I had booked a zoom car yesterday night.
My booking slot was at 9 in the morning and was accepted by zoom car. I got multiple messages that the car will be delivered to me by 8:57 am and no one turned up till 10 am. I called up the number given in the booking details and was told that the car would be delivered in an hour.
I tried calling multiple mobile numbers which were given by my POC but none of them were reachable. The time is 11 am now and I am already 2 hours late to an important meeting I scheduled today which is a big disgrace I levy upon zoom car.
First thing, Why the hell did zoom car take payment from me at the time of booking if they can’t handle deliveries?
Second thing, why did zoom car charge me a valuable 300 rupees as delivery charges if you have the poorest delivery service in this world?
I demand a return of delivery fee and also my booking slot time has to be extended by the amount of delay I faced.
Also, I would like to explore options to penalise zoom car since you people do the same with us customers if we commit a mistake.
This is a one sided game that zoom car is playing with us by taking money beforehand and ruining precious time of customers.
I will never ever take a zoom car again and will put this on social media to make the community aware about the scam you guys perform.

    My Zoomcar customer ID- [protected]

    Zoom car delivered the car - Ford freestyle at my door step on 19.09.2021 at 7.30am in dirty condition. As we had to go for a family function there was no other option but to accept the car in dirty condition. I took the car to a nearby petrol pump and filled diesel. After filling diesel I was igniting the engine but the key means remote got de-attached from the metal key. While observing inside the remote key I found the key was already in crack condition prior to my usage and hence when I want to start the car, it broke immediately. I faced huge inconvenience to start the vehicle and immediately informed Zoom customer care about this incident and told them to register a complaint. With their guidance I started the vehicle and brought back the car to my society and parked safely and told Zoom to take back car. I couldn’t able to attend my family function. I told them to refund my money. But surprisingly there is no such provision to register the claim on Zoom portal. This is a serious offence.

    Today I am surprised to hear from Zoom to pay Rs.4000 additional beyond the Rs.1439 which I have paid to the online.

    This is not acceptable at all.

      Team,

      We had a intolerable experience with Zoomcar service.

      We had made a booking today at 6:30am and this had be picked up from the service point...I and my wife reached service center around 7:00am, however the car was not cleaned and checked properly...there was a problem with car and it was not starting at all...is this how you provide the service????
      Later one of your CUSTOMER care guy told they will allocate a new one...which is still not happened and now the time is 9:00am we are waiting for it...
      This is the worst experience ever with Zoomcar.
      You need to value others time too ###...
      Would prefer not to use Zoomcar any more..👊👊👊👊

          When I log in from my mobile number, I can see the profile name with ManiRaj, and the email id ([protected]@gmail.com) belongs to ManiRaj. But the Mobile number belongs to me([protected]). So here are two different pieces of information and this is for 2 different people. So I am requesting you to delete this profile or close the account.

          Please provide me proper solution for this, I don't want someone else is misusing my number.

            I had to cancel the booking since there was no door delivery option .

            It's been almost a month now. And I still haven't revthe refund amount.

              I have booked car from zoomcar on 27th aug 2021 and next day morning itself car was not starting because of aome battery issue. Car was not given in good condition. Because of that i have faced trouble in my trip and used different car on extra amount. I have called customer care and they said to replace the battery with new and they will refund which is around 7000 rs. Still now 7th sep 2021 i haven't received call or amount from zoomcar.

                Profile verification is still pending,

                Hi. I have booked a car in zoomcar app and made full payment. I have uploaded dl and uid 3days ago and waiting for verification. Still my profile is pending and no message. I tried contacting zoomcar customer care many times, nobody is answering, I requested, you people please please verify my profile and approve it asap. It’s urgent....

                I had hired car from 14th to 16th Aug2021. It was Polo (Petrol) KA03AJ3925 (fuel excluded).

                Booking ID: JPS69LA1J.

                I had paid Rs 6900 on the day I subscribed (included Rs 1000 deposit) i.e.14th Aug2021; but on refund I was only paid Rs 417, which was short by Rs 583.

                Reason mentioned was that the car was returned 1 hour late.

