    Booking Id: JPS69PKFX
    Booking date: Dec 5th to Dec 6th 2021

    1) Zoom delivered a car with expired insurance.
    2) I contacted the delivery agent and zoom customer care, asking for a replacement of vehicle as nobody wants to travel in a car outstation without insurance.
    3) Zoom goofed up saying they have renewed insurance and will send across to me.
    On repeated calling, they said they had some server issue so there will be delay in response.
    4) I lost 3 - 4 hrs in contacting zoom on this and was also fined by cop for not having valid insurance
    5) Finally, I was told by zoom delivery agent not to travel to destination I wanted as insurance had lapsed

    Issue 1:
    I want you to take action on this inappropriate handling and also provide a complete refund of my booking as I couldn't travel to the destination for which I had booked and had to spend hours on road within city itself contacting zoom customer care.

    Issue 2: You have not yet released my paytm amount which was on hold for FastTag. It is 3 days since the booking has ended.

      Date of booking: 5th Dec to 6th Dec

      It is highly unprofessional of zoomcar to take insurance for granted and passing the tension to customer and not providing replacement even on reporting the incident.

      Issue 1:
      I want you to take action on this inappropriate handling and also provide a complete refund of my booking as I couldn't travel to the destination for which I had booked and had to spend hours on road within Mysore city contacting zoom customer care.

      Issue 2: You have not yet released my paytm amount which was on hold for FastTag. 3 days after booking is completed, still amount is on hold

          Hi. I booked zoomcar via MakeMyTrip. The booking IDs and trip details are attached. The vehicle broke down today morning. The dashboard showed nothing at all. I called zoomcar and MakeMyTrip multiple times but there was no proper response absolutely. I called Ford roadside assistance and tried to rectify the problem. But they couldn’t do it and said that the vehicle needs to be towed down to either solan or panchkula or chandigarh. I updated the same with you guys. For 10 hours since morning, i could reach you guys 4 times and all i got to hear was i would be getting a callback in 30mins, every single time. I was left stranded on the road in this cold for the whole day. I had to book a hotel and also a taxi to reach my destination. Entire day of the vacation has been ruined because of your pathetic service, if it even exists! I paid 1000/- for Ford road side assistance and 7000 for my cab back to Chandigarh tomorrow Upon that, there is atleast 1500/- worth of extra diesel left in the car and 500/- left in fast tag. And not to mention, the extra charges that i bore to travel here and there. Even now, i am with vehicle and still waiting for your so called customer service executive to give a call back. This experience with zoomcar has totally ruined my vacation and wasted my time and money. I am leaving the car at the hotel that i stayed. I have no choice thanks to your non existent customer support. I am attaching all the required documents like booking details, call details, RSA charges, cab charges etc, . I hope you guys see this and refund the money atleast. Its been 10 hours since i raised the issue and still no support or callback !!!

            We took a car (Hyundai Creta, MT Diesel) MH43BG7042 from Zoom Car, for our trip to Nagpur for my brother, who is currently (dt. 06-Dec-2021) driving the vehicle from Pune (left at 6:30 am) to Nagpur, with my mother 65yrs., his wife, and two kids (8 yrs & 1 yr.) to our surprise while crossing Aurangabad (around 11:30 am) the vehicle was stopped and told to pay the previous fine of Rs. 5000/-

            This is one of the most irresponsible acts of putting your customer at risk by Zoom Car management. I am trying to connect with local authorities OR Zoom Car point of contact, but for them, it's just a process where they drop a mail to their company and they are looking into it.

            Can't imagine that this such important information to check the vehicles finned or not is in the company checklist.

            Now my family members are at risk on road being stopped by every police scanner and going through the process of explaining the same issue with no fault of ours.

            I hope they stay and travel safely. I also hope that in our developing country, the Indian Consumer Complaints Forum takes such cases seriously as this kind of service (Cab/car on rent) should have strict guidelines to ensure consumer safety. With fines to defaulters to the level of cancellation of their licenses to run such services.

                  Hi Team,

                  This is to bring it to your notice that the below mentioned vehicle was found driving very carelessly and hit my car.

                  This happened today 1st Dec'21 near ram murthy nagar ring road when i was going towards Tin factory.

                  I am on the way to nearest police station to complain against the vehicle and the driver as it has damaged my vehicle and i am not aware of the repair cost yet.

                  I request you to kindly take appropriate action against the driver and get the compensation.

