. I have raised my concern through their contact us page and no response from them.

                                  Today is my booking date and i cancelled 2 weeks before and still my refund not processed successfully.

                                    Hi,
                                    Zoomcar is scamming people by not returning their refund taking the excuse of lockdown.

                                    For my booking jps6n1jfd, an amount of 43, 200 rupees has been pending for refund since 45 days and they keep saying once the lockdown is over we’ll do something.

                                    Now in the situation of covid-19, such a huge amount on my credit card i’m having interest capitalised since 2 months and suffering from lack of money and resources.

                                    This is fraud!!

                                    I’ve to take the issue to police maybe for providing support and also on all platforms of social media.

                                      I have taken this car and had uploaded fuel bill for 2187.5 + 150 rs for parking which i paid. The parking should have been paid by zoomcar representative since in the booking already paid for the airport convenience charges. Hence the refund should have been 2187.5+500+5000 (Refundable) = 7, 687.5

                                      However zoomcar representative is coming up with silly explanation as below:

                                      After reviewing your trip, we confirm that the estimated fuel cost is only rs.1873/-. Fuel bill can only be reimbursed as per estimate derived on the kilometers is driven by and the ideal kilometers which could have been covered on the available fuel.

                                      Here the mileage of the vehicle is (Inclusive of ac usage and the traffic) is taken into consideration and moderately calculated on existing fuel cost/ liter.

                                      I did not even use 60% of the kms & the fuel for which i had paid in the booking, yet they are not ready to refund the fuel bill
