First of all the owner of the car asked me to come to another location to drop the car which was different from the place I took the car. After reaching the spot the app did not let me end the trip without entering the end kms. There was no option to enter the end kms. Please let me know my vechile status, as I have given my vechile on 29th of September 2023 at "QUICK CARE AUTOMOTIVE " jeedimetla and the same was confirmed by GAADIFIX and Zoomcar also.

Now when I visit the garage every day, the vechile is still untouched left idle in a ground outside the garage since 20 days. Whenever I ask the garage person, he says the approval from GAADIFIX BOSS not received. But when I check with GAADIFIX...

I have been forced to file this complaint as Zoomcar is highly irresponsible.

I have been emailing them to cancel my host account. Yet no reply from their end. I have paused their listing for the time being and still they send me new bookings.

They are frauds and this proves it. The lock unlock doesn't work at all. I have sent them emails plus raised complaints through the app. No resolution to this.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent incident happened when I tried to rent a car from zoomcar.

Booking ID: JPSNIQRM0 to be delivered at 11 AM, and it was shocked to find that driver denied to give car at 10.50 AM and he didn't even cancelled the booking, whereas I called him more than 10 times to get the details...

I have booked a car yesterday on 16th October 2023 by the Booking ID - JPSNILBTZ, for which i was advised to collect Car today morning at 8:00AM. But when we are trying to call Host several times, he just disconnect the call. And on App when we have enquired about it, he just casually says that the Car has gone for service. I’ve booked a trip and now that im supposed to verify my profile, for the past 2 days I’ve tried and every time it says “opps we ran into a problem try again later”, if it continues to be like this then my trip will be cancelled, please look into the problem and find a solution.

I had given my car on Zoom, its trip was completed on Friday night, but the trip is not ending from the customer's side. and the customer have complained about this but there is no help available and for which I have not even received my money and the trips are still being shown.

I have been a regular customer of Zoom Car for a couple of months, I also have been rated 5 stars by the previous hosts that I had booked the vehicle from...and now I have been trying to book a car but the application is showing that you are blacklisted by the zoom car without any reason or intimation, what's the point of maintaining the rating when you're going to be treated like this..?
