Sir i have rented a zoom car from mumbai kandivali i have completed booking i have late 4 hours i have have paid full amount of zoom car and i m calling customer care bt no answer so i park the zoom car in my area after 5 days the i have recieved a msg from zoom car 13000 outstanding amount so i m so shocked plz i have no money to paid this much amount plz do something give me 5/6 month so i will paid your money i have left my family i m in so trouble plz do something [protected] call me

    Dear team,

    Please look into my case..in the morning i tried taking the bicycle on rent through paytm.. To unlock the cycle i put in the cycle number which is 100218 from rosedale plaza kolkata. But unfortunately the trip started but the bicycle didn't got unlocked. I tried unlocking it manually but nothing happened.

    I tried to end my trip afterwards but still it was not successful.. The cycle is still there at pedl location but in app its showing that the trip is started and its continuously charging me.

    I have been trying to end the trip but its not going through at all. Please end the trip from your side at the earliest and refund my amount.

    I have been getting sms from your website to pay more for my continuous trip which is in actual i have not used.

    Its now showing me 4hrs 47mins...

      Anurag singh this side, i had a booking of honda jazz on 31st of january (Booking id - jps62r14g)
      I just had a small dent and they have charged me with 5000rs.
      Such a unprofessional behavior from their side...
      Reach back to me zoomcar asap.
      I need to know why it happened with me
      You guys should know about your loyal costumer
      That was not the first time i was booking car via zoom car
      And i met with accident too but at time i even paid 6000 for some damages because it was worth paying for it
      But guys this time 5000 for just a sing small dent which can be repaired with 500 bucks,
      Such a big loot for zoomcar guys

        Hi,
        I tried unlocking cycle number 101602 the trip had begun but the cycle lock was jammed or damaged i don't know, it wouldn't unlock. I have tried contacting the customer care earlier and there was no response from the same. Please lock the cycle or else i wouldn't be using this service of yours again as it has happened earlier as well. Very disappointed.

          I am unable to end my pedl trip and i have e-mailed multiple times to end trip but no response and there is no customer care number to reach out to.

          I couldn't unlock the cycle to ride nor could i end the trip to book another cycle. It has been more than 14 hours and no response from the team. I am receiving alert to return the cycle but no help or response from the team.

          I rented a peek cycle and locked it on an ongoing trip now not able to unlock nor able to end trip. I am being charged for the entire time as the trip is not ending.

              I'm Jagadeesh Kovelakuntla. I'm a daily user of Pedl.Today afternoon by 2 0 clock I took a ride from Gurunath to Mechanical sciences block it's just a matter of 4-5 minutes.
              I locked the cycle when reached there from then onwards journey for that I'm charged 10 rupees and the trip is still going on... I don't know what to do now and my cycle No. Is 100747.
              Please make sure of it... From this moment I'm feeling like this is one of the worst cycle service ever that I have bought here in IIT Madras.

                I have booked zoom car on 3rd dec 2017 for three days. I had booked for mini hatchback car (Ford figo). Zoom car failed to provide and forced me to accept hyundai i-20. When i received the car, it was already having many scratches. I had pointed out to the zoom car representative on location.

                After three days when i returned car it was having a minor dent and scratches on left side fender. Zoom car representative has asked a big money 8000 rs for this small dent and scratches. I refused as such minor dent can be repaired at max 4000rs. This i have already made inquiries to mahindra service center.

                I unlocked the wrong pedl cycle by mistake and i'm not able to end my trip

                  Yesterday at 7:30 am when i tried to unlock the cycle with no. 100377 at kalpataru estate phase1 pune, it did not unlocked, however trip was started. I tried to end trip but trip didn't end. Even now, i am getting charged against an open trip of pedl, even if i am not using the cycle. Please end the trip. I raised a complaint and sent a mail. But there's no response from your team. Please respond quickly.

                        Hi, i faced a problem today morning that when i tried to unlock the cycle, it did not, however trip was started. I tried to end trip but trip didn't end. Even now, i am getting charged against an open trip of pedl, even if i am not using the cycle. Please end the trip from backend and refund me the charged amount

                        Also, there is no dedicated customer care for pedl which i could contact immediately and end my trip. I am still struggling to contact zoom car support. I sent an email via app as suggested but no response (Except standard one which doesn't promise any resolution of the complaint)

                            The cycle could not be unlocked even after several attempts. But the trip started! I am being charged since that moment! I have tried to end the trip several times but i'm unable to do so. I don't do what to do!

