Hi, my name is Giriraj, i subscribed a car ( DL1NA2682) for 36 months from zoomcar in Sep 2019. Till the Feb 2020 it is OK, but on 23rd of Feb they take away for regular servicing and never returned it back. i called many times in the Nov 2020 they terminated my subscription saying that the said car is not in working condition and generated an invoice of 23051 in favour of my name.

Till now they not paid my refunds that is still processing, moreover zoomcar closed the phone numbers and email ids of help desk which was working for ZAP subscribers. now no one is there to take responsibility from zoomcar.

No one contacted me, but today on 4th march 2022 they refunded my money 23051 rupees, but the fight will be continued to recover 5000 security money

    My booking id: JPS6942AK, Renault Kwid (petrol) DL3CCV1171 .Booked car from 18/02/22 to 21/02/22 . Car was delivered 3.5 hours late, specifically selected diesel car but still petrol car was provided, zoomcar exec. Who delivered the car assured that the fastag was working and had balance in it, but there was no balance in it . Due to which i had to pay double the amount of which it would have costed me if the fastag was working. Total toll costed me ₹ 1565 i want half of this amount refunded to me . Tried calling zoomcar customer care no. But no one ever picked the call . I have already mailed the same issue twice to zoomcar but no response from their side. I am attaching the picture of tolls with this complaint .

      I had a booking of Kwid climber on 19th Feb at 11 am, at 11:20 am i got to know the car is not available. And no one from zoomcar bothered to reach me saying the car is not available. Even after doing multiple calls and being on hold for more than an hour, they delivered me a different car (Tata Altroz) lowest variant in a complete dirty state and foul smell.(I do have video of the car). The car was delivered to me at 3 PM, which screwed up my all plans.
      Next day when i returned the car 15 mins late, i got a late fine of 270 Rs.

      Now my point is if zoomcar is charging late fine from customers if we deliver the car late...what about the refund for those hours when zoomcar delivered the car late to me .

      1)booking was from 11 am, i got the car at 3 pm - so refund for this 4 hours.
      2) I got a different car lower variant with lower mileage, zoom car charges different price for different cars.
      3) due to less time available, i couldn't drive the car for 315 km as per the booking ...and the pricing done by zoomcar is based on KMs plan we choose for, i could have easily chosen the lower plan.
      4) I have been calling zoomcar from last 4 days, but everyday they say that they will getback within 24 hrs but they never did.

        Hi Team,

        I'm not able to find the booking details in the zoom car app which is logged in with same email id which was used for booking .
        And all of a sudden the booking has disappeared from the account.
        Now im not allowed to call the exceutive since i dont have a booking,
        they are not responding to mails either.

          I booked car on 23rd Feb 2022, Wednesday. Car suppose arrive at 5:00 AM as my trip will start 5:30 AM. Car did not arrive but tons of messages. One message saying your car parked near by you as booked for home delivery. I was searching for car as if it's true. Did not find car, I called customer care at 5:30 AM. No one picked my call I was answered or irritated by automatic response. Around 7:00 AM some one called and said car will arrive at 7:30 AM. I am typing this message at 7:50 AM and still car did not arrive. I called customer care 100 times and finally they picked at 7:30 AM and said car will come in 10 minutes. Everything is cheating and bogus. you have message saying car parked near by you but car is not there. Only all fancy messages. Even customer care is not attending call at off hours. I cannot cancel trip as it's started...

          I have no idea what to say.. In my life time worst mistake I booked car on zoom car .

            So the previous booking of mine (id :JPS66YHTF), I had cleared all my arrears back in the day but today when I tried booking another car, it showed my previous booking had outstanding expenses but I had paid everything already and cleared my dues . So I had to pay that amount to book the car today and I need a refund. I haven't received a message for this outstanding expense these years . So kindly please check and do refund the amount

              I took a car on 13th feb it was very badly maintained. On the highway the clutchplate burnt and I had to pay 8k for the repairing. I talked to the zoomcar guys they said it will be refunded but no action have been taken regarding this.

