Had booked self-drive car from Zoom Car in Mumbai for 18th sep 2020 and 19th Sep 2020 Have paid all the dues. But company is yet to refund my security deposit of Rs 1999/- As per company policy they should have refunded the deposit within 30 days. Hundreds of such customers exist today which are facing refund problem from Zoom Car I raised this issue on twitter, they have never given me any date of processing refund.

    I booked a zoomcar on 28 dec 2020 and till date i have not received any refund i have tried to contact them many times but none of their customer helpline number is working i have tried send emails but in no replies came. I have posted a complaint earlier also but nothing happened.

      I made a booking through zoomcar app on 9th for a swift car and made full payment of rs. 4999/-

      After booking, I received a call from zoom and they requested to cancel the booking Due to non availability of car.

      I haven't received any refund of the same cancelled booking and in my app still showing pending refund.

        As we have booked a zoomcar from Nagpur Zoomcar id phone no.[protected] Name- Kunal Dongre . A scorpio vehicle no. MH43BP1305
        booking id no. JPS6N60KR
        We booked the above vehicle on date 20/01/2021,
        and still we have not gotten our refund of rs 2899. after 60 days of continuous contacting the company, we are only left with the option of going to consumer complaints. As zoomcar had mentioned that they will refund the money within 24 hrs of booking, as per the company's norms this is the pure fraud, the money is still not deposited to my account.

              I had complete one ride(ID:- JPS6N0LCL) on 5th Aug 2020 but i have not received the refund of Rs.4079/- till now(8months).
              I have visited Jaipur office many times and alao filled a complaint on customer care also but have still not recieved the my refund back.
              I request you to get the refund processed otherwise i’ll have to go to higher authorities.

                  I want to delete my account as i have purchased a new vehicle and i no longer need this. and all this was my joint account which me and my friend were using as he has his mail id registered but the registered driving license is mine.so i don't want someone else to missuse it.
                  so please kindly delete my account.

                    I booked a Zoom car with booking id JPS6N622D on 20/01/2021 due to the pickup location was very far i cancelled the booking of this zoom car. After the cancellation the refundable amount was 2, 335 which was to refunded in my account hasn't been refunded till now. It's been almost two months and till now i have't received my refundable amount. I am unable to connect with the zoom car customer service as the call didn't connect until we do any booking in the zoom car.

                    After the cancellation of this i made another booking with booking id JPS6N62FS with nearby pickup location and after the completion of the trip i handed over the car at the pickup location after all the proceedings the refundable amount 423 which has to be refunded by the zoom car was also not be refunded since two months.

                    Kindly please help me in this case .

                    I have attached the screenshot of booking id and refundable amount and refund status too.

                    I haven't received any call or update from the zoomcar support. Also i have send multiple mails to the Zoomcar support through registered emailid still no response.Can you please help me further in this

                      I booked zoomcar on 25th august 2020 and I haven’t received my refund of ₹8731 till now. Its been 7 months now and there’s no customer contact point available. I need my refund for booking id JPS6ND0MM asap or I’ll file a FIR under section 420 IPC. You are a fraud company and everyone need to know about it.

                          I booked a car and completed my trip on January 1st 2021. as per the terms and conditions i had paid security deposit and fuel bill which should be refunded to me after completing my trip . An amount of Rs 1947 /- should be refunded to me within 30 days but still i didnt receive any amount and even not a response from zoom car. they people are cheating customers like this .

                            Still waiting for my refund from 22 may 2020.. when are you going to process my refund? ID - JPS6N1FFE

                            Always same response but no action.
                            “ We regret that we are taking more time to process your refund, our team is already working on processing your refund, kindly wait, we shall share the confirmation at the earliest.”

                            No option to call customer care for previous trips, only current booking customers can talk to customer care.

                            Please let me know how i can proceed legally here as the harassment from Zoomcar is at peaks

                              Zoomcar hasn't refunded me money worth 3273 rupees from two cancelled bookings for more than 60 days, even though their policy says max 30 days.
                              They don't have any channel to register complaints, so I had to message them on twitter. There they keep saying it will be refunded but so far, no luck.

                                I had made a booking for a Maruti Swift on September end for which I had paid an amount 6823 in advance to Zoomcar. Zoomcar then proceeded to cancel my booking on their own and now they refuse to pay me back that amount. Initially I was told that I would get the refund in 10-15 days. But that didn't happen. They are not replying to my emails not are they accepting any calls. They only respond on twitter with automated responses. I have been constantly asking for the status of my refund but nothing has happened yet. It's been 6 months now and I have seen no progress made regarding the refund.

                                  We cancelled the zoomcar booking on May 2021. Till now Zoomcar didn't refund our amount. When we ask everytime they said, will do ASAP. They are cheating customera we guess.

                                        I have booked a Zoomcar on December 9th 2020, booking id - JPS6NFSNX
                                        Today is 10/3/21. Their policy says they will return back the refund within 30 working days, it has been more than that now. I tried calling them but their automated service says i have not booked with them, and they are not replying back to my email, the app still says the refund is still pending.
