I booked a car from the zoomcar app in chandigarh, amount transaction has been done but the confirmation was not received . There is no response from zoomcar app.
Very poor service.
Taking money from online payment and not giving the services.
I have attached the transaction proof.

      My booking number is JPS6NV7QC. Booked a car in September 2020, they cancelled it at last minute causing difficulty to me, but they promised refund in 10-14 days. No refund came, and customer service not responding. After posting many messages on their Facebook page, they finally sent me a payment link - but that required OTP to be sent to my phone number, which was not accessible to me as I live in USA. I even tried the link on my next trip to India, but link expired. Requested new link, did not work.
      Requested them to change my phone number - no luck. Finally the offered to send refund to bank account from which payment was made - which they should have done in the first place!
      Made me wait months for this, and finally they said money is transferred to your bank - but I did not receive any money! Asked them to give me payment details - they said follow up with your bank. How can I follow up with bank without any details provided to me? After much back and forth on this, they said we will send you a payment link! BACK TO SQUARE ONE!!!
      Does this mean they were lying about sending money to my bank?
      Since then, they have stopped responding to my emails.
      Came across this forum, hope this can help me get my refund!

          I had given my account for verification on 28 September 2021 uploaded all my details, namely, my driving license, aadhar card and a live selfie, I have not yet received any reply although they say that we can expect a reply in 24 hours.             I have booked mahinda thar on 23rd of September 2021 from zoomcar and they charged whole amount in advance. They sent me a car which has battery issues I've tried to contact them for 3 hours but they were not agreeing on battery issue as they had to waste time till the time of return and when the return time was passed they finally agreed there is a battery problem and they blamed me for not making any complaint. I have all the call recordings and video evidences against them could anyone guide me how to shut down these fraud companies?

              I wish I had read recent reviews before booking
              Booked the car for an urgent appointment in Ahmedabad, supposed to pick up at 12 noon
              1. Customer service first could not verify the identity even when the pictures were razor sharp clean.Got on half hour call with them to get that sorted
              2. The driver went to pick the car, the person responsible to deliver car DISAPPEARED, called him said be back in 2 hours, Serious???
              3. Called customer service no help at all
              4. The guy cancelled the booking at 2pm last minute and the company ie Zoomcar accepted that
              5. Called customer service again, instead of apology they said it was not available when you booked, I mean am I dumb or your app is crap and your vendors even more crappier

              Who is going to pay for all of this?
              Rudeness of the vendor and his guts
              My wasted time effort
              My missed appointment
              Absolutely unhelpful customer service
              My driver's license banned from this silly company, as if we were going to use you again

                      My Booking ID is JPS69R2QE. I booked a car Ford Figo on 730 kms with fuel on 15 th september to 16 th September
                      My Car was Accident in Armani, Tamilnadu on 15 th September @ 3.30 pm. Slight damage left outside mirror was fully damaged left Margaurd was slight damage I try customer care in the spot they not pick the call. So I drop the car in the pickup location and zoom car office employee saw the damage they said company maximum 5000 to be fine sir. but our fine is 10000 and another day I am also visit directly in the zoom car office in Trichy. they told contact customer care to explain the damage it will be resolve. This is too much of cost. Please kindly verify the damaged parts in the car and check it back re consider the damage fee I sent a lot mails and calls no more response ur side .                           I have booked a car in zoor car and when i went there the has issue in engine start same thing i informed to zoor car customer care multiple times but they are irrsponsible and they told to check and verify the car condition it will take 5 days. untill today its been more than a week, but no one responding.

                            we have taken our car for a monthly subscription. after our subscription period we have given back the car in a safe mode.

                            we are asking for refund from 1 month.but no single reply to our refund through emails or calls.we want our 5000rs deposit and our earnings during subscription are 3994.so total 8994rs zoom car should refund us.kindly support and please note this issue is repeating by them for several people.please take strict action.

                              I had booked a zoom car yesterday night.
                              My booking slot was at 9 in the morning and was accepted by zoom car. I got multiple messages that the car will be delivered to me by 8:57 am and no one turned up till 10 am. I called up the number given in the booking details and was told that the car would be delivered in an hour.
                              I tried calling multiple mobile numbers which were given by my POC but none of them were reachable. The time is 11 am now and I am already 2 hours late to an important meeting I scheduled today which is a big disgrace I levy upon zoom car.
                              First thing, Why the hell did zoom car take payment from me at the time of booking if they can’t handle deliveries?
                              Second thing, why did zoom car charge me a valuable 300 rupees as delivery charges if you have the poorest delivery service in this world?
                              I demand a return of delivery fee and also my booking slot time has to be extended by the amount of delay I faced.
                              Also, I would like to explore options to penalise zoom car since you people do the same with us customers if we commit a mistake.
                              This is a one sided game that zoom car is playing with us by taking money beforehand and ruining precious time of customers.
                              I will never ever take a zoom car again and will put this on social media to make the community aware about the scam you guys perform.

                                Zoom car delivered the car - Ford freestyle at my door step on 19.09.2021 at 7.30am in dirty condition. As we had to go for a family function there was no other option but to accept the car in dirty condition. I took the car to a nearby petrol pump and filled diesel. After filling diesel I was igniting the engine but the key means remote got de-attached from the metal key. While observing inside the remote key I found the key was already in crack condition prior to my usage and hence when I want to start the car, it broke immediately. I faced huge inconvenience to start the vehicle and immediately informed Zoom customer care about this incident and told them to register a complaint. With their guidance I started the vehicle and brought back the car to my society and parked safely and told Zoom to take back car. I couldn’t able to attend my family function. I told them to refund my money. But surprisingly there is no such provision to register the claim on Zoom portal. This is a serious offence.

                                Today I am surprised to hear from Zoom to pay Rs.4000 additional beyond the Rs.1439 which I have paid to the online.

                                This is not acceptable at all.

                                  We had a intolerable experience with Zoomcar service.

                                  We had made a booking today at 6:30am and this had be picked up from the service point...I and my wife reached service center around 7:00am, however the car was not cleaned and checked properly...there was a problem with car and it was not starting at all...is this how you provide the service????
                                  Later one of your CUSTOMER care guy told they will allocate a new one...which is still not happened and now the time is 9:00am we are waiting for it...
                                  This is the worst experience ever with Zoomcar.
                                  You need to value others time too ###...
                                  Would prefer not to use Zoomcar any more..👊👊👊👊

                                      When I log in from my mobile number, I can see the profile name with ManiRaj, and the email id ([protected]@gmail.com) belongs to ManiRaj. But the Mobile number belongs to me([protected]). So here are two different pieces of information and this is for 2 different people. So I am requesting you to delete this profile or close the account.

                                      Please provide me proper solution for this, I don't want someone else is misusing my number.
