I am very disappointed to see that rs.5000 have been levied on my booking id # jps640gr2 as inconvenience fee.

This is regarding the request i placed for getting the vehicle towed because i experienced issues with the car's clutch while going uphill. The car was unable to pick up after covering certain distance uphill.

While the towing representative never reached on time as i waited with my family for 3 hours near the vehicle, i managed to drive the car downhill and on a plane surface and returned safely.

On discussing further with the support team about the charges levied, i learned that there was no issue identified with the vehicle, while i can assure you that the car was immobile after a covering a certain distance uphill.

While there is no clarity on the break-up of rs. 5000 levied as inconvenience fee, there is no means for me as a customer to understand on what basis those charges have been levied.

    Regarding the booking id jps64p34z the booking was for 10 september 2018 10pm to 13 september 2018 2am
    Now first of all i was provided the car in which there was problem of clutch slippage i had picked up the car on 10 september 10pm and after experiencing problem i had immediately contacted the zoomcar on 10:55pm same day and at that time i was connected in conference call with the zoomcar ahmadabad team and the zoomcar executive and at that time i had explained it to them the problem which was occurring and i was told to take the car if problem is there next day do contact us back.

    And the next day still the problem was there in the of clutch slippage and again i had contacted the zoomcar for around 4 times regarding the problem and then i was called back by zoomcar team and i had explained to them the whole issue which i was facing and the executive told me that do check the car with the local service center so that the problem can be solved. I had in the evening checked to the service center i was told there is some problem with the clutch and it can be rectify only after it has been opened. Then again i called the zoomcar executive and when i was called back by the zoomcar i was told to repair that problem which is being faced with the clutch and to take photos of the spare parts which is to be repaired or replaced and do take the bill. I had taken the bill which i uploaded in the zoomcar application and on 19 september i got called back by zoomcar and had told me to send the photos of the damage part i instantly mailed them back with the photos.

    Now after that i called the zoomcar every day regarding the issue and for refund every day i used to get only one answer to wait for 24 hours.
    After 19 september when i had mailed them the photos i got call on 24 september from zoomcar ahmedabad and he asked me what was problem with the clutch i had explained him that as per local service center person who told me that there was some problem in clutch because previously some customer of zoomcar might have driven the car with half clutch pressed so then only the problem comes in clutch plate and so with out any option and with the consent of zoomcar executive i had to do that. Then afterwards zoomcar ahmadabad person asks me for job card i explained him that jobcard was taken back by local service center as after the repairing work is over i was provided with the bill and job card was taken back by them and also i was not told by any zoomcar executive to take photo of jobcard and i was only told to take photo of damage part and to take bill which i did so after 11 days and the trip getting over now why asking for jobcard if it was necessary then you should have told me the same day to take photo i was only told for bill and the damage part photo.

    So from my side i have given all my explanation further you can check the call records everyday i have to call regarding the refund issue it has been 25 days since the booking has been completed and i was promised that refund would be issued in 5 days i am not at all satisfied with your service further i request you to refund the maintance amount asap

    I booked a pedl cycle and when trying to end the trip it displays the message

    Even after trying multiple times..it shows the same message.

    I am from Pune, from last few days I was trying to book cycle via app.
    Many times cycle was damage but my amount was deducted, I also gave feedback for the damage but I didn't got any refund.

      I have locked bicycle afrer complete my riding at sunday around 6.00 pm but unable to end my trip.Now i have checked that ride is in progress and it showing huge amount trip cost unnecessarily.

      I have complained also many times. But it is not replying.

      I completed my pedl trip of 18 minutes, on
      8th October. But was charged Rs 6/- instead of Rs.3/-.
      As a very bad design, their contact support page does not give any option to complain about wrong/overcharge of trips.
      No customer care contact options.

      I started my service with paddle no 3217685 at 6.53am on 27/9/2018. Paddle didn't get unlocked. I tried to end the trip several time but couldn't. Finally I had to make an open complaint to end the trip. But now as that has not been resolved so I am not able to book next rides.a mount is also deducted. Please try to do needful ASAP

      I would like to make a small request here. Please provide Pedl cycles in Wakad too. Earlier there were pick up points in Wakad too..but now there are none.. Request you to please start stations near Omega Paradise society in Wakad.

