This is the mail sent to zoomcar through the zoomcar app yesterday :

Dear sir/mam,

This complaint is regarding my booking of car with registration number KA03AG7682.
The car has been picked up by your home pickup driver at 1.30 pm today more mysore railway station but the app shows that the ride is still live and am late by 5 hours. The mobile number of the home pickup driver is [protected]. I waited till 1.50 pm for him to close the booking but since my train was at 2.15 pm I left after i was assured that the booking will be closed. We were a group of 16 and booked 3 cars, the other two booking got closed but my booking is still live. I've made two calls from 6 pm to inform about this and both customer care agents assured us that there is no issue and that the booking will be closed shortly. I must not be charged any late fee and I hope zoomcar provides better service the next time. Kindly revert.

There has been no response from their side still and the booking is still live. The pickup driver has confirmed that he has finished the closure procedure from his end and it's not yet approved by booking closure team. He reverted to my calls late yesterday and confirmed about this.

I will not pay any late fee or excess charges as this issue is at zoomcar's end. Our group had taken three cars and all cars were picked up by the same team at 1.30 pm together. One booking was closed and mail was received immediately, the next was closed around 5.30 pm yesterday - 630 additional fees has been charged which we will not pay and the third is my booking that is still not closed.

    Address: Ground Floor - Enzyme Tech park, #4 Building, Domlur Service Road, 13, HAL Old Airport Rd, Domlur I Stage, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560071

    On 26th Nov 2021 around 10.10AM, near Sarjapura Columbia Hospital, a speeding Zoomcar with registration plate 9517 (Red Maruti Swift) hit our car and escaped. sorry, i could not get the complete number. I am sure you have the means to track and identify the vehicle with the above info.

    the right-side back-door hit my our car's left-side fender and bumper. this happened when the zoomcar driver overtook our car from the left-side and took a right turn. as a result of the impact, our car's left-side fender and bumper is damaged.

    I request you to reimburse the cost of repair/replacement and provide zoomcar to use for the number of days our car will be in the garage/repair centre.

      28 November 2021 ... Today I booked a zoom car... I submitted details ( driving license & photo) required for zoom car ... Zoom car app given a address & phone number of car which is in adyar... So I went to the adyar to take a zoom car...
      Now the Problem is given address is wrong... Contact number which is given also not responded my call ...
      I paid amount of RS. 2500 via zoom app...

        The car provided to us had technical issues. The tyre bursted once during afternoon we replaced it with the Stephanie which was also in pathetic condition. It bursted for the second time in the middle of the night at an isolated location where were stranded for more than an hour. It was very risky. Got no help from zoom. Got no refund for the hefty amount we spent on repairing the car

              Hello,

              I have booked Zoom a car on the 21st, the car number is UP 13AX7412 and the owner's name is Subham karv. I faced the problem while dropping off the car in the same location because the apartment (Aditya world city NH24, Gzb) security persons were asking to call the owner of the car and they were causing so much trouble and they had called the police in front of me and registered the suspect case on me and they did the mental harassment me. After that I called customer care then they connected the call with the owner. Once the car owner came to the place then they allowed me to leave from there, Even the car owner was being filthy rude. It was a bad experience for me and made me so depressed and was being a mental I will never take a zoom car in my lifetime. One more thing, I reached to the place at stipulated time but this unnecessary problem has taken more than three hours from my stipulated time period and also I left my fuel bills for 2000 rupees in the car itself due to this mind ### things happend. You can check with the owner of the car. I will share the mini statement If you want.

              Please give me a proper response as soon as possible, otherwise I will register a police complaint on this.

                No number to call back for refund. So much cheating. Zoomcar no 1 frauds. No refund even after 15 days. Zoom couldn't deliver good condition vehicle and I returned vehicle. I was promised I will get refund in 5 days and later no call back. In between I tried Facebook team I was told I'll get call from escalation team. Worst and fraudsters. Now they reply in Facebook - giving me a new story that clutch was fine and unfortunately no refund. Mechanic who was present in Rajajinagar location confirmed that I can't take this vehicle for 3 days and it's a risk. He even told customer care on call. Now they say no refund and clutch is fine. Such a hopeless service. 15000 rs is lost. People don't risk and take vehicles from Zoomcar.

                    Hi. I have booked a car in zoomcar app and made full payment. I have uploaded dl and 2 months ago and waiting for verification. Still my profile is pending and no message. I tried contacting zoomcar customer care through emails many times, nobody is answering, I requested, you people please please verify my profile and approve it asap. It’s urgent as myy travel date is approaching.

                      I had booked car from pune to mumbai one way
                      My car was unavailable till the time of booking and no option to cancel the booking
                      Called customer care 10 times but no response. Had to book very expensive mode of transport and faced a lot of inconvenience.. pls initiate refund of my payment

                          I was joint zoom car and listed my car, one of customer damaged my car and found car body has been damaged and found some scratches on Car, same day I was shared snaps in zoom app and waited for their reply, but not got any reply from them. After 24 hours I was called then and asked for status, but they are stating it is minor damaged. They are not able understood between minor and major damage.
                          I want to resolve my issues and need support from zoom car only.
                          Also they chatted me in Diwali offer, not received Diwali bonus amount

                            I had listed my car on zoomcar which was never live. I had a terrible experience with the customer care and the staff that was getting a gps installed in my car. My car is facing battery issues since the time the gps has been installed and till date it hasn't be taken off inspite of repeated reminders to zoomcar, the staff and posting on Facebook, instagram and almost everywhere.

                            I want this gps uninstalled immediately from my car and I want a compensation for the harrasment I had to go through all this while and also the battery problem s that started since your gps installation

                              For my Booking ID JPS69W9OY, and extra Km fee of 7051 INR has been charged despite no excess KMs being driven on the rental vehicle. This can be evidenced by the car odometer reading submitted on the ZoomCar application.

                                    Hi Zoomcar,

                                    It is quite ridiculous that you would charge full payment before profile verification.
                                    You should first verify profile and then charge.
                                    I have booked a car and paid the money but now am facing issues with profile verification.
                                    You app doesn't work. When I click on profile verification it goes back to home page. There is no contact information for customer care. This is very bad design.

                                      The Outstanding amount is showing as INR 12, 518 for returning the car 63 hours late. They sent me an email regarding the trip start (7th November 2021 at 10:00 AM) and end time (10th November 2021 at 12:25 PM). But I have delivered the car at 8:55 PM on 7th November 2021 (My trip end time is 9:00 PM on 7th November). I inspect and end the trip on the Zoomcar app itself at the right time as well as at the correct location. All of the customer care numbers are not working and unable to contact anyone in Zoomcar support.
