Payment for our service

Good day!

This is Nizarildo de Leon, one of the owner for the zoomcar host. Asking for the payment for almost 2 months of service with the zoomcar. Its been november when i started in the zoomcar my car get a booking but i dont have any payment for the said months. Can i ask for the immediate payment.

Charged fine for excess km where as I completed my drive within the alloted kms range

Wrong billing

Dear sir
I have made booking for rental car ( booking ID: JP569A8BR) on zoom car app on 08 Jan 2022, as per booking 66 kms are free in Rs-780.
When I received car odometer reading was 21370 kms, and when I returned odometer reading was 21418 km, which shows that car run only for 48 kms only, however during the end of billing that have taken in addition to Rs 780, they charged Rs 760 more for excess km running. They are cheating.br...

Car Not delivered and amount not refunded

I had booked a car for 1st January 2022 but the car was not delivered to me and there was no response to my several emails. I am not able to call the customer care number as i am getting the response that i have no live booking right now. Even today on 10-Jan-2022 the status of my booking is shown as "upcoming booking". I have not find any solution till date....

Booking Id JPS69AM53 - Unsafe and unserviced vehicle

This is regarding my trip Id JPS69AM53. I had booked the car for 3 days. I was driving the car when I noticed the car was getting pulled in one direction even though I kept the steering straight and steady. Then suddenly in a matter of few seconds the car started wobbling dangerously. I had to stop mid way and almost avoided collision with an oncoming car by few inches, I got down and what I see is that the right front tyre had some issue....

Vehicle condition and refund amount

My booking was cancelled at the last moment (when we were at the location to pickup the vehicle) and we were asked to cancel the booking. When we shouted at the customer care they assigned a vehicle which was quite far from that place. When we reached at that place, we had to wait for 2 hrs as they were doing some formalities. ID: JPS69DWLP Wrong charges

There was no car at the mentioned location, attaching images of it. Also the ride was never started with OTP or in any way (as there was no car to begin with) You can check pickup location in mobile is AnayaBliss and when I reached that location, it wasn't there. Please refund the booking amount...

Refuelling charges

Non-refund

I had booked the Zoom Car (Hyundai Eon -MH-43 AR 6967) on 31 Dec, 2021 with the booking ID- JPS69DWE2 . They had given me a car which was getting overheated (engine) after driving for some time due to which even the AC stopped working. You have literally disappointed us a lot with your service. I have never seen such a poor service assistance. We called you thousand times but there was no response from your side and from your team. You kept us waiting for more than 6-7 hours when we were facing a accidental issue . Ans still we waited with patience but after that also there was no response and assistance from your team. Ignoring Calls constantly and miscoordination and miscommunication on Zoomcar's end

We write this to Zoomcar after repetitively being shunned by your customer care team when we contacted them to resolve an issue regarding a booking we had made that Zoomcar cancelled after the journey start time. There have been numerous errors in communication and coordination on Zoomcar's end that have caused us many inconveniences and financial losses. Received vehicle in dirty condition

Booked Honda Mobilio on 2nd Jan. The vehicle I received was dirty from inside as well from outside

Footmarks on dashboard
Footmarks on seats
Food remains on floor mats
Mats were full of dirt and food remains
Vehicle was not at all cleaned and sanitised as mentioned in web site / portal

How zoomcar can deliver vehicle in such condition?
It took an hour for us to clean and sanitise...

Issue with booking of Zoomcar(JPS69A1XR)

Hi,

I booked an Ertiga today from 3-9PM at Vizag which was for self pickup from inside MVV apartments as it showed in Zoomcar application. On reaching the location provided, I couldn't find the car in the parking place of the apartment.
Hence, I called the helpline after searching the entire parking at 3:52pm and they merged the call with the fleet owner who then spoke with the watchman of the apartment about the car's...

Deletion of Driving License from other account

Hi,

This is to bring into your notice that my driving license is being used in other friend's Zoomcar account. I request you to kindly remove my (Swapnil Bhoye) driving license & other details from his account. I called on your customer service number several times but they haven't removed it neither have they transferred it to my number since it has my details. If something went wrong in the future I will not be responsible....