                Actually, what happened was that on 16th Aug2021, I waited and waited at pick up location and the pick up executive who was supposed to come, his number was not reachable. They changed pick up executive without informing and in between I tried to reach out many like mad. I could connect to one other executive (number [protected]) and he arranged another executive. I also got a message from JD-ZOOMER that sorry we are late (at 2:40 PM, 16th Aug2021) and for inconvenience.

                Due to all the above reason the car was delivered late for no fault of ours and it was purely delay due to ZOOMCAR (they acknowledged by sms), inspite of that 1 hour late fee (Rs 583) was deducted from refund which is very disappointing and unprofessional.

                Please refund back the balance amount.

                    After calling Zoomcar 100 times and not getting my refund for several cancelled trips, I had no option other than to take voucher for my money, I used the voucher to make a booking and when I reached the parking spot to pick up the car it was not in drivable condition, I called the call centre to refund my money or provide me another car, the call centre said the money would be refunded but till date after almost 10 months there is no response from Zoomcar, the company should declare clearly what they are doing if the company do not have money or they have made this a formula to make money and cheat people

                    As discussed on the call, this is a confirmation Email that the refund amount of Rs. 34573/- has have been adjusted with the coupon code (*********).
                    This coupon code can be used for your future booking anytime before Dec 31st, 2020. PS6NOF0M, JPS6NOFPU, JPS6NOFHD, JPS6NOFMZ, JPS6NOFZA

                      Hi,

                      I have stopped getting the zoom credits being credited to my account.
                      For my last two bookings JPS69JXD8 and JPS69J3RT there were offers and I was supposed to get back some percentage of the booking amount as zoom credits. But, even after sending them with mails, it's not been resolved.

                        Money has been debited from my account(Rs 14, 806) and i have confirmed with my bank that the amount has been successfully transferred to your account. But i have received notification that the payment has failed. My booking hasnt been confirmed and there has been no support from your customer service. I immediately need to speak to a customer service executive.i am attaching the proof of payment.

                              Zoomcar should make the refund soon after you give back the car and end the trip (max 24 hours to 48), the delay in receiving the refund amount will make the customer to think twice for the next booking they might be willing to book

                                Toll amount refund has not been processed yet. Customer care executives reply that adjustment was made in the outstanding amount. But the adjustment was made on refueling charges since I mentioned that the fuel remaining was more than what they actually charged (I've uploaded image in zoomcar app, with start and end fuel levels).

                                    I booked a fuel car for the price of 3226, with refundable amount but when i went to the park point where I need to collect the car i got a without fuel car when I asked the executive he said we have shortage of with fuel car right now please fill fuel and submit the bills u would get refund within 2 hours, but the amount is not been refunded yet and the amount they are giving is the amount of fuel I have paid for after receiving the car but they actually took money for fuel while i book because the price difference between fuel car and non fuel car is around 1200 which they are charging for fuel, if if i raise the complaint with the customer care they didn't even consider this as complaint and saying we would only give the amount of the submitted bill. My issue is i have paid for fuel twice but they are giving me only one bill I have submitted, my complaint is regarding then why did u charge 1200 extra while i booked the car i[censored] didn't provide me a with fuel car, and its been 3 days i didn't get my refund but in app it is showing refund initiated.

                                    I need my refund amount as soon as possible and also the fuel amount i paid for but they didn't provide me fuel.

                                    In the below attachments i've included the price of fuel and non-fuel car
                                    and also the amount they said as refund initiated but didn't get yet..

                                      I have been trying to reach the customer care vide IVR and help and support, but haven't received any response from them.
                                      It has already been raised two days ago.
                                      My booking account was showing an outstanding of 999/- and a process refund of 999/- on 15th of August. I had made a payment of 999/- on 16th of August so the total paid amount is 16, 016/- against a total cost of 14, 018/-.
                                      I have made all the payments but still it is showing an outstanding of 999/- and a processed refund of 1, 998/-. I wanted to understand the reason behind this outstanding amount. Please find the relevant attachment.
                                      Requesting you to please respond as soon as possible. Please connect with me on the following number to resolve this issue at the earliest. I will not be making any unnecessary charges.
