      Hi. I am in Hyderabad right now and have a booking today from. I have uploaded DL and UID yesterday and waiting for verified. Still my profile is pending and no message. So i requested to you people please verified my profile so that i can travel Hassel free.

        Hello,

        I'm Gaurav Kotian, from Andheri, Mumbai.

        Date of Incident: 10 March 2022
        Trip ID: JPS696E1R
        Vehicle: Renault Kwid (MH46AU5951)
        Pickup time and Drop time - 12:30pm to 9:00 pm

        Note - I have audio recordings, and proofs for all my claims, and will present them if needed.

        Broad description of issue:
        1. Unprofessional, unsafe cars:
        Zoomcar lately has been very unprofessional, the cars are unclean and not maintained, the booking prior to the one mentioned above had a faulty horn! The 'fuel' readings whereby they charge customers are provably inaccurate, as the customer service admitted when I asked them to recheck and calculate a reasonable mileage. This is CHEATING, who knows how much money is taken by this method by other customers, they've removed the 'with fuel' option from bookings, and they've offered limited KM to some accounts and unlimited KM within booking time to some others, again I know this as I referred a friend and he got it. Unsurprisingly his first experience was also horrible as the car didn't TURN UP AT ALL, and the assigned driver didn't answer, and customer service didn't answer the call for 40 mins or more, only to cut the call, and get us on another 40 minute waiting hell, and 2-3 calls later they agree to refund. NO resolution.

        2. The latest issue:
        The particular issue with the booking mentioned above, is there was an issue with the engine, wherein the fuel flow was choked/inconsistent therefore I had to compensate by pushing the pedal more, leading to sudden jerks, and braking. Once I finally reached the drop point, I handed over the car to the agent, who called me 5 minutes later saying the car has stalled, I said I've paid 500 fuel, for a 50+KM trip, I highly doubt you've run out of fuel, he then checked the 'pump' (not sure about the technical part) and the car started, and left. I couldn't end the trip either, it was ended by me calling zoomcar 2-3 times, again with a long waiting period, and an agent finally did it.

        3. Failed callbacks and promises.
        Over the next 30 hours or so, I've been on and off with zoomcar customer service, who kept promising a supervisor callback in '1 hour' with no calls at all, they kept making me explain why I need a callback when I contacted again to ask why noone called. They asked me to explain the whole situation again and again. This is mental torture.

        It should be simple enough to verify if I dropped the car on time and if there was an issue with the engine ... CALL THE PICKUP AGENT!

        They have been horrible so far, and I gave them 7-8 calls with no fruit, except the last one condescendingly adding a 500 'zoomcar' credit to the balance, with no mention of if there was excess fuel, and a refund is due.

        This is ridiculous and I demand an investigation into the careless way in which they operate, where noone is answerable.

        I demand a compensation for the harassment.

        To make things worse, after proving an error in calculation on their part, and getting a waiver, they've added the charges back.

        The failed supervisor callback count is now at 12

          Hello Team,

          I have booked a car on Saturday 5th March 2022, but car was not delivered to my location, i have call multiple times to agent number but no response and my money got deducted but still no response from anyone. I'll share you the location screen shot.

            I have booked a zoom car on 18february2022, order id:jps694b2n. When i have started the trip the car is low fueled that is 4%(shown in zoom car application). I have got a automated call from zoom car saying please do refuel the car as it is low fuel such taht i will get a refunf for refuelling the car.I have refueled the car from 4% to 55%(my refueling has been authenticated by zoom car after ending the trip) its been more than 23 i have been waiting for my refund of rs.2121 from zoom car. The main problem is that im unable to contact zoom car customer care lucky since one week i'm able to contact zoom car customer care.Every time i call the executive just tell that please wait 24hrs.Every day new executive goes on telling wait for another 24 hrs such that my issue will be resolved as a priority. Since one week they are dragging the issue in this way. Even today when i have called they said please wait 24 hrs from the time i have contacted them...
            Please do help me in getting my refund amount back.

              i didn't find car where exact location is ..i called to customer care but they didn't respond..the service of the zoom care is very bad, i face very worst situation which i had ever seen..all my programs, plans are ruined due to zoom service..

