Hi, I would like to update my registered number to my new number [protected] as my previous number [protected] is currently unavailable with me. I have got refund from zoomcar but to claim it i will get otp to my old number which is currently not available....

Cheat..! Had pathetic experience
They provide car without Fasttag and promise to reimburse the penalty but settled bill without reimbursement.
When I call they say 'wait for 48 hrs', after 48 Hrs - 'matter escalated wait for another 48 hrs' after that call is disconnected saying you don't have any active booking.

This is after customer service executive acknowledge they receive all toll receipt. & Zoomcar written...

I have applied for profile verification for 2 days but still it is showing in progress. I cannot book my ride because of the same reason. I would request you to please verify my profile so that I can book my ride as soon as possible....

I had booked a Maruti Baleno Petrol from zoomcar for 26 Feb in Goa, Rs 7117 was taken from me during online booking.
I got a message from zoomcar that car has been delivered by their agent but no one called me, the driver contact number zoomcar gave me was also not reachable.

I called zoomcar support several times to resolve the issue and everytime they said we will give you a callback but we did not recieve any callback...

Hello, I paid and booked car but zoomcars cancelled booking and gave to another customer. However they assigned another car which is very far but that car owner said he removed car from zoom since 2 months. Finally I travelled multiple times at various locations with loosing multiple hours of my scheduled meetimg times which impacted me a irritating behaviour and irate.
Help me get my booking again to be available for my scheduled...

Three hours we were roaming searching car fake location given and not even a single person called me wrong pickup location and very bad service we didn’t get any car please refund my amount...

Please refund the paid amount as I haven’t received any car at the pick up location was not correct...

We have got wrong car delivered instead of Automatic, Manual transmission car has been delivered. Customer care has not been able to resolve issue and since 7am we are being given assurance that we’ll get back call but no one has reached and it’s already 10pm now.

Booked a car with prior payment before 10 days of travel.
My travel date was on 26th Feb 2022, at 1:30PM. Till 12pm there is no info of the car neither customer care is responding. Finally I tried for 40 mins and got connected.
Easily i got updated that my DL is not verified.
But my DL and profile is updated and already I had taken 5-6 bookings before also. And also booking will not be possible if DL is not uploaded...
