I recently joined in zoom car host program, whenever I receive bill for every week and zoom deducted some unnecessary charges from my bill, Rs.2905/- has been debited with reason (car blocked) but i never kept my car in block neither asked someone to keep it. From the bill from feb(14-20) I need this charges to be reversed otherwise I will post this in all media and let everyone know about you.

    Hi,

    Recently it came to notice that I have an outstanding fine on Zoomcar of Rs 4000 from a booking back in Aug 2019. It is just not right because I remember taking extreme caution while driving and there was no damage to the car. They haven't even mentioned what that damage fee is for.

    Please resolve this issue because I want to be a regular customer of the company but such behavior is just not acceptable.

      Hello,

      After 3 hours of my booking time started, still the car has not arrived yet. It has been 5 times i've spoke to customer service, no resolution achieved and they are ready to refund the payment but what about the lost 3 and half hrs? no alternate solution or car is provided. Everytime they say within 5 mins call back will be arranged from backend or by senior manager but never happened. Now my appointments and schedules has been shattered.

        Firstly we booked a Renault Duster which was later unavailable by Zoom car, Then I received a call about Hyundai Creta in exchange for Duster and when we reached to the location we don't get a Creta.And then we contacted with the Zoom's customer care who gave the owner's contact details, we called the owner for car issue as it wasn't on the provided location, they told us that the car is already booked by someone else, after that we had a continuous chat with the Zoom's customer care and they wasted our time by telling us that soon they'll allocate a new car in which they took 6 hours and later they told us after 6-7 hours of wait that the car is not available and we can't provide any car right now, They could have told us before itself, There was a total expenditure of around 1k for reaching to the location, I SERIOUSLY NEED A ACTION AGAINST THE ZOOM'S CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ALSO THE COMPANY. I NEED A CLAIM FOR THE FALSE HOPE and ALSO NEED MY MONEY BACK!!

          I have book my car 4 time every time they have issue with them .

          1st car was not arrived(tried 5 time to the customer care not responding any time) near to end booking return the money.

          2. That services is okay

          3. Self pickup. On pickup location car is not available. After the 2-3 time call they said they will call you in 1 hour at night 2 o’clock. Still call was not come. Agin i have called him at morning 3 o’clock 15 minutes we arrange new car for you. After 30 minutes i got the new car information. I have reached pickup location but still not on that location. Again contact to the customer care after 2-3 time call they received call and said you have to go different location for the pickup. Finally i got the car from new location. Agin issue happened when i have reached for the drop off location is different and mark on different location unable to drop car then they change the drop location send me another location to drop off. And finally car was drop.

          4. I have booked 1:30 car home delivery right now 4:11 but still car not come on drop off location. I have call serveral time on the customer center they keeping phone on hold more then. 15-20 minutes and only send we will call you back in 15 minutes but after 2: The 30 hours not a single call will be received. Even they’re not going to cancel booking my all plan will be go flop due to zoom car

            I Have Added Rupees 500 For Fastag, While adding Zoomcar policy says that it will be refunded aafter the trip ends.
            First of all I didn’t get the car which I’ve booked, I booked for swift AT got Baleno MT anyway it’s okay. But I don’t have any outstanding amount, Or any damages to the car.The trip ends on 14 th February But Still now the 500 Rupees added for fastag is not yet refunded.I paid seperately for fastag.Worst experience from zoomcar.I’ve complained 3 times not solved or didn’t recived any response.

              Car got delivered back today morning 8am by your zoomcar executive. When i came down in building to check my car left side mirror is missing.
              And also fuel reading is 5%

              Kindly resolve asap and also fit mirror asap.
              Very much unhappy with this zoomcar client.

                The car given to us was not at all good to drive, had number of problems. So zoom car promised us to give refund on a phone call. We are waiting for refund for like 3 weeks now. There is no way to call zoom car as we are not getting it's number. This is very inappropriate and you should do something regarding this and give us our refund

                  I have booked the car for yesterday for 180km from 7:30 to 4:30.

                  I have also returned the car at 3:00 pm itself.

                  And i have also maintained the same fuel range ( actually more than that) while returning the car .

