Dear zoom car team,

Today morning i had tried to book a pedl service in hsr layout (Bommanhalli zone park in sector 7) and tried to scan the code and may be because of poor internet connection, i could not able to unlock the cycle and i came back home. Now, 10 rs have been deducted from my patm account for nothing. Kindly look in to the issue and resolve it at the earliest

    I took the pedl bicycle 100338 around 10:30 pm today from koramangala, bangalore after an hour i came back to same pedl station and tried ending my trip., but it's says "this pedl station is currently closed try ending at another station", i went to another station i. E. Oye amritsar koramangala. And try ending there but got the same error message. I got frustrated, lock the bike and left.
    Just now saw, trip is still running. Please end the trip as soon as possible other wise it will end up charging wrongly my paytm account.

      Cycles were parked just infront of my complex uniworld city main gate. While entering i thought of giving it a try for the first time. I tried a lot to unlock the cycle - 102341. It failed everytime. Tried to unlock by putting the cycle number. Noway it was getting unlocked. So fed up i gave up and came back to my flat. After coming back to my flat when i was scrolling through my phone. I saw that tye trip was going on. I rushed back to my main gate but found out my numbered cycle was not there. Its been 4 hrs now still now the trip is going on. I have no idea who has taken the cycle and where the hell it is now. I need help as soon as possible.

        Pedl/trip got started but cycle did not unlock and now unable to end the trip

        I have scan qr code of cycle no 101391 but cycle did not unlock and also i am not able to end the trip as well.
        When i tried to end it does not respond.
        We have tried to unlock at 12 noon on 30th dec 2017 and since then we are tring to end the trip.
        Still its showning on-going trip.

From yesterday night i am having trouble ending my trip, the meter is still going on and now i am getting messages that i should return the cycle before 7:00 pm.             I took a biclye with pedl. Zoomcar this morning around 7.50 am, from 27th main hsr opposite to kapoor's cafe. After half an hour locked the bicycle and kept it back at original place opposite to kapoor's cafe however not been able to end trip ever after numerous attempts.

            Not sure what to do water 30 mins and finally kept the cycle and came back. This is so waste of time what can't i need the trip and find a customer care number easily.

            It's been kept back within 25 minutes, however no way to end the trip wasted energy and time finally kept and came back and paytm money still deducting .

              I made a booking (Jps620mns) on 23rd december in electronic city, bangalore. At the end of the trip, there was a minor scratch at the rear door. As the scratch was done by me, i am ready to pay the damage fee as per the company policy. However, zoomcar has charged me additional 7000 rupees for the bonnet and other existing damages (Confirmed by the zoomcar crm team over the call). I have explained the situation to the customer care with multiple emails by attaching the proof of the existing damages before i took the car. Instead of reading the emails properly and not making a valid verifications with the car conditions, they keep replying with a template stating "the charges are valid and customer need to pay". There is no proper validation and verification done from zoomcar side before they reply. This was 10th time i made the booking, but this was the worst case of charging me more for not doing their work properly. They owner of the car has agreed the existing damages on the car, but zoomcar is not cross validating with them to loot the money from me. I have attached the existing contains of the car before i took the car. Zoomcar is charging me for these exciting ones on me.

                I am from kolkata. I unlock a cycle near by new town kolkata but i unlock wrong cycle 100887 in place of 101887. Also i didnot find my cycle (100887) near by... So i am unable to lock them again.. By mistake i unlock this cycle also not able to locate that cycle location to lock them again and to end the trip.

                My balance deducted from paytm

                  I was not able to end the trip... I tried for almost 1 hour but error was coming as timeout. I rented around 5:35 p and returned to pedl station at 6:25p within 1 hour but my trip was not ending. Error coming as lock the bike which i already did and few times timeout retry. I do not want my account to be overcharged. Please solve this asap. My account is continuously being charged every 30 mins.

                    My husband had booked the pedl bicycle 101188 today morning however after finishing the trip he locked the cycle but not able to end the trip. It is giving request timeout error. There no customer service number available. And we are getting irritating sms's saying please return the cycle to a pedl station by 12:57 pm to avoid outstanding. Pathetic service. Please do not use this.. Be aware.

                      Hi,
                      I have unlocked one of pedl bicycle no -100088 but after using for half and hour when i tried to end my trip, i was not able to it showed me retry or cancel option every time i did that. Its been more than 2hrs and i dont know for how much time it will take to end trip.
                      What should be done qith tthis issue.
                      Look into this issue seriously, i have faced this issue before too but for less time.

                        Booked cycle no. 101056. It shows on my phone that the cycle has been unlocked when it actually hasn't. I'm not able to unlock the cycle nor am i able to cancel the trip. I tried to manually unlock it but to no avail. And now it saying me to pay 200 rupees and already it took 22 rupees from my paytm account, even i couldnt send email, while trying to send mail it showing that something went wrong. Whats wrong with you guys
                        And please make sure that you have a dedicated customer care number exclusively for pedl.

                          On 28dec'2017 at 7:30, i initiated a trip request (Pedl) on bicycle no. 102421 at daffodils society pimple saudagar pune. However, trip got started but the bicycle didn't unlock. Irony is i couldn't even end the trip even after 45 mins. Every time i try to end the trip, i'm getting a time out error. I was already charged rs.2/- eventhough i haven't used the bicycle for a single minute. Please address the issue and refund my amount.

                                Yesterday evening i booked a cycle (101511) at pedl station near bus stop behind river dale. After entering the code it got unlocked but cycle lock got struck and did not open. My trip had already been started. I tried to end the trip but it kept showing 'timeout or retry'. I was being charged with 30rs. For outstanding the cycle. Today in the morning i got several messages from you to end the trip but i was not been able to do that since last evening.

                                  Hi,

                                  I took zoom car fro rent on 12-sep-2017, i travelled 20 km in city and tyre got punched (Because they are using stock tires it got busted in middle of road i struggled a lot to get tyre change in middle of airport road) i lost belief on car condition and returned back.

                                  Zoom car representatives said they will do inspection on tyres with refund my amount, after seeing my account i was shocked to see that there is another 1500 outstanding amount in my zoom car account.

                                  They didn't refund my amount (2225) and they are calling and asking me to pay balance amount (1500). I called so many time s and they are not responding.

                                  Zoom car is looting customer money.

                                    I booked a cycle 102440 stationed at my location & used it for around 15 - 20 minutes, but unable to end trip stating parking is full and end trip at some other station, which also shows the same message. I am being charged for 2nd 30 minutes ride as well. Could you please assist in ending the trip. Kindly have look on issue and help resolving on priority.

                                      Once again i am facing same problem...
                                      I have booked pedal bicycle 101880, after trip end locked bicycle but unable to end the trip. Also, payment is deducted from paytm vallet & i am getting outstanding amount sms.
                                      This is very bad & pathetic service and zoomcar have no customer care numbers.
                                      Anyway, zoomcar charging money without using bicycle.
                                      Further, i am not responsible for any matter about bicycle...
                                      Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Today evening I faced an issue with cycle no. 101511. I entered the code but cycle didn't unlock or trip started. When I tried to end the trip it kept saying timeout or try again. Please help since I hv still not been able to end the trip. Money is deducting from Paytm account.

                                        Kindly resolve this asap.
