It has been more than 30 days since i cancelled my booking on zoomcar, but still i have not received my refund amount from zoomcar. It shows in the app the the refund is pending but still i have not received any details regarding the details of my refund. This is unacceptable as they demand payment upfront and cause that much delay in just refunding the amount they take and its quite infuriating that they can't even reply to the complaints even after diversifying their customer service in India. Even after sending a bunch of complaint emails from my side, there is still no response.
I had paid Rs 8661 on February 25 and their refund policy states that the money will be refunded in 30 days. I have contacted them numerous times but still no answer from their side. They are using nefarious means to scam and cheat the customers which is totally unacceptable.

    I am not able to do booking. I am getting message that you have been blacklisted.

    What's the reason for this blacklist?
    I am regular customer and about multiple accounts your system only allowed to do so back in 2018. None of accounts were created in 2020.
    Profile is approved still what's the issue?
    Can you unblock this on priority as one time exception ?

      I am a regular customer of Zoom Car but from a couple of months, i am trying to book a zoom car but the application is showing that you are blacklisted by the zoom car without any reason and intimation.

      After that i have emailed almost 3-4 times to the zoom car support but there is no response from there side. I have also called so many times to the customer care number but not able to connect with the representative.

      Please help me out of this and provide a valid reasons for this inconvenience caused.

        My friend has uploaded my DL and his Aadhar card in his zoomcar account by mistake, and though it's been 3 days it's still not verified, He had sent an email to zoomcar regarding deleting his account and later on he'll freshly upload his own DL, and I'll be able to create my own zoomcar account with my DL.
        kindly look into the matter.

          Worst experience, never book car with zoomcar they do not give refund
          I have booked zoom car with booking I'd JPS69BM48 with email ID[protected]@paruluniversity.ac.in on 26/02/22 at 11 pm than suddenly my booking was cancelled and amount was deducted from my bank account Now it has been 30 days still i have not recieved my refund
          And coustom care of zoomcar is giving fake response that amount have been initiated then i have also shared my bank statement
          So I request public not to book zoomcar.

            Hi,

            After raising the below mail, I received a call from Rahul Singh (Ph num-[protected]) stating he is from a Zoom customer care. On asking him about the refund amount, he asked me to install several online payment apps to check for my bank balance. After several arguments, I informed that I would take this legally. He told me that he won't transfer my refund since my account balance is low. And that he would transfer the refund only If i had a minimum balance of ₹5000. He spoke disrespectfully that zoom cars won't handle poor customers and they prefer only premium customers. Tried calling him several times but it says switched off. Kindly do the needful to get my refund back.

                Zoom Car payment deducted but booking not confirmed

                Hi,

                I have made a reservation for 12th Feb to 14th Feb of Datsun Redi-GO MT Petrol from Coimbatore and the amount has been deducted from my account but I received no booking confirmation, so I again tried to book the same car for same date and time using another account of mine and I got the booking confirmation. The help page said to wait for half an hour but the booking wasn't confirmed so I did the transaction again because...

                  I had booked a zoomcar with trip id - JPSN77W89 on 21st March. When I went to pickup the car at the location, the car was not available. After 1 hour of hold time on customer care, I finally got a cancellation and complete refund assurance.

                  I received the cashfree link for my refund for trip id: JPSN77W89. I tried receiving my refund via multiple valid UPI IDs as well as account number option. But it shows the same error that “wrong account details entered” for all methods. Screenshot attached. Now it shows that I have exceeded the maximum OTP attempts and that I need to request for a new link.

                  So I was harrased by car being unavailable, wasting my 1 hour in the sun finding the car and now even the refund is not processed!

                    We booked a car for one day trip. But due to some technical issue in app, the trip couldn't b started in the app. So, we had to do the trip without the app. But the issue started when it was not even getting ended and was just getting extended for more than a month. Now it shows an outstanding amount in lakhs. However, the car driver picked the car the next day itself.

                    This happened once again when the app was unable to start the trip and ending also couldn't be done. So, the outstanding amount has been created.

                    Due to lack of staffs to pick/up drop vehicle and no customer care service why shall we pay outstanding amounts?

                    Now no one responds to calls or mails. Please help with the outstanding amount!!

                      I had booked a Swift ZXI+ automatic car from zoomcar on 19th of march, 2022 for a trip to be started at 7:00am on 19th march 2022. When i woke up at 5:30am on the day of trip and checked the status of my booking i noticed that my vehicle was replaced by some manual car (i specifically needed an automatic transmission car as i dont have enough experience with manual transmission cars and i dont feel comfortable in driving those) i was then contacted by the delivery agent who wanted to me take the delivery of the manual vehicle which i obviously denied and to that i was replied that another vehicle is being arranged. After that i was never called by any customer care employee to address my issue and whenever i tried to contact i was put on hold for more than 20mins and then disconnected eventually. Till date i.e 22nd March 2022, my issue has not been resolved, i have contacted the customer care support via phone as well as emailed them through the app but still no reply. Moreover the vehicle was never delivered to me and no other option was given to me .Please help me to get a solution for this.                         I booked a car from zoomcar and paid all the money in advance. They messaged me that my booking is confirmed and I can get my car from a certain location. When I went there, there was no car, there representative confirmed that car was never booked and they don't have any car available. And now it's been more than 4 days, they're not initiating my refund.

                          It is very unfair that the service on which I had trust is now no more. What Happened with me is as under: BOOKING ID : JPS699N9P I booked a car (XUV 500) on 18th March, Friday (for 20th March, Sunday, 7.00 AM to 11.30 PM) to go to some place with my family. After booking I tried so many times to contact the Zoomcar helpline no.[protected] but there was no response from them. Then on the day of booking that is 20th March, Sunday, at about 7.30 AM, I went with my family to the location provided in the "zoomcar" application from my house which is around 50 kms from my house. When I talked to the person who was hosting that car said that the car is not available, (we had to reach Chanod for our social activity till 10.00 AM). At that time we tried to contact the zoomcar customer care number many times, but no response. Till 9.00 AM we were in Ahmedabad because of this issue from zoomcar. This was not expected that Rs. 3566 given in advance at the time of booking and still such an issue took place was very irritating and we could not attend the activity in time and such harassment is not bearable from this registered company. Even still today, there is no proper satisfied response from them. I mailed them and they are not even replying. I hope that some action should be done as the Zoomcar is not contactable by call or even not replying the mails.

                            I have booked Maruthi Celerio automatic on 12th march and received confirmation message but at the time of delivery the number provided in the message was switched off and when i tried to reach customer care, no one answered and i tried it for 20 times. After 2 days i received a message saying your zoomcar has been cancelled and they are charging some amount for cancelling the booking where as i didn’t cancelled it.

                              I had a booking on 17th March but when I had gone to pick up the car it says to unlock it through app or through call. I tried through app but it shows an error so I called Zoom customer care to unlock my car but they haven't picked up the call. I am trying to call till now but no one is picking up the call. So I just need my booking amount back nothing more.

                                I've booked Renault Kwid today and done 100% payment in advance, I drove 6kms to pickup location of car and surprisingly there was no vehicle. Company lied and making fools of customer after receiving payments.

                                No one in company responded to call and solved the query. I've waited for 15mins and no response.

                                    I had booked Tavera to travel 260 kms where the odometer reading before the trip start was 81246 kms on the dashboard and after completing the trip the final odometer reading was 81531 kms. In all I had travelled 285 kms during the entire journey. While filling the checklist the last registered kilometer reading was 75000kms. Due to this when I entered the actual last kilometer reading zoomcar has put an extremely huge outstanding amount on the bill. Kindly help me in getting this resolved.
