    I have completed my trip on 4th July and i till now i haven’t received me security refund amount back. The policy say that amount will be reflected upto 15 days and its 16th day. Worst service i have ever seen. I dont know why it takes too long for refunding amount. Very poor experience.

      I tried to book a tata tiago on 22 july 2021 but during payment transaction that was through google pay, the money ie 1759 rs was sent successfully to [protected]@paytm upi ID after the payment the application was crashed and it showed no booking. The proof is i even received a booking ID i.e JPS69ZZ2E because i redeemed zoomcar credits which were 50. I'm very much disappointed with zoomcar customer service and i need my money back. I'm expecting my refund as soon as possible

      I booked a Mahindra marazzo on 3rd August 2021 but during the payment transaction through Google pay the money has been debited Rs 1541 after the transaction it shows like "payment failure" and it shows no booking .

        Hello team,

        I have booked a car from 21 July 2021 6 Am - 23 July 2021 9 am in Zoom car app and the amount was 5245 incl of everything. So I have done the payment through my debit card and the my money has been debited from my account to your account. But all of sudden it says that the payment has been failed.

        But my money has been debited and I got a message and mail stating the money has successfully Debited into your account.

        But I can't try to contact the Zoomcar customer service right now. I have also attached the message for the transaction.

        Please check and let me know

          I had booked a Zoomcar on17/07/2021. It was Swift Car. I picked up the car at 11.30 pm and dropped off the car on time according to the booking at around 1.00 am in the pallavaram zoomcar hub. It was clean ride and when dropping off the executives in the hub asked me to drop the car in a certain place and close the trip. I did as per their request and closed the trip. Later a Vehicle damage Fees of Rs.8000/- has been added. When spoke to persons they sre not ready to listen anything and kept saying that it was a valid charges on us. I heavily suspect on the executives who were maintaining the hub. They had somehow made the damage and blaming it on the previous user. The concerned persons are just threatening to pay the amount and are claiming that they have all the evidence regarding this and are saying that the image uploaded by us was not clear enough and hence they are putting on the blame on our side.
          This is completely not acceptable as no one would be prepared with necessary evidences in beforehand.

              Back to back email are sent for refund and am getting a reply to wait for 24-48 hrs from 7th jul.. there is no proper reply to describe the issue in refunding. One or the other customer care executive replies that they are working on this issue from 7th jul. I have submitted the bills in the app before the cut off time of 24 hrs from the end of the trip. This is really frustrating to followup on the refund.

                Zoomcar threatens its customers to initiate proceedings for the things the customers didn’t even do. We have been levied refuelling charges on the basis of the false data that they provided the car with 26% fuel when in reality it was not more than 21% (we have evidence of the kms the car was run for and the refuelling expenses we incurred personally which will prove that the 26% fuel story does not match up). Earlier a false charge of Rs 307 was levied which we disputed and they updated the charges to be Rs 184. We disputed this updated amount as well and sent several mails explaining our position but we get a standard reply saying the charges are valid without even looking into our claims, though we get a regular call to pay the charges. Kudos to Zoomcar for prying on their customers and threatening them with initiation of proceedings for the things they didn’t even do.

                  I have booked a car for rent with Booking id : JPS665ROS. I have been imposed with late returning charges by zoomcar. But the scenario is the parking place given by zoom car is in a private area and locals got into a argument to not park the vehicle there. Tle this into consideration and resolve issue.

                    Rent Start Date: 1st July 2021
                    On 2nd July: The car break-pad got damaged and clutch plate got burnt, Car Breakdown.
                    I was promised over the mail that by 6th July I will get the car back and its going to be 9th July 2021, all I am getting false promises from them.

                    They never pick my call and if they pick up by mistake 1 in 10 calls. They will simply say I will get back to you and will never call back.

                    ZoomCar customer care: [protected], In mail they informed the car will be delivered by 6th July, on 6th they said 7th July, then 8th July and now 9th.

                    When today I went to ZoomCar Parking in Patna(Bailey Road) at 3:30PM, 8th July. The man over there informed that the car got fixed on 7th July itself but they have got no mail to deliver the car back and when I call customer care they inform they have got not revert on the condition on car.

                    Both are blaming each other at the cost of my money and time and not giving up the car since 2nd July.

