I booked a car from Zoomcar app on 31st Oct 21 for 1st Nov 21 at 9 am to be delivered at home (New Thippasandra, Bangalore). They charged me Rs. 19, 009/- for Mahindra XUV 500 and confirmed by booking to my mail id ([protected]@gmail.com). At 7 am on Nov 1st, 2021 i received vehicle confirmation (KA03 AF 4970). At 8 am, i received a call from their customer service executive ( Sandeep) informing unavailability of XUV 500). Instead he gave me an option of TUV 300 or cancel the booking. I requested for a similar vehicle at least Scorpio to be provided, which he refused and i asked him to escalate the call to seniors. He assured return of call. In the absence of any call, i called them at 9 am, and told my booking is for 9 am and still no confirmation or call back from their end. Later i received a call at 9.30 from Vijay, who assured TUV300 to be delivered at 10 am to my home. At 10.47 am also, no vehicle is delivered and none is responding in the customer service number[protected] . Also the delivery agent number is switched off[protected]. Booking is showing as active, but none to respond to calls or their is any vehicle at my location. I have applied leave in my company for this vacation and booked Hotels for the next 5 days and my family of 4 were in anticipation of the trip. It has costed me damages both monetarily and mentally. Also the customer care employees working in tandem to cause much more pain to the patrons. Request the Consumer Complaint Forum to take this to a logical conclusion and set up a precedence for the unprofessional behaviour of Zoom car both financial and legally

    Respected Sir,

    This is to let you know that i was the part of the organisation from 23 Sep to 22 Oct 2021, i have not received the pay for the days i have worked, when i quit the organisation i informed the trainer Dhinakaran, he told me he will inform the HR, i have been trying to get in touch with the HR Alka Namdeo, she didn't respond to my mail, texts, call or any other platform, when i called her from my mother's number as i was blocked by her on every platform to get in touch with me.She said that "i have complained about her and the people i have mailed i should go to them for the resolution", kindly help me out and do the needful, as i have bills to pay and i would seriously consider to bring this on notice that the hr don't speak well to me.Attaching the screenshot for your reference and verification.

          We've raised an issue with the vehicle picked on day-1 of booking (After an hour or so after the booking has started). Then zoomcar team picked the car and told us that they'll get back to us after inspection. Even the agent who picked the car up was saying that clutch was too hard to drive. And now if I'm trying to reach out to support team, it says I don't have any bookings on my registered mobile number and the booking status says that booking is done successfully!!! I didn't use the car at all because it is undriveable and without notifying me anything about the inspection details how can you just mark the trip as closed??

            I linked my paytm wallet for Fasttag purposes and ₹500 was put on hold by zoomcar. Later, after the ride Zoomcar is still holding my 500 rupees. It's been a month. I'm trying to contact Zoomcar frequently and multiple complaints were raised over this case, they're still not taking any measures to solve this. Zoomcar isn't providing any kind of solution for the complaints, this is some highly unprofessional behaviour.

              Dear Team,

              This is to place a complaint regarding the services that I received from zoomcar rentals - Booking ID: JPS69QAK1. I booked the Ford Figo for 2nd and 3rd of September 2021 in Bhubaneswar. One day before the trip I was told that the car I had booked had met with an accident and was asked to choose another car. I was told by the person who had called from your side that Baleno was in good condition and I could go ahead and book it. So, I went ahead with the Baleno. On 3rd of September, when I was driving to Puri, the clutch stopped working right in the middle of the National Highway. Somehow, I managed to get a mechanic and got it repaired temporarily. It took almost 3-4 hours. I started the car and reached Puri somehow. In Puri also the same problem started to occur and the clutch of the car stopped working completely. I was left with no other choice but to get it towed (which was the advice given by the technical team). All through this ordeal, I was in touch with your Technical team head Mr. Syed and following his instructions I had left the car at Puri and reached Bhubaneswar somehow on my own.
              Following are the matter that I would like to bring to your notice:

              1) I was promised that I will get the amount back (untravelled time plus mechanic charges and fuel which I could never use). I did not get any amount so far.

              2) I was in touch with Syed from the technical team but now he is not responding. The last time that I had spoken to Syed was on 29th September. Back then he had promised me that the issue would be resolved ASAP but nothing has happened till date and I've been trying to call Syed but his number is switched off. I do not have any other point of contact.

              Kindly look into the matter.

