I have booked a zoomcar from 19th June to 22nd June using the 50% off code and paid 12999.
Due to some personal issue I was unable to avail the Service during the period, hence cancelled the booking on 4th June, however i received the confirmation of refund for 2999 which is a security deposit.
But i paid 12999 and as per the policy i need to get 12799 rupees. Can you please help me on it....

We booked tata hexa via zoomcar on 8th morning for 15th of march. I went to collect the car from a zoom point and i hardly drove for 300 meters and was not even out of zoom car zone when the clutch failed unexpectedly. I have been trying to delete my zoomcar account and my private details such as driving license (Dl) and mobile number stored in it.
Zoomcar has told me that they don’t have any such policy and once my dl is uploaded, it is permanently stored in their server.
I have the fundamental right to privacy and should be given the right to decide what can be done with my private details.
They have offered to block my account...

I had booked a car on 3 feb and picked up from marunji, pune to go to mahabaleahwar. While on my return journey there was heavy traffic in the highway and i had exited the trip by 3hrs and paid rs.490 but still couldn’t make it

Worst experience with zoomcar. They are asking us to pay for breakdown for which we are not responsible. And they update charges on my account without prior information and later they order us to clear outstanding amount. They say for clutch failure driver is responsible. According to their policy 11.6a if driver is not responsible for breakdown the unused hour amount will be refunded. Still now i am not understanding how i am responsible...

I had a very urgent trip and booked a scorpio for 10 hours (200 km free and without fuel), from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm with pick-up/drop-off at manipal. I have booked hyundai i10 in chennai for 220KM for 11 hours. The back tyre got puncture near uthukottai due to some sharp iron particles on the road side. So I checked for the Spare tyre and it was there but there is no jack tools to remove and to fix the spare tyre. I hired zoomcar for 13 days, 3000 km in ahmedabad (Booking jps62cjsu) and had a very bad experince with their staff, call centre and car and now they are not refunding the fuel money to me. Please read through the points and not book zoomcar

Its regarding my booking ref no jps6txvxz. The fuel refund amount is still pending from last 20 days however in app its showing rs 2200 refund amount settled for my completed booking. However i am not yet received the same.

Everytime i mail you, its telling that would be settled soon. I am really frustrated regarding the same.
