I have booked a car for 13 march 2022 (10:30 am). I had paid the money before the booking and also uploaded all the documents. I reached at pick up location but i was unable to unlock the car as it was showing that profile was not approved. I would like to tell that its written on the app that profile will be approved before booking time. After that at 12:00 pm my profile got approved but then also car was not unlocked i tried several times.
Now the most irritating part of the zoom car is they are not picking calls. I called several times but no response from customer care.
I haven’t used the car as i was not able to unlock it and no help from zoom car but they have my money and they are not giving any response. I am waiting today only if they don’t contact me then i am going to file a case on zoom car.

    Hello,

    I had booked a car yesterday with the registered mobile number - [protected]. The car is at the location but I'm unable to unlock the car and the trip time started from 9:30A.M. No one is answering the helpline number - [protected]. Please look into the matter and provide the resolution as soon as possible. Because of your service our plan is getting delayed. The car is booked and at the location but in app it's showing profile verification pending. What kind of service is this. You charge the money from 9:30A.M. and now it's 10:04A.M. and I'm unable to unlock the car still. I want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.

      The car booked is damaged, with no side view mirrors. The car has spare parts such as a bumper kept inside. It was parked at a random place and nobody was there for verification. The car was dirty and really undriveable. We have taken a video of the condition of the car. Kindly initiate a refund as we tried calling customer care for an upgrade but nobody received our call. We reached the location well before the schedule time and still couldn't find the vehicle. After a long search we found. No customer care service was provided. We need a full refund on our booking.

          I paid ₹999/- for Supermiler Elite subscription on 18/02/2022. The amount was debited from my bank account but the subscription was not activated yet for the account. I have connected with the customer care service almost 8 times. They told me every time that subscription will be activated within 24 hrs, but till now I get no resolution. I have also mailed the screen shot of the transaction to [protected]@zoomcar.com twice. But no resolution even after one month. They didn't even refunded me the amount.

            I had booked zoom car in 1st march but I never received it, as the car was not at the location, and driver and executive phone number was switched off since I got them . I tried to call customer around 40 times and waited for 20 mins but no response . The main problem is, that they think I have the car and I’m not returning. I am done with zoom car and I would rather walk than ever book zoom car in my life .

              I have booked a car on 11 march, 7 PM, I had chosen an option of home delivery. As the car was unavailable, the allocated me a different car and said to pickup the car from Zoomcar Location. The zoomcar location was very far from place, it was around 2 hrs, I requested them to deliver the car to my place but they didn't replied, I called the customer car 100 times but the didn't even picked my car. I haven't taken the car from the location, didn't started the trip, but still you have taken 1000 rupees charge from me for booking the car. Youguys don't even care for customer, not even called once to ask about my queries. My whole money is completely wasted. Totally disappointed with zoomcar and horrible experience. I won't recommend anyone about zoomcar and I will escalate this in social media, I don't care about money but no one responded to my queries, thats why I'm doing this. Refund back my money.

                I had uploaded all the documents required for verification of my profile on the app of zoomcar. But it shows status as being verified for 5 days now. I want to rent a car in 2 days. I would appreciate if this process was expedited.

                  My vehicle number KA51MP8189 ..I listed my car in Nov 25th 2021..now 3 months got over still not giving me any revenue shared on booking basis. You guys updated over site but still we are not earning expected revenue. As we helped you guys for get benefited but you are not standing on your owe.

                      I had booked a zoomcar for 14th february, However at the time of delivery, i received a call from customer care that the car has some technical issue and wont be able to get delivered, iasked them to cancel the booking and to transfer the refund amount, however its been a month and i have not received my refund, i have been trying to constantly connect with their customer care however there has been no response, the app is still refelcting my booking as searching for alternate car, this was my first time booking zoom car and the last time

                          Hi Team,

                          I would like file a complaint against Zoom car India. We have booked a vehicle which was supposed to be delivered at 4 pm on 12 March 2022, but instead the vehicle was delivered at 5:40 pm. He had all our plans booked accordingly and no updates or notifications were provided regarding the delay. At 4:17 PM we received a notification from the company that the car was at the location, but when we checked with the driver, the car was still at the zoom car service station.
                          During this whole 2 hrs of delay, we ever only informed that the car is under maintenance thus raising concerns about the vehicle’s health. The company had no respect towards the customer’s time and timelines. We also contacted the service executive and requested a resolution and compensation for such a degraded service. The executive could not provide a compensation nor a resolution.

                            This is Chetan Mishra.On 24th Feb 2022, I had booked a car and since the owner wasn't available I had to cancel the order.However I haven't got the refund yet.How many days shall it take for refund to get back? Secondly in my app it says that i have to pay cancellation charges of 44/-WHY ON EARTH SHOULD I PAY THIS AMOUNT IF I CANCELLED IT BECAUSE OF LACK OF AVAILABILITY OF OWNER?
                            Also in the app it's saying that my booking charges won't be refunded as it was a No Show. WHY IT SHALL NOT BE REFUNDED AS I HAD TO CANCEL SIMPLY BECAUSE OWNER WASN'T AVAILABLE?
                            I had called the customer care number, initally they had told me that I will get entire refund back as they had acknowledged the fact that they couldn't provide the car, they had also told me that they will update rge status in my app accordingly.HOWEVER there was no updation in my app regarding this and I was supposed to pay outstanding amount of 44/- and I wasn't receiving my refund too.
                            After that I had kept on trying to contact customer care again but no one could connect me then.

                                We booked a car for self drive to be picked up at 1PM. When we reached the exact location, no car was visible. We waited there for around 1 and a half hour but nothing happened. We tried to search here and there but we were not able to find the car. We tried to reach the customer care as well but no response from there as well.
                                There was also no way to cancel our trip. Now we are left with nothing, our money has been deducted, we have yet to reach/receive our car and we are even unable to cancel our trip.

                                  Booking : JPS696OOJ I have booked 7 seater zoom car a week and I got a call 3 days ago specific vehicle booked is unavailable and then I need to take an alternative. I agreed to take the alternative car and I was told the change will reflect in the app in 10 mins. For last 3 days I have been calling customer support alteast 6-7 times to confirm the change on the app but they kept saying they will call me back. Today I get a call saying there are no availability of any 7 seaters. I had no option but cancel the booking and look for an last minute alternative a day before the trip.

                                        We had booking for today 12/03/22 @7am. The DL was given for verification a week before. To our nightmare at 6 in the morning the host called that he cannot give the car prior to the DL verification. The customer care is not responding and here we are sitting clueless about the trip, further the hotel bookings are lined up on the stake of car. Booking ID- JPS69X4OQ