                7 days listing company got 12000 above revenue by using my car and i only get 2700
                That is actually fake calculation.
                Because as per the policy i will get 7400 rs but they cheated me

                  I have raised so many tickets to solve this all issues but no one replies, customer service not working all team leaders not working, the customers made my car clutch very hard and also they banged the car from behind, plus they promised to give 60 percent of the payout after 3 months but that also they failed they are giving only 10 percent as per the new invoice and anyone could actually see that there s a mistake in calculations if I show the invoice
                  Very bad, this feels like to take legal actions against the company

                    Dear Zoomcar executives,

                    It is with the saddest and angriest mind I am writing this complaint I hope it doesn't go to deaf ears.

                    *The amount o[censored]nprofessional behaviour shown by your organization is beyond imagination*

                    I faced so many issues while using your services I can not write them all in one single email.

                    The team frequently changed my booking
                    It started with

                    Swift
                    Which became unavailable in a day
                    Then you asked me to upgrade for free to

                    Innova
                    That too you guys cancelled and shifted me to

                    XUV 500
                    for which I made some change of plans I brought my family with me as the vehicle was bigger than originally booked

                    Then you guys finally AWARDED me with the piece of crap

                    TUV300
                    it was literally next to impossible to search that vehicle in the parking as the app was not working properly and I had to run with my luggage to search for the car.

                    I found the car (sigh) but then the app crashed and failed to let me upload the picture of the car due to which I could not get in (costed me 1.5 hours)

                    The car was in terrible condition, the gearbox was almost broken, clutch was not working properly.

                    The car literally stopped shifting gears on a flyover with 100s of vehicles behind me in Mumbai's traffic (tell me about it)
                    Policeman harrassed me in front of my family for using such an amazing car (not gonna claim mental damages I am not coward like your Customer support who would never pick up my call)

                    I somehow managed to reach my destination and called your local operation team (kudos to them for picking up the call ) but they could not provide any solution as the location was unavailable for Zoomcar.

                    Last day of the journey I somehow drove back to Mumbai and again the car stopped working near fountain hotel. (Another kudos to Sagar M. for assisting in the situation as he promised me to pick up me as well as vehicle anywhere near Mumbai)

                    I somehow managed to park the vehicle at the parking spot and as brilliant as it should be the IT team again failed to deliver an app that can work. App did not accept the parking location and my trip is still running.

                    I called down the owner and handed him the car personally.

                    Points to be noted my lord:

                    1. THE ZOOMCAR APP IS TERRIBLE AT WORKING (PLEASE PROVIDE WELL TESTED PATCHES WHEN YOU RELEASE NEW UPDATES )

                    2. THE GEARBOX AND CLUTCH SYSTEM OF THAT CAR IS BROKEN.

                    3. LITERALLY ZERO IT SUPPORTS.

                    4. OPERATIONS TEAM ...THANK YOU

                    5. THE DOORS OF THE VEHICLE ARE DAMAGED

                    6. WINDOWS DO NOT OPEN AT TIMES

                    7. UNABLE TO END THE TRIP.

                    DEAR TEAM EXPECTING RAPID RESPONSE BEFORE I GO ON SOCIAL MEDIA TO REPORT YOUR MISCHIEVOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR.

                      I have booked a car and made id on zoom car and shared my license and adhaar card to zoom car. My car was booked for the trip on 3rd March 2022.
                      But I got a call on 3rd march 2022 at 6:00 AM just before my trip start i.e. 7:00 AM and in place of an SUV car, a small hatchback car was forced to take for a trip but I refused at the same moment and asked the ZOOMCAR representative to refund for the deposit amount and as per the confirmation from ZOOMCAR representative the money will be refunded within 24hrs in the same transaction account but still on 9th Match 2022 I have not received any amount.

                      After so many calls to your representative I received a cash free link and after inserting Bank details it shows wrong transactions. I have already sent mails & verbal communications in this regard but no action has been taken.

                      Kindly take the necessary actions on priority and refund my money as soon as possible.

