It was 2.30 a. M of 23rd jan. I had planned a surprise for my friend in shillong so i and some guys booked a zoomcar and picked it up from zoomcar airport site from mr dipankar. After driving few kms i found the steering to be wobbling terribly so i came back and returned the car. When i complained to the fleet executive mr dipankar he denied the car to have any problem and said that i was fussing unnecessarily. I called up customer care who instructed mr dipankar (Fleet executive) to take the car for a servicing. The reports came that the car had wheel problem. The thing got on my nerves when mr dipankar blamed me that i had hit the car somewhere due to which this happened. I booked the car for 260 kms but after driving for merely 20 kms i had to return the car and above all i am blamed for the problem which i faced. I registered complain to zoomcar for three times but got no help or support and its really pathetic for such a big brand to treat its customers this way. I lost all my money plus my trip got cancelled. It was a total disaster for me. I request you to kindly look into the issue. I was an ardent customer of zoomcar and if you check my records this was my third booking with zoomcar within the same week. This is not the way they treat their customer. I look forward for some help.

    I booked zoom car and while driving vomit done by our children outside car that reflects on car outside morror.
    So we cleaned that through water but some vomit atain left. So when we ended thw trip by delivered the car car representative asked us to pay 500 for cleaning that small marked vomit stain. We denied. Me and my wife then decided to clean it myself then we cleaned the side mirrors of car and even gate by ourselves and handed over the keys to car representative. Extraa 120rs cash i paid for deive charges and ended the trip by zoo m car and car representative asked ua to leave by saying that full and final settlement is done. Then i and my wife and childrens came back to our home and thwn what we saw that rude car rpresentative charged 500 as clean fee to us on zoom car app even after getting car cleaned by us. Around half an hour we cleaned the car but final result is fine 500 rs.

    I raised this issue in zoom car support by writing complaint against that car representative but they don't listen to us. They just listen to his car representative.

    I have proof as my wife. That rude car representative of zoom car clicked before cleaned car image and sended yo customer support of zoom car but he din't clicked the images of car after cleaning the car.
    No body in zoo. Car support liatens to us.
    Even i saw that with every customer that car representative charges cleaning fee as ra. 500 at the same place.
    This is like a fraud doing by zoom car to customer.
    First they give car for rent to drive then after that if car will be driven then dhool mitti will always be there on car.
    No one is driving inside his house.
    Then after ride complete. They vharge clean fee.
    This time we have cleaned what all there on car by ourselves but this is wrong by zoom car that they charged to us.
    Sir thay are doing what they want they do not respect customers.
    They just charge what they think.

      After the trip, I went to US and returned after 6 months and with one complain everything gotresolved with in few days. Thanks for all the help zoom car team. And also I think the car trip to Bangalore was the best so far till now for our family as it was with seemless hassles. Looking forward to our next trip very soon. Regards. Raman

      Enter your bank details and the amount will be instantly transferred to your respective account or you can initiate the refund by selecting the option " Get refund" in the application under the respective booking ID.

      We booked a car on Bangalore airport.
      We have given rs 6000/-advance apart from total amount chargeable for a car.
      The refund was to be deposited back to our bank account and was never refunded back till now. I have already given my bank account details few times.
      I was out of country from last 6 months.
      Please do the needful as I am sending my bank account details again.

        After unlocking zoom pedl cycle from the leon orbit station in pune near kokane chawk, rahatni, pimpri chinchawad. I found out the cycle lock was not in good condition. Hence i immediately locked cycle and tried to end trip.
        But cycle does not lock i try to end my trip but it doesnt response to the request and lock was already damage.

        Currently cycle is not locked and parked in the same parking slot.. You need to end trip from back end. I am not responsible for any damage or lost. Money getting deducted from my account. Worst experience ever had. You have to return my money.

        I have already dropped email and raised help request in zoom app 6hrs before, but till now no one has contacted me

          After unlocking zoom pedl cycle from the casa lavelle station, i found out the cycle seat was not in good condition to ride. Hence i immediately locked cycle and tried to end trip.
          But zoom app was showing no enough space for parking even though i picked up from the same station couple of minutes ago. And same parking slot was empty

            I scanned the qr to start my trip on cycle #101923 at around 6:00 at the pune university premises. The trip started but the cycle was not unlocked and even until this time it is locked. I am being charged since 6:15 am in the morning. Trying to reach these guys to stop the trip, but the only option for me to complain is the email which will take 12 hours for response. I am gona be charged 24 rs by then which is not gona be refunded.
            Zoomcar was doing awesome business, not sure why they had to start something like this to earn money. Please its a request, please stop my trip.

