Dear Sir, We had shared the invoices and images with Zoom car team after our trip ended on 4th Sep for reimbursement of Rs. 6, 800/- towards replacement of 2 car tyres due to tyre burst and Rs. 892/- towards fuel expenses during our trip, we didn't get any on ground support despite their assurance and insurance cover. Hello,

I have booked a car 15days before, today i was supposed to pickup the car at 5AM (1st October 2022).

But in the end moment, the booking got cancelled. Very disappointed with the service you are providing & even i tried to connect with the customer care & it never happened even after staying on-line for about 30minutes.

This is the second time happening with the zoom car, never expected...

My car is on zoomcar for 8 months. However reaching out Customer care has always been troublesome have to wait hours and days to get any response. However this time my car got damage when on last booking. I am trying to contact, email, raise ticket no response. Car Battery is fully drained car doors are not opening and not car not starting.
My car returns from booking with almost empty tank however still zoom puts unnecessary fuel...

I had made a booking on zoom car with #jpsn7t1te for a maruti swift (New) for 08/09/2022. I had received the confirmation message and even the location of the car that it is ready to be picked up. i got a booking thursday 22nd sep 2022 @12pm to sunday 25th sep 2022 @ 12pm.

I have booked a Zoom Car from 14th - 17th of August (booking ID: JPSN7D5NG). The car had a breakdown during the trip where the battery that came with the car was dead. Upon speaking to the customer care executive on 15th August, I have replaced the battery to continue with my trip. The battery replacement cost me 3950/- rupees.

I have uploaded the bill for the above on zoom car trip end, and am still waiting for my refund....

I completed my Trip way back on 12th September and handed the car back to the Owner.I have been trying to reach the Zoomcar executive on the phone and via email but not gotten any response.
Want my refund back let me know when can I have it.

Zoomcar — Refund for Penalty paid for non availability of Fastag in the rented vehicle

Booking ID: JPSN7VD4T
Car rented from Chennai for 3 days (25th Aug 2022 to 27th Aug 2022) did not have fastag. The fastag was blacklisted and so I had to pay in cash at tolls with extra charge (penalty) for non availability of fastag.
I paid Rs. 710 as penalty for a total of Rs. 1420 in fastag bills. Please find attached fastag bills for details.

    I have left the car at the location where I took and submitted all the pics related and made locked through the live assistance. But in the app it still shows I’m on trip and late to leave the car. This is totally app issue which makes the customer tensed and frustrating...

    I am host for Zoomcar. I had booking on 15th sept 8:30 pm to 16th sept 2:30 pm. The car has been picked by the guests 2 hours ago the booking time without doing any check lists.
