I have booked my mahindra kuv 100 (Ka 51 aa 4410) on 29 nov 2017 at 8:00 pm to 30th nov 2017 (6:00 pm) with id: jps62coac. I have finished the trip and returned the vehicle in perfect condition. The vehicle located at residential area and it was too dark and i can't see and couldn't take any pictures and trusted them and unlocked the car. Afterwards, when i checked the mail they have charged 4000 rupees for vehicle damage fee and complained about it and after 1 week they reduced the amount to 2000 and come up with this stupid logic that i damaged the boot lid. That lid is not working even when i took the car, did not think of it as a serious problem. They have exterior and interior checkings but how on earth do we check boot lid, engine specifications, oil pressure, suspension other hardware parts??
That car is not maintained properly and was given to me with a punctured tire. I repaired it and didn't complain it either.

This is how you treat customers? Zoom car is worst experience ever in entire life.

My suggestion is "don't take zoom car"

We understand that our team did reach out to you and addressed the issue. As discussed we have reversed Rs.2000/-damage charges and charges Rs.2000/- towards damage.
In regard to the charges, the charges are appropriately levied based on the damage caused.
We regret to inform you that we are unable to reverse the charges.

    I booked cycle yesterday from silver space society vishal nagar pune.. After completing 3 hour and 42 minutes i went to return the cycle at same pedal station... After clicking on end trip error message has being popped up requested time out.. They deducted 10 rs from my wallet earlier at 11:24 pm yesterday... Now they further deducted 30 rs... Trip is still on and no response from help and support... I was not supposed to charge anything more than 8 rs.. But this ridiculous cycle is keep on increasing my fare.. And same has been deducting from my paytm...

    Today I booked Cycle from visal nagar Pedl Station... After Completing trip when I return to pedl station ..after locking the cycle its not getting end... I tried so many times in interval of half hour...raised help and support query 6 times... no response yet... when i reached the station the fare to be charged is 8...now currently the trip is on and they keep on increasing my amount... I tried to unlock the cycle then its not getting unlocked as well...zoom car is messaging for overdue on time but not for support... why I am facing un necessary charges and failure in ending trip.. i have all the screenshot and picture of cycle ater parking at pedl station... I am seriously not going to pay anything more than 8..they already deducted 10 rs and its keep on increasing...

    I am from Chennai, I tried to unlock pedal cycle today morning, the cycle didn't get unlocked but my trip has been started, I finally decided to end trip after several attempts o[censored]nlocking it, but I can't do it either.
    I got frustrated by contacting the support (as the same (default) email is forward from the support team.
    Pls do something as I can't pay for just trying to unlock the cycle.

    This is turning out to be a horrifying experience...To start with it was all going fine and though it use to take a while to end the trip even if the cycle was parked at the pedal station...
    Now comes the reality, which sucks, so on 26th Morning this month, I had picked one of the cycles from the pedal station near Zensar IT tower, Kharadi and after an hour parked it one the same spot however after trying my luck for several times and moving cycle from one point to another, system did not allow me to end the trip to which I read the policy which clearly says that “ Trip will get auto ended if parked on the active pedal station” I left it there assuming they will track the cycle and end it.
    Apparently it did not happen and I started getting msg about the trip not being ended and the notification for deduction for the thing which should have been managed by you folks.

    The crux of the situation is that I have been penalised for your negligence or system bug but for now its showing a pending of Rs. 151, I have attached the screen shot for reference.

    Please take this off my record, so can I start using the services without interruption or Happy to close it forever and will delete the app.

    Looking forward to hearing from you on this complain.

    I have have tried to use bicycle on 8th oct.but that time I have shown cycle is punctured. Next day when I tried to use new trip I have shocked to see my trip amount.i have raised ticket 15-20 times but no one responded on it I have tried to call customer care but it's failed.not I am very irritating to see increasing amount and time.i have never use that cycle, but amount is increasing.i have seen very bad service in my life because no customer care contact not resolutions provide not taken any action.very disappointed.

    I request to you, please end my trip now so that I can use my suscriber pack.I have attached photoes for daily complains.

    Thanks for help me for end my trip, but my bill is still showing 1500/- rs. please make it zero.as mention i had never use it.
    Cycle No. 3237966 I would like a refund, the trip did not end even though I parked it in pedal parking with very few bikes. It would not end trip, I tried many times I tried to contact help and support but no help. It wouldn't unlock as well afterwards, so I left after locking it.
    Now I saw that on my app it didn't end the trip even though I clicked on it so many times full day, now next day end trip worked it charged me 528 rupees, I used the cycle for only 21 mins. Please give refund. 13 December 10:11 A.M for that cycle No.