            My pedl bicycle number is 100220. I have parked the bicycle at banana beach bar which is listed as an active pedal station according to the map. However my trip is not ending. I’m leaving it here with the other bike close to it.

              Firslty the cycle never unlocked and it showed your trip has started and the money is being deducted from my paytm account have parked the cycle ( 100893) in the pedal station still I am not able to End My Trip as it's showing "Parked the Cycle to your Nearest Pedal Station". Please be informed that I have locked the cycle over there and now the cycle is not with me.

                I link my no to Paytm to use the pedl cycle. Then after getting registered in pedl I had entered the 6 digit cycle no.
                It showed that the cycle is unlocked but it is not. I was not able to used the cycle and also not able to end my trip.
                The cycle no.100648 is not unlocked and the trip details showing the trip is in progress resulting in I'm getting charged.

                Since the cycle is not unlocked and the trip is not getting ended.
                It's being almost an hr and the trip is not getting ended. I don't have cycle with me but still the trip is going on and I'm getting charged.
                Please help.

                  We (11 friends) booked for a car via ZoomCar from Bengaluru for a weekend trip. They provided us 'Scorpio' car(KA 51 AA 6721). We have inspected the car with the checklist provided through their app. The app resulted that the car was UNFIT for the trip. But ZoomCar site executives convinced us that the car was in good condition and proceed the booking.
                  We started the trip but the car broke down even before we reach our destination in a remote area where we couldn't have an opportunity to get help. We were struck for more than 6 hours and Zoomcar didn't provide any road-side assistance for the same and the whole day was ruined. Also, they have threatened us to pay a fine of Rs.10, 000 without even respecting customer's voice and also they didn't provide any valid proof for the same penalty imposed.

                  CUSTOMER SAFETY IS NOT THEIR PRIMARY CONCERN
                  VERY POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND ROAD-SIDE ASSISTANCE

                      I scanned the qr code of a cycle today and my trip began, but when i tried to unlock it - it did not work. After that i tried multiple times to end trip, but it does not work. It says request timed out each time! The trip is still on! And i haven't even used the cycle. It's been four (Four!) hours!

                        Hi,

                        I have opted to take zoom on 24th dec 2017 and returned it on 25th dec 2017.

                        When i am returning the car, i found there is a minor damage to the left tail lamp. The team instead of only charging me for the light, zoom has levied false charges for bumper.

                        Anyway, later i get a rs 7500 damage fees in the app without any proof or pictures of bumper

                        After couple of days, i get a call from zoom cars saying i have outstanding amount. I told them what had happened. Here is what has happened. I returned the car with a damage to tail lamp, driver or owner damaged the car with a bumper themselves before they took it to the hub location. They sent me the picture and charged me 7500. They did not want to talk to me because they know they did it and now i will have to fight with zoom car to reverse the charges.

                        Now after a week, zoom car sends me a legal notice to clear the outstanding. No one calls me to ask the issue. I mailed them few times with what had happened. Then a customer care executive calls and talks about the issue. They say if i have a proof that i gave the car without damage. So i asked them if they have any proof that i have damaged the car. They say, it is not zoom car responsibility to take any pictures. Hence it is not customers responsibility to take any pictures. Then she asked is there a proof that driver told there was no damage when he took the car. Well, how do i get this proof. It was just a conversation which we had on spot.

                        Now after recieving legal notices i have mentioned the customer care executive to make me talk to the legal team. There was no response from them and i get the next remainder notice as well.

                        When i tried calling customer care, the voice response is not identifying me as a customer who has done a booking.

                        The photo attached is the proof from zoom mentioning that there is a damage to bumper.

                        When i contacted the maruti service center, to my shock, they mentioned that the new tail lamp is charged only 950 rs (Zoom charging 2500 from customers) and they mentioned that this is not considered damage (Charging 7500)

                        My pedl cycle never unlocked and i am being charged for 53 rupees at the moment for the cycle i never used. the trip isnt ending either because its telling me to lock the cycle to end the trip, but the cycle is already locked. please help immidiately

                        Same thing happened to me! It is happening to a lot of people. And their customer service is USELESS. There's no option to file a complaint on that ONE contact number available on their website. There's no other contact details given just that number and their office address. What am I supposed to do, write a letter???!!! Are these people even real

                          I had a bitter experience last night. I unlocked cycle 101156 from pedl station at 10.13 pm and somehow unable to ride it so within 2 mins o[censored]nlocking, i submitted the cycle on the same pedl station. While ending the trip, it kept on giving me error stating 'search near by pedl station' whereas i was standing on the station itself. As it was late, i had to leave and my trip didn't end after trying so many times. Money was deducted from my wallet the whole night and the following morning. The trip lasted for 5 hr 2 mins. The customer care seems of no use. I give 0 out of 5 to zoom car support team.

