I ave not received my refund of 450/- from my booking ID JPS695F6T. I am supposed to get a refund on 16th December. Its been more than 2 months and I cannot find the refund anywhere in my account nor paytm. Please call me on [protected] or send an email to [protected]@gmail.com with the refund reference number.

    Hi,

    My zoom booking ID is JPS6945AL. I was given 127 kms free with my booking. I only drove car for 99 kms only however, Zoom car has still charged me RS 2716 more from the original bill which I paid before booking the car. Also, they aren’t picking their car which is parked outside of my home which is quite inconvenient. Request you to please help.

      me and my friend booked a zoom car from chandigarh to kasauli for 20hrs and 140 kms we travelled on the specified date and day we drive the car around 152kms which is 12kms higher than decided as they have stated that extra kms cost 17/km after we ended the trip we refuled the tank to same level before starting the trip and we ended there.
      next day we recieved notification to pay the amount of 5561 for extra km driven and refueling charges also they stated that you travelled the car 483kms but we travelled it onlu 152km i m attaching the photos of car's odeometer before starting the trip and at the ending of the trip
      i also complaint and mailed to their app but no answer is given by the company
      please solve the issue as they are demanding for the money regulary on my mail and my number

        I booked a zoomcar on the app 18/Feb/2022 morning 9.30 to evening 8.30 1st it was an amaze 1.2 I reached about 5 km to that location which cost me about 130rs when I reached there the car was cansel I colled the cus care nom and they allotted me an other vehicle xuv500 which was 18 km from that location which charged me about 400 rs to reach there when I reached there the vehicle was still not there waited there for 1hr when I called cust care they diddnt pick up or update about situation my time and money is waited I want an apology and refund of my booking which I still didn't got would like to have an immediate action on this

          Hello Team,

          I am totally disappointed from your service.

          At the time of taking a car from the station, tire is not in good condition, it's alignment has gone.So as your company employee - Rohit, said that please change the tire so I got to know that already it's Stepney was punchered.He told me to get it repair and take a bill from the shop.

          I had done that also.

          But after i started driving I got stuck in hoshangabad it's steering rod got broken. Whole day and night I need to stay in your car only. Then I had a conversation to your company TL - Naseer Khan. He responded that I need to get it repaired and have a bill for the same. I have done this also.

          Naseer said that you will have to add bills in the app and you will have this amount within 24 hours. I have added also but it's been more than 48 hours, I didn't received any amount of refund from the company.

          For all these things I also called on your customer care number nobody is picking it up.

          Dont know how your company is working.

          I am not satisfied with your service.

            I have been charged 9300 unwanted penalty for no reason, when I raised a ticket they are saying it’s a no show from my side when that statement is false ..it’s the customer who has booked and cancelled it by there own will..then how can you charge me 9300 for customer cancellation!! I have registered my car thinking the host program would be good..but you guys are giving me a bad experience here..this is my number [protected] kindly solve this issue asap. And also kindly hire more staffs for customer support most of the time they don’t pick up the calls

              I registered my profile with upload of required document on 12th of Feb, and booked a car with booking ID ID: JPS694Z33. Rs 1600 deducted immediately, even after a week had passed the profile verification is still pending. Customer care does not respond, no answer on call center number and no responses to the emails.

                  Its been several days now I still haven't got my refund. The booking id is JPS69TS8H .

                  I booked a car at Rs. 2050 that was supposed to be delivered on 9th February at 7 am .

                  At the last moment I was informed that I will be getting another car and so there will be a delay of half an hour. I waited for 2 hours while constantly trying to reach the customer care agents. Even at 11 am I was still waiting for the car to arrive. it didn't !!!

                  I did not get the car so i won't pay a penny to zoom car ... as simple as that. I need my money back .

                  TOTAL AMOUNT : Rs. 2050

                  Refund I got till now : Rs. 203

                  REMAINING AMOUNT : 1847

                  I am going to file a case against zoomcar india private limited if i don't get it within 5 business days as it was promised by their customer agent of which i have the voice recording.

                    I took a booking on zoomcar with the vehicle of Maruti Swift MT petrol with reg. no of KA04MT7806. The booking ID was JPS692DO7. The service which zoomcar company provided was unexpected and I am offended. The agent number given in the app was switched off. We repeatedly trying to call customer care from them also there is no response. Till now there is nothing sorted out. The main thing is I paid in advance 872 through my credit.
                    This is disappointing. In future I'll not prefer zoomcar for sure very worst company.

                      My car no is ka 12, me 6871. I chose to attach it to zoom & the first booking was on 9th Feb. the car was taken & was not retuned. After 2 days it’s was parked in my lane & we happen to see it accidentally. Zoom didn’t inform us when the car returned.

