I am an old CUSTOMER of Zoomcar, never faced ANY PROBLEM until now as I had a booking with Zoomcar JPS69NIK8 on 20th March, I started the trip at fuel gauge being at 10%(image attached), I completed the trip at around 7 pm and before ending the trip I refuelled the car to 100% as Zoomcar said it will be refunded anyhow(Have the recordings of Zoomcar person saying the same) so Out of good deed I did that for them, but what followed after that is a horrible experience for me, I called them after the trip ended for about 2-3 days and I got the response in 5-15 Days it will be CREDited and even I received the pdf stating about my fuel refund so I relaxed but as soon as 15 days passed I couldn't reach out to Zoomcar CUSTOMER care as it said you don't have any booking. Since then I am trying to reach out to them through Social media pages but they have only made false promises and claims not even a single call they have made to resolve my issue, I regret being a good CUSTOMER for them. Is this your CUSTOMER Satisfaction, ### Crap ?? If you don't refund my hard-earned money back I am never going to be your returning CUSTOMER again and I will need to file a p[olice complaint against you for fraud.
I have attached all the proofs needed.