      As I had taken the cycle on trip from sai ambience but after some time I did not find cycle . Cycle no. Is 101320. Now it is not tracing. Please help to trace the cycle. My paytm account is debited for 98. So as soon as possible trace the cycle and lock. We are now frustrated for service . No contact no. No one care . No one to respond.its ridiculous.

        I have booked pedal bicycle 102184, after trip end locked bicycle but unable to end the trip. Also, payment is deducted from paytm vallet & i am getting outstanding amount sms.
        This is very bad & pathetic service and zoomcar have no customer care numbers.
        Anyway, zoomcar charging money without using bicycle.
        Further, i am not responsible for any matter about bicycle...

          unable to end trip on pedl zoomcar

          I booked a cycle 101844 stationed at my office location & used it for around 15 - 20 minutes, but unable to end trip stating parking is full and end trip at some other station, which also shows the same message. I am being charged for 2nd 30 minutes ride as well. Could you please assist in ending the trip. Kindly have look on issue and help resolving on priority.

          Returned under 30 min, unable to end trip with error request timed-out
          It's been 2 hours past that, locked the cycle and went home, i can't stand beside this stupid cycle more,
          I know the money is minuscule here, but it's the principle here of charging more that 400-500% of what he was promised before.
          And still can;t end the trip

          Wtf am i suppose to do just let you guys leach my paytm balance to eternity

          Finally got my trip ended charged me 700% amount than contracted, again it's the principle here that counts not the minuscule amount.

          Yesterday around 11 : 24 10 Rs was deducted from my paytm, today morning 30 rs was deducted from my wallet... and i was supposed to charge 8 rs only for the trip..ie 3 hours 42 min.. now its keep on increasing and still trip not ending... totally pathetic and unexpected response for cheating customer with higher fare ..                 The zoom car trip was completed successfully although the safety amount which was refunded via paytm was credited back to the zoom car by mistake. Can i get a confirmation of the same as early as possible. Zoom car however has no part in the mistake.in case such a wrong transaction has taken place will i be able to claim the amount.

                    Below email was written addressing the issues i faced, its been almost a week and the company is not bothered to respond to the issues, i also tried to contact on customer service but i failed there too because of them not responding, hence i am registering a complaint here.

                    Firstly, i am disappointed with zoom car for not informing prior to booking or while booking about the speed governors being installed in all new vehicles. I also fail to understand the point in, informing about the speed governor just before 2 hrs the start time. How could you expect the customers to accept this information on a positive note when all preparations are done for the trip??
                    This is my second similar experience with zoom car, last year with short notice i was informed that xuv500 was replaced by scorpio and the scorpio allotted was in worst condition hence i had to cancel the booking, zoom car ruined my trip.

                    Secondly, the car interiors were not clean i had mentioned about this in pickup checklist, the exteriors were only wiped it was not clean though pfa pictures (Could not attach all pictures due to constraints) and later i invested my time and money to get the car cleaned.
                    Finally, zoom car blamed for a damage on front bumper, also charged rs. 500 for repairs. During delivery driver told its a new car and asked to record a video, i asked him to show the damages if any, he showed one on boot door and another on front left fender. Since i trusted his words, i did not record any video. Earlier the fleet executives were showing all the damages on the car and they were documenting on a paper and customers acknowledge it with their signature, i fail to understand why you people are not practicing it and asking the customers to take a pic or video?? It is your responsibility to show all the damages on the car.

                    I had booked for 720 kms but i had driven only 635 kms, here as well i have paid excess, i do not see any loss to zoom car and just like that you cannot charge me for the damage that was not done by me. Kindly refund rs. 500.

                    We understand your disappointment here. Kindly note, the government has made it mandatory to Install a speed governor in all commercial cars. It also adds an additional layer of safety for our customers. The pre-set limit in speed governor would be 80 km per hour. As we have installed the same in few of our vehicles, we will add the speed governor in our other vehicles.

                    Zoomcar has given all power to the customer to ensure that they report any damage or any issue with the vehicle through our checklist. We suggest our customers check the vehicle before they pick it.
                    However, our executives do inform our customers to take a video or pictures of the vehicle for your​ ​reference for any discrepancy.

                    Unfortunately, we will not be able to do much here. Appreciate your understanding in this regards.

                      Hi, i booked a cycle with pedl. I am not able to end my trip. It keep saying the parking is full, try in a different station. I even went to the nearby station, but not able to end my trip.

                      I want to understand this is not our fault that the station is full. We are not supposed to be roaming to different parking stations to check for an empy one. And there is no customer service number to contact. Not happy with the experience.

