It's been 1 month fitment of device done in car, due to fraud in zoomcar host registration process still I am not registration and pathetic customer care had just made me fool. I just want those device fitment to be removed from my car for that also no one from zoomcar service is coming to do.

      This is an serious issue, i was informed by your app that car was in my location but it wasn't in that location then contacted customer care service for help, they have informed me the exact location which was 14 km away from my home when i went there for car pickup it wasn't opening but his owner provided me the car key .
      and they asked me to drop the car at his location which was at dum dum park ...i delivered the car in time but inspection option was not opening that time so i handed over the car to the owner and took some pictures from my phone and asked the owner to check a car from his side, after his approval that everything was ok i went out from there.
      AND AFTER TWO DAYS I AM GETTING THIS MESSAGE THAT I HAD FINE ...
      WHY SHOULD I PAY A FINE IF YOU GUYS ARE PUTTING WRONG PICKUP ADDRESS, PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER OR ELSE I HAVE STOPE USING THIS APP...
      WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

        This about my last booking, booking I'd: jps692n55
        My trip wasn't completed as after reaching the location when I clicked unlock car, the car didn't get unlocked. I tried it for almost 2 hours and also I tried to reach to customer service, but my call wasn't picked up. This was so dissapoting from zoom cars end. I travelled almost 11kms to pick the car and than the car didn't get unlocked, my whole trip and day was ruined. This was the worst experience I've ever had. And after that customer care was unresponsive, but I've attached everything and reported the issue in email via the app, and zoom car has refunded just 140 rs. This is scam. This wasn't my fault, zoom car has to atleast refund the full amount.

          My profile was under review however platform allowed me to book and proceed with payment
          At the time of pick up owner refused to provide the vehicle stating profile is under review
          He was not ready to cancel from his side as it would have charged him
          I got tired calling suport hence drop email at last asking to cancel immediately and complete refund
          Today got call from owner asking why didn't you pick up the vehicle and got mail from zoom car where they have charged all the money
          Had very bad experience. Request you to please fix the platform it should not allow customer to proceed with booking before profile review and second complete refund for my case as its not ethical. I wish someone would have recieved the call from suport at that time.

            Sir, this is Biroji Santosh from IDPL colony Hyderabad. I have booked a car on Feb 4th 2022 Friday for the trip from IDPL to Wargal on 5th Feb. The driver has cancelled our trip without any intimation and the amount has not refunded till date even we have spoke to the customer care. Please look farward to refund my amount of Rs.2471 imediately as i fed up speaking with your customer care people.

              I booked a car for 12 January and they cancelled my booking and initiated the refund of 1136 but I didn’t received my refund till now and when I calling the customer care no one is lifting the call and I have called for 100 times and then I booked another car and they initiated the refund of fuel but I didn’t that also

                This is manohar from hyderabad.

                I had booked a zoom car from 10/02/2022 2-00 pm to 11/02/[protected]pm.

                During the start of the trip I was unable to unlock the car due to technical issues from zoomcar end, even the customer care executive was also unable to unlock the car. At last after contacting the customer care the owner has given me the key to unlock the car..

                Before starting my trip I tried a lot to upload the odometer and fuel meter reading but due to the technical issues from you side I was unable to upload the images during the start and end of the trip.

                The kms readings are as follows
                Start - 53636
                End- 54277

                The fuel readings
                Start -2%(the fuel readings are flashing and invisible as the car don't have any fuel in it)
                End -25%

                During the start of the trip I had informed your executive about the readings but he mentioned it as 30% insted of 2%

                After my ride zoom car has initiated the fuel refund of Rs. 837/-

                Now again it is showing me the outstanding amount of Rs. 837/-

                Please verify it and solve the issue as early as possible..

                  While booking with zoomcar i had deposited Rs 500 paytm on 25th January 2022, it was supposed to released once I finished ride but even after 20 days money is still on hold with zoomcar, I have raised complaint with zoomcar support 4 times but no developments happened.