        I've booked a cycle (no : 3179988) from city centre 2 in and used it for 7 minutes but unable to end the trip with showing different messages and it has been 20 hrs 30 mins and still counter is running. I've also mail this issue with screenshot on [protected]@zoomcar.com at yesterday night but there is no reply. End the trip ASAP and refund my money which deducted from my paytm account. Look this issue on priority basis.

          I booked a car for 28th septempber.

          735 kms were free. It was swift. They provided me with half tank. While returning the tank was empty. I filled rupees 1000d disel. How is it possible to complete 730 kms in half tank. They are cheating people. So i filled 1000 disel in order to come back. I have submitted the bill. Now they say i will not get any return.

          I want my money back. Otherwise i am going to consumer court

            I have booked pedl 08 oct morning. Once i started my trip come to know cycle is faulty. I tried to fix unfortunately not fixed hence decided to end trip but unable to do tried many time at thank god last after 15 minute got message about trip was end and 6 rs is deducted from paytm. There is no customer care number where i can logged complained eventhough website doesn't provide sufficient information. I dont know why gov is not baning this kind of company who set up to do malpractice. I wanted to request through this forum to refund and improve the system to avoid these kind of issues

              Hi team,

              I have booked cycle no 101296 and trip is not ending. I have locked the cycle but still the trip is not ending. This is pathetic and i am very frustrated now. My paytm money is getting deducted continously. Can you please stop this. Also please remove paytm from payment option as it is pathetic and unec cessary money is getting deducted. Very disappointed.

                I was unable to end my trip even on pedl station i even paid the excessive amount of 1401rs still the timer is running i have paid there multiple time of the following trips from my paytm wallet of every end trip and the app pops backs of my trip running the timer the total amount goes around 1500 which i think is the actual cost of the cycle. Over all of this i am unable to find there customer email i'd or contact no on there site, the help line just shows the steps of how to end the trip and nothing elss.

                First off all there are no customer care number for your pedl service nor there is physical office address on your website to contact you Asap for such issue
                I used your bike for half hour which was of the cost of 3 INR and now because of your incomplete application I had paid 1401 INR and over that your company is asking me to pay more 693 which I not used at all .
                Going through all of your complains Bellow is your company strategy to earn money by such kind of fraud process. Showing tag of 3 rupees and taking 2000 for single ride
                You can see in images Bellow how your application is misleading customer by saying current outstanding balance is zero and asking to lock the bike at station and after you follow all the process still keep the timer on without any clue and not allowing the customer to end the trip . And as in your policy if the bike is damage or hampered while your on the trip they will charge you with criminal offence . So now the customer have to wait with bike so he can mail you and ask you to end the trip and they have mentioned over mail complain will be replyed within 13 to 14 hours . What do You expect from the customer to stay on road for 13 to14 hour for your reply and if you say take the bike home then there other policy will clash saying you have not returned the bike to station to end the trip .so in all that process you have to pay for 13 to 14 hours.
                And even when your done with complain and the company accept to end the trip you have to pay the for the processing time they had taken to see through the case of end trip and then they will bill of the same and ask you to pay

                  I used pedl in pune on 2nd october 2018 at 9am for 2 to 3 minutes but for me it was inconvenience because of height and weight so i locked it... After 5 days i seen my zoomcar app and i shocked... My trip was still continued and bill was nearly 2300rs. I started end my trip but it was not ended so i decided call the customer care but they don't reply me... So what should i do???

                    I completed my pedl trip of 1 hour 7 minutes, but was charged rs 21/-.
                    As a very bad design, their contact support page does not give any option to complain about wrong/overcharge of trips.
                    Even their customer support number ivr has limited options and we can no way speak to an agent. The number is [protected].

                      Booked cycle no. 3207092. It shows on my phone that the cycle has been unlocked when it actually hasn't. I'm not able to unlock the cycle nor am i able to cancel the trip. I tried to manually unlock it but to no avail. And now it saying me to pay 100 rupees and already it took 55 rupees from my paytm account, even i couldnt send email, while trying to send mail it showing that something went wrong. Whats wrong with you guys
                      And please make sure that you have a dedicated customer care number exclusively for pedl.

                        Hi,

                        I booked zoomcar in bangalore with fuel included on 01/oct/2018 booking id:jps64ajc4 for 5 hours from 9.30 am to 2.30 pm paid 268 ie., car booking price after discount (Actually price :315) & deposit amount 3000.
                        Even fueled diesel for 300 rs. Around 1.30 i though to extend the car for another 2hours more. I gone through the payment mode through online & got the booking confirmation till 4.30pm local time.