                      I have used cycle in morning for 28 minutes are parked it at same location from where I started but till now not able to end my trip. already logged complaint with zoomcar but no updates. It is charging me for every 30 minutes.

                      Also at the time of booking it deducted 10Rs from my paytm wallet. don't know whats going on?

                        Good morning..

                        I have availed a vehicle from zoom car kochi site on 2nd dec 2017, i have reqiested for ford aspire and i got i20 as the requested vehicle is not available and that is not a concern for me, but post taking vehicle i had a pleasant conversation with person at zoom car site and i have taken photos around the car.. And executive said that it was a accident vehicle just came from the showroom i said ok and started my trip to sebarimala and came back on same day 10 pm then the executive said ok before leaving all good.. And we went back as forgot some belongings in car then executive said car having a scratch under the bumper we clearly said it was not happend from our end then executive seriously ordered his assistant to put fine in our book and left from the location not talking to us...

                        On 3rd dec i have contacted customer care of zoom car and explained everything and the person i spoke was really unprofessional he was telling me to talk professionally i really request zoom car authorities to hear the conversation that day even he accepted that he spoke with me in wrong way.. Really not acceptable behaviour from customer care executive..

                        I hope zoom car should take necessary action about this incidents.

                          I accidentally booked a wrong bike tonight near najrul tirtha. I typed a different digit. It seems someone is using the bike 100402 and i m being charged as i cant end the trip.. I am being charged from my paytm wallet..

                            Booked cycle no. 101305 at pedl station at casa rio club at about 9.53 pm. It shows on my phone that the cycle has been unlocked when it actually hasn't. I'm not able to unlock the cycle nor am i able to cancel the trip. I tried to manually unlock it but to no avail. Please look into this matter and end the trip as soon as possible so that i don't lose any more of my paytm balance. My mobile no: [protected].                               My name is Mrinal Singha. I booked a PEDL cycle (Cycle number:100291) from New Town, Axis mall zone and i locked in Balaka Abasan, New Town PEDL zone after locked i could not end my trip now it 23hrs passed still i could not end my trip yet and my money is also being charged as it is connected with my paytm wallet. I already mail (to [protected]@zoomcar.com). but i did not received any msg or call or any help from your end. Please help me as soon as possible.
                              4th of October I have booked a cycle from zoom car for half an hour. And when I reached nearest pedl station I locked my cycle and tried to end my trip till now it's been 32 hours and still charging every 30 min now its reached Rs.198. And they don't even have any working help line number. I don't know what to do?? Please help me out.

                                    I had booked zoomcar of morning 7 am. Picked my car at 8:30 am. And i dropped time was at 2 pm and i dropped around 2:15 pm. I have not driven extra kms too. They have charged me extra 978/- without any reason. When i am asking them the full bill (Split up) they are not ready to show even that. No response on mails too. There customer care no. Is also not proper. Never connects to customer executive. I had earlier used zoomcar in pune. I had very good experience. But in mumbai it was the worst experience.

                                      I picked the car on dec 1st morning 6am. Took a photograph of damages observed by me during the pick up.

                                      Unfortunately, since there was no daylight yet during that time, i could not observe the tiny dot on the windshield. I could not take a photograph or video of the same. I was not even aware of it.

                                      During return, the zoomcar fleet executive didn't observe it either. I asked him is everything fine to which he replied "yes sir. You may leave."

                                      After sometime he calls me up and says

                                      Him: sir the windshield is broken, you have to pay the charges

                                      Me: what? How it broke? I am not the reason for it.

                                      Him: sir i don't know you have to pay 7000 rs damage charges.

                                      Me: what??? 7000? For not doing anything? Please send me the picture.

                                      Him: okay sir.

                                      He sent me the picture. It was tiny little dot on the windshield not caused by me. I told him to check the history for this car for damages done by previous customers. To which his reply was rude and disconnected the phone.

                                      Does zoomcar want us customers to clean the windshield before picking up the car to observe such tiny little dots?

                                      Worst experience ever from zoomcar for the first time in 2 years.

                                      I have picked and dropped around 20-25 rides. But not ever a single time i faced any damage charges. This one is very bad experience for me for doing nothing.

                                      Please take out the charges. Otherwise this will be my last booking with zoomcar.

                                      You people are fraud, for late arriving charges 1000 rs for 2 hours. Don't do business in Karnataka. Shutdown your company and go to hell. We have saved almost 100 kms and gave back decently, but the f... Company charged 1000 rs for 2 hr late coming. This charges is huge.
                                      Money making coming. I wouldn't suggest to anyone to take this fu ... Car.