                  The zoom car executive has also checked it infront of me.

                  And i have also not used your fastag and paid the cash on all the tolls.

                  I have the proofs and i have attached them please look into it.

                  I kindly request you to wave off the fuel charges and fast tag immediately.

                  This is the first time it has happened and i hope it never repeats.

                  I[censored] didn't take any action on it, i will proceed legally.

                  I hope you never loose the valuable customer.

                    The Booking id is JPS69FTL5. The booking was from 23.02.2022 6:30 am to 25.02.2022 11:30 pm, Mumbai. The person who was assigned didnt even pick the call. After continuous reach out to customer care, at 11 am in the morning, we got a call for us to pick up the car. Zoomcar India was supposed to deliver at home and pick up at home as additional charges were paid. We went and picked up the car. On 25.02.2022 At 10:30 pm in the night, the car was delivered back. But the booking in the App is still live. Only if we close the booking, we can upload toll bills as we paid double in every toll gate as fast tag was not enabled. Inspite of repeated requests to the concerned person in Mumbai, the live booking is not yet closed.

                        Cheat..! Had pathetic experience
                        They provide car without Fasttag and promise to reimburse the penalty but settled bill without reimbursement.
                        When I call they say 'wait for 48 hrs', after 48 Hrs - 'matter escalated wait for another 48 hrs' after that call is disconnected saying you don't have any active booking.

                        This is after customer service executive acknowledge they receive all toll receipt. & Zoomcar written confirmation that they will reimburse all penalty for cash payment of toll.

                          Recently, I had THE worst experience of my whole life regarding any app. First of all, the car was changed multiple times and then without notifying you guys just changed the car without informing. The car that came was covered with bird ### and it wasn't a zoom standard car. Worst experience, worst user handling, worst system, worst service. Close your zoom business and go back to learn how to create not pleasing only but at least a decent experience.

                          The CUSTOMER care provided me an upgraded car stating that it was as a gesture of sorry which was ERTIGA but then they changed it to MOBILIO was way downgraded than any economical car. They changed it without informing me and the next thing I know is a mobilio is coming for me. Instead of an upgraded car, I got the most downgraded car. I have the proof of the condition. The most dangerous thing was the car had already cracked the windshield. It was the most unsafe and dirty car.

                          I would like to request a refund of more than half of the money that I paid which was around Rs 6800

                            I have applied for profile verification for 2 days but still it is showing in progress. I cannot book my ride because of the same reason. I would request you to please verify my profile so that I can book my ride as soon as possible.

                              I had booked a Maruti Baleno Petrol from zoomcar for 26 Feb in Goa, Rs 7117 was taken from me during online booking.
                              I got a message from zoomcar that car has been delivered by their agent but no one called me, the driver contact number zoomcar gave me was also not reachable.

                              I called zoomcar support several times to resolve the issue and everytime they said we will give you a callback but we did not recieve any callback from them
                              Their mobile app still shows my booking as 'Upcoming Booking'.The customer care is not cancelling my request and not refunding money also.

                              Please help me in getting my refund back as zoomcar has taken Rs. 7117 from us and not responding to us.
                              I have attached payment proofs and the messages that zoomcar sent us claiming they have delivered the cars along with invalid phone numbers given in the message

                                Dear Host Team and Kokila Madam,

                                This is with reference to the above trail mail, Kindly understand the vehicle which was blocked from 18 Feb 2022, 07:00 to 22 Feb 2022 in the system by the customer care team and it's due to the battery drained issue and which is a technical issue and it would have been solved/closed on the time by your zoom car host team when I had called and informed 5-6 times to the customer care.

                                I had informed them that they are an issue with the GSP wiring and it should be checked/repaired by your team on a very urgent basis, But no one technical person has turned up, and without any clarification Kokila Madam you have just written a note that booking was impacted due to listing revenue is shared by the system for the period.

                                Madam, I am sharing the video and screenshot of all call records of the zoom car technical team members of the Pune, viman Nagar branch which was given to me on the day when I had added to the zoom car family.

                                @ Kindly Note, no one from the technical team had answered my call before and after the issue was raised in the zoom host system regarding the Battery drained issue.

