Dear sir / madam,
My name is vijay kumar and I recently hired a car on 11/3/2022 with home delivery. But zoomcar couldn’t deliver the car on time. So I canceled my trip. They haven’t refund my money back . I tried to call their customer care but couldn’t reach them. Kindly do help in getting my money back

    my self kunal bhuiya, i joined zoom car host program from 21st january, 2022.
    After long days have to be gone but till now not seattle my last week (21.03.2022 to 27.03.2022)payment not credit in my account so that's why many more time i will contact the customer care and local area base zoom car customer saport team but they are all repeatedly misguided to me and they are not getting any salutation for this reason so i request to you asap solved this issue and seattle my payment.

      1. I had booked for a Baleno automatic but at the time of taking delivery I got a manual transmission in possibly the worst condition in terms of cleanliness. I did not make it an issue.

      2. The car that was provided was not a registered rental car, it was private whiteboard vehicle. I did not make it an issue.

      3. After completion of the trip handing over the car, the trip never completed by records and the booking was live for more than a day since trip completion. The deposit refund was delayed. I did not make it an issue.

      4. I had a free mileage of 298kms and the utilized mileage was 259kms. The level of fuel when I started was about 10 percent but ended with around 15 percent. I did not want to get into such minute details, so claimed only Rs. 2000 fuel bill i paid.
      Been following up with them on the fuel refund status for the last 1 week to no avail and finally decided to go harsh on them and they promised a refund by EOD.

      But shockingly I have received just Rs. 337 out of the claimed 2000.

      I have made 10 calls to their customer care in the last 2 hours repeating my situation again and again to every person, they put me on hold and the call gets disconnected.

      Seriously this is a fraud of the highest degree. They all work as a group. There are better ways of making money.
      I stay close by to their registered Zoomcar headoffice in Bangalore.
      I'm going to make this an issue.

      I have attached the odometer reading during the start and end of my trip and the fuel biill.

        This is regarding the booking ID- JPS69VOUZ. I booked a vehicle for 25th January 2022.

        I was conveyed the message that the vehicle booked is not available and requested to reassign another vehicle which was in a farther location from my house than the current location.

        I was assured of cab charges for the upward and downward ride to the new location.

        I completed the trip and dropped the vehicle at the location @ 9.30 PM on 26th January, 2022.

        When I tried to complete the trip, neither I nor the owner of the vehicle was able to complete the trip on the app.
        I even tried the customer care several times but for no use.

        The next day I got a call from customer care asking for the drop details which I conveyed them clearly that the vehicle was dropped on time. The telecaller assured me to check with the client and complete the trip on the app. I also uploaded the cab receipts but didn't got any refund till date.

        I booked another vehicle on 28th March, 2022 for 3rd April, 2022. I got a message that the vehicle will be cancelled for previous dues. I spoke with a telecaller on 1st April, 2022 and she assured she will talk with the previous vehicle owner and correct the extra charges.

        But still my trip is cancelled and my last trip still has pending dues.

          For my booking ID : JPS64CGKB, I had to pay 4410 Rs.

          When I paid the first time, the customer care team told me they have not received the amount and hence asked me to do the payment again. I kept doing this 3 times and the customer support team kept refusing that payment is not received.
          Finally, I had to make the payment 4th time via a payment link they sent to my email.

          I confirmed with Paytm and my SBI bank, that the payment was made to Zoomcar all 4 times.
          They have not refunded the money for the 3 times extra that they received this payment.

          Please help me get a refund of Rs 13, 230 (4410*3)

            I have made a payment for super miler club on 07 March 2022 and it's been a month, I haven't received any confirmation/notification in email/app. I have been continuously trying to connect to some @ Zoomcar, but in vain.

            I had no other choice to file a complain here so that i can get my issue resolved or my amount being refunded.

              Respected Sir,

              My self Raja Bhattacharya, I joined Zoom Car Host Program from 17th March 2022.

              1. After joining Zoom Car as a Host till now I haven't received any weekly payments. Even After many time contacting Zoom Car customer care, till now they didn't take any action rather than wasting my time. After doing complain using Zoom Car apps they send one mail that with in 7 working days payment will be done....

                Dear Team,
                Abhinav Sawant this side.
                I am writing this mail because I didn't get any resolution on above given subject. I was calling to zoomcar team since afternoon 12 P.M. 4th April 2022 for the same (made ten calls) Unfortunately, I was only able to hear all the waiting tone, and someone will call me "after 15 mins later from backend". After 8 hours someone called me and told me to send engine oil light on whats-app ([protected]) and I did the needful. But unfortunately, didn't get any response. Well, I explained zoom team that please try to understand this situation and give me resolution on this matter as soon as possible because I am traveling with my dad to Christian Medical Collage, Vellore as he is having serious health issues(cancer). Looking at his health condition I cannot tolerate fuel fumes in cabin and engine check light which can cause serious health issues and/or engine might get breakdown in between of my precious journey to hospital.

                I kindly request you to refund my remaining amount by deducting one day tariff in ratio with total amount and consumed fuel amount.

                    I made a booking from ZoomCar for 17th March to 18th March. for this booking I need to get refund of RS 4212. They initiate the refund via third party "CashFree", where I need to give my bank details or UPI to get the refund but it was failing all the time giving error "Transfer failed". I requested for new link and with new link also I got the same error. So I asked zoom car to initiate the refund to my original account directly and their executive said that he has filled the form for backend team and the refund will be credited to my account directly with in 24 hours and its now more than 5 days I haven't received my refund.

