I cancelled an outstation cab booking and its been more than 2 months that i have not received the refund. Have been contacting them through twitter bt the customer support is pathetic. Any help from your side will be highly appreciated.

    Refund for JPS6N1HVR cancelled booking has not been processed even after 2 weeks and your pathetic customer service team always says that it will take 2-3 weeks.

    They can trim down their customer support team if they are having cash crunch but sitting on customer's money and not helping with the refund is deceitful at the least.

      Hi, I booked a car on may May 25th and car broke down during my journey. I called Zoom car customer care and they asked me to get it repaired and refund will be processed after returning the car. I returned the car and all replaced parts and submitted bills. I have also uploaded images of repair when one of the executive called me and said there is no proof of repair. However since 26th may i am calling and talking one of the executive almost daily and getting a response it will be processed today but nothing is happening.

        I made a booking with Zoomcar for the travel period date from 27/04/20 6:00AM to 30/04/20 7:00 AM and the amount was paid already with advance amount too of Rs 7472. But unfortunately due to the COVID-19 situation and lockdown, I priorly cancelled the booking JPS6NKCQA 10 days before my travel date i.e on April 14, 2020.

        As soon as I cancelled, I received an email mentioning that I will get full refund of Rs 7472 ( With Zero cancellation fees and Immediate full refund as soon as we cancel as already mentioned by Zoomcar before the booking ) by Wed, 15 April 23:32.

        After a week I tried contacting customer care executive. But no one picked the call even after continuously waiting on the call for 30 minutes. Then I hung the call thinking about COVID-19 so no one will respond and so I sent mail regarding the update of the refund status. But they told to wait for 2-3 weeks, so I waited for 3 weeks, but still the issue was not resolved.

        Again I sent the mail regarding the refund status, the executive was just copying and pasting the content of the mail that they sent already mentioning wait for 2 weeks.

        So I again waited for 2 weeks and after its been completed yesterday, today I sent the mail regarding the status, but again I received the same copy paste email to wait for 2-3 weeks.

        So I want to escalate this situation to the most superior level person so that my problem will be resolved.

        I knew this was not the first time Zoom Car was doing, I had already faced this type of situation with Zoom Car but after complaining I got my refund after 15 days, but this time it was more than 45 days(1.5 months) which was unacceptable.

        So I want to escalate the blue code of this situation so that I would get my full refund of Rs 7472 as early as possible.

                Hi team,

                It's been approximately 2 months when i cancelled my booking but still didn't get my refund.
                Lockdown is also settled now and offices are opening in the country. Everytime i mail the zoom car team, i always got the false timelines to wait for 2-3 weeks from more than 2 months.
                It's been such a pathetic customer experience from company like zoom car and it's too much frustrating now.

                Could you please provide my refund asap.

                  Cheating zoom car company. My 7000rs advance amount not refunded by zoom car. Called so many times and mailed. They simply saying technical issue from past one month. I want to raise a complaint in police station.

                      Refund delay. There is no appropriate option on the website to raise a complaint as well. Extremely poor customer support, you never get a call back. Please give me a status on this refund. Jps6n12o2
                      Pathetic service. People are in dire need of money and these guys are holding back our money instead of finding ways to get our refund asap. While we make a payment everything goes through smooth, when they have to refund nothing seems to work. 😡

                        Hello,
                        I've booked car in zoom car on march 05/2020.
                        I've paid 3924 as deposit and they mentioned the same has been refunded. It's been 60+days still no refund showed up
                        I've contacted state bank too they don't see any refund from Zoom car. I've dropped mail multiple times regarding this almost 50to70 emails no one get back to me.

                          It's been almost 10 days and i haven't received my refund. The policies says it takes 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed in case of kotak credit cards. If you guys can't stand with your own policy, how do you expect to be of considerable service. Its only now that i realize that there are many others that you guys trouble with such issues.                           And after this you guys have the audacity to not reply to the emails sent to you but forward your advertisements to us to increase your sales. Please process my refund or else i'll have to take bigger steps here.

                            I cancelled my booking jps6nkgkn on 19 april 2020 bht refund is not yet processed. This is clear case of fraud. Everytime i call customer care they give new date. Seems they have intentionally blocked the refund for so many people.. Very unprofessional, unethical business practice. It will sure impact their business in coming. Seems like they may close the operations and will never refund the money.

                                I have booked couple of zoom car for different dates during the time when they gave 100% bumper sale.

                                But accidentally the time period which i have booked become home quarantine because of covid-19 all over India. So I cancelled the booking.

                                After cancellation I have waited for 1 month believing that I will get my money back. But I didn't get. So atlast after 45 days of waiting I lost hope of getting my money back. So I have started sending emails to the team. But no response from them even after continuously sending mails for a week.

