We booked a car for one day trip. But due to some technical issue in app, the trip couldn't b started in the app. So, we had to do the trip without the app. But the issue started when it was not even getting ended and was just getting extended for more than a month. Now it shows an outstanding amount in lakhs. However, the car driver picked the car the next day itself.

This happened once again when the app was unable to start the trip and ending also couldn't be done. So, the outstanding amount has been created.

Due to lack of staffs to pick/up drop vehicle and no customer care service why shall we pay outstanding amounts?

Now no one responds to calls or mails. Please help with the outstanding amount!!

    I had booked a Swift ZXI+ automatic car from zoomcar on 19th of march, 2022 for a trip to be started at 7:00am on 19th march 2022. When i woke up at 5:30am on the day of trip and checked the status of my booking i noticed that my vehicle was replaced by some manual car (i specifically needed an automatic transmission car as i dont have enough experience with manual transmission cars and i dont feel comfortable in driving those) i was then contacted by the delivery agent who wanted to me take the delivery of the manual vehicle which i obviously denied and to that i was replied that another vehicle is being arranged. After that i was never called by any customer care employee to address my issue and whenever i tried to contact i was put on hold for more than 20mins and then disconnected eventually. Till date i.e 22nd March 2022, my issue has not been resolved, i have contacted the customer care support via phone as well as emailed them through the app but still no reply. Moreover the vehicle was never delivered to me and no other option was given to me .Please help me to get a solution for this.       I booked a car from zoomcar and paid all the money in advance. They messaged me that my booking is confirmed and I can get my car from a certain location. When I went there, there was no car, there representative confirmed that car was never booked and they don't have any car available. And now it's been more than 4 days, they're not initiating my refund.

        It is very unfair that the service on which I had trust is now no more. What Happened with me is as under: BOOKING ID : JPS699N9P I booked a car (XUV 500) on 18th March, Friday (for 20th March, Sunday, 7.00 AM to 11.30 PM) to go to some place with my family. After booking I tried so many times to contact the Zoomcar helpline no.[protected] but there was no response from them. Then on the day of booking that is 20th March, Sunday, at about 7.30 AM, I went with my family to the location provided in the "zoomcar" application from my house which is around 50 kms from my house. When I talked to the person who was hosting that car said that the car is not available, (we had to reach Chanod for our social activity till 10.00 AM). At that time we tried to contact the zoomcar customer care number many times, but no response. Till 9.00 AM we were in Ahmedabad because of this issue from zoomcar. This was not expected that Rs. 3566 given in advance at the time of booking and still such an issue took place was very irritating and we could not attend the activity in time and such harassment is not bearable from this registered company. Even still today, there is no proper satisfied response from them. I mailed them and they are not even replying. I hope that some action should be done as the Zoomcar is not contactable by call or even not replying the mails.

        I found the similar issue and in that issue they promised to provide 5 times of the booking amount.

          I have booked Maruthi Celerio automatic on 12th march and received confirmation message but at the time of delivery the number provided in the message was switched off and when i tried to reach customer care, no one answered and i tried it for 20 times. After 2 days i received a message saying your zoomcar has been cancelled and they are charging some amount for cancelling the booking where as i didn’t cancelled it.

            I had a booking on 17th March but when I had gone to pick up the car it says to unlock it through app or through call. I tried through app but it shows an error so I called Zoom customer care to unlock my car but they haven't picked up the call. I am trying to call till now but no one is picking up the call. So I just need my booking amount back nothing more.

              I've booked Renault Kwid today and done 100% payment in advance, I drove 6kms to pickup location of car and surprisingly there was no vehicle. Company lied and making fools of customer after receiving payments.

              No one in company responded to call and solved the query. I've waited for 15mins and no response.

              Chor company it is.

                We not like your services for partner we need to remove ur all device from car by today only else I will put complaint in consumer forum because from last 1 month we suffer my car battery drain 3times no one comes to help no one pickup call on service center even my all tickets are open as same no one replying properly all kind of promises are failure from zoom side. When you guy need tie u send person same day to put n now we are begging on that to remove even we can't use my own car when it's emerging than no use to carry forwards this .

                  I had booked Tavera to travel 260 kms where the odometer reading before the trip start was 81246 kms on the dashboard and after completing the trip the final odometer reading was 81531 kms. In all I had travelled 285 kms during the entire journey. While filling the checklist the last registered kilometer reading was 75000kms. Due to this when I entered the actual last kilometer reading zoomcar has put an extremely huge outstanding amount on the bill. Kindly help me in getting this resolved.

                        I have booked zoomcar for 19th March 9am - 7pm but didn't received any vehicle the whole day. Today at 9:50 they cancelled my booking and di dt refund my money back. I didn't received any vehicle and how come they charge for it. I just want my money back

                          We planned a trip and wanted to book zoom car in between process we came to know that firstly we have to get our DL verified. I have uploaded it on the app and it's been more than 15 days, what a ridiculous service provided by zoom car. Despite of reading lot of negative comments about the service I tried to trust zoom car but at the end they're not worth it.

                          I have returned the car with 90% of extra fuel and driven 3km lesser than the range allocated with booking.

                          I was charged ₹65 at the rate of ₹13 per km and no full money was reimbursed. I have screenshots from zoom car app.

                            Car not available at location i did not recive car and i paid payment in advance.                               I have a booked a self driven car on 19/03/2022 from 2:30PM to 10:30PM ( for 8Hrs), as per company policy they have assigned me a car, MH12QM9857, after payment that according to then was parked on a location showing in their app but when I reached there at 2:10PM, I found that there is no car parked with such a number I waited at the location for 45mins and also tried calling zoom car customer service to track the exact location but no-one respond and had not picked my call. After around 45mins I came back and again tried calling but till time none is responding about the same. I finally tried to cancel my booking also that also didn't work.
                              I want my completer refund for the booking Rs 1512+ charges to reach a pick up location and come back approx 1000Rs+ charges I spent to finally go on the location for which I booked a self driven car Rs 2000 Total=4512rs

                                  On 22nd march kwid booked for 8 hrs after 2 hrs wait also car fleet dis not responded top of full amount was paid in advance customer care said why dont we call by 10:30 but driver number shown on app was switched off .
                                  They supposed to refund but they denined

                                    We have booked a car DatsonRedi -go petrol
                                    On[protected] from 2:00am to 10:00am. We have reached the pickup location given. But couldn't find the car at the location we have searched for the car like for an hour but couldn't find any. We have also tried to contact the customer care but no one available we have tried like many times but there was no response. Zoom car being highly reputed company this is not the response a customer would appreciate for. All we just want is our 100% money refund. Kindly check on this issue and refund our money as soon as possible.
