I uploaded my driving licence in zoom car app. I have made a booking with them. But they have cancelled that booking stating that they don't accept the driving licence from my state (Haryana). I tried contacting them several times, but each time their response is the same. How can they reject a licence given by the govt of india?

I have checked with other people from my state, many of them are using the zoomcar without any...

Customer support called and said for some security reasons your booking has been cancelled and on asking reason she replied we cant disclose reason to customer.

I had made a booking in november for zuv500 from 6th february to 8th february. Even on 5th feb, i checked the zoomcar app, the booking showed live. However, when i reached the pickup point in bangalore airport, the car was not available. The staff was quite rude and refused to provide a replacement and insisted that i speak to customer service. I have booked a zoomcar from 19th June to 22nd June using the 50% off code and paid 12999.
Due to some personal issue I was unable to avail the Service during the period, hence cancelled the booking on 4th June, however i received the confirmation of refund for 2999 which is a security deposit.
But i paid 12999 and as per the policy i need to get 12799 rupees. Can you please help me on it....

I have been trying to delete my zoomcar account and my private details such as driving license (Dl) and mobile number stored in it.
Zoomcar has told me that they don’t have any such policy and once my dl is uploaded, it is permanently stored in their server.
I have the fundamental right to privacy and should be given the right to decide what can be done with my private details.
They have offered to block my account...

Worst experience with zoomcar. They are asking us to pay for breakdown for which we are not responsible. And they update charges on my account without prior information and later they order us to clear outstanding amount. They say for clutch failure driver is responsible. I had a very urgent trip and booked a scorpio for 10 hours (200 km free and without fuel), from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm with pick-up/drop-off at manipal.