                                Then I have tried contacting through phone. So I called customer care executive. No one picked the call even after continuously waiting on the call for 40 minutes. Then I hung the call thinking about covid-19 so no one will respond.

                                After I hung the call within 15 minutes I got a call back. I have explained all my issues also stated that I hav to pay amount to bank if I tell them that zoom car people didn't returned my money will they accept it. After hearing all my points she told my that within 24 hrs my money will be back in my account.

                                I waited for 48 hrs but my money didn't came back. Then again I contacted customer care executive. Again one more girl made call back and listened to all my issues and she replied that I will get my refund back within 31st of may 2020.

                                Today is 28th may 2020 and I want to clear my bank debits last by 31st may. So I lost my control and called customer care executive. One boy has made a call back and speaking in a very tough manner says that i[censored] want money zoom team will only decide after 31st may 2020. To create funds only zoom team has approached people for 3rd time with its 100% discount. If they get funds they will refund money back otherwise it will take more time.

                                I have lost all my hope of getting my hard earned money back of 28 K( thousand). So I told him that I will make complaint against zoom car. For that he replied simply by saying whatever you wish you do. Now I don't know how to get my money back from them. Even 3 more booking of higher value is pending.

                                Please don't fake common people like this and pull their money.

                                  I have booked Zoomcar with booking id JPS6NKPQY(20391 Rupees to receive from Zoomcar), which was cancelled due to covid-19 on 30th march 2020, since then i am waiting and it being 2 months i am in waiting stage. Whenever i email them they will ask for 2-3 weeks. it is never ending wait process. They will make false reasons that bank or payment gateways is not working that's why it is taking time but when you make payment and book a self drive car there is no problem in that but the time of refund they will make reason that payment gateway is not working.

                                  They are basically taking advantage of pandemic and keeping people's huge amount of money and making interest out of it. I would request all people who has same problem with Zoomcar please post your complaint in consumer forum.

                                    I have booked a brezza for an emergancy trip and paid an amount of. However, i did not get any payment confirmation/phone calls to help with the details of the payment of rs. 29, 190.

                                    Despite having multiple calls with the sales team who keep asking me to complete my profile (Which i had completed on the same day). There is no updates on the payment made, my profile just says review in progress.

                                    I have used an alternative means of transport to travel. Hence, i have been writing to zoomcar (& zap car) on twitter, emails & tried reaching their office. None of the modes work.

                                    I am dissatisfied with the way i have been treated, i wish to get my full refund.

                                      I have canceled my booking (Jps6no6la) which is fully refundable approx on 22nd mar. Till now i haven't received my refund rs. 7518/-

                                      More frustrating is their customer support. They keep on telling wait for 5-15 days, 2-3 weeks, until lockdown to get my refund back. They are taking advantage of covid situations and blocked a huge amount of customers' money.

                                      I need help in getting my refund. I lost my peace of mind by calling and mailing to their customer support people. They don't have any sense and just robots to read the scripts provided by their management.

                                      Worst support i have ever contacted. You people keep on using the same script for 85+ days now and keep on repeating wait for 2 weeks for 85+ days. Lets have some sense before replying. I want this to be escalated and need my refund today

                                      I don't have the patience anymore with you people. I want a daily update on what is happening to make this refund processed. Because I am keep on hearing the same story for past 85+ days. Don't give vague response. I want my refund before 20th Jun'2020 as per your Supervisor Satheesh's confirmation.

Other than your pre written scripts like "wait for 1 week, 5-15 days, 2 weeks, 2-3 weeks" can anyone explain the exact issue here? All your timeline fall inside this 85 days. I want a proper response from Zoom car as you are holding my money for 85+ days for no reason

                                      With Limited resources, you don't have any challenge in accepting new orders then why you are facing issue in processing refund?

                                      Again be sensible in answering as I have already waited for 85+ days. I have seen all kind of worst support and so i started writing in Facebook.
                                      Ways on how i was being ignored by you people
                                      1. Call Support : They started hanging up the call
                                      2. Email support : No proper response and no response for past 10 days (Email chain has 74 threads)
                                      3. Supervisor : Stopped responding to my calls
                                      4. Sent mail to Greg before 10 days - No response
                                      For each and every time i need to follow up with you people to hear "wait for 2-3 weeks". This is happening for 85+ days and without any shame you all are repeating the same. You people are taking advantage of the situation and blocking customers money.
                                      What is the meaning of as soon as possible mentioned in your response? Please explain.

                                        My booking id is jps6no6wb.
                                        I booked the drive on 15th feb 2020. My trip period was supposed to be from 23 may 2020 to 26 may 2020.
                                        I cancelled the booking on 29th april 2020, but still haven't received my refund.
                                        This is against zoomcar's policy which states that the cancellation refund will be done through the original payment method within 7- 10 business days.
                                        Refund status shows as pending.