                I had paid Rs 6992 to book the CAR. But ZOOMCAR cancelled my booking with absurd reason. I talked to customer about cancellation issue, then also your customer care person gave absurd reason for cancellation and your company had refunded only Rs 699. I again talked to your customer care person regarding partial refund amount and then customer care told me that i will get then rest of amount in few days. Till now, i have not received the remaining amount.

                I have already written email thrice regarding this isssue but did not get any information from your side.

                Finally, I am again writing this complaint for the complete refund. If you will not reply to this email, then i will write the complaint to all of your SOCIAL MEDIA sites, online complaint forum and to government also.

                I hope this time you will look at this issue seriously and refund my amount as soon as possible.

                  Hi booked a zoom car starting from Delhi to sahranpur. As I reach to the primary location shared on the app, I couldn't reach to the car. The second location was shared by the app which was wrong as it was of different different places. They didn't cancel my booking saying that my trip has been started.

                    Fraud commited by zoomcar.Booked tata nexon for 11 hours order Id JPS69F5DS having car licence number UP15DA9197. Opted for car to be delivered at location at 12 pm 21Feb 2022 and was not delivered. Coustomer support not reachable. Diver Zoomfleet is not answering fraud. This is fraud case....

                    This is about my last booking for Alto K10 for booking ID JPS69F8X8.
                    I would like to inform you that this was the worst experience I have ever had with any self driven car. The car location was 10-12 km away from my place and I went there before one hour of my booking timming. But we were not even able to locate the car for next 2-3 hours. We roamed around entire locality foe kilometres but the car was not even...

                    Hi,
                    I had booked a car today which was supposed to start at 7:30 PM IST.
                    Here is a snapshot of my booking for more details.

                    As per the instructions shown on the app, since the door-step delivery was not available; i took an auto and went to the designated location as shown on the map. which is, on outer ring road, towards goraguntepalya and stood next to Gokuldas exports office. But there was no sign of the said car.
                    Hence, i tried to call the customer support from my registered mobile number. The call was on IVR for close to 9 minutes before an agent responded.
                    Later, the agent, after listening to my problem, said he will put me on hold and connect me to the owner of the vehicle. I agreed and waited patiently for a few more minutes and finally the call got automatically disconnected after around 20 minutes from my initial dial time.
                    I was wandering across the road to see if I could find the car since sometimes the location may be slightly different on the map. Meantime, I had dialled customer care which was on IVR and waiting to connect to the agent.
                    Finally after another 9 minutes, I was finally connected to another agent, i was furious by this time since I had lost about 45 minutes of my time looking for your car. I must say I was a little out of patience as you can imagine, I was furious.
                    The agent said it's not his problem, I insisted upon connecting me to the previous agent who had picked my 1st call. But to my surprise, the 2nd agent said I'm unprofessional and he cannot continue the call and disconnected!
                    I had no more patience left to call a third time and wait for your IVR to connect me to the agent. I returned home after much difficulty finding an auto at that time.

                    Sincerely, I had a lot of respect and good faith on the zoom car considering the nature of your business and being somewhat pioneers in India in this business trying to disrupt the market and bring value to customers.
                    This was the first time i ever tried using the service, since my car which is about 12 yrs old had broken down. I was also considering going for a subscription since i want to change my car but I'm not sure if the electric cars in future may have a negative effect on the price of the car in future if purchased at this point.
                    Anyway, coming back to my first experience with you, I must say it was horrible. I would never recommend anyone in the future.
                    All my plans for today's evening had to be cancelled. I had my in-laws at home whom I wanted to take out for dinner and drop-off to the bus station for their planned journey to their hometown.
                    All of it is now cancelled and i had to put up a sorry face in front of them.

