This is regarding the Booking Id: JPSNIBS8J .
I have booked the Zoomcar - ECO SPORT, Host Name- Azad, Phone Number - [protected].
When I reached at the location I havent found car there. I connected with host and they asked me to pay them again to receive a car.
Also, I have raised this issue many time before on zoomcar app but got no response.
Kindly look into this matter and refund my money INR 9732 for the same as soon as possible.

    My car was booked on the 28th of March, 2024, and was supposed to be returned on the 1st of April, 2024, but I extended the duration until the 4th of April, 2024, at 1:00 PM. However, it is not being returned. I have called multiple times, each time being told "only 30 minutes, " but it is still not returned

      Not able to unlock the rented ar

      We rented a car on zoomcar, the pickup was at 11 pm, but we could not unlock the car at all, every time the app kept crashing. We tried looking for customer care contact number, but didn't find any working contact number. We tried for one and half hour in the middle of the night. We have paid a lot for 5 days of trip.

      Kindly help us resolve this matter....

      We had registered our vehicle in ZoomcarHost and the vehicle is Hyundai venue vehicle (Model 2021) and the vehicle was damaged by the customer on August 9th 2023,
      We got this damage from Booking ID "#JPSNCX0VK" and is booked by velsuri sriram, it's been 9 months, and the vehicle did not get repaired, and the vehicle is damaged heavily.

      And we contacted the vendors (Gadifix) Puneet is the owner of Gadi fix (m.no:[protected]) he is lagging the communication for 9 months with no action.
      We even got one of the Zoom employee Venkat from Hyderabad(m.no:[protected]) No response from him.
      who took the vehicle from us to get the repair but now they are not responding to us anymore.

      No one is responding we wrote many mails to the zoom car support, and we didn't receive any response from them as well and we want our vehicle back and we would like to get the compensation as well as it has been 9 months.

      We even raised many of the tickets with Zoom car and we didn't get the response from them ticked Id's 1886327,

      This is not tolerable from consumer side we are paying of 15000Rs As EMI for this vehicle how can we keep the vehicle in garage for 9 months without any repair we could see that the vehicle is getting rusted.

        Dear team
        I have tried many times creating a ticket against my listing in zoomcar but no tickets are created, so my complaint is that my car is live on host app but not show on guest app.
        Also no one appears for gps installation and phone lock unlock system.
        what is the issue and explain this issue ASAP

          I’ve booked a car in the zoom app and the car’s silencer sound was from the beginning of the trip . The trip ends on 9pm march 8, I’ve returned The car at 8pm, the host was very rude towards me and asked me to repair the car and fill the fuel and denied to checkout the trip. I've filled the fuel in the car and l even accepted to submit the issue and I will pay the amount as agreed to the zoom policy but the host still denied to checkout. So I was helpless and left the place leaving the car with the host with out checkout because the host
          didn't agree .I will share the details of the car and the trip, please help me to clear this issue…

            I need to change my phone number in my zoomcar account because my previous phone number is not in use so now I am not able to login to my account and i need to do bookings . so please help me out for this.

                  I am writing to request your assistance in restoring my rating and unblocking my vehicle on your platform.

                  As you may be aware, my vehicle was involved in an accident on 27-SEP-2023 and it was in the garage for four months until 29-JAN-2024. During this period, I had to cancel all my pre-booked bookings due to the unavailability of my vehicle. I have already attached the list of cancellations done within the accident period in previous mail for your reference.

                  Due to these cancellations, my rating on Zoom has dropped significantly and my vehicle has been blocked from receiving new bookings. This has affected my business and reputation as a host. I was once a super host on Zoom and I had received many positive reviews and feedback from my guests before the accident.

                  I kindly request you to do the needful and provide me with my rating before the accident (i.e before August 2023). I also request you to unblock my vehicle so that I can resume hosting guests and providing them with a great experience.

                  I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Please let me know if you need any further information or clarification from my side.

                      When we started the trip, the car would not start, so we could contact customer service in Bangalore, but there was no availability, so we emerged and took another mode of transportation, and after the return trip, they asked for an additional fee.

                          Unable to upload a selfie for verification

                          Recently I booked a trip with zoomcars and was asked to upload a few documents and a selfie for verification. I uploaded the documents but every time I tried to upload the selfie the app crashed. i tried getting in touch with customer service but couldn't. My trip starts on 21st Feb and I'm not sure how can I get this fixed if I'm not able to get in touch with their customer care...

                                I have been a customer of zoomcar for years and this is the first time I'm so disappointed with it. I'm landing in Bangalore tomorrow evening and made a booking on the site as I am not able to login on the app. While I put my number for otp... It goes round and round for hours. I made the booking on the website and I did neither get a sms nor an email with the booking confirmation while my amount has been debited and the website...