                            And PEDL has already deducted ₹10 from my account and has ₹19 on hold. Moreover, acc to this active session, it's charging me ₹21. Everything doesn't even adds up properly. Please rectify.

                            Here's something that i have observed: the blue led of the gps locker isnt responding at all which makes me want to believe that the device is faulty and isnt able to respond to end trip signals.

                            UPDATE!

                            After Rs10 were deducted from my account, I transferred all my money to my friend's PayTM account. But ZoomCar didn't stop deducting money or end the trip.

                            I raised a complaint on this website before (Refer: https://www.consumercomplaints.in/zoom-car-zoom-car-pedal-cycle-not-unlocked-but-still-being-charged-unable-to-end-the-trip-c1849192) and Mr Wasim told be there that they have ended the trip from their side and they will refund the money. Hence, I transferred money back to my wallet from my friend's account. Zoom Car deducted Rs19 from my account and STILL DIDNT STOP! Mr. Wasim lied to me about the trip being ended from their side (I have attached the screenshots too in my reply on the link provided above).

                            Then immediately I transferred my money back to my friend's PayTM wallet. Then finally after 1Day 6Hours 10Mins, the trip was finally ended! (I never got any refund though).

                            But next time when I used PEDL on 1st Feb 2018, Rs33 was deducted from my wallet instead of Re1 (Rs32 was additional amount from the last buggy trip).

                            So, in total, Rs61 was deducted from my PayTM account even though I never used PEDL service. Please refund me my money.

                            I trying to unlock pedl cycle but it didn't got unlock n whn I was trying to end my trip n it's nt getting end I m HV to pay to much for no reason help me out

                            I am facing issue with pedl cycle. I try to unlock cycle, my trip got started but the cycle didn't unlocked. When try to end it also don't ended. And till now showing trip is in progress and amount is debited from my paytm. I have email two time but no reply from support team.

                              Hi team,

                              After i booked cycle it did not get unlocked. When i tried to end trip it says “request time out”. I am unable to end it since then. I have been charged for about 5 hours now. Kindly help in getting the trip end. Also no amount should get deducted from my paytm account as i was unable to take the trip.

                                I started my trip from kubera gulshan, aundh on 28th jan. Some distance away i parked my cycle for 2 minutes outside a shop and somebody stole the cycle. I immediately looked around in the vicinity but couldn't find the cycle. The cycle number is 101491. Now i'm unable to lock the cycle. I even tried to contact you but in vain. Please guide me on how to locate the cycle or atleast help me end the trip. My paytm account is linked with your pedl so the money is constantly being debited.. Kindly help me and contact me on [protected] as soon as possible

                                  This is to bring to your notice that yesterday 27th jan, 2018 at around 6:45 am i tried to unlock the cycle at medipoint hospital pedl station aundh, pune 411007. Cycle no 101583. My mobile no: [protected].

                                  The cycle could not be unlocked even after several attempts. But the trip started! I am being charged till then moment! I have tried to end the trip several times but not able to do so. I don't do what to do!

                                  Please do the needful and refund the amount immediately.

                                    Dear sir/mam. My self dinesh. Today morni g i have booked cycle through zoomcar. After one our i am trying to do endtrip but i is still not happaned. I am going to do end trip of pedl cycle. It is giving error. I have also resister complaint on their portal. Still i am not getting any response. But amount deducted my paytm account. I am not getting any contact number of them. Please sir help me to resolve this problem.

                                        While i was driving, the break suddenly got freezed! I was trying to break but it becomes hard and i can't stop the car and then the car hit a wall! Now they are asking me to pay rupees 10, 000 for damage charges even if there was not any fault of mine. Infact i should be paid by the zoomcar because i couldn't get joy of zoomcar and my full trip got cancelled. They only mentions that we have checked and there wasn't any break issue so you must have to pay the amount in the earliest. This company is full of fraud, fraud and only fraud! Hate it
