I am not able to do booking. I am getting message that you have been blacklisted.

What's the reason for this blacklist?
I am regular customer and about multiple accounts your system only allowed to do so back in 2018. None of accounts were created in 2020.
Profile is approved still what's the issue?
Can you unblock this on priority as one time exception ?

    I booked a zoom car(JPS699WDE) on 18-Mar-2022 from 8am to 5pm to travel within chennai. I was unable to unlock the car after uploading the verification pictures due the error from zoom car application “Error. Please try again later” and was unable to use the car for the whole day. I tried calling their customer care and requested for a full refund but nothing happened even after multiple such interactions. This is a straight up fraud and i need my money back for the service they didn’t provide.

      The worst customer care service from zoomcar they won’t even verify the profile and they also won’t pick the call to resolve the problem I have uploaded my dl 2 weeks back and still I’m not able to contact them and they are approving the profile damn fed up of this zoomcar customer care

        I wasn't able to find the car and when i was opting for cancellation they are saying that the trip is already started and customer care is not picking up call for refund

          I booked a Renault Kwid (MH14GH0838) through Zoom Car's website (Booking ID - JPS6995CK) for 3 days i.e from 17th March to 20th March. One of your ground staff members parked the car at a "NO PARKING ZONE" and handed over the key to us. Due to this, the car was towed and we had to give a fine of Rs 2071.12. I am attaching the proof for the same below. From that day, I had tried several times to reach the customer care but everytime the call is left unanswered. I need the full refund of this amount as this wasn't our mistake due to which we had to suffer a lot on that day.

            I had booked zoomcar JPS696CYF on March 6th.
            Today is March 26th.
            I have called customer care 5 times already.(waiting time 20-30 mins) Always saying we have initiated the refund you'll get it in 24-48 hours.
            Not received yet.
            Already uploaded bills regarding same twice. Once by emails( as told by customer service on March 6th) and other on the mobile app.( Also told in 3rd call with customer service)
            I'm asking for my own money.
            This is harassment.

              Namskaram,

              I and two of my friends booked a zoom car yesterday 25/03/22 in the evening around 5-6 pm to get it delivered by night 11 pm - pick up from Brookfields mall, Coimbatore, TN.

              A person called and said that the car that we booked is damaged and so he will provide a new car, which will be delivered in half an hour. So we waited for that time and when we called back, they said the car is already delivered and is in the parking lot of that mall. We followed the location GPS and tried finding the car for about an hour. During the whole time that we were searching, the guy switched off his phone and shut us off! He called us back at 12-12:30 am saying that the car is not delivered yet and will be delivered in half an hour to one hour.

              Being 2 girls and a guy, we didn't know what to do and just waited for the car to be delivered as we didn't even know the regional language. While we were waiting, even the security of the mall noticed us many times and came to us asking us that we cannot stay there and what were we waiting for! We somehow conveyed to them that the car is going to come in a few minutes and that we are going to leave! We saw them arrive with the zoom car and went to pick it up, but then 5 men came out of the car intoxicated with substance as I could feel!

              They were very off and not in a proper state at all. And they told us that "the car is at another location, we came to pick you up!" We were very scared and worried looking at them and we planned to cancel it off. We tried talking to them, but they convinced us and asked us to sit in the car.

              Two guys of those five guys sat and drove us to a location outskirts from the city which was 8km-10km away. The man who was driving was driving very fast scaring us, no matter how many times we told him to drive slow. They took us to an unknown location and asked us to wait, while they go and pick it up.

              We waited there for another half an hour to one hour getting scared, worried not knowing what to do. While we tried to communicate they kept telling us that "We found the car, but the keys are not there, owner sleeping, the owner is on night shift, etc...We got very much scared and I was about to faint from the stress they have caused. My friends talked to one of the guys who stayed with us that if they don't get the car in 5-10min we will have to complain to the police! That man looked completely not bothered and was vaguely asking us to call them coming at us. I went back into the car and sat crying quietly.

              At 1:30 they got us the car. These guys were very casual, laughing at us and looked very weird and I was very scared. We somehow took the car. They also kept saying that it's not their fault, their TL made it like this and all...

              All plans were crashed due to this incident and we were very traumatized by the situation that we were put through. This is like an intentional threatening circumstance as I do not understand why there were 5 men in the car looking very not normal. I really think this isn't the way how things or situations are handled.

              The agent calls us in the morning and says that we dropped the car 15min late! When we asked them about everything that they put us through, he just says "sorry my shift got over and so I went home and I don't know what happened next!"

              I really want to say that this incident has traumatized me in a very bad way. We are distressed and this incident has surely harmed our physical, emotional, and psychological being of ourselves. Taking advantage of people who do not speak the same language or do not know the place, into something, benefiting themselves in a different way, is what I saw as the intention behind their actions.

