I have booked zoom car on 18 th march 2022 and paid total amount in advance. For my booking no car was delivered to me, I have complained so many times to zoomcar customer service but they didn’t responded.my

    JPS690L5X was my booking number. I ordered a Maruti breeze automatic vehicle for 4 days and paid 20, 195 and confirmed the booking. I collected the car at 11 a.m on 23/12/2021 and the when I was about to start my outstation trip at 8 a.m next morning the car was not starting and the display said battery issues. I postponed my trip and started calling customer care. after repeated calls and complaints when I did not receive a proper response regarding the replacement I demanded a full refund and pickup of the car from my place. I was assured that the refund would be processed. A technician reached at 6 p.m on 24/12/2021 and after some tries the vehicle was taken away at 10 p.m. as I stated I was going on a trip after completing my trip I checked for the refund status and none was initiated and since my trip was stated as finished with an excess of 58 min usage time I called the customer care on 27/12/2021 and I was assured that they collected the vehicle and that they would initiate the refund after speaking to their superiors. After that I could not call the customer care anymore as I had no current booking. I started mailing them instead and explained my issue and 20 days later on 16/01/2022 I got a reply stating they would resolve my issue and get back to me in 24 hrs. It has been around 3 months since then. I do not understand why I have to wait one sidedly for communication from their side and cannot call customer care on my own. I guess it is easier for them to avoid responsibility this way. I would like my refund processed or at least for someone to communicate from the company's side to resolve the issue.
    P.S. I did not even ask for a refund of the 3000rs. worth of fuel that I put into the vehicle

      Hi,

      This is to bring into your notice that one of my friend is using my driving license in his zoomcar account. I request you to kindly remove my driving license from his account or delete his account. I called on your customer service number several times but they haven't removed it neither deleted his account. If something went wrong in future i will not be responsible. Zoomcar will be responsible as they didn't called me before approving my license for someone else account, just on the basis of my drving license image they approved it without doing any background verification. I have requested your customer representatives many times but they are not taking any action. This is leading me alot of mental pain. I request you to look into this issue. The account is registered on my name with my driving license and with my phone number but the email address is one of my old friend and he is still driving on my license. please remove my license from the account or change the email address

        I have booked zoom car for 16th March to 24th march, booking ID JPS6961SY. They could not provide the car and the booking was cancelled. Now a month passed the refund is not made by them. Thier site says refund pending. The helpline say you dont have any bookings etc. This is ridicolous, stonewalled with all communicaitons

          Hi,
          I am an old CUSTOMER of Zoomcar, never faced ANY PROBLEM until now as I had a booking with Zoomcar JPS69NIK8 on 20th March, I started the trip at fuel gauge being at 10%(image attached), I completed the trip at around 7 pm and before ending the trip I refuelled the car to 100% as Zoomcar said it will be refunded anyhow(Have the recordings of Zoomcar person saying the same) so Out of good deed I did that for them, but what followed after that is a horrible experience for me, I called them after the trip ended for about 2-3 days and I got the response in 5-15 Days it will be CREDited and even I received the pdf stating about my fuel refund so I relaxed but as soon as 15 days passed I couldn't reach out to Zoomcar CUSTOMER care as it said you don't have any booking. Since then I am trying to reach out to them through Social media pages but they have only made false promises and claims not even a single call they have made to resolve my issue, I regret being a good CUSTOMER for them. Is this your CUSTOMER Satisfaction, ### Crap ?? If you don't refund my hard-earned money back I am never going to be your returning CUSTOMER again and I will need to file a p[olice complaint against you for fraud.

              I upload all my documents from last 3 days but still theres no response from zoomcar they dont even verify my documents ... I just want to say please verify my documents as soon as possible i have to book a car its urgent.

                First of all pleas don't trust a zoom care I'm sure they will disappoint you at the end my own experience.
                I book d car on home delivery to pickup at 8am they mentioned car not available at 7:30 which was not acceptable form my side because there were no other options for me to start a journey.

                2. I booked car on home delivery to pickup at 4 am.
                The car was parked totally somewhere which is not known to me.
                I called more than 30 times to the delivery person not even single call he attended.
                Finally I could find the car at 4:45 am with the help of customer cervices.

                Then car issues.
                Car was not getting unlock.
                By this the time was already touched to 5:45.

                Again I tried the delivery person to talk. No response at all.

                Some how I find that back rear door was opened.
                I entered inside the car.
                I did inspection and upload with one side of happy mood that I got car and unlocked.

                There agin
                Car was not starting.

                During this time I called many times and spoke with customer cervice.
                From there side also no response

                It is very disappointed me.

                I'm requesting with zoom car please don't do such bad service when you are not able to provide a good service.

                Choose some other job to cheat a customer.

                  Respected sir,

                  my self debojyoti nandi i joined zoom car host program from 21st march, 2022.
                  After long days have to be gone but till now not Settle my last week (21.03.2022 to 27.03.2022)payment not credit in my account so that's why many more time i will contact the customer care and local area base zoom car customer support team but they are all repeatedly misguided to me and they are not getting any salutation for this reason so i request to you asap solved this issue and Settle my payment.

