Zoomcar hasn't refunded me money worth 3273 rupees from two cancelled bookings for more than 60 days, even though their policy says max 30 days.
They don't have any channel to register complaints, so I had to message them on twitter. There they keep saying it will be refunded but so far, no luck....

I had made a booking for a Maruti Swift on September end for which I had paid an amount 6823 in advance to Zoomcar. Zoomcar then proceeded to cancel my booking on their own and now they refuse to pay me back that amount. Initially I was told that I would get the refund in 10-15 days. But that didn't happen. We cancelled the zoomcar booking on May 2021. Till now Zoomcar didn't refund our amount. When we ask everytime they said, will do ASAP. They are cheating customera we guess....

I have booked a Zoomcar on December 9th 2020, booking id - JPS6NFSNX
Today is 10/3/21. Their policy says they will return back the refund within 30 working days, it has been more than that now. I tried calling them but their automated service says i have not booked with them, and they are not replying back to my email, the app still says the refund is still pending....

My refund of 2703 is pending since 16 November 2020. I cant reach the customer care as the number provided doesnt connect me to an executive. This number is not working and no matter what input you provide it goes into circles. Booking ID - JPS6N4IW6...

This is about my Zoomcar booking JPS6N9RO1. There is an outstanding amount of Rs.615 due on my booking which was 111 and updated to 615. On conversation with the customer support executive, i came to know that fuel readings were updated again.
I have started the trip with 31% after successful updation of the start fuel and end the trip with 3 bars i.e. 30% of the fuel.

I booked a car with Zoomcar by paying an amount of Rs 11814 on 22nd January around 9 pm with Booking Id JPS6N6FKH. Next day I got a call that my booking has been cancelled due to some issue with documents from Zoomcar. They told me that advance payment will be returned within 36 hours but even after sending several mails, there has been no response from them. More than one month has passed but there is no other means to connect with them...

It's been almost 3 months now and I haven't got my refund from Zoomcar and the worst is for more than 2 months I keep trying to connect to customer care and I am unable to.

I have almost sent more than 10 emails regarding the same but haven't got any revert from the Zoomcar support team.

Booked a Hyundai Creta for 2 days on the 24th January 2021
and had to cancel the trip for personal Reasons.
Zoomcar Collected a Total amount of 7442, out of which rs. 2322 was charged as Cancellation Fees.
Now i am Expecting the remaining amout of Rs. 5120 from Zoomcar.

Booked a polo for one day rent for the 7th of jan 2021.
I had paid and cleared everything from my end, including the fuel.
Zoomcar had to reimburse Rs 2499, the security deposit after the ride end. They had told me that i will get the amount within 30 working days. Its been 2 months and no money has been refunded to my account from zoomcar....
