Hello pedl team, this is extremely urgent. I am using pedl service in kouthrud, Pune. My cycle number is 3243378 .. I unlocked the cycle and my trip started since on 17 sep 2018 evening 6.09 pm. I tried ending the trip 17 sep 2018, 06:33 mp but i am unable to end the trip. Please help this is urgent. It been 29 hrs unable to end the trip. Please end the trip and refund my money back. I had rented the pedl cycle yesterday and it was damaged which i didn't notice while scanning and when i scanned the code my pedl trip started on the app but the cycle didn't unlock.
Now my balance is getting deducted and when i try to end the trip it says lock the cycle at pedl station even when i am at the pedl station and the cycle is already locked.

I had a "without fuel" zoomcar booking in which while i started, the agent at the parking had put my fuel tank reading as 60% but in reality, it was less than 50%. And while the drop, he entered the fuel reading as 20% while the actual status was more than 40%. Hardly a difference of 5% from the initial starting. When i said the same thing to him, he said, we are told to right deviated figures than the normal. You can complain if you want....

It was very unfortunate to be hiring a car from zoom car. While on ride wanted to check the kms reading of the car henece called customer care, mr sujoy shiva was so unprofessional while on call, later he remote contolled our car and the car continously honk it self without us doing anything for half an hour. I hope he was taking out frustration. Kindly justify for the embaresment and the bad service faced....

urgent : unable to lock pedl cycle

Hi,

Today i took pedl cycle for half an hour but i am not able to lock cycle manually so not able to end tour. Because of this money is getting deducted from paytm account. Kindly do needful. I have used cycle for just half an hour but paying for almost more than 4 hours. And i am not able to lock it so can not keep it anywhere else on road in fear of getting stollen by anyone.

We had rented a zoomcar on 15th september from 1pm to 9:30pm and got 135kms free.
We had picked up the car at around 1:10pm at garuda swagath mall, jayanagar. The cars were located at the basement of the parking of the mall which was very poorly lit.
Once we took the car out of the basement parking we found out that there was a small crack on the front windshield..
This crack was not visible from outside and was instead...

I got extra charge for almost two days even if I locked my bicycle.

I used pedl only for 4-5 mins and locked it manually because app wasn't working properly and today i got a message saying that trip has been ended and i have charged a huge amount. Please do something.
I didn't use bicycle more than 4-5mins then why so much bill and i am pretty sure that i locked the bicycle....

fuel refund related

I booked a car for a trip of 300km from kharghar and received my car at 8% fuel. The zoomcar assistant present there refused to fuel the tank and said i'll have to do it myself. So for the complete journey i filled the fuel worth rs2500. After uploading the bills zoomcar refunds only rs2148 i. E. Rs352 less. Policies state that all the bills uploaded will be refunded completely but here it fails. Also the coustomer care on call doesn't help...

Also in the station there were 2 cycle already parked and while ending the trip, the app is not working wel and says station is full and finally i had leave the station after locking the cycle, since there were no other option.

I tried ending the trip maximum 10 times and above on the parking station with high speed 4g data connection but i'm unable to end the trip within the time. It been 14 hrs 12 minit and all of my money total 87/- is deducted unable to end the trip. Please end the trip and refund my money back. Either... I shall be take action for the matter...