                      I have booked zoomcar from the app ( Rupees 7718 ) and got the car delivered on time ( 20 Oct 2021, 5:30 am). Then I started my journey and did 2000 rupees fuelling. After driving ~40 km the car broke down in the middle of the highway. I called the customer support team but there was no help. I waited for 2-3 hr but there was no help from the company. Then I went to a Hundai showroom and got the mechanics. The mechanics told there was no maintenance, no servicing was done in the car. There was no cooling water in the car and because of that engine broke down. I again informed all the things to the customer care and dropped the car in the showroom. Then I asked the zoomcar to arrange an alternate vehicle. Then they said we cant provide alternate vehicle, you need to arrange your own vehicle or use public transport. They said, " what we can do for you is full refund ( including the fuel ). This was unacceptable but later I realised I was just wasting my time and I took public transport considering they will refund my money. Now they just refunded 445 rupees and I am not able to connect to them as well. I am really hopeless now and raising this request so that someone call me and assist me.

                        I recently booked a zoomcar via goibibo app. And i booked a with fuel car. But i have to refill the fuel. When my booking is completed i did not find any option o[censored]ploading the bills. I sent a mail to [protected]@zoomcar.com attaching the details but i did not got any response . Please refund my money. This is the worst service i got from zoomcar

                          I took Vehicle for 38.5 hrs, In Pune on 27/11/21.
                          Free Kms - 231km
                          Kms I travelled - 238
                          Extra km charges - 7*10 = 70
                          Extra km charges are fine.I am ready to pay. But I have been charged Rs 2496 as refueling charge. What for? I have returned the vehicle with more fuel in it than it had when i received the vehicle. I have proofs with me. So please revert the charges.

                            I had booked Hyundai verna from bangalore airport, but once I made the payment the pickup location has been changed to Ulsoor Casablanca estate near Gurudwara, which 35kms away - half way across the city.
                            Please shift the location to Bangalore airport otherwise the whole point of renting a car becomes wasted

                              I booked Maruti Vitara Brezza with booking ID JPS69WSED on 6th Nov 2021.

                              In between the journey the car broke down and I paid for the repair charge and contacted zoom executives and informed the situation parallel while situation is happening. They asked me to pay by myself repair cost and they would be refunding the repair cost after the journey.
                              I uploaded my bills also and they never refunded or called me for this and no response from customer care despite of multiple requests on this .

                              Such a fraudsters from zoom car . Zoom car is itself pathetic by the way it treats customers and the way it operates.

                              I want my refund amount of 2500.

                              In the final settlement of the bills after my trip they considered all prices except refund of repair cost . Fraud zoomcar

                                This is the mail sent to zoomcar through the zoomcar app yesterday :

                                Dear sir/mam,

                                This complaint is regarding my booking of car with registration number KA03AG7682.
                                The car has been picked up by your home pickup driver at 1.30 pm today more mysore railway station but the app shows that the ride is still live and am late by 5 hours. The mobile number of the home pickup driver is [protected]. I waited till 1.50 pm for him to close the booking but since my train was at 2.15 pm I left after i was assured that the booking will be closed. We were a group of 16 and booked 3 cars, the other two booking got closed but my booking is still live. I've made two calls from 6 pm to inform about this and both customer care agents assured us that there is no issue and that the booking will be closed shortly. I must not be charged any late fee and I hope zoomcar provides better service the next time. Kindly revert.

                                There has been no response from their side still and the booking is still live. The pickup driver has confirmed that he has finished the closure procedure from his end and it's not yet approved by booking closure team. He reverted to my calls late yesterday and confirmed about this.

                                I will not pay any late fee or excess charges as this issue is at zoomcar's end. Our group had taken three cars and all cars were picked up by the same team at 1.30 pm together. One booking was closed and mail was received immediately, the next was closed around 5.30 pm yesterday - 630 additional fees has been charged which we will not pay and the third is my booking that is still not closed.

                                  On 26th Nov 2021 around 10.10AM, near Sarjapura Columbia Hospital, a speeding Zoomcar with registration plate 9517 (Red Maruti Swift) hit our car and escaped. sorry, i could not get the complete number. I am sure you have the means to track and identify the vehicle with the above info.

                                  the right-side back-door hit my our car's left-side fender and bumper. this happened when the zoomcar driver overtook our car from the left-side and took a right turn. as a result of the impact, our car's left-side fender and bumper is damaged.

                                  I request you to reimburse the cost of repair/replacement and provide zoomcar to use for the number of days our car will be in the garage/repair centre.

                                    28 November 2021 ... Today I booked a zoom car... I submitted details ( driving license & photo) required for zoom car ... Zoom car app given a address & phone number of car which is in adyar... So I went to the adyar to take a zoom car...
                                    Now the Problem is given address is wrong... Contact number which is given also not responded my call ...
                                    I paid amount of RS. 2500 via zoom app...

                                      The car provided to us had technical issues. The tyre bursted once during afternoon we replaced it with the Stephanie which was also in pathetic condition. It bursted for the second time in the middle of the night at an isolated location where were stranded for more than an hour. It was very risky. Got no help from zoom. Got no refund for the hefty amount we spent on repairing the car
