Booked a Hyundai Creta for 2 days on the 24th January 2021
and had to cancel the trip for personal Reasons.
Zoomcar Collected a Total amount of 7442, out of which rs. 2322 was charged as Cancellation Fees.
Now i am Expecting the remaining amout of Rs. 5120 from Zoomcar.

As per company policy, it was supposed to be refunded into my Bank account within 30 days. Which has not been Refunded till date.

When i reach out to customer care, there is no response whatsoever and it just goes to an Automated response system.

I want my Refund Back!

    I am awaiting for fuel refund from zoomcar its been 3months as they stated 30working days but now it crossed. they r cheating the customer refund amount kindly intervene and tske severe action on them

      Booked a polo for one day rent for the 7th of jan 2021.
      I had paid and cleared everything from my end, including the fuel.
      Zoomcar had to reimburse Rs 2499, the security deposit after the ride end. They had told me that i will get the amount within 30 working days. Its been 2 months and no money has been refunded to my account from zoomcar.

          I have tried a million times to reach to them and ask where is my refund through emails as well as through their customer care number . I haven’t got any reply from them for my bookings. On their application it shows that the refund is pending but the aren’t just processing it.

            The company has promised to refund my fuel amount within a month but company has not refunded the amount even after 2 months. When I call a customer care team they continously asking me to wait for a 1 week but till now I haven't received any amount.

                I have booked zoom car on Jan 11 2021 from chennai to coimbatore.
                But i have cancelled the booking on Jan 13 2021 evening.
                While cancelling the app showed the amount booked will refund to the source within 30 days to the source account.

                But my amount is still not credited to my account. Even after 45 Days.
                I have sent mail to Zoom car but they just give a reply for name sake as your fund will be given soon. The mobile number of zoom car is also not reachable. They give response in customer care only to new bookings. The IVR of the toll free number is also set like that way.

                I have been affected a lot due to Zoomcar. Kindly get the amount refund for me.

                  I had made a booking with zoomcar for car rental on 16th October 2020 with booking ID JPS6NTK7F but cancelled it due to some reasons. An amount of Rs 16, 763.00 is due to be refunded by the company but has not been refunded till date i.e 1st March 2021.
                  The customer support numbers are not at all working and there's no response for he emails sent. Kindly take appropriate action against the company as the company is trying to deliberately dupe customers

                    I made two bookings, in July (JPS6N59WB) and August (JPS6NDHII). The refunds from both the bookings were INR 999 and INR 2, 500 respectively.
                    In a clear violation of their own refund policy, the refunds have not been processed even after a period of more than 6 months from the date of completion of the trips.
                    Also the fact that their executives are not directly reachable and the customer support does not respond to the complaints made via the mobile app is suspicious.
                    I request zoomcar to look into this and process the refund as soon as possible.

                      I booked a car on 24th January but it did not get confirm and when I called zoomcar they said they haven't received payment so I contacted my bank and filed a customer dispute form. I came to know that the money is already credited to zoomcar account but they are denying... I want my refund back immediately as it's causing me a mental agony.

                          I booked a zoomcar in Hyderabad on the 23rd of January 2021 but after my payment was deducted the zooomcar app closed and my booking was unconfirmed. It was later canceled and I was told i would get a refund within 30 days. It is now March 1 2021 and still no refund of communication from zoomcar. I have tried to reach them via call/ email and Twitter but have reached nowhere

                            This complaint is regarding my recent zoomcar bookiing. I have booked a tata tiago in the month of November 2020, ID- JPS6N4KYG. I have promised a refund amount of 1000/- rupees, but it has been almost 3 months since i have completed my booking but i didnt received my refund amount. Please make sure that this complaint may reach to there portal. Thank you.

                              Hi I am Anudeep,

                              I booked a Zoom car service on January 3rd 2021 in Vizag with amount of 5201 where I paid 4981 through my debit card and rest 220 through zoom points but Due to my personal reasons i has cancel the booking . After 2 days I contacted the zoom car customer care service about the money refund, then the Zoom customer care service guy told that money will be refund in 30 days into my account . But today is March 1st, 2021 still i didn't get my money into my account .

                              Please kindly take action on zoom car and Refund me my money .

                                No refund of money,cancellation done from zoomcar's end

                                Address: 145/3/A Baruipara Lane, Anjanisut Apartment , 3rd Floor,Flat-303

                                It has been more than 3 months that zoomcar cancelled the car we booked as they mentioned that the car had a brokedown instead of helping us out they have been mentally torturing us for 3 months now, their cancellation policy says refund will be there in 30 days it has been more than 90 days.
                                We did prior booking of 11, 826 and they haven't refunded the money thought if consumer forum can help before sending in a legal notice.

                                Had a booking for 8 am

                                Got a message saying issues with booking with a number that was out of service.

                                After reaching the pick up site was told the said car is not available. No one giving a clear answer.

                                Then called the customer care spoke with aatika and 2 other people. Was told they will get back. Get a call that the booking is cancelled because no car. So forcefully gotten cancelled from the customer care. All this and the app shows the car is still available for booking.

                                Worst experience and worst customer care.

                                  I have made a booking on 25th Nov 2020, booking iD#JPS6NTNL6, i have been emailing about the refund which is still not credited in my account and i also had a word with customer executive regarding the same issue but there is no solution provided till yet.

                                  Please proceed with the refund ASAP as it has been more than 3 months now.

                                    Zoomcar is not refunding the amount even after 30 days. I have sent multiple requests through their app but dint get any response.
                                    I have reached out to them through Facebook Messenger & Twitter but they are not providing any update.
                                    There is no direct contact number for customer support to dial in & talk.
                                    There are thousands of customers who are having similar issues.
                                    Zoomcar has not initiated refunds since early 2020 but at the same time they are accepting new bookings.
                                    In my case I had made a booking & canceled it. As per their terms & conditions, the refund will be initiated in 30 days. However its nearly 3 months they haven't refund my booking amount of 30497Rs.

                                      Booking automatically got cancelled as the car did not arrive at the pickup location, followed with sms confirmation of cancellation.

                                      Rs. 8372/- paid via net banking, but till date the refund has not been done. Neither there is any process to reach out to Zoomcar not any contact no is available. What a way to rob people.
