    We have got wrong car delivered instead of Automatic, Manual transmission car has been delivered. Customer care has not been able to resolve issue and since 7am we are being given assurance that we’ll get back call but no one has reached and it’s already 10pm now.
    Pathetic customer care and service from Zoomcar. I want full refund of my entire amount ASAP and a compensation for this irresponsible attitude from Zoomcar inefficient customer care and their concern team.

      I have book a car on 21st feb, but coustom doesn't give me car n company tells me. They arrange new car same 2nd car also don't give me after that. I cancelled tha booking my rasie the refund bt today i give only 303 rupee only but i booked a car on pay 3400rupees

        I booked a zoomcar( booking Id: JPS69BQF0) 26/02/2022 @8 Am. from chennai. And I trusted them I panned the day accordingly. Finaly they didn't deliver the car. They spoiled my entire day. I called customer care several times . They are holding my call too many time and got Disconnecting. Repeating the same thing for the next couple of hours.
        Finally the driver calls back on 11:15 Am. Now your car delivered on your location. I need a car at 8 am that they are already agreed with. They delivered after 3 hours. They shouldn't even inform me atleast through there zoomcar app. . I told them that I don't want your car now because my entire day planning is already broken. So again I tried to connect with customer care, that was a super annoying experience. They didn't even pick my call.. After two hours, Finally they took my call, and I asked for my money. I want my money back. After 1 hour debate they are ready to give full money back (verbally) . But still I didn't got my money. After all they crushed my holliday, they deserve an effective punishment.

          Booked a car with prior payment before 10 days of travel.
          My travel date was on 26th Feb 2022, at 1:30PM. Till 12pm there is no info of the car neither customer care is responding. Finally I tried for 40 mins and got connected.
          Easily i got updated that my DL is not verified.
          But my DL and profile is updated and already I had taken 5-6 bookings before also. And also booking will not be possible if DL is not uploaded either there was no update in the app. After telling all this, executive starts telling the mail ID is wrong, profile is wrong, phone no. itself is wrong. And all this at the moment of picking up my car and my travel plan.

          I need my refund amount back and time loss compensation of double the amount I have paid to them.
          I have seen most of the cases are same here and feeling the company is turned to fraudster.
          I request to take immediate action on this zoom car and stop thier activities before others get fooled of this.
          Police complaint will be filled against this for sure.

              Booked a car, made the payment online. The car was never delivered, no one contacted me. I want the money refunded, I'm not able to get the refund.

                Hello Team,

                I booked my vehicle on the 25th Feb, 2022, details listed:

                Booking Confirmed: Your booking (ID: JPS69BRJ1 for Maruti Swift MT Petrol MH02FJ0431 from 06:30 PM, 25 Feb 2022

                I had returned the vehicle at 10.42 pm on the 25th Feb, which was 2 hours prior my end time & since then I was unable to end the trip via mobile app.

                I had taken the support of customer care to end that trip but still in the application it reflects as ongoing booking & extension till 7 hours late (as I write this message)

                Please correct the zoom app & no money should be charged for this, or else zoom should be sued against such fraudlent charges.

                    This is to inform you that I didn't got mentioned car at any location.
                    Though you all keep on changing the location, as first location mentioned in mail and another location in given attachment.
                    Also we have suffer in both location with my family and friends.

                    No contact no. mentioned in the mail and in aap whereas at the emergency your customer care no. also not answering on any call also i got a call from zoom car[protected] and i have informed him too they i didn't find any cal in both the location and please refund my money and he said yes we will do the refund

                    So request you to plz refund my 710/- paid amount.

                      I had booked service from Zoomcar on 20th Feb'22 for 12PM, the car was assigned, at 11:49 AM I receive a call from a rep of Zoomcar saying the services cannot be provided as they couldn't verify the documentation (DL) as my DL was issued from Delhi and the booking amount will be refunded. I was very furious as all my plans were depending on the services of Zoomcar, I asked them to call me back, but till date no one called with a proper explanation, on top of that it's been now 5days they have just refunded Rs.212 out of Rs.3567 saying nothing due. I want the full refund as it wasn't a cancellation from our end but zoom car's end moreover we were harassed with their last minute cancellation which needs to be compensated. Forget compensation, I need my money back. Pathetic service, no customer support team to call.

