I have fuel related billing issue, toll amount refund related issues, 24 hours car grounded refund related issues, i sent multiple emails to zoom car support but don't have any response, and due to not having any ongoing bookings I am not able to connect with zoom car support also, this is totally un expected form such a reputed service provider, no proper resolution, no response to calls and emails, i got frustrated after a first booking itself...