                Hi Team,

                On 8th October 21, I booked a car from Zoomcar and paid a sum of 14860/- for 10 days.On the same day I logged a complaint to Zoomcar that the car which is given to me has multiple issues. Issue are:
                1. Multiple punctures in the car (Count is 15. Even stepney of the car had multiple punctures)
                2. The entire AC tank had multiple leakages. On showing the car to Mechanic he has mentioned that the AC tank has been completely broken.
                3. Zoomcar tells that there are 32 sanitization points which are done before handing over the car. Please find the images of the car. I had to get the car cleaned myself as there were used plates and spoons kept in the car.

                I have informed Zoomcar multiple times regarding all these issues and kept saying that they will refund my money after checking the car. Nobody turned up to take the car after multiple calls and eventually their executives came to collect the car. After seeing the car they themselves mentioned that this car should not be on road. Zoomcar just refunded me 2000/- which doesn't even make sense.
                My family’s life was in danger as I was travelling with my parents who are senior citizens. I had to drive that car in Bangalore rains with punctures and with AC not working. Zoomcar people have called my mechanic and my mechanic also mentioned the numerous problems the car had. Even after that they didn't refund my money.
                Now Zoomcar has stopped replying to my emails and calls. This is not fair on any customer. I paid huge amount of money for this car which I didnt even drive and paid extra money to get the car fixed. I have knocked all possible doors but I am not getting any resolution for this.

                I sincerely request authorities to take action on this company as our lives are in danger. I still believe I will get justice but would need your support.

                  I have submitted my car claim where the car brakes were almost broken. I did talk to Shoaib, and Rajput from your ZoomCar team and they asked me to go ahead to get it repaired. But I don't have an update on my claim request. Can you share the status.

                    I had booked a zoomcar for 3 days.(16/10/2021 - 18/10/2021) Trip id JPS69HFF3.
                    I was made to pay challan of pending Traffic violations against the car which were dated August and September.
                    I was assured by customer care that the amount will be refunded.
                    Inspite of repeated reminders and calls my refund has not been processed yet. Nor are zoomcar customer care replying to my repeated complaints.

                      Hello,

                      I booked zoom car Hexa and they gave me a very worst car. The problems in car was like horn was not working, Tyre was already deflating, Gear knob was very hard and Ac was not working during day time and it's totally a rubbish car. I want immediate resolution from Zoom car.

                        I had booked a Creta (zoom car) from 23rd October till 24th October today (i.e. 21 October) the amount was debited from my account but the app showed payment failure and now shows no bookings done by me. I have received a mail from zoomcar confirming the payment but no status update on my booking. I am attaching a screenshot of the same mail here. The payment was done via UPI. I hope the zoomcar team can respond as soon as possible and either provide me with a refund or confirm my booking.

                              My zoomcar account has been blacklisted for no reason. I have tried to reach zoomcar on many occasions but there is no response from zoomcar. There is no direct way to talk to a customer executive. I have written complaints from the app too but yet no response. Due to this i'm unable to make any further bookings. Please see to my problem as try solving it as soon as possible. Thank you.

                                  My booking id is JPS69M32D and I haven’t received the refund yet. Zoom car doesn’t respond on emails and their call is automated which takes issues of only ongoing bookings.

                                    I booked a Volkswagen Polo and at first I saw petrol sensor problem after 10km of on going so I also called and asked the car giver about the petrol sensor and he said that it will be okay just wait for sometime I put petrol at 600 first but still no point came up and then I thought it was a problem and after I petrol 400 and at the end timing before 1hr I put 330 rupees of petrol cuz I don't know the exact and the main problem is the sensor is not working and after I give the car and the trip ended the zoomcar added amount of outstanding of 378/- this is not sprable and I need this to be resolved I have petrol transactions of the car we paid so please solve this

                                      Hello,

                                      I'm from Hyderabad. A day before coming to Bangalore I have opted for only delivery service of a car KA02MQ5370 by 9 AM. Booking ID is JPS69H50Y When spoken to agent, he responded saying they can deliver by 10.30 AM, which sounded very frustrating to me still I said okay. Later when I called at 10.30 am they said they can't deliver and wanted me to come for pickup which is 10 kms away from my place. This is a nothing but cheating. I opted the service just because of delivery. This is so hurting. My time got wasted

                                        I registered for amigo program by sept 14 2021. While listing they said the company (Zoom car) will make sure the car is safe by their before and after trip checklist. By Oct 3rd at 6am I got a booking which ended by th 11.30pm. When I check the car morning there was big scratch in bumper and the bumper was not in the position. I called the customer care number and made a complaint regarding the same. When ever I call they promise they will send a technical team to check the damage, till this date I din got any call from Zoom car or none visited to fix the damage. They promised the damages will be fixed immediately. Kept the car in same place for 3rd day without cleaning. Kindly help me to escalate this issue to next level. Thanks in advance.