                            Cycle no. 100648 in the seasons road stand when i unlocked it then it is not unlocked but the trip was started and my paytm cash starts running out i tried my best to unlock it but isn't and afterwards when i tried to end the trip then it again not happens due to some problem in cycle and i can't be able to end the trip till now so plz make me out of this as soon as possible, cycle is available on seasons road stand

                              I had tried to unlock the cycle 100424 and it showed me that the trip had begun but the cycle didnot unlock. Money is being deducted and i get messages about this. I am charged for a trip i could not take and extra. Please look into this problem and try to end it as soon as possible. I had mailed to the customer service 3times and there was no response.

                              Hey, i have unlocked a wrong cycle 100375 and i couldn't find it in any near by stations. The cycle is being used and my money is being deducted please help me with ending the trip ASAP.

                              My cycle 101583 in pune university is not unlocking and the trip is still ON. I tried to end the trip so many times but it just doesn't work. My money is being deducted continuously and there is nothing I can do about it. And for a company that works on online rentals these people are impossible to reach. The only contact number on their website has no option to register a complaint!!! Only other thing they have given is their address. Do they expect me to write a letter????!!!
                              And now they have the audacity to send me a message telling me to return the cycle to avoid outstanding. TWICE.

                              WHAT IS WRONG WITH THEM.

                                Today at 5 pm i tried to unlock cycle no. 101602. However i am not able to unlock the cycle and trip already started. Since lock is not able to open i wanted to end the trip. Now Neither it's getting unlocked nor able to end the trip. Money is getting deducted, pl resolve the problem and call me on [protected]. Your app or software is hopeless and customer care no.is not available. It is asking to take the cycle to nearest pedal station, lock is not opening how can i take it to nearest pedal station?

                                  Yesterday i had booked zoom pedal cycle. At one place i stopped and locked the cycle and proceeded for end trip. It asks me to park cycle in pedal station. While i was searching for pedal my phone was snatched, so i was not able to end trip. Please end trip from your end. Money is deducting continuously. Please do need full asap.

                                    The third time i rented a car through zoomcar was an absolute nightmare, and i lost a great holiday, as well 25.000inr.

                                    Can you please look into this complaint, escalate this case to your management and respond?

                                    1. I rented a car and drive from bangalore for about 3.5 hours
                                    2. Car becomes unresponsive and we parked and called zoomcar
                                    3. We wasted several hours waiting, eventually tow shows up and taxi
                                    4. We had to arrange other transport for the holiday which costed a lot of money (12.000inr)
                                    5. It turns out there was a problem with the clutch (I believe), and i was summoned to pay 10.000inr
                                    6. The remaining days of the rental period (3 days), i still had to pay as well, unbelievably. So in total i paid 25.000inr
                                    7. I was accused of driving negligence, not sure where this came from, as i merely drove the car as anyone would
                                    8. The car had wear and tear, the clutch or whatever the issue was, had not been caused in any kind of way by myself.

                                    I truly hope this can be resolved, as to date, i had some really good experiences with zoomcar, but this is truly very unprofessional and right out unfair.

                                      Hi i had rrentd bicycle from zoomcar pedl for more 33 hours ago. The cycle lock never unlocked to start with at nisarg society pimple saudagar but it showed that it had unlocked the cycle already. I searched for a customer care number all over the internet but no use i raised complaint in zoomcar complaint forum which said i'll get a response within 11 to 12 hours but i haven't receiveda single buzz to acknowledge my complain. It has charged me about rs 86 till now.

                                      Car brooke down there was no assistance n we towed vehicle contacted tata services to tow the vehicle to service centre nd when they replied asked us to take cab back to source would refund the amount of 2way cab bill, tow and unused charges. Now saying can adjust unused hours towards the cab bill. Where as on call n mail confirmed to refund both

                                      I have started my ride on bycycle 102124 from rose icon pimple saudagar pune,
                                      Ride started, first time lock get unlocked it runs fine, i have some work so i locked it at one place after some time i wanta to resume the trip but cycle was not getting unlocked and trip was not getting end.
                                      Pathetic ride
                                      I booked zoom car registered no [protected] in the month of nov 17 but due to not holding license booking canceled but refund not come yet.
