Dear Team,
I have booked a Zoom Car from Pune on 30th December 2020 for a day trip to Mumbai. When I went to take the delivery of the Car in the morning, my booking cannot be full-filled and was cancelled, due to name mismatch on Driving License and Aadhar Card.
I have remitted Rs. 4666 towards the Security Deposit while booking the car. Its been more then 3 months, I am waiting for the Refund.
To my amazement I have written twice to them for the same, but all in vain. Request you look into my complain.
Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

We are sorry to know that you haven't received the refund. Upon checking, we see that the refund is successfully settled through the Cashfree link.
