I made a booking with booking id:JPS69X0YJ on 5th mar 2022 at 8AM . But on 5th march my car is not delivered, so I checked on app and it shows as unavailable, I try to call customer care but no one picks the call, I tried to mail bit no reply . Till now The status of my booking is upcoming and my money is not refunded. Pathetic customer service by zoomcar

      Booked car and took payment of 1049/-
      And was allocated 11km away but some how manged to get there but at location no car was present and and didn't got any support from customer care and they scammed and my whole day schedule was disturbed and it's not acceptable as no car was provided and no response from company but only took the payment.

        I have booked a car (Nexon- home delivery) two weeks back for the date March 6th 2022 9:30 a.m. The booking and payment was successful. On the morning of date of booking (6th March) in the zoomcar application it was mentioned that car is not available team is working to give an alternative car. Past the booking time no responses was there from the team. By 10 a.m. I got a call from a customer care executive after reaching out to them via support and calls. The customer care executive mentioned that instead of Nexon I will be given renault Triber but I'll have to pick the car. After insisting soo much explaining my mother's condition the executive said car will be delivered to requested point (railway station). There were no calls from any of the executives after the call. Me and my mother were standing for more than 2 hours waiting for a call. There were no responses from the customer care number and support tickets raised from the app. After getting frustrated there was a location mentioned in the app where the car is. When I reached the location I saw the Triber car owner he saw me searching for a car. He mentioned that the car was taken by a zoomcar executive morning 5 a.m. and he also showed me the customer name and the car status was already in live. Then the owner called the zoomcar executive who picked the car early morning he mentioned to me that the zoomcar has made a mistake from the backend booking the same car which is already taken by a customer. I was asked to contact the customer care regarding the refund or compensation. None responded so far.

        I need an proper explanation from the zoomcar team why they treated a customer and as mentioned in the zoomcar policy. Zoom Promise policy needs to be applied to this issue.

        In an attempt provide seamless customer experience, we will now guarantee a vehicle for all bookings or we will provide a full refund of the booking amount with an additional cashback worth 5 times of booking amount or upto Rs.10, 000 whichever is lesser.           I am Lava Kumar Booked Zoom Car With Booking details: JPS6947E. As I raised a request stating that my booked car got a battery issue and I handover the car on the same day. And I got a refund on the same. But later on I received that there is a pending amount of 733/- for Fuel and my query is that why still there is a pending amount on my account when I tried to reach Customer care executives they say fuel refund and when I questioned about unused hours they kept the call on hold and disconnected the call. Facing this issue from 13/February /2022.

          As there is no point to contact customer care so I was forced to write a complaint.

          I can share the call recordings of all conversations happening with Customer care executives every time they put a call on hold and disconnect after 5 mins..

            I had rented my car to zoomcar company. From past 3 week company is harassing me with imposing wrong penalties charges. As I had listed my car for the period of 21 Feb 2022 to 28 Feb 2022 . Company make wrong penalties charges in the name of maintenance blocking. Where as my vehicle was available in that period & vehicle was in good condition .Infact my car was on booking on the day of 21 Feb .But company wrongly imposed approx 5000 amount .

            I requested to company to refund my money.

              Hlo pls contact us i have booked a car and made id on zoom car and shared my license and adhaar card to zoom car but my id was in pending and my car was booked and i have also done the payment but when i reached the car i got no unlock code because of due to in process of my profile verification i waited 2 hours there for my profile verification and then i returned home plss try to solve my issue as soon as possible immediately

              My profile verification also pending from long time . Is this zoom team resolved the issue. Why the verification is not getting approved
              Paid the entire amount.. not offering a full refund. Not picking up calls or giving reasons for unavailability, not providing suitable alternatives. Gave my adhaar card, DRIVING LIcense and all profile verification needed.

                U make my booking confirm by taking payment but didnt approved my documents, it wasted my time and booking is over any my is also lost...i had reached to pickup point of vehicle but because of your unsupportive nature it make me hectic runs for the vahicle. It is completely bad and disappointing. I have proofs that i made payment, reached to vehicle and everything. Even ur customer care was jot receiving calls...if profile is approved then hoe should u take the bookings qnd payment...kindly reply in this regard or it make to raise comaplint at media level

                Profile verification for me it is showing as review in progress for long time not sure they don't even respond as well. Not sure without that can we book or not.

                      I didn't receive any refunds till date it's already 3 moths over i didn't receive any amount nor its showing in the bank statements and only updates i received that's it but money i didn't receive i booked volkswagen polo and i that's on Jan 09 i didn't received any refunds on 899 back and this month i booked a car and the car got cahnged and after completion of trip also i didn't receive any refunds of 861 rupees till date i don't know what your company is doing with my money and it's shows that your company is not responsible in refunding issue not trustworthy @Zoomcar. Worst experience of Zoomcar.

                        I had booked the trip when i reached at pickup location owner denied to give the car as his car is damaged and in app there’s nothing like that, pls resolve this issue, i’m already having money issues.

                          Had booked a car in zoomcar and after reaching the location and finding the car there was nobody to hand over the car while the app based unlocking of the car was not working
                          Had been calling the customer care for at least 1 hr no response no one to pick the phone

                            I had raised a request for termination of zoomcar host services. I had raised a ticket with customer care and made multiple calls and emails. No one is responding for the same.
                            I need to sell my car urgently and I need this GPS fitment removed before that. Can you help me reach the right person?

                              Firstly it was a really pathetic experience.
                              Me and my family with a 2 year old kid suffered for many many hours. Waited endlesslesly on Nagpur railway station. No car was provided even after calling many times and after many promises. We kep waiting. Spoiled our whole vacation.
                              Need refund of my hard earned money.

                                Hi I am Ramu I booked a car today(6th mar 2022) but when I am checking out it was showing my profile is not approved yet. Now I am unable to cancel my booking. While booking you should not allow us to book until my profile gets completed review. Now I lost my money. This is the way you guys treat your customers ?

                                  Hi Team,

                                  While I was trying to book the car(5th March, 2022) and when I paid the amount got debited but the payment failed. After a few minutes I got an email regarding the same.

                                  Again after a few minutes I got a mail regarding Payment successful saying "This payment (earlier marked as failed) has now been converted to authorized.
                                  This means that money was deducted from the customer's account. Please capture this payment and process it immediately."

                                  So if it is successful I don't see any booking on my app. Could you please let me know the status here?

                                    I had booked my car today - 6th of Mar 2022 at 09:30 AM . And I am writing this at 10:52 AM and the car is still not delivered to me.
                                    Its been almost 90 minutes now and the car is no where near me. This is just an horrible experience at the start of the day. Utterly disappointed and disgusted at the service of Zoom car. Completely lethargic behaviour from the customer care team and the fleet driver some Manoj Kumar who did not respond to my calls and kept on saying, that he is late.
                                    Penning this down for the management team of Zoom Car. Absolutely disgusted with the service and experience.

                                      I have booked the trip from 7am -5 pm but my profile is not getting verified and i can’t open the car without this and the trip is already started. and they charged me for trip . and now i’m out for the destination and want full refund back

                                        I had booked a zoom car which is still ongoing, when tried to connect to customer support they I’ve say no booking found on number, somehow got a callback from customer service support which wasn’t useful as the location where car should be was not correct and seeking replies from support team tried mailing through app but no use
