Hello,
I booked the pedl bicycle yesterday at 06;01 pm from my account, linked to mobile number [protected] from casabella clubhouse, palava, dombivli (East). Even after pressing unlock several times the cycle did not unlock. I tried to unlock the cycle manually but was not successful in unlocking it, i wanted to end the trip but there was a continous message that please lock the cycle which was already the case. Thus i had to return home as there is no easy customer support option in the webpage. This itself is ridiculous. There is no customer service helpline number available to lodge such complaints. And i am getting irritating smss saying please return the cycle to a pedl station to avoid outstanding. Pathetic service. Is this a new way of making money?
Already rs 33/- has been deducted from my paytm payment wallet and i want a total refund of the amount that is wrongly being deducted.
Day before yesterday, my husband mr. Abhijit roy @ [protected] (In cc) also faced the same issue and had to pay rs 48/- even without being able to unlock and use the cycle he booked.

Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I started around 8am and trying to end the trip since 8.10 am
it's 10.58 and I am still not able to END.
Just stop the trip and Stop charging more money to me.
