Hi, This is related to my booking ID JPS69LMZS, which I had originally booked from Aug 11 to Aug 28th for an amount of Rs 39, 553. The car however broke down (gear box issue) on Aug 15th and was unusable. On contacting customer care, they told me, the car will be towed away and that I would be refunded the charges from Aug 15th to Aug 28th, as they cannot provide a replacement for the car. They assured it will take 3 days for the amount to be refunded. However, when I check today (3 days later), I have no way to reach the customer care, since the booking was marked as 'closed|settled' with no refund issued and customer care number does not allow me to proceed without an active booking. Am currently in limbo, without any refund issued and noway to contact Zoom customer care. Can you please help get me the refund back ? Thanks.
PS : As you can see in the attached photo. Booking is marked as closed and there is no refund amount mentioned.