                      When we open the car-
                      1. We found the new car in a hopeless condition - dirtied, mask thrown, bottles thrown, smoked in the car, vomit in the car
                      2. The bumper was damaged at two place
                      3. The central lock of the car was damaged
                      4. One of rear window on the left wss stuck & not in a condition to open or close
                      5. The customer tried to hack the GPS & steal the car, deleted all our car history

                      We immediately raised complain to zoom after which we are having a horrible experience dealing with zoom . They are really harrasing us to fix the car, several calls have been made & explain the situation .. after many days of painful follow up, they took the car to repair on 13th Feb & so far no sign of it . Our weekly payment has a deduction of 2.5k appx, when we called zoom they r saying we need to pay for maintenance & for not being online which was actually bcz of zoom themselves & customer u savaged the car . It’s really painful experience and we want to complaint abt this harrassment

                        I booked a zoomcar and the car I've received is really bad condition.
                        1 - Clutch doesn't work at all
                        2 - There's a weird noise when you turn the car right or left
                        3 - It won't pick up on first gear at times

                        Booking was made for 24 hours but within 1 hour of booking I spoke to Vinayak from Zoomcar and he said I should park the car back from where I picked up and my booking will be cancelled.

                        Obviously after 4 hours it didn't happen so I called again informing that the car has been parked and nobody's picked it up neither my booking is cancelled. That's when one of the agent helped me complete the booking and promised that I'll get refund for unused time and kilometres, which I'm fine with.

                        I drove the car for an hour out of the actual 24 hour booking, so i[censored] wish to deduct that amount please go ahead.

                        But since then Zoomcar has been avoiding this issue and says the same thing on twitter "Our concerned team is working on it"

                        But for how long? It's been 10 days already.

                        Infact someone recently tried to tell me that there were no problems at all with the car, then why did the agent complete my booking early and why did I not drive the car even though I had paid for it? But rather I decided to take Ola cab instead

                        The car was in a bad condition and could have landed us in an accident which is why I decided to give it back. Please issue a refund immediately

                          I had made a booking for 14/02/2022 and return date was 15/02/2022. The car dealer called me in the morning, saying the selected car has malfunction issue and told me to inform the call centre and was told by the call centre that the refund has been initiated from their end.

                          But till date I have not received a single mail/message about the refund. They told I will get mail for it.

                          This Company is totally FRAUD. Their customer executive Sohan and the call centre guy is FRAUDSTER of the extreme level.

                          Criminal Proceeding must be initated against such fraudsters.

                          The payment of Rs 3, 500 has not been initiated yet nor I have received any mail about same.

                            I have booked a car on zoomcar but there is no booking showing on the app whereas the money is deducted from my credit card .And on calling the customer care she said if the money is deducted that means your booking is done and you will receive your car details before 4 hours . But it has already been more than that and now customer care is also not responding .We have tried every possible way to contact including email, calls, help but no response from their side.It would be of great help if I could get help through this.I m attaching my payment details also.

                              We planned a trip to a temple.I booked a car on zoomcar, and when I went to pickup the car at the given location but there was no car around that location, although i searched for the car for 2 hours but i didn't find any car, and when I called the the zoomcar customer care number then they are not answering my call and not responding to the call, so i tried to cancel the booking but there is no option to cancel after the pickup time, even now i tried many times to contact you but no response from your team, i really disappointed with your service, really very bad, this is my ID:JPS692A5F Can you Please help me out please return my money which is 1503 rupees, i kindly request you to refund my amount.                                 It's been 1 month fitment of device done in car, due to fraud in zoomcar host registration process still I am not registration and pathetic customer care had just made me fool. I just want those device fitment to be removed from my car for that also no one from zoomcar service is coming to do.

                                    This is an serious issue, i was informed by your app that car was in my location but it wasn't in that location then contacted customer care service for help, they have informed me the exact location which was 14 km away from my home when i went there for car pickup it wasn't opening but his owner provided me the car key .
                                    and they asked me to drop the car at his location which was at dum dum park ...i delivered the car in time but inspection option was not opening that time so i handed over the car to the owner and took some pictures from my phone and asked the owner to check a car from his side, after his approval that everything was ok i went out from there.
                                    AND AFTER TWO DAYS I AM GETTING THIS MESSAGE THAT I HAD FINE ...
                                    WHY SHOULD I PAY A FINE IF YOU GUYS ARE PUTTING WRONG PICKUP ADDRESS, PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER OR ELSE I HAVE STOPE USING THIS APP...
                                    WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

                                      This about my last booking, booking I'd: jps692n55
                                      My trip wasn't completed as after reaching the location when I clicked unlock car, the car didn't get unlocked. I tried it for almost 2 hours and also I tried to reach to customer service, but my call wasn't picked up. This was so dissapoting from zoom cars end. I travelled almost 11kms to pick the car and than the car didn't get unlocked, my whole trip and day was ruined. This was the worst experience I've ever had. And after that customer care was unresponsive, but I've attached everything and reported the issue in email via the app, and zoom car has refunded just 140 rs. This is scam. This wasn't my fault, zoom car has to atleast refund the full amount.

                                        My profile was under review however platform allowed me to book and proceed with payment
                                        At the time of pick up owner refused to provide the vehicle stating profile is under review
                                        He was not ready to cancel from his side as it would have charged him
                                        I got tired calling suport hence drop email at last asking to cancel immediately and complete refund
                                        Today got call from owner asking why didn't you pick up the vehicle and got mail from zoom car where they have charged all the money
                                        Had very bad experience. Request you to please fix the platform it should not allow customer to proceed with booking before profile review and second complete refund for my case as its not ethical. I wish someone would have recieved the call from suport at that time.
