I want to delete my account due to the recent uproar of data breaches the company had in 2018 and would like to remove my information from their unsecured servers....

Deposit Amount isn't refunded.

I had booked car from zoomcar at 20 nov 2020. i had paid Rs.999 as deposit amount. Now its more than 6 months they haven't refund the amount. As per the policies deposit amount should refund within 28 working days to the account. Also there is no customer care contact number of support mail id to contact them regarding the issue. Please update when they are gonna refund my deposit....

Pending refund since 2 months

Hi,
I have booked Zoomcar services on 8th Mar 20 for 1 day.
Since then I'm waiting for refund of Rs.2309/-
I cannot reach customer support as I don't have existing booking(which is ridiculous as IVR disconnects if no current booking).
I have been on emails with Zoomcar for 2 months with no outcome.
All they do is ask me 24-48 hrs and bank details and the cycle goes on.
More than 40+ mails have been...

No refund pending since Jan 2021

I have made a booking for Renault Kwid petrol for 23rd Jan 2021 from 3 PM to 8 PM. The amount got debited from my account for ₹1086, however the booking didn't happen, since then I was trying to reach CC on various occasions but the response was just an automated response but didn’t address my issue.

Let me know still how long you will take to refund my money back to the source....

Refund pending since January

I have made a booking with zoomcar for car rental on 24th January 2021 with booking ID JPS6NNI67 but unfortunately they cancelled my trip and amount of Rs 10627 is due to be refunded by the company but has not been refunded till date i.e 5th May 2021. Zoomcar and it’s representatives are making a fool of me, like many others and aren’t refunding the amount despite numerous emails. INR 7740 pending. It’s time Zoomcar is sued and taught a lesson that it never defrauds anyone again...

Zoomcar Refund issue

I had to cancel my zoom car booking on 30 December 2020 (Location Bangalore). Total refund of Rs. 25775/- is pendig for last 4 months. I tried to contact them in all ways and not able to contact them. Submitted support ticket multiple times and no response.

Refund pending since 16th jan and 17th jan

My refund for two of my bookings for Ecosport on 16th jan and Hexa 17th jan is pending and the company doesnt even connects your calls to support executives or replies back on emails it all looks like i have been cheated and now they are not showing uo as they will have to pay my refund...

Refund not received on 14th April 2021

Dear sirs,

I had cancelled my zoomcar booking on 14th April, 2021 because of change in plans . I was promptly promised refund of the money Rs. 6, 814 by 17 th April 2021 and still haven't received any updates on it. Considering these trying times during pandemic and suffering from covid myself. I sincerely request that the money is refunded as soon as possible...

Refund not initiated for an year

I have booked a zoomcar and had to cancel due to some issues. The refund promised as per their policy is 10 working days and it's een almost an year and the refund is still pending.

Regarding change of mobile number

One of my friend used my mobile number and email id for booking a zoomcar with his driving licence, but now when i am changing the profile it is not getting changed.
I called the customer care number of zoomcar and asked to change it but they told that now it cannot be changed.
But what can i do now... I want to book a zoomcar from my mobile number and email id but there is dl uploaded of my friend. Due to this issue i am not...

Refund not received even after 60 days

I have cancelled my Zoomcar booking with Booking Id JPS6NF93H on 24th Jan 2021. Total Refundable Amount is Rs. 16, 731/-. As per Zoomcar policy, my refund should have been processed within 30 working days but its been more than 60 days and I am still waiting for the refund. I have reached multiple times to Zoomcar support, every time they give me false timelines and refund never gets processed within those timelines. I am attaching screenshots...
