I had recently booked a keid car bon 14th March 2022 11.30pm for which I was given the wrong pick up location but even though I managed and tried to reach the car location with my own expenses 1 hour delay of my booking timings but there the condition of the vehicle is bad and it's broke drown due to silencer issue,
My whole plan got wasted and I had no other option to cancel the car and return home at that time, I've called your customer service more than 100 times from then till today and no response,
I'm delighted with your service, please refund my money and I'll never use zoomcar from next time

    We were charged & paid by us and car was meant to be delivered today at 06:00am. It is 7:25am and no car is delivered nor any correspondence/call form their end on the status. We call the number stated, i.e.[protected] and keep holding for more than 30 minutes and still no one answers.

    ID JPS6993VP, Maruti Swift mT, MH14 JM 3849. Booked for 17th March 0600am but not delivered.

    Three o[censored]s were depending on this car and now it has costed us time, energy and over 8, 000 INR in loss. We demand full refund and compensation.

        Booking ID JPS696Z65. It's a pathetic service. They changed my car thrice at the last moment and finally no car came. Delivery time is crossed and no car, no phone calls came. I have to leave in 4 hours and these people don't follow up YOUR COMPLAINt. CUSTOMER care is useless because u have to wait 30 minutes for talking to them each time u call. They will always change your car in the last moment or never deliver the car. Worst company. It's prepaid & booked 14 days ago. They will give a ### car in last moment. Don't believe their app. They show something else and delivery something else every single time. Don't use Zoomcar.

          I had booked a zoomcar (id- JPS696FV4). The pickup location was Delhi Airport t3, multilevel car parking, pillar k11. The pickup time was 8pm, however, since my flight landed early I reached the pick up location at 7.30 but the car was not available so also the number of executive provided through app was switched off ([protected])

          The car parking personnel told us that the people who had come to pick up the zoomcar before us also had to wait for 2 hours and it is likely that we may face similar fate. On further enquiry we were told that 10 out of 100 customers had to wait atleast an hour for their car to arrive. We were very anxious to hear that zoomcar is delaying car delivery despite confirmation since we had plans to drive overnight to chopta where trek was arranged next day morning.

          I tried calling at the zoomcar customer care number and after 17 mins of hold time I was able to speak to the executive. He provided me a different number of Mr. Abhay ([protected]) which was the same as the number of executive available on the app. I tried calling on that number for around 20-25 times from my number being [protected] and my friends number being [protected], but he did not receive. I waited there helplessly for 2.5hrs while connecting with zoomcar help line number. While waiting I met a zoomcar executive who had come to pick up a car, feeling relieved I asked him the status of my car but he said he was from South zone and this car was not allotted to him. He called his senior Mr thappar Or Mr. Thakur and later we got to know that the car that I booked (ignis - DL 14 CD 8776) was not available and he said he will try to arrange some other car. We were shocked and confused, but we agreed and continued to wait since there was no other option. However, when there was no response for another 30 minutes, finally we decided to leave in uber cab. After another 30 -40 mins I received a call from one Anil dagar ([protected]) saying since ignis is not available we can arrange santro next morning. Till then I had initiated cancelation. It was a very bad experience and since I had a female friend with me I was fearful about the fact that delhi at night is not very safe place.

          We had plans to drive to a distant location, for an urgent affair to be attended next morning, however not only the plans were entirely spoilt, we had also wasted precious two- three hours in utter frustration and helpless ness and no help was made available from the customer care as well. It has caused untellable frustration and mental agony to start our weekend trip with such a unpleasant and frustrating beginning. It was most urgent for us to reach chopta tomorrow morning to join a trek however since we could not leave the place till almost 10 pm, and even then had to take the cab, not only were our plans frustrated but also it caused us further expenses.
          The personal number of the executive available on the app was not answered despite many attempts and the customer care number which connected after holding the line for several minutes was disconnected by the executive on the assurance that they have registered our complaint and the call back was arranged. But no such thing happened, nor mr gaurav or mr mayank who attended the customer care number were of many help and our 2 to 3 hour wait was in vain. If the car was not available a prior intimation was expected or atleast a clear deniel of service was expected. Till 10 pm we were not notified on the actual status of the car. Customer who have paid in advance are being taken on a ride by zoomcar.

