My booking number is JPS6NV7QC. Booked a car in September 2020, they cancelled it at last minute causing difficulty to me, but they promised refund in 10-14 days. No refund came, and customer service not responding. After posting many messages on their Facebook page, they finally sent me a payment link - but that required OTP to be sent to my phone number, which was not accessible to me as I live in USA. I even tried the link on my next trip to India, but link expired. Requested new link, did not work.
Requested them to change my phone number - no luck. Finally the offered to send refund to bank account from which payment was made - which they should have done in the first place!
Made me wait months for this, and finally they said money is transferred to your bank - but I did not receive any money! Asked them to give me payment details - they said follow up with your bank. How can I follow up with bank without any details provided to me? After much back and forth on this, they said we will send you a payment link! BACK TO SQUARE ONE!!!
Does this mean they were lying about sending money to my bank?
Since then, they have stopped responding to my emails.