                        Dear Team,

                        It was worst being with zoom cars as an host. I didn't received Payout payment, it was for 24th Jan'22 to 30th Jan'22; I have followed up for this payment several times but even till today after more than a month I am left with no solutions to it.

                        Highly disappointed with the service.

                          Booked a Zoomcar on 19th Feb, 2022 as I was traveling out of city and needed a car there. I even paid extra money to get the car delivered to me. Waited for 3 hours at the station but no one showed up and searched nearby places too. But the car wasn't there. There's no working customer service number. They have one number but no one picks up. The next day one guy calls to ask for the delivery or car back to zoomcar and I explained him that i never got the car. He said he'll let the authorities know and they'll look into it. But till date i haven't gotten any response from Zoomcar. Emailed multiple times. It's a totally fraud business.

                          I should be paid full refund and the company owes extra for the harassment caused. Pathetic service.

                            I have recently booked a car on zoomcar. I tried to upload my driving licence for profile verification but it is getting rejected saying the pic uploaded is unclear. I am sure that the pics are clear but still I am not able to verify my profile.

                              But mujhe car deliver Hui hi nai mujhe subha 7 baje tak wait karaya gaya k aap ko aapki car mil jayegi samne wale customer ne tym extent kar diya hai bol kar...( But aapki policy k hisab se agar koi car booked hai koi date par tho wo car par aap apna tym extent nai kar sakte if booking ho chuki hai tho )

                              Then aap kaise kisi ko allow kare tym extent karne mujhe 7 am promise karne k baad b 2nd tym fir same car ka tym extent hogaya wo customer ne kar diya jiske pass already thi itna complain raise karne k baad b...
                              8 baje mujhe call karke wapis bola jaata hai k koi aur car lelo wo posible nai hai...agar morning me provide nai kar sakte the woi tym cancle karne bol dete mujhe subha Tak wait karane ka matlab kya tha...
                              Then alternative car ka option diye mene again choice kiya wo car ka b prob aagaya mujhe bola gaya k (MAGNITE CAR ) open nai ho rahi hai mujhe again 1 pm Tak wait karwaye

                              Total mujhe more than 12 hr wait karne baad yeh bola jaata hai m so sorry sir hamlog kuch nai kar sakte hai ab bolo tho ab cancellation karke refund dete hai...

                              Agar koi aapke bharose koi chiz plan kar raha hai tho aap uske sath yeh karte hai..
                              Mera pura advance chala gaya jo mene igatpuri me booking kiya tha jus becoz mene bharosa karke aaplog k car ka wait Kiya yeh meri sabse badi galti thi...
                              Infact last me jisse meri baat hui hai aapke customer care se some one Saima Khan she said me aapki jagah hoti tho dusri site as book karke chale jaati and she laughed.
                              Aap wait kiye aapki galti hamlog se hui galti kya kar sakte hai sorry...kisi ka pura din barbad karke k baad sorry bola jaata hai zoom car se...

                              Worst worst experience gain by zoom cars my 13 hrs and my whole day was wasted becoz of them
                              My whole anniversary event was spoiled by zoomcar service

                                    Booked Zoomcar 12th Feb 2022, Zoomcar was not provided as the car was not available. The trip was cancelled by customer care executive from zoomcar but it is not reflecting in the app and no refund processed. I am not able to cancel my trip app still showing "Upcoming"

                                      I deeply regret to inform you that the claim of rs 1000 which you are doing for damage is false.
                                      There was no mishandling from my side. I had a call from zoom car customer care and he mentioned to raise a case in an email.

                                      He did mentioned that, there are scratches in rear door.
                                      Could you please check the uploaded picture by me during car submission for that part.

                                      I don’t see any scratches, it’s a false claim.

                                      Please check my case and let me know.
