[Resolved]  Zoom Car — my pedal is not ending the trip

Address:Pune, Maharashtra, 490057

My cycle no - 101803 not ending it's trip. All it saying is "time out". It didn't even unlocked my cycle actually so i didn't even get to ride the cycle and left at the initial position where i booked the cycle. Around 5:30pm on 2nd jan 2018 i booked it. Please kindly help it in ending my trip as soon as possible. I m being charged for all these time.

On 24th Dec., I tried to book the above mentioned cycle. The app saying I'm on trip.. But it's not unlocked..i tried to end trip.. But not able to end trip. It's been more than 24hrs.. Im trying to end. Pls help me in this issue