                    They billed 27k/- for 1 month rent and this is how pathetic they are treating/serving.

                    I paid so much amount to rent for 1 month and had many works to do, all my plans have ruined because of their internal issues.

                    I request you please resolved the issue and get the car back today else return the complete money with penalty of misconduct and wasting my time,

                      Frequent battery shut down

                      Zoom car has blocked my account which had 3500 zoom credits and not giving any satisfactory answer. I have been their customer for since last 4 years, they are saying I have multiple accounts that is why they blocked my account and the account which they are claiming to be mine is of my friend. They are saying once the account is blocked it cannot be unblocked. Simply they are doing because I have referred zoom car to many of my friends and I have earned 3500 zoom credits and they don't want me to use those credits.

                        Hi team Zoomcar!

                        This is Reddy I've booked a zoomcar from airport site - Ahmedabad bearing booking ID JPS69OW20. After traveling 30 kilometers from Ahmedabad towards Morbi district, we've stopped at a hotel for breakfast. Post breakfast pit stop, the car did not start, we've seeked help from the hotel staff to push it so we can resume our journey and attend the business meet scheduled in Morbi.

                        The car started after pushing it back and forth several times, however the AC stopped working after traveling about 15-20 kms further approximately.

                        As we've already wasted our time with starting the vehicle at the hotel, we were getting late for the business meet that's scheduled. So, we couldn't spare anymore time in stopping the vehicle again (afraid it wouldn't start again), calling the customer support number that gets disconnected after a few beeps.

                        We've traveled to our destination (Morbi) which is about 200 kms from there. All this long way, we've suffered and got poached.

                        By the time we reached the hotel, we were drenching in sweat and almost poached in scorching sun. The vehicle didn't start again at the hotel. I've spoken to your support agent Saima and she'd suggested a tip to get it started which is fine. Our concern is about the AC that's not functioning and we've booked the car for six full days spending 17, 500 and also planned to extend if required. But we were given a faulty vehicle which is not function as intended, that caused immense inconvenience and trauma, I request someone to take this up to the higher hierarchy and get it resolved.

                        I did not expect this from zoomcar, I've used self driven cars from Thrifty in Australia, and Hertz in the USA. Never experienced such irresponsible, unacceptable service from them.

                        Hope zoomcar doesn't spoil our business trip by causing further delay in rectifying the issue and fix it at the earliest.

                          Hi I booked Honda Mobilio booking Id JPS69OG1A I have been added invalid refuelling fee of 1046/- as u can check start and end checklist I received car with 0% and I Dropped car at same level I have proofs this so unfair to treat innocent customers by adding invalid charges and looting from them .I'm so unsatisfied by zoom car plz remove invalid charges from my account

                                Deposit Amount isn't refunded.

                                I had booked car from zoomcar at 20 nov 2020. i had paid Rs.999 as deposit amount. Now its more than 6 months they haven't refund the amount. As per the policies deposit amount should refund within 28 working days to the account. Also there is no customer care contact number of support mail id to contact them regarding the issue. Please update when they are gonna refund my deposit....

                                Hi,
                                I have booked Zoomcar services on 8th Mar 20 for 1 day.
                                Since then I'm waiting for refund of Rs.2309/-
                                I cannot reach customer support as I don't have existing booking(which is ridiculous as IVR disconnects if no current booking).
                                I have been on emails with Zoomcar for 2 months with no outcome.
                                All they do is ask me 24-48 hrs and bank details and the cycle goes on.
                                More than 40+ mails have been sent till date.
                                Please help

                                  I have made a booking for Renault Kwid petrol for 23rd Jan 2021 from 3 PM to 8 PM. The amount got debited from my account for ₹1086, however the booking didn't happen, since then I was trying to reach CC on various occasions but the response was just an automated response but didn’t address my issue.

                                  Let me know still how long you will take to refund my money back to the source.

                                    I have made a booking with zoomcar for car rental on 24th January 2021 with booking ID JPS6NNI67 but unfortunately they cancelled my trip and amount of Rs 10627 is due to be refunded by the company but has not been refunded till date i.e 5th May 2021. The customer support numbers are not at all working and there's no response for he emails sent. Kindly take appropriate action against the company as the company is trying to deliberately dupe customers.
