Dear zoomcar, this in reference to booking id key jps62z8co
The third time i rented a car through zoomcar was an absolute nightmare, and i lost a great holiday, as well 25.000inr.
Can you please look into this complaint, escalate this case to your management and respond?
1. I rented a car and drive from bangalore for about 3.5 hours
2. Car becomes unresponsive and we parked and called zoomcar
3. We wasted several hours waiting, eventually tow shows up and taxi
4. We had to arrange other transport for the holiday which costed a lot of money (12.000inr)
5. It turns out there was a problem with the clutch (I believe), and i was summoned to pay 10.000inr
6. The remaining days of the rental period (3 days), i still had to pay as well, unbelievably. So in total i paid 25.000inr
7. I was accused of driving negligence, not sure where this came from, as i merely drove the car as anyone would
8. The car had wear and tear, the clutch or whatever the issue was, had not been caused in any kind of way by myself.
I truly hope this can be resolved, as to date, i had some really good experiences with zoomcar, but this is truly very unprofessional and right out unfair.