                        Every time I book a car there’s always a dram with zoomcar. This time they never delivered the car and customer care is hanging up on me by not saying a thing about whether they are delivering a car or not. I don’t understand what’s happening with this kind of behaviour. It’s already 3 hours late, still no sign of anyone calling me back from them. They can ask me to cancel it if it’s not available at all. They are not saying that too.

                          To whoever it may concern,
                          I booked a car from zoom cars for the timing 9:00 AM 5:30 PM. I reached the picking spot at 9:30, and there was no way to contact the host and the guards of the society were not letting me in. I tried to contact zoom car’s customer service they picked the call after half an hour and they were not able to contact the host too. I told the customer service guy that I want to contact someone superior, and he replied that he is not allowed to connect the call to any superior. So, he said I’ll get a call from a superior officer in 15-30 minutes which I never got. Also, I was not able to cancel the booking because of some glitch in the app. And 2 days earlier the same thing happened with another booking I did. I was not able to unlock the car, and not even able to talk to any customer service of zoom cars. They never pick up the call before 20 minutes which is really pathetic and frustrating for a customer. I have had a good experience of zoom cars in the past, but these things made me write a complaint. I would like to have a refund of my last booking.

                              I kindly request zoomcar to block or deactivate an account linked with [protected]@gmail.com for fraudly using my id/profile details for booking a car for their purpose. iam requesting to block that account immediately for my safety purpose.
                              if i dont get any feedback from zoomcar then i will have to file a complaint for cyber crime authority to take immediate action.

                                Hello sir/ma'am
                                On 5th March 22 I had booked zoom car and got a confirmation at the same time.
                                The car was scheduled to be dropped at my location by 0730 hrs in morning i e, 5th Mar 22 but i was not assigned any delivery agent.
                                I started to call at 0630hrs itself but neither of customer care connected me just the tone of connecting everytime
                                I had to literally wait 10 min for each call and finally one agent picked up who when i conveyed my message asked me to be on hold and later he told me that the bengaluru representative is not picking up the call.
                                He asked me to wait 30 min for a call back
                                By this time it was already 0730hrs
                                I waited till 0830hrs it was then that i had to find other ways look out for other cabs for my journey.
                                It was due to zoom car unprofessional attitude for which i had to suffer being late as well mental turmoil and find ways to get my trip
                                I had to incur heavy losses for the trip and that's all because the delivery agent was not assigned even after 1 hour of the actual pick up time which was 0730 hrs.
                                Later on i get a call at 1100hrs as to where the car should be dropped when i am already half way journey. It's like there's no coordination between your website app and your agents which highly unprofessional and disturbing and compensation for the same is due.
                                I had chosen zoom car due to your sort after reputation and i get to see this.
                                How do you expect a customer to trust your company after this.
                                I am well established govt officer and this has brought me shame infront of my counterparts and zoom car has forced me to reach higher forums due to their unprofessional behaviour.
                                I have also attached related images regarding the same
                                I am expecting a call from your higher of zoom care excutives soon or else i would have to go through the govt channel

                                    I was at my location and I am unable to find a car at my location .i Was searching every floor of parking but there was not a car after that I called customer after 30 min finally customer care picked my call they are just playing treating me like I am nothing first person told me not cancel booking we are arranging car after 30 min same thing I tried call customer they took my 2 hour I was standing at night with my family in the middle of the road I waiting for their at the end I have to. Cancel my booking after tht 4 time I called person customer Care and cancel my booking and took taxi and I have to 700 to taxi for coming back at home.. this is ridiculous they told they will give 1000 zoom credit points but still i don’t even my refund I am going to file complaint against Zoomcar customer service

                                      I had pick up of swift dzire at 7 pm today, when I reached to pick up point and unlocked the car, keys were not present inside the car.
                                      I waited for someone to come and help for 2 hours.
                                      After 2 hours two zoomcar guys came who were drunk, and mis behaving.
                                      The condition of the car is miserable, seems like someone vomited inside the car and it's smelling like hell.
                                      I have booked almost 10 times from zoomcar and never had this kind of experience.

                                      I am returning the car now without using it and I want my refund.
