Hi,
I had taken a car rental from Zoom Car in Pune on March 11th. The car provided had very low fuel. As per the agreement, I was supposed to return the vehicle with same amount of fuel. But the mobile app kept prompting me to return with full tank and I would be reimbursed, so as a good will I did a full tank and returned it, .
Firstly, there was no option to submit the fuel bill from the app, so I called customer care number, they asked me to send the bill copy to their email ID- [protected]@zoomcar.com which I did and was asked to wait for 48 hours.
Since I did not receive any update, I called them back after 72 hours. I was promised again on reimbursement in 24 hours. Nothing happened
Called them 3rd time after 48 hours, again the same promise of 24 hours.

And now, I can't even call them as it says I don't have an active booking with them.
I do not get any response from their email as well. It's been more than 25days.
The amount to be refund is 2000/-
The frustrating part is, I filled the fuel as a good will so that the next customer doesnt have an inconvenience but it turned out to be my inconvenince to followup multiple times.

Need help in resolving this.

    I'm Pratik Deshmukh.I had booked car on rent by zoom car on 4/3/2022.And have completed all the payment through Slice credit card. But when I went to pick car, then I was not able to pick a car, because they notified me that your profile is not completed and in all this my ride time get started and I was not able to cancel the ride. And I was also not able to pick a car. And thereby car was not provide to me .
    But then to only 275rs was refunded to my account. But I have paid 2719rs to book a ride. I have made near about 20-30 calls to zoom car customer care and also visited to zoom car office in pune, but no help was provided.
    So, please view my complaint ASAP.
    Otherwise I will take legal action.

        My name is karnna and my registered number is [protected] and register vehicle with zoomcar host is MH47AB2679. Recently the last booking on my car booking id JPSN7CF76 the customer damaged my car front bumper and also my neighbour car back bumper while removing car from parking of my society. I informed several times to zoomcar host support team and created ticket with all images and proof. Ticket id 756375. But still no response from them neither any support from them and no one visited to inspect this. Kindly take action asap and solve it before i Register FIR and take legal action against this.

          I had booked Datsun Redigo on 22nd March at 2pm and i had received instructions to pick it up from a place - gopal yadava kirana shop. I roamed the place almost 45mins based on the location. there was no car available and it was a small gully and i used the Horn option on the app which failed to connect. Eventually i gave up and had to hire another vendor. I followed up since with Customer service to cancel and refund. first time cancellation wasn't done even after giving assurance and since then followed up and finally got the booking cancelled and they reverted only 300/- out of 4000. They charged me cancellation fees for that. I had to fight it out to ask them to refund. But all i get is 24hrs and 5-15days for refund, I'm so much fed up with such lying companies who are not even bothered to call and confirm. Kindly look into the same.

            I booked a zoom car on 27, feb 2022 05:00 PM but unfortunately the car was not available at that time so they cancelled my booking and said to me that i will get my refund of exact amount 2314.00 back with in 15 days maximum but now it's 30 days and i have not received my money back. After 15 days i called the several time but every time they say that i will get money back in 24 hours but still nothing.

              I had following booking with zoom car via MMT site and was to get the car by 10 am. I was waiting at the pickup point for over one hour but no one came. The contact person you mentioned in confirmation message first kept telling me that car is coming and would come shortly. At 10:45 am when car did not come he started telling me that he is not able to see my booking and asked me to call your helpline.

              After a long hold your help line representative told me to cancel the booking. It wasted my over one hour, i got late to my meeting and then had to pay over 1600 for first point I had to go to. Later I had to spent around 6000 rupees for going to multiple places via Ola, for which I have bills.

              Booking details: Driver Allocated: Your Kwid (Petrol) (TS08GL9630) will be delivered by Zoomcar Fleet (9100998xxx) around 10 AM at rajiv gandhi international airport Hyderabad Remember to carry your original Driving Licence. bookingId=SD[protected] .

              This is was a very terrible experience, please check the same. The help line is also not very useful and every time I called they made me wait for minimum 25 minutes before connecting to an available representative.

              I had to pay more than twice amount (6000 Rupees) for going to different places using separate cabs, I have Ola bills for the same. Will you honor your Zoom Car promise and refund me my booking amount along with the damages for the mental trauma and the extra amount I had to spent due to this service deficiency?

                Hello,

                I had booked zoom car in Jaipur, Rajasthan. As they delivered non working conditioned car, Tata Nexon. My booking ID is JPS69BPP7.

                Please refund my amount as I had surrendered that car within 1 hour of my trip time. The car was not starting at the main time.

                      I am not able to do booking. I am getting message that you have been blacklisted.

                      What's the reason for this blacklist?
                      I am regular customer and about multiple accounts your system only allowed to do so back in 2018. None of accounts were created in 2020.
                      Profile is approved still what's the issue?
                      Can you unblock this on priority as one time exception ?

                        I booked a zoom car(JPS699WDE) on 18-Mar-2022 from 8am to 5pm to travel within chennai. I was unable to unlock the car after uploading the verification pictures due the error from zoom car application “Error. Please try again later” and was unable to use the car for the whole day. I tried calling their customer care and requested for a full refund but nothing happened even after multiple such interactions. This is a straight up fraud and i need my money back for the service they didn’t provide.

