This is Samira memon and I have given my Car in Zoom car
In last week invoice Zoomcar have charged me panelty more the I have earn
Fuel charges, Fastag charges and Blocking car chargers
This all charges are invalid because passanger have used my fuel, and I have not used my car, I have been traveling from Auto to my office so how will I use fastag, I have listed my car from 23rd February to 1st March so how will I block my car on 21st feb,
This is all done purposely from Zoomcar staff who handle parking and all because I have raised ticket against them last week of roaming in my car without my permission
I would like to request you please look into this

    I had made a booking with Zoomcar in December (Booking ID: JPS69YRPN) in Manipal, Karnataka, India. I had made a payment of INR 2097 for this booking. However, the booking was cancelled by the Zoomcar service provider on the morning for which the booking was made (December 5th 2021). This was done in a very unprofessional manner - I was called at 5:00 AM in the morning for the cancellation. This entire experience with Zoomcar was extremely inconvenient as we had made the booking well in advance.

    In any case, I had spoken to the operators at the Zoomcar call centre to request a refund at the earliest. It has been more than 90 days since the cancellation made by Zoomcar, and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND! I am not even able to speak to someone at the call centre regarding this issue since the automated message reports that I do not have any current bookings with Zoomcar. I have reached out via email, Twitter, website, and app - not received a response ANYWHERE.

    My entire experience with Zoomcar has been truly disastrous and continues to be so. Needless to say, I will never be using the services again or recommending anybody else to do so. Their response has been abysmal and absolutely unprofessional. I demand my FULL REFUND immediately.

      I have booked car for my trip from 1 March to 2 March on 21 Feb but on 28th Feb i get the notification that the car is unavailable and they didn't even had courtesy to arrange me some other car and the coustomer care support number doesn't receive my call i tried like 30 times in 3 days and even my 2500rs is stuck in this booking even after my trip is finished yesterday itself so if i dont get any support from zoomcar car in 24hrs then definitely i going to sue this company

        I have booked a car from Zoomcar service. at 02-Mar-2022
        Pickup time 07:00AM and Delivery time 08:30PM as on 02-Mar-2022.
        But when i go to location for pickup, there have no car yet.
        Then I have tried to call to the customer support for the issue. but they were not answered.

        as per information I didn't get this car which i have booked at time. and I want to refund my complete booking amoount.

        The booking has been cancelled automatically and they deducted Rs:1497/- against cancellation charges. But I didn't get the car.
        I have attached the booking details and booking ID.
        Please support me.

          My subject car was taken up by zoom car technician on 25th February'2022 to fix the device for starting Zoom host program.

          However after 6 days there was no message from your side and on my surprise when I tried to check the car today in 02.03.2022, it's fuel has completely drained and battery has also drained and car is not starting. Got to know from zoom car representative that the issue has happened due to faulty devise installed in the car.

          Humbly request this forum to help me get the damages towards fuel and battery.

            I have booked a car and the car is not available, so I had called them they are saying if the car is not available go cancel They have taken the amount of the car at the time of booking and saying me to cancel . Their executive whose name was ritesh had spoke to me is saying we can't do anything u go cancel the booking . We would have booked for some important work and if they do like this what should we do. Even my friends have faced the similar issues.

                Hi,

                I booked a trip using zoomcar app and the money was debited. The trip was supposed to start at 11 am on Feb 26, 2022. But there was no response from zoomcar. I had to cancel my plan.

                I am trying to reach out to customer care at [protected] but there was no response.

                I would like to register a complaint regarding the same.

                  My car has not returned even after booking end time.
                  This will be happening again and again with me.
                  Just now 18 hours completed the booking end time. Even after my car is not returned.
                  Kindly pay additional amount for that.

                    Hi,

                    I booked a swift automatic car for the date 25-feb 4PM to 28 feb 6pm. Booking ID JPS69F5LX, my phone number [protected].
                    On 25th feb around 12PM i got a call from zoom customer care saying there is technical issue in the car which u had booked so we are arranging alternative car wagonr manual. I asked for a different car other than wagonr or a car equivalent to swift . They told me they will get back. I kept on waiting. My booking was at 4pm but I got a call at 5.30pm repeating the same story. We are searching for a car for you.
                    Later he didn't respond, he just kept the call on mute, when I tried to reach zoom CS I was not able to connect saying there is no booking for this number.
                    I didn't receive any call or massage for the car location, or for the change in car. I just waited and my entire plan was spoiled . I am going to take serious action if proper justice is not served to me . Till now nobody is even bothered to refund my amount. This is highly unprofessional way of approach and I need call back immediately .

                    I NEED JUSTICE FOR THIS UNPROFESSIONAL ACT

                          I have booked a car on zoomcar app. When we went to take the car. The car was not starting and it was not in working condition. So we couldn't start the ride. But in the app it shows that we are riding. And for the last 3 days (from the time we came near the car to till now), we are trying on their customer care services and no one is picking up the phone. And there is no option of refund is shown on the app. Kindly help me in this regard

                              I have been waiting to pick up my car at the location but there is no car at all since I have already waiting for more than 3 hours but still no response to my call at all and i have been trying and trying but there is no response from the customer support and there is no option for cancellation also and yet i can't able to ask for refund also please initiate refund by tonight, i didn't expect this kind of service from ur company i need my refund by tonight please make it fast and ASAP.

                                I recently completed my trip with Zoomcar. Booking Id: JPS69FDPF. The trip duration was from 21st Jan to 24th Jan. Before picking up the vehicle the fuel was 44% and when I returned the vehicle the fuel was 45%. Instead of paying me for 1% of fuel, Zomcar is saying the fuel when I was returning the vehicle was 40% and I should pay additional Rs. 542. But I had attached the photo of fuel reading when the trip was completed.

                                In summary, I should get the money for 1% additional fuel and harassment from the constant Zoomcar email and no proper customer care

                                    Even tried calling customer care number, tried to reach through email... No response from anyone

                                      I recently joined in zoom car host program, whenever I receive bill for every week and zoom deducted some unnecessary charges from my bill, Rs.2905/- has been debited with reason (car blocked) but i never kept my car in block neither asked someone to keep it. From the bill from feb(14-20) I need this charges to be reversed otherwise I will post this in all media and let everyone know about you.

                                        Hi,

                                        Recently it came to notice that I have an outstanding fine on Zoomcar of Rs 4000 from a booking back in Aug 2019. It is just not right because I remember taking extreme caution while driving and there was no damage to the car. They haven't even mentioned what that damage fee is for.

                                        Please resolve this issue because I want to be a regular customer of the company but such behavior is just not acceptable.