                    Further, whats your problem managing your customer care center properly? I called 3 times today, every time, I was able to speak to the agent only after a minimum of 9 minutes of waiting time!. is this how you value your customer's time?
                    Being a IT professional myself, i know systems can sometimes go wrong. The first agent was trying to connect me to the owner of the car, why don't you make your app connect your customers to the person responsible for delivering / handing-over the car directly? Why all the time to your centralized customer service who take hell lot of time to connect and have no conclusive solutions to the problem?
                    If that was possible, maybe the issue could have been resolved today and I could have picked up the car and not had to go through this ordeal. Think about it.

                    Finally, I expect a full refund plus the compensation for lost time and inconvenience relying on your unreliable service

                      On Feb 6th I've booked a zoomcar and made the payment through my gpay an amount of rs.5602/-
                      Amount was deducted from my account, however I received an email stating that payment was unsuccessful and the amount would be refunded back to my account in 5-7 business days. There are no bookings made on zoom app
                      On Feb 11, I received an email from zoomcar stating that payment was successful. If payment was successful there should be a booking, but there was no booking
                      I have been trying to contact the team, but for no response. They took my money for no reason and now they do not respond as they do not want to return the money. This is pure case of cheating.

                        As i made booking on 10th Feb at 3am, bt on that day I didn't receive any car at that direction so I contacted to help they said they solve this problem and I cancelled my booking evening I received only 70rs remaining 1130rs i didn't receive yet it's been 10 day I request you to refund my amount ASAP...

                          HI TEAM

                          I have booked Volkswagon Polo car on 6th Feb 2022 for requirement on 7th Feb 2022 at 8am morning.

                          I paid full fare and uploaded requested documents on 6th Feb 2022

                          On 7th Feb car did not turn up at booked time of 8am.
                          When i called to enquire about not receiving car at promsied time, i was told that some document
                          verification is pending by Zoom car backend team.

                          I kept following with local team and customer care team but no car came till 8.45am.
                          I had an important function which got missed due to delay in sending the car at promised time.

                          This is gross mis management of booking by Zoom car back end team.
                          I paid full amount and uploaded all document still these were not verified on time due to which i missed my function which was at 9am.

                          Hence, im demanding a full refund of my booked amount of Rs 1109 without a single Rupee deduction as this is compeltely a fault of zoomcar team for not verifying documents and failing to send car on time.

                          Call me on mobile if you want to discuss more on this.

                                I have booked the card through zoomcar and received the the below details. However when I caller the person he told me that it's been 2 years that he didn't provide any such service. I am unsure how come zoomcar is allocating unavailable car without even checking the availability. I had called many times to reach the customer care but none responded after trying for a hour continuously. Please help me on the the refund.

                                  This is to inform you about the extremely horrible experience with me after I opted to choose your service.

                                  I Mr Ajay Borse (Registered phone number - ) and email -

                                  Had booked a car on 19-02-22 morning for 18 hours. Our destination was Partner, Ahmednagar. After which we had to reach Mumbai.

                                  After making 100% advanced payment and picking a car. We did all the procedural work and then we tanked full petrol in the car. After about half an hour the car was broken down in Lonavala hills. We tried to contact you several times but we got no help nor any clear instructions. Where we had to take the car to the local mechanic shop. After wasting our 2 hours, our journey had been delayed. Then after resuming the journey the vehicle again got broke down in Rajgurunagar, Chakan. Where again we tried to contact you for about 1 hour continuously. Yet again we got nothing. We had to pay the money to the local mechanic again to get the car working. Unfortunately due to this much delay, we were forced to cancel our journey.

                                  This is such a low-class act from you guys. Kindly make me reimbursement of the amount I used to make the car work. Please also note that plenty of petrol (fuel) was left in the car when we dropped the car. Please also adjust the refund for that.

                                  Kindly get this procedure done as soon as possible because I need to get this money on priority.

                                    I uploaded my documents almost 7 months ago but still they are not approving my profile and if I needed to upload again there is no option in the app ... There is no customer number ... If if I called after searching from Google they are not responding well ... Very bad and horrible customer service from zoomcar ...