                  Wrongly Charged Of 920 Rs One guy called me from unknown num he is saying there was chewing gum on the behind seat, we don’t have chewing gums and this is seriously fraud of claiming extra amount, they’re not saying anything about i fueled extra diesel in the car and returned it 2hr prior. Here is my car trip info.
                  Zoom car id JPS694U07 i booked a ride on 14th feb 2022 at 7:30pm untill 15th feb 6am.
                  I have returned the car at 4:05am with 3points extra fuel which was not needed, another problem the car was not

                  We don’t chew gums how could you guys charge 920 Rs and say that chewing gum was pasted on seat what about my extra fuel leaving in that car i left 3 points extra for this fruad ?
                  1st time i booked zoom car and this was the worst experience
                  I’m not going to pay this 920 Rs fraud amount if you want to close my id close it band it but this was ridiculous, not even customer care guys are answering the call.

                    Zoomcar was not provided as the car was not available. The trip was cancelled by customer care executive Deepika from zoomcar but it is not reflecting in the app and no refund processed.

                    Zoomcar executive received my call which was not getting attended. And cancellation was done against my booking today post I complained in this forum. I have been refunded the entire amount. Thanks for the support.

                      Me and my wife had to face a lot of harassment by zoomcar in Chennai, as zoomcar took the booking amount and denied to give vehicle on arrival in the night at Chennai airport. And they kept me and my wife waiting on the road till midnight.

                        I booked zoomcar on 13th FEB 2022 (ID-JPS694ODY). Now I want to reschedule it but no option is shown on app and web version. Also I tried to contact the customer care team but no response. Kindly reschedule the zoomcar to 17 Feb 2022- 19 Feb 2022. If not then cancel the booking and refund the amount. Kindly help asap.

                          At the time of the trip start, the km reading was 29493 km .(Feb 6 2022 time 8 am) the photo was uploaded to the system.
                          At the time of trip end km reading was 30793 km, (Feb 13 2022 time(18:31))the photo was uploaded in the system( software).
                          The allowed km was 1517, car driven for 1300 km,

                          Zoom car has made an excess 5340 km invoice. This is the wrong invoice. please do the needful.

                              Hi Team,

                              I had booked a car yesterday from 9:30 pm to 6:00 am today. My booking id is JPS6947Y6. I have returned the car to the owner at 6:30 am sharp but my phone got switched off due to battery and I couldn't end the trip in the app.

                              Now, I am trying to end the trip but the app is not allowing me to end it because I am not near the drop area.

                              You can confirm with the owner that the car has been returned to him sharp this morning.

                              Please end this booking at 6:30 am sharp today and please make a note that I have already handed over the car in time

                                The Booked Car was delivered late but to me but still they are charging me late drop charges. Provided different Vehicle than that was booked.
                                I have to hire another Vehicle and driver because of there mess up instead and they should compensate me for that.
                                Customer support is worst and none of the calls are noted in records, so its very disappointing experience for me and I need my full paid amount of Rs.6732 refunded back to me.

                                  I booked the car for 13 Feb from 0930 hrs with booking id JPS694IDV but in the app it's showing the car is not available. Since 0900 I am trying to contact on the customer support number but still no reply. I have not been provided another car till now. My time is being wasted.

                                    Not able to use the car because checklist is not showing. No response on customer care number even after waiting on 2 calls of 15 and 20 mins. Delivery person’s phone is switched off. Profile verification not done even after booking time has started. Have missed a wedding because of you.

                                      Hello,

                                      I am a first time user of zoomcar
                                      I booked a car for 12th of feb 2022 and it was due for home delivery on 6 am.
                                      But unfortunately the car did not arrive.
                                      I contacted the delivery agents and they said car is not available due to some engine problem.
                                      So i asked to cancel the booking and he said okay.

                                      After that when i saw the app in the evening, what i see is almost all the amount is deducted saying i cancelled the booking at the last minute.
                                      This is very irresponsible from zoomcar.
                                      At least you should have checked with the customer or the delivery agent before making such decisions.

                                      Please resolve the issue asap.

                                        I have fuel related billing issue, toll amount refund related issues, 24 hours car grounded refund related issues, i sent multiple emails to zoom car support but don't have any response, and due to not having any ongoing bookings I am not able to connect with zoom car support also, this is totally un expected form such a reputed service provider, no proper resolution, no response to calls and emails, i got frustrated after a first booking itself...