                        The real drama starts here, when i went to leave the car & about to end my trip @ 3.45 pm local time i got the message in the app that i have exceeded the booking duration by 1 hour 30 min even after i got the booking confirmation till 4.30 pm.

                        Let me explain how zoomcar literally looted me
                        Booking price : 268
                        Deposit amount : 3000
                        Diesel fueled : 300
                        2 hours extended charge : 376
                        Total i paid : 3568

                        What they suppose to return was 2924, but they refunded 1936 (Looted rs.988 without any reason). When i called to their executive (Dont even have courtesy to respond properly) told its charges for exceeding 1 hour 30min duration.

                          This is 3 days in a row. Pedl bi-cycles were faulty. Trip did not end. I was charged 111/- for 1 trip and 9/- for 20 mins for the second trip. My husband was charged 12/- for 1 trip of 20 mins and 21/- for the most recebt trip. Btw the merer is still running. The trip just does not end.

                            I have taken a pedl cycle yesterday. After logging in, i found chain had already broken chain. I tried to log out but i tdidnt happend, as a first measure i dislinked my paytm account. I didnt use the bycycle still my 12'rs got cut and still the account is not logged off. It says i have used bycycle for 47 hours.

                              I stared the cycle 3179529 at around 7 am and it's now 10 50 that the trip is still active, i have tried ending the trip at 7 30 but it never ended, this is really frustrating

                              I am facing this issue since last two weeks and so far have wasted a good amount waiting for the trip to end

                              I have also enrolled for the monthly pedl membership

                              Plz end and trip and refund my money, also cancel my membership

                                    Sub : settelement for the booking : jps621nlu

                                    I've booked a zoom car on[protected] and paid rs. 5000/- as a security deposit & rs. 1010/- rs as travel charges but during the travel,
                                    The car got break-down and service team toll the vehicle and left us on roadside without arranging any other cab/car service.
                                    But however, we understood and went to our hometown by arranging another transport vehicle with our own expenses and informed the same with customer support team on the same day.
                                    But after 2 days i received a call from zoom service team and they have informed us the car damages charges need to pay total 10000/- and you have already deposited 5000 as security deposit & remaining 5000 /- need to be paid.
                                    I was shocked & surprised to hear that the damages charges need to be paid by the customer.
                                    Here i would like to inform you i've not made any physical accident or physical damage.
                                    Its a breakdown due to the faulty car,
                                    In addition, every car having the insurance then why the zoom car team did not claim the insurance & why they are harassing the customer to bear the repair /service charges and behaving unethically.
                                    Here, i have to demand to pay the charges since you guys left myself & my family on a highway road and demand to pay an amount of 15, 000/- rs towards compensation for the deprivation, harassment, inconvenience, mental agony, caused to me & my family but as a respective customer i've not made any legal complaint.
                                    Therefore, settle this matter with the available security deposit & close the issue immediately.
                                    Therefore, i request your esteemed authorities in view of the above consider my request sympathetically, and direct your respective authorities not to present any legal notices hereinafter.

                                      I have downloaded the app and done all verification and after that i tried to unlock the cycle which is nearby EON Itpark . I scaned the qr code it showing trip started but still cycle is locked and i m unable to open the lock. And when i try to end the ride i m unable to that also. Whats happening just deducting money from my paytm wallet. Its totally unexpected.

                                        I have booked Zoomcar on 27th July 2018 for 28th July 2018. The car engine was not in good condition, during the journey the car got stopped. I called the Zoomcar and lodge complaint. They send a tow vehicle and for that, on my app, they charged 10, 000 Rs as vehicle damaged fee. I called customer care and asked for the reason. They said that you can ignore the amount, the vehicle is in inspection it will be settled out. They also mentioned that they will call me back.

                                        First I got bad service, in between the road the car stopped working. Zoomcar has provided a pre-damaged car for me. I have to spend 6000 Rs to come back though I have paid for the whole trip to Zoom car. Also, they have added a late fee (600 Rs) as well.

                                        Now suddenly on the 5th of October after 1.5 months I got a message for recovery notice of the amount 1, 10, 501Rs.

                                        This is harassment. For no reason, I am getting such a message and email.
                                        First of all, I have to manage my returning from some new place because of the damaged car provided then I am asked for such a big amount.