                                The Name and Number which was Provided is as follows:-

                                1. Mr. Prabhu:- [protected].

                                3. Mr. Vishal:- [protected].
                                3. Mr. Amit:- [protected].

                                Kindly note before joining the ZOOM HOST Family I had done my vehicle servicing from the Maruti Service center and the same documents are already shared with the team in the zoom google drive link.

                                Dear Madam, the car Battery drained issue is not only my individual issue, but it's also the responsibility of the zoom car technical manager who is appointed to resolve the customer issue on a very top priority basis and on time when the complaint is raised to him, but no one had turned up.

                                I have submitted the details with proof kindly check one again for more clarification.

                                So, Please note @ I had Mark CC to State Commissions and District Consumer Forums if this issue is not resolved from your end.

                                I want my ware off on the Penalty Charges and should be credited in the next coming circle 21st to 27th February.

                                And if not then they is no use in working with Zoom Car Host Family in future endeavors.

                                No Technical Person of Zoom Car Host is responsible to resolve the customer complaints on a top priority basis, they are working only for their own income, not for resolving the zoom car host issue. Very useless Service from the Zoom Car Host team.

                                  WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD: I booked vehicle KUV100 Booking ID: JPS69BG8G, for a business purpose. Initially, it was promised to home delivery at 07:00 AM on 27 Feb 22 and drop off at 08:00 PM on 27 Feb 22, at the time of booking. I came to notice through the app in mobile that the vehicle variant was unavailable at 0500Hrs., It has already mentioned below the message that " All our great minds are working to resolve this problem and will get in touch with you shortly with the similar car". I blindly believed in zoomcar, because I didn't experience this type of condition till now. I kept on calling the customer care complaint no.[protected], nobody was attending so far. I was just puzzled, what to do? Throughout the night I was called customer care, but there was no response. As per the instruction they were given on the booking page, the car driver will be allocated and make a call 1.5 hr before my scheduled departure. As it was a business deal, I got up early in the morning at 5 AM and again called customer care but in vain. I simply missed the deal, where I waited till 0800AM. Then I booked Innova Crysta at 0830Hrs. The total deal which I should get is simply spoiled. Later at 08:34 AM, I got the mail mentioning that home delivery has been canceled and you can pick up your car at some blablabla location. Then after some time again I got the mail that the booking has been cancelled and a refund was initiated. Total 50Lacs I lost of my business. DON'T TRUST ZOOM. I m going to take legal action and going to give a complaint to them for the compensation legally.

                                  1, They didn't even intimate me timely, so that I could have arranged some other alternative.
                                  2. Customercare is not responding at any point of time.
                                  3. If the vehicle could not arranged by Zoomcar officials., why the hell they put the slogan that alternate vehicle will be arranged.
                                  4. In this transaction I lost lacs of rupees due to this zoomcar.

                                    I would like to take strict legal action against company this is the third time that I am facing unwanted charges in my account when I am not using the car or any trip is ongoing still I am getting sms o[censored]npaid amount for the same car number and no response from customer care despite calling 100times and previous complaint is also not resolved yet.

                                      Booked a car and reached location as per app and sms, on 26-Feb-2022. No car found on the spot. Unable to connect with customer care (can share voice recordings of my attempted calls multiple times). Raised complain on App immediately. No one called me yet. Received a cancellation e-mail late night. But I was charged 1501/-. Which is wrong as I should get full refund as the car was not provided as per my booking needs.

                                        My registered mobile no is [protected]. Email id: [protected]@gmail.com. I have booked Hyundai Xcent car with ID:JPS694B2N FROM 18February 2022 9:30AM-8:00PM. While I started the trip there was less fuel of just 4% so that I have refueled the car with half tank fuel as zoom car has assured me that I will get refund if i refueled the car. Its been more than 8 days i didn't get my refueled refund amount of RS.2121 It's just showing trip completed and pending amount of RS.2121.

                                        The customer care service of zoom car is not reachable, it says that u don't have live booking on this number so the call is not getting connected. I have even mailed zoom with the details(photos-fuel reading, odometer reading) even then there is no response from their side.
                                        Please arrange for a callback from zoom car.