                    And now I am calling to their customer center number, I am not getting any option to check my refund status. I dropped them an email also regarding the same but no response.

                    This is very unprofessional and not acceptable.

                        Dear ZoomCar,

                        This is regarding my latest booking (JPSN77YH3) with your company. The following issues are germane and need resolution:-

                        1. I had booked a Maruti Baleno for this trip. A few days prior to the trip I received a mail from you company stating that the said car was not available and was offered a Hyundai venue in lieu.

                        2. On the day of the airport drop, when I went to pick up the car at the designated spot, it was nowhere to be found. I tried calling the customer care number and Zoomcar executive’s number shared by you, but both these numbers were unresponsive. After a lot of struggle the car was delivered to me late by almost 90 minutes, thus delaying my trip and causing me great inconvenience. Further, the car was delivered by an executive whose number had not been shared by your company. Details of this executive are as follows- Naveen +[protected].

                        3. The car was delivered in a very dirty condition. Neither was it cleaned nor sanitised. Upon inspection, I found the car windshield cracked. I showed this to your executive and asked him to replace the car. He said that there was no other car available and that he was a mere driver and therefore, I would have to contact customer care. There was no response on the customer care number even after trying for hours. I tried sending an email but the mail was returned as your inbox is full. I tried to use the app to raise the issue but the app wouldn’t let me proceed ahead without getting an OTP from your delivery executive. Your executive was not able to provide the OTP as he was unaware of the process on his phone and stated that he is only a driver.

                        4. With no option left and having wasted a lot of time trying to unsuccessfully resolve the issue, I clicked a photograph of the damage with your delivery executive’s face in the picture as proof. The same has been uploaded here. The entire delivery process was absolutely pathetic with no response from customer care or the delivery executive. I was unable to start the trip from my phone/ app. This was done later by your executive from his office and the time punched in for starting the trip was incorrect. Mind you, my car was actually delivered almost 90 minutes late.

                        5. During the trip the car broke down several times due to battery/ starter issues. I finally had it resolved by taking it to a mechanic. Repair bill for 2000/- was also uploaded on the app. Your executive Vinayak [protected] was also informed of this development on the phone.

                        6. Upon completion of the trip, the car was returned on time. It was inspected by your executive and found to be in the same condition as received. It is pertinent to mention that I was unable to end the trip from the app. Your executive assured me that he would do it from his office. However, even after having returned the car the trip continued on the app and after repeated reminders the trip was ended by your executive almost after 7-8 hours.

                        7. After a couple of days I received an email from your company seeking a payment of 10000/- INR as damage charges. This is a completely fraudulent claim with no proof whatsoever.

                        I would like your company to immediately reimburse INR 2000/- to me for repair charges incurred during the trip. Furthermore, the car was delivered to me almost 90 minutes late thus causing me great inconvenience and delay. I would like you to reimburse me for the inconvenience caused and for the exact duration of the trip which is actually less than what you had originally charged me for.

                          Hi,
                          On call to customer care they told that there is no problem with my dl and it is not blacklisted.
                          The booking was cancelled due to multiple accounts.

                          I don't understand why you have cancelled my booking without informing me.I just have one booking account you can check on your end and also my Dl does not have any issues

                          Also not allowing to rebook stating blacklisted.Already tired speaking to their customer care..no communication no follow up no higher up..

                            At the time of zoomcar booking for first time, I did not have a driving license, so I have uploaded my friends driving details from my account. Now I've the LMV driving license and want to update the license and aadhar details.

                            For this query I've already tried to contact with zoomcar and sent email multiple times however no response was received even single time from zoomcar.

                              Booked a zoom car on 21st 10:00 AM for 2:00P.M same day at Noida. The car booked was a tata Tiago MT Petrol. When we arrived at the pick up location, there was no car present and when trying to contact zoom car support there was no response from their end with the call being kept on waiting for almost 40 minutes.

                              Later when trying to contact them through multiple avenues of mail and call, there was no revert from their end still. It has been more than a month now without any response from their end and there has been no resolution.

                              Zoom car has just processed a refund of 255 rupees saying the booking has been cancelled.

                              I would highly request them to please look into this issue at the earliest and provide a complete refund for the same.

                                Greetings Sir/Ma’am

                                Refer to our BOOKING ID SD[protected].

                                The self drive car was booked through MMT portal for a scheduled journey on 02 Apr. As per instructions received to date, we were suppose to find our vehicle at designated pick up location i.e. Biju Patnaik International Airport at 9:00 am. However we couldn’t find the vehicle and neither could contact any support. After enquiring locally with many people we checked at various zoom car parking locations. After searching and seeking for support we finally had to catch a taxi for our planned tour.

                                On 1st of April we were prompted to upload documents, but the moment we tried doing so the app crashed.

                                Further, we were receiving various scam call claiming it to valid customer service executive.

                                In view of the above, I seek full refund of my booking and kindly investigate the reason for lapses.

                                      Hi this Daya and I am a unfortunately a zoom car host user on 25th march I got one booking and zoom car customer pick the car from my home and it is not returned yet from since 8days, I have file a complaint at zoom car CC and they are saying only one answer waits for 3 to 4 hrs we I’ll return your car in your location but it’s not happening since 8days, how worst service that zoom is maintaining, and also they provide me a false information as my vehicle is at zoom car site and safe, but as true is my vehicle is left over beside the ORR this will tell me on yesterdays call by their team, they provide such a false info about my car and this is not acceptable and please take action against this issue,