                We came to Blore to go to Coorg from Chennai. We booked Zoomcar (Ertica for 7 people- Booking Id: JPSN7CQQS) from Bangalore to Coorg for March 26, one day prior with advance payment. The Car was cancelled in last minute, not even a hour before our dispature. We called customer care for several times. Every call ended in vain. They called us back after 3 hours to tell that there is only one kwid available for 7 people. We were not even allowed to book car in any other forum, has our bulk advance amount was struck with Zoomcar and they agreed to refund only with a estimation period of 5-15 days. Very very disappointed with their service. Never experienced anything like this before.

                However, We spent half our tour budget in paying the advance money and we were leftout with no other option, than staying in hotel for the full tour. We also paid advance to our resort in Coorg and they refused to refund. We came from Chennai to Blore to Completely stay in hotel and return back.

                  At the end of my trip the driver came hours late for pick up and in the app I am being charged extra for late return. I have tried calling their customer support 5-6 times and they never receives the call. I have been receiving constant mails from zoomcar to pay the outstanding amount however, when I sent a mail, there is no response. I sent the mail regarding clarifying the outstanding amount in which I also mentioned to call me but there has been no response at all.

                    I made a booking in Ahmedabad for pickup time at 10:30 pm on March 25, 2022. Its is 12 in the midnight and still i dont have the car. Pathetic service.

                      It has been more than 30 days since i cancelled my booking on zoomcar, but still i have not received my refund amount from zoomcar. It shows in the app the the refund is pending but still i have not received any details regarding the details of my refund. This is unacceptable as they demand payment upfront and cause that much delay in just refunding the amount they take and its quite infuriating that they can't even reply to the complaints even after diversifying their customer service in India. Even after sending a bunch of complaint emails from my side, there is still no response.
                      I had paid Rs 8661 on February 25 and their refund policy states that the money will be refunded in 30 days. I have contacted them numerous times but still no answer from their side. They are using nefarious means to scam and cheat the customers which is totally unacceptable.

                          I am a regular customer of Zoom Car but from a couple of months, i am trying to book a zoom car but the application is showing that you are blacklisted by the zoom car without any reason and intimation.

                          After that i have emailed almost 3-4 times to the zoom car support but there is no response from there side. I have also called so many times to the customer care number but not able to connect with the representative.

                          Please help me out of this and provide a valid reasons for this inconvenience caused.

                            My friend has uploaded my DL and his Aadhar card in his zoomcar account by mistake, and though it's been 3 days it's still not verified, He had sent an email to zoomcar regarding deleting his account and later on he'll freshly upload his own DL, and I'll be able to create my own zoomcar account with my DL.
                            kindly look into the matter.

                              Worst experience, never book car with zoomcar they do not give refund
                              I have booked zoom car with booking I'd JPS69BM48 with email ID[protected]@paruluniversity.ac.in on 26/02/22 at 11 pm than suddenly my booking was cancelled and amount was deducted from my bank account Now it has been 30 days still i have not recieved my refund
                              And coustom care of zoomcar is giving fake response that amount have been initiated then i have also shared my bank statement
                              So I request public not to book zoomcar.

                                Hi,

                                After raising the below mail, I received a call from Rahul Singh (Ph num-[protected]) stating he is from a Zoom customer care. On asking him about the refund amount, he asked me to install several online payment apps to check for my bank balance. After several arguments, I informed that I would take this legally. He told me that he won't transfer my refund since my account balance is low. And that he would transfer the refund only If i had a minimum balance of ₹5000. He spoke disrespectfully that zoom cars won't handle poor customers and they prefer only premium customers. Tried calling him several times but it says switched off. Kindly do the needful to get my refund back.

                                    Zoom Car payment deducted but booking not confirmed

                                    Hi,

                                    I have made a reservation for 12th Feb to 14th Feb of Datsun Redi-GO MT Petrol from Coimbatore and the amount has been deducted from my account but I received no booking confirmation, so I again tried to book the same car for same date and time using another account of mine and I got the booking confirmation. The help page said to wait for half an hour but the booking wasn't confirmed so I did the transaction again because...

                                      I had booked a zoomcar with trip id - JPSN77W89 on 21st March. When I went to pickup the car at the location, the car was not available. After 1 hour of hold time on customer care, I finally got a cancellation and complete refund assurance.

                                      I received the cashfree link for my refund for trip id: JPSN77W89. I tried receiving my refund via multiple valid UPI IDs as well as account number option. But it shows the same error that “wrong account details entered” for all methods. Screenshot attached. Now it shows that I have exceeded the maximum OTP attempts and that I need to request for a new link.

                                      So I was harrased by car being unavailable, wasting my 1 hour in the sun finding the car and now even the refund is not processed!
