We planned a trip to a temple.I booked a car on zoomcar, and when I went to pickup the car at the given location but there was no car around that location, although i searched for the car for 2 hours but i didn't find any car, and when I called the the zoomcar customer care number then they are not answering my call and not responding to the call, so i tried to cancel the booking but there is no option to cancel after the pickup time, even now i tried many times to contact you but no response from your team, i really disappointed with your service, really very bad, this is my ID:JPS692A5F Can you Please help me out please return my money which is 1503 rupees, i kindly request you to refund my amount.
