I was trying to book a pedl cycle in Mahindra City, Chennai. But by mistake, i booked a wrong number cycle (Cycle number:100058). Now it is not getting locked and i cannot cancel the trip. And my money is also being charged as it is connected with my paytm wallet. Please see to it asap.

    I booked one car from Zoomcar few months before and just before pickup time they canceled my booking and reason being my driving licence they rejected because of City mentioned on my driving licence.
    After some discussion with customer care there executive suggested me to try after some days again.
    now after a long gap I booked one car again just to check this issue and again they canceled on 5th Feb 2018 with same reason.

    According to Zoomcar City mentioned on my driving licence is in their Blacklist.

    I don't understand reason behind this. They are saying they have faced some problems in that area but i am booking from Bangalore and I stay in Bangalore.

      I borrowed a zoomcar few weeks back and for my bad luck it met with an accident, in which on the highway my car was hit by another car from the backside and there was a minor damage on the backside of the car. According to the zoomcar accident policy they have fixed rates for all the damages caused. Without mentioning about the costs they have paid to repair the car, they are harassing me to pay an outstanding amount of 10, 000. Today they have issued a legal notice to pay 10, 000, without mentioning for what severity of the damage i should pay the outstanding amount. Zoomcar is cheating the customers by this.

      I didn't receive the refund of Rs 3000/- against my BOOKING ID # JPS627FBC from zoom car, even after several emails i didn't any reply from there side.

        By mistake i unlocked wrong cycle. On date 02/02/2018 in pimple saudagar even i mailed you on the same date but cycle is still unlocked.. And it's still billing and i'm even unable to book another cycle please look into the matter.

        The cycle is not locking...i have started the trip at 4pm I want to end it at 8 but the cycle wasn't locking so i parked as it is at pedl station trip was also not getting ended so please solve the issue as fast as possible...as i haven't any money at paytm so i wouldn't like to pay the extra cash to u.

          I am pintu mondal with my account mobile no: [protected].

          I had booked a pedl cycle on 2-feb-2018. I kept the cycle on a pedl stations (Where there were already almost 10 cycles where there) but still i was unable to 'end my trip'. On 5th feb i am getting rs 100 outstanding. This is not fair things as this is a technique fault from your sides.

          Please help me on the above mentioned things.

            I under signed dhruvanshu parmar tried to access pedl zoomcar bicycle yesterday in aundh pune. Via paytm qr code, i unlocked the cycle and my trip started but the cycle lock wasn't unlocking the cycle. My friend and i tried opening the lock for nearly half an hour but failed to unlock it. Further, the website wasn't even ending my trip. Sorry for the action, but my paytm account also has been deactivated due to uninstallion of paytm app. Since last night, the website still shows the trip acting and not ending it, though i tried a lot number of times. And today morning, its asking me to pay 30/- though i havent drove the cycle for a second. Sorry for the inconvenience but i didnt exactly remember the cycle number. What should i do? Please guide me.

              I have mistakenly unlocked wrong cycle number.

              I have been keep mailing about this issue for past few hours.

              Each time zoom pedl is sending mail to enter phone number and cycle number and i replied few times.

              Even now it is charging me for each half an hour.

              I'm unable to end trip and book another cycle.

              This is my first try and got disappointed.

                I tried to unlock the cycle(102701) near NIFT Bangalore but I was unable to do so and the trip started. Now I'm not able to unlock the cycle or either unlock the cycle and they are deducting my money from past 17 hours. Please return my money and also fix the bug.

                  Hello,
                  On 31 jan, i started a trip with cycle 100387 in pune. On start trip the cycle did not unlock. Manual intervention also did not work. I tried for 15 minutes, and then clicked end trip. The trip did not end. I tried for almost 45 minutes and gave up. Lodged 3 complaints on the website, but did not get any call back. The meter kept ticking. Rs. 10 was deducted from my paytm. Today i get an sms that my total bill is 92/-. How is this possible, when could not unlock the cycle and then could not end trip as well. Request you to please look into this and reverse the complete amount.

                    I am struggling to end trip since last 18 plus hours, as i could not able to unlock at all.

                    On top of it, pedl is continuously charging money through paytm balance which is exhausted.

                    I have tried to end trip multiple number of times. Also i have tried to unlock the cycle, but that too is not working.
                    This is frustrating and sheer waste of time,

                      I booked a zoomcar - i20 from chandigarh on 21st jan. - 26th jan. The executive called me up and told me that the car is not available, 20 minutes before the booking. However, after i told about the problems i will face, they agreed to provide me with ford ecosport. Dl 1n 9226. After completing the trip, the executive looked at the car, checked it thoroughly and provided me with an otp to end my booking.
                      2 days later, i receive a mail from zoomcar that there has been a damage and i have to pay rs 7000. I was shocked to know about it, as there have been no damages during my booking. I have tried mailing and calling up zoomcar, but they are not giving me any details.
                      Also, if anything happens to the car after i hand over the car to a zoomcar executive, who is liable to pay for it?
                      To further worsen things, zoomcar is sending me reminders that i should pay up to avoid 'proceedings'.
                      1. Zoomcar has not mentioned anything about the damage. They have sent a photo of a small scratch on a glass. Note that even the car, nor the car number is visible in the image.
                      2. When further asked if there is a timestamp, there is no answer.
                      3. Zoomcar executive had confirmed that the car is fine and your refund would be initiated.
                      4. Zoomcar then makes a u-turn and says there has been a damage.

                            I am a student of iit madras and i am writing this post to resolve a issue regarding pedl. While booking a pedl i had unlocked a wrong cycle. And i could not find the cycle. The ride is still going on and i cant end the trip. I have emailed pedl customer support quite a few times but have not received any update yet.                                   Dear team,

                                  Please look into my case..in the morning i tried taking the bicycle on rent through paytm.. To unlock the cycle i put in the cycle number which is 100218 from rosedale plaza kolkata. But unfortunately the trip started but the bicycle didn't got unlocked. I tried unlocking it manually but nothing happened.

                                  I tried to end my trip afterwards but still it was not successful.. The cycle is still there at pedl location but in app its showing that the trip is started and its continuously charging me.

                                  I have been trying to end the trip but its not going through at all. Please end the trip from your side at the earliest and refund my amount.

                                  I have been getting sms from your website to pay more for my continuous trip which is in actual i have not used.

                                  Its now showing me 4hrs 47mins...

                                    That was not the first time i was booking car via zoom car
                                    And i met with accident too but at time i even paid 6000 for some damages because it was worth paying for it
                                    But guys this time 5000 for just a sing small dent which can be repaired with 500 bucks,
                                    Such a big loot for zoomcar guys

                                      I tried unlocking cycle number 101602 the trip had begun but the cycle lock was jammed or damaged i don't know, it wouldn't unlock. I have tried contacting the customer care earlier and there was no response from the same. Please lock the cycle or else i wouldn't be using this service of yours again as it has happened earlier as well. Very disappointed.

                                      I am unable to end my trip. Iwas emailed 7 or 8 times but I don't get an help from Zoom car PEDL team. 14 hours gone but this reason I can't sleep. What is this???. Please end my trip.

                                        I am unable to end my pedl trip and i have e-mailed multiple times to end trip but no response and there is no customer care number to reach out to.

                                        I couldn't unlock the cycle to ride nor could i end the trip to book another cycle. It has been more than 14 hours and no response from the team. I am receiving alert to return the cycle but no help or response from the team.

                                        I rented a peek cycle and locked it on an ongoing trip now not able to unlock nor able to end trip. I am being charged for the entire time as the trip is not ending.
                                        Please do the needful as soon as possible.
