Complaint marked as Resolved Thank you PEDL team for solving the issue. Though Rs 23 has been deducted, I am happy the issue has been resolved and the trip has been ended. Please make sure you implement some mechanism so that such type of mistakes in typing numbers can be avoided.
Please Kind of an OTP during unlocking procedure, so that user has to enter it on pedl.zoomcar.com from his mobile before he can unlock the cycle for a trip a double check.

My name is Mrinal Singha. I booked a PEDL cycle (Cycle number:100291) from New Town, Axis mall zone and i locked in Balaka Abasan, New Town PEDL zone after locked i could not end my trip now it 23hrs passed still i could not end my trip yet and my money is also being charged as it is connected with my paytm wallet. I already mail (to [protected]@zoomcar.com). but i did not received any msg or call or any help from your end. Please help me as soon as possible.