                          The worst customer care service from zoomcar they won’t even verify the profile and they also won’t pick the call to resolve the problem I have uploaded my dl 2 weeks back and still I’m not able to contact them and they are approving the profile damn fed up of this zoomcar customer care

                              I booked a Renault Kwid (MH14GH0838) through Zoom Car's website (Booking ID - JPS6995CK) for 3 days i.e from 17th March to 20th March. One of your ground staff members parked the car at a "NO PARKING ZONE" and handed over the key to us. Due to this, the car was towed and we had to give a fine of Rs 2071.12. I am attaching the proof for the same below. From that day, I had tried several times to reach the customer care but everytime the call is left unanswered. I need the full refund of this amount as this wasn't our mistake due to which we had to suffer a lot on that day.

                                I had booked zoomcar JPS696CYF on March 6th.
                                Today is March 26th.
                                I have called customer care 5 times already.(waiting time 20-30 mins) Always saying we have initiated the refund you'll get it in 24-48 hours.
                                Not received yet.
                                Already uploaded bills regarding same twice. Once by emails( as told by customer service on March 6th) and other on the mobile app.( Also told in 3rd call with customer service)
                                I'm asking for my own money.
                                This is harassment.

                                  I and two of my friends booked a zoom car yesterday 25/03/22 in the evening around 5-6 pm to get it delivered by night 11 pm - pick up from Brookfields mall, Coimbatore, TN.

                                  A person called and said that the car that we booked is damaged and so he will provide a new car, which will be delivered in half an hour. So we waited for that time and when we called back, they said the car is already delivered and is in the parking lot of that mall. We followed the location GPS and tried finding the car for about an hour. During the whole time that we were searching, the guy switched off his phone and shut us off! He called us back at 12-12:30 am saying that the car is not delivered yet and will be delivered in half an hour to one hour.

                                  Being 2 girls and a guy, we didn't know what to do and just waited for the car to be delivered as we didn't even know the regional language. While we were waiting, even the security of the mall noticed us many times and came to us asking us that we cannot stay there and what were we waiting for! We somehow conveyed to them that the car is going to come in a few minutes and that we are going to leave! We saw them arrive with the zoom car and went to pick it up, but then 5 men came out of the car intoxicated with substance as I could feel!

                                  They were very off and not in a proper state at all. And they told us that "the car is at another location, we came to pick you up!" We were very scared and worried looking at them and we planned to cancel it off. We tried talking to them, but they convinced us and asked us to sit in the car.

                                  Two guys of those five guys sat and drove us to a location outskirts from the city which was 8km-10km away. The man who was driving was driving very fast scaring us, no matter how many times we told him to drive slow. They took us to an unknown location and asked us to wait, while they go and pick it up.

                                  We waited there for another half an hour to one hour getting scared, worried not knowing what to do. While we tried to communicate they kept telling us that "We found the car, but the keys are not there, owner sleeping, the owner is on night shift, etc...We got very much scared and I was about to faint from the stress they have caused. My friends talked to one of the guys who stayed with us that if they don't get the car in 5-10min we will have to complain to the police! That man looked completely not bothered and was vaguely asking us to call them coming at us. I went back into the car and sat crying quietly.

                                  At 1:30 they got us the car. These guys were very casual, laughing at us and looked very weird and I was very scared. We somehow took the car. They also kept saying that it's not their fault, their TL made it like this and all...

                                  All plans were crashed due to this incident and we were very traumatized by the situation that we were put through. This is like an intentional threatening circumstance as I do not understand why there were 5 men in the car looking very not normal. I really think this isn't the way how things or situations are handled.

                                  The agent calls us in the morning and says that we dropped the car 15min late! When we asked them about everything that they put us through, he just says "sorry my shift got over and so I went home and I don't know what happened next!"

                                  I really want to say that this incident has traumatized me in a very bad way. We are distressed and this incident has surely harmed our physical, emotional, and psychological being of ourselves. Taking advantage of people who do not speak the same language or do not know the place, into something, benefiting themselves in a different way, is what I saw as the intention behind their actions.

                                    We came to Blore to go to Coorg from Chennai. We booked Zoomcar (Ertica for 7 people- Booking Id: JPSN7CQQS) from Bangalore to Coorg for March 26, one day prior with advance payment. The Car was cancelled in last minute, not even a hour before our dispature. We called customer care for several times. Every call ended in vain. They called us back after 3 hours to tell that there is only one kwid available for 7 people. We were not even allowed to book car in any other forum, has our bulk advance amount was struck with Zoomcar and they agreed to refund only with a estimation period of 5-15 days. Very very disappointed with their service. Never experienced anything like this before.

                                    However, We spent half our tour budget in paying the advance money and we were leftout with no other option, than staying in hotel for the full tour. We also paid advance to our resort in Coorg and they refused to refund. We came from Chennai to Blore to Completely stay in hotel and return back.

                                      At the end of my trip the driver came hours late for pick up and in the app I am being charged extra for late return. I have tried calling their customer support 5-6 times and they never receives the call. I have been receiving constant mails from zoomcar to pay the outstanding amount however, when I sent a mail, there is no response. I sent the mail regarding clarifying the outstanding amount in which I also mentioned to call me but there has been no response at all.

                                        I made a booking in Ahmedabad for pickup time at 10:30 pm on March 25, 2022. Its is 12 in the midnight and still i dont have the car. Pathetic service.