                      My name is vijay kumar and I recently hired a car on 11/3/2022 with home delivery. But zoomcar couldn’t deliver the car on time. So I canceled my trip. They haven’t refund my money back . I tried to call their customer care but couldn’t reach them. Kindly do help in getting my money back

                          1. I had booked for a Baleno automatic but at the time of taking delivery I got a manual transmission in possibly the worst condition in terms of cleanliness. I did not make it an issue.

                          2. The car that was provided was not a registered rental car, it was private whiteboard vehicle. I did not make it an issue.

                          3. After completion of the trip handing over the car, the trip never completed by records and the booking was live for more than a day since trip completion. The deposit refund was delayed. I did not make it an issue.

                          4. I had a free mileage of 298kms and the utilized mileage was 259kms. The level of fuel when I started was about 10 percent but ended with around 15 percent. I did not want to get into such minute details, so claimed only Rs. 2000 fuel bill i paid.
                          Been following up with them on the fuel refund status for the last 1 week to no avail and finally decided to go harsh on them and they promised a refund by EOD.

                          But shockingly I have received just Rs. 337 out of the claimed 2000.

                          I have made 10 calls to their customer care in the last 2 hours repeating my situation again and again to every person, they put me on hold and the call gets disconnected.

                          Seriously this is a fraud of the highest degree. They all work as a group. There are better ways of making money.
                          I stay close by to their registered Zoomcar headoffice in Bangalore.
                          I'm going to make this an issue.

                          I have attached the odometer reading during the start and end of my trip and the fuel biill.

                            This is regarding the booking ID- JPS69VOUZ. I booked a vehicle for 25th January 2022.

                            I was conveyed the message that the vehicle booked is not available and requested to reassign another vehicle which was in a farther location from my house than the current location.

                            I was assured of cab charges for the upward and downward ride to the new location.

                            I completed the trip and dropped the vehicle at the location @ 9.30 PM on 26th January, 2022.

                            When I tried to complete the trip, neither I nor the owner of the vehicle was able to complete the trip on the app.
                            I even tried the customer care several times but for no use.

                            The next day I got a call from customer care asking for the drop details which I conveyed them clearly that the vehicle was dropped on time. The telecaller assured me to check with the client and complete the trip on the app. I also uploaded the cab receipts but didn't got any refund till date.

                            I booked another vehicle on 28th March, 2022 for 3rd April, 2022. I got a message that the vehicle will be cancelled for previous dues. I spoke with a telecaller on 1st April, 2022 and she assured she will talk with the previous vehicle owner and correct the extra charges.

                            But still my trip is cancelled and my last trip still has pending dues.

                              For my booking ID : JPS64CGKB, I had to pay 4410 Rs.

                              When I paid the first time, the customer care team told me they have not received the amount and hence asked me to do the payment again. I kept doing this 3 times and the customer support team kept refusing that payment is not received.
                              Finally, I had to make the payment 4th time via a payment link they sent to my email.

                              I confirmed with Paytm and my SBI bank, that the payment was made to Zoomcar all 4 times.
                              They have not refunded the money for the 3 times extra that they received this payment.

                              Please help me get a refund of Rs 13, 230 (4410*3)

                                I have made a payment for super miler club on 07 March 2022 and it's been a month, I haven't received any confirmation/notification in email/app. I have been continuously trying to connect to some @ Zoomcar, but in vain.

                                I had no other choice to file a complain here so that i can get my issue resolved or my amount being refunded.

                                  My self Raja Bhattacharya, I joined Zoom Car Host Program from 17th March 2022.

                                  1. After joining Zoom Car as a Host till now I haven't received any weekly payments. Even After many time contacting Zoom Car customer care, till now they didn't take any action rather than wasting my time. After doing complain using Zoom Car apps they send one mail that with in 7 working days payment will be done....

                                    Dear Team,
                                    Abhinav Sawant this side.
                                    I am writing this mail because I didn't get any resolution on above given subject. I was calling to zoomcar team since afternoon 12 P.M. 4th April 2022 for the same (made ten calls) Unfortunately, I was only able to hear all the waiting tone, and someone will call me "after 15 mins later from backend". After 8 hours someone called me and told me to send engine oil light on whats-app ([protected]) and I did the needful. But unfortunately, didn't get any response. Well, I explained zoom team that please try to understand this situation and give me resolution on this matter as soon as possible because I am traveling with my dad to Christian Medical Collage, Vellore as he is having serious health issues(cancer). Looking at his health condition I cannot tolerate fuel fumes in cabin and engine check light which can cause serious health issues and/or engine might get breakdown in between of my precious journey to hospital.

                                    I kindly request you to refund my remaining amount by deducting one day tariff in ratio with total amount and consumed fuel amount.

                                      And then, they itself cancelling the trip and said, ur amount was refund in few days.