          It is expected that zoomcar shall pay damages to the tune of INR 5 lakh for the extreme harassment caused by colossal waste of time, inconvenience, harassment and agony caused along with further expenditure borne on the cab. Along with costs of this litigation. It appears that zoomcar is frequently doing similar things with many customers as we were told by the parking person. Not many people must be taking out the time to file complaints. However, it is important that the company should be deterred from such behavior.

          I hope for just quick and just disposal of my complaint.

            We booked the car for 30 hours, but the car stopped within 24 hours and never started again.. after calling Customer care for 20 times they tell us to leave the car and go from that location which was like 80 kms away from our place and also this information also was given to us after 4 hours of waiting while we had so much deal with and these people never took the situation seriously and only asked to wait for a call back which never happened and everytime we get through the call someone or the other hungs up on you... Which is not acceptable at all... So disappointed.. and now they are not all getting back with a solution and refund... Such a worst service...

              I am Chaitanya fr Hyderabad, booked a cab on 15th March and pick up time mentioned as 11:30pm.i received booking confirmation message and also phone number to reach person.but number is switched off and went to office.but it was closed.when i am trying to cancel the booking, it is showing as ride was started.

                  I booked Zoomcar on 13 march from bhopal
                  Booking ID - JPS69NHV8 and drop time was 10 PM and it was pick-up service I opt out for.so the zoomcar was responsible to pick-up the car at 10 PM and I called the driver (who drop the car in the morning) at 9 PM only to pick-up the car but he said his shift starts at 10 pm so he will come afterward and he assured that there will be no late fee since the delay was from Zoomcar side but later on for my booking it showed there is late fee due of Rs.368 and after raising the concern 2 times there is no solution from zoom car yet .

                    Booked a car on 26 February, 2022 via Zoomcar but the car wasn't delivered on time. So, I've made a refund request on the same day itself. They told that the refund will be processed in 7 working day. And now it's been more 15 days and I still didn't get my refund. Every time I talked to zoomcar online support, they are telling me that they'll be resolving the issue in next 24hrs. But they're not.
                    While this is not just first time. I've been continuously complaining many times since then. But no action was taken.
                    I'd like to file a case against Zoomcar.

                          Zoom car service is so poor that I would not like to give it even a minus rating. I am telling you what happened with me. I had booked a zoom car for dated 11/03/2022 @ 9.30 AM. But I got the car late by about 3 hours for which I had to spend time with small children and wife at the airport which was very sad. I repeatedly talked to the driver and customer care but no one was responding. The car that I had booked, got another car and whenever I started the trip, then within a few minutes there was a problem with the car and then I talked to the customer care but no response came. Zoom car was shut on 11th up about 4/5 times and again and again. I had to start the car by pushing it to the extent that it happened only when on the 11th at 9.00 P.M. in the night the car got tied up in the middle highway and pushed it with great difficulty till the garage. God knows how we got the car out of the middle highway and took it to the garage, for which we ended up having an accident with the truck took it to the garage. I spoke to customer care around 9 PM and 10 PM and 11 PM but every time they were told that my technical team will call you in 5 minutes and will approve the Rs.5870 which i have to spend. But even after waiting for hours, I did not get any call. Hey, you have reached the limit when I have not given any rating, even then I have come to text msg for thanking given 5 rating. If this is the way of providing your service, then I am going to send it along with the video on social media. And on the end trip, we came to know by surprise that the driver also knew that the car was bad, even then Zoom car provided this car to you. If this car becomes a victim of an accident then who is responsible for it and why is Zoom car playing with someone's life for little money? We request you to refund our expenses as soon as possible and we should be compensated for the time wasted due to this. For your reference i hereby attached Expenses invoice and Diesel bill & Pic of Parts of the car which were changed by me. We are awaiting your favorable reply.

                            Pathetic Service by zoomcar, first they showed me that XUV300 is available and listed it while I was looking for vehicle. When I booked XUV300, they took money and claimed Car is unavailable. After taking follow up with so called customer service, they arranged XUV500 but with expired PUC. I returned vehicle on before time, without any damage and they levied Rs.1499/- as Vehicle Damage Fee for which even after 24 hours, no proper explaination been given by so called zoomcar expert team. My excess fuel refund and PUC amount is wiped out due to this non sense Vehicle Damage Fee and even after sharing all concerns at '[protected]@zoomcar.com' no reply from them. These guys knows how to lure customers with their brand and later penalise them as per their own wish, without presenting enough proofs.

                            1. How can you provide vehicle with expired PUC?

                            2. How can you levy charges against me without proper explaination as, where the damage to vehicle occured by me? Seems zoomcar have smart sensors and camera in vehicle, just ask your team to buckle up and help me with proof when and which damage to the vehicle occured in my custody?

