I have hired a rental car in goa. Yesterday it met with an minor accident.
The matter was resolved there only but it was found that car was not 3rd party insured and now owner is demanding money.
We have requested him to claim insurance but he is demanding money instead of insurance claim.
We are getting harrassed.
Need your support.

    Not getting OTP due to which I am not able to login to the app

    I am trying to login to the app since morning however, I am not getting the OTP even after multiple attempts.

    Request you to please look into this asap as i have to manage my booking....

    Recently for kyc verification i have uploaded aadhar several times but it gets rejected, so am trying to contact them but again no response through the mail and also there's no such contact number as well.

      I am trying to complete my profile verification from past two days but I am still unable to do so it is already was going to start in 2 hours but it still shown as pending is really high time now and I have to start my journey it's really confusing I request zoomcar to the refund my amount or complete the verification is asap

        Booking issue

        Hi,
        I have been a customer of zoomcar for years and this is the first time I'm so disappointed with it. I'm landing in Bangalore tomorrow evening and made a booking on the site as I am not able to login on the app. While I put my number for otp... It goes round and round for hours. I made the booking on the website and I did neither get a sms nor an email with the booking confirmation while my amount has been debited and the website...

        I have booked a car for 29th February 2024 and 1st March 2024 through zoom car app. The app requires completion of profile verification for unlocking the car for the said date. As part of the profile verification, the app requires us to upload a selfie. I have been trying to upload a selfie and due to some technical error in the app the selfie could not be uploaded.         I have booked car on 10th Feb 2024, On 11th Feb 2024 I went to the location to pickup the car and the owner started the procedure in his side and next I have to check in the car in the mobile app and it's showing error and it didn't get unlocked so owner denied to give the car as he said it will not start the car until it get unlocked in the mobile app. Owner also tried in possible ways to unlock but it is not done. So he said don't worry if you can't unlocking the car they won't charge anything, we tried for few minutes and we left back. Now the zoomcar didn't refund the money and I can't even connect customer care, owner is denied to give his personal number and through app I can't call to any person.. So please take my complaint and I am requesting to refund my amount after proper checking with owner and the issues.

          Profile is not verified yet. On uploading selfie for kyc the app crashes and i have raised multiple tickets on the app aswell still no response/ resolution

                I made booking for 10 Feb to 26 Feb 2024 Ertiga Car #MH.02.EZ.8954
                Paid full amount 28, 080 INR
                but APP SHOWS VERIFICATION FAILED.

                TRIED SEVERAL CALLS TO CUSTOMER CARE & HOST FOR ASSISTANCE BUT NO PROPER RESPONSE.
                I NEITHER RECEIVE MY CAR NOR MY REFUND.

                Also Raised many tickets #1581178 & #1581161 number emails to zoom car customer help desk n other related emails but no revert reply received.

                        As i booked car at zoomcars app by using my debit card and the payment was successful by paymentgateway but in the app its shows like payment is awaited wait for 30 mins and after few mins i checked its suddenly refreshed...and goes no bookings available...after i tried ti reach customer care there is an no way to reach customer care because every numbers of zoomcars are not reachable ...and themain thing is there is an no way to contact them...please help me out from this and get my money back and ihave revalent screenshots of booking

                          I'm Vikas Bhat from Udupi. On 26/01/2024 at 1 pm, we reserved a rental Ertiga from Zoomcar app for a 3-day period until 28/01/2024 at 6 pm.

                          Upon reaching Margao Railway Station in Goa at 1 pm, we found that the car sent wasn't as expected. Instead of a black and yellow nameplate, we were provided with a white board (private blue-colored Ertiga) with a different nameplate. Additionally, the driver arrived...

                          Hi Team,

                          We went to pick the vehicle on 26th Jan and it was not in condition to run for the trip planned. Due to which we dropped the car at the parking. The vehicle was not even used for a kilometre. Request for a full refund of the amount.
                          The owner is aware and during this period when I spoke to the customer care they said, I will be able to create a ticket for refund, that's not happening either.
                          Car costed us 7614, we were supposed to start at 7 but due to this mishap we had also lost time and 2 cab fares too.