                            3. Due to this vehicle damage fee of Rs. 1499/-, you have wiped out my excess diesel refund of Rs.630/- and PUC amount of Rs.110/- is also pending.

                            4. How can you enlist XUV300 and due to unavailability you offer other cars to customers after taking full payment?

                            5. How come your executives assures that senior management call back will be arranged against my concerns, and to my surprise no call back received from your end? Also they disconnect call as per their want, latest call disconnected by Tushar at around 8.18pm dated 14th Mar'22.

                            I have all necessary pictures, videos, screenshots and call recording with your executives. Refer below link for vehicle video uploaded on 11th Mar'22 which will sooner or later will get expired.

                            On the top of this complaint, please explain how come the vehicle owner have given me rating of 5 if I have damaged the vehicle.

                            Your team have promised to reverse the vehcile damage fee after validating all proofs I have shared, still the charges are not removed from my booking. May I know what is taking so long to remove Vehicle Damage Fee from my booking ID: JPS696OIH.
                            Also there is no update on Excess Diesel Fee + PUC amount refund status. Do you guys follow any TAT or not ?

                            Its so shameful to know that, I am continuously trying to take update from zoomcar team on consumer complaint forum, facebook, twitter related 'Vehicle Damage Fee' reversal and refund of excess diesel amount + PUC amount of Total Rs.730/- but there is no any positive update on this. No senior officer is involved to get this fast tracked, no TAT on resolution, no mean to committments. So many loopholes in zoomcar customer service, you guys just know how to take payments from customers just like professional fraudsters. Attached updated screenshots.

                              I booked zoomcar with Booking Id JPS69FCL8. On the date of delivery they denied providing the car saying the car is not available and met with an accident so we asked to cancelled the trip. Since then we haven't recieved the Refund amount and its showing as pending.

                              They dont have IVR system to reach to coustomer care. only the Person having Live booking can connect to agent and nobody else.

                              Please help me in getting my refund back.

                                Zoomcar Host Program

                                I have given my car for Zoomcar host program on December 2021. There was a damage don to my car from one of the customer and the damage cost was 5100, where in zoomcar paid only 50% of it. So i have decided to terminate from their host support program, and requested them to remove the GPS devices from my car. They have not done it yet as it is draining away my car battery and i have to jump start my car by spending INR 450-500 everytime....

                                I have uploaded my driving licence, aadhar card also my live Photo on zoomcar app, although my aadhar card and photo is verified but my licence is still on review process for more than 10 days, .I want to book a ride this saturday and feel helpless. Please look up on this issue asap and i also found that license issued under the postol code 442401 has same issue because even my friends ae having the same issue

                                  I booked a Mahindra XUV500 from 06:30am on 20/2/22 to 10pm on 22/2/22. The day before the booking, the app said that the car was not available. Later that day, Zoomcar called and said that a TUV300 was available, to which I agreed. However, on the morning of the booking, even that car said unavailable and Zoomcar customer care wouldn't pick up. Finally, at around 8am, they called and cancelled the booking from their side. They agreed to refund the full amount and provide 10000 Zoomcar points as compensation. The amount has been refunded, but the points have still not been given. Kindly resolve the same. Thanks.

                                    I booked a Renault Kwid from 11:30am on 8/3/22 to 10pm on 9/3/22 (booking ID: JPS69B1EF). I had booked for 207 free km. During the pickup process, I was unable to unlock the car through the app (the app kept saying ERROR), so I called customer care and they unlocked it for me. They asked me for the fuel and odometer readings, which I told them via call - the odometer reading was around 43300 km. I returned the car at 43401km. I am now given an excess km charge of Rs 7495, which implies I drove an extra 500km. On calling customer care, they demand for a picture of the start km reading, which I cannot provide because I told them the reading via phone and they did not ask for a picture. Since Zoomcar records their customer care calls, they should be able to verify my start km reading from that. It is absolutely unacceptable that I have to pay over 7000rs for excess kilometers that I have not even used.

                                      I have been trying to reach you through the mobile application but didn't receive any response from your end, hence mailing you here.
                                      I have tried booking a car on 5th March, 2022 and couldn't get any booking confirmation though the amount has debited from my bank account twice.

                                      The below attached are the transaction details for both the payments made on 5th March, 2022.

                                      Kindly do the needful and initiate the refund to the nearest.
