At the time of registration mistakenly i uploaded my dl into my friends account. But now when i'm trying to re-upload it into my account. It's showing dual account message. I want to get my dl out of his account as it can be misused too. And when i called zoomcar they r telling that it's in their policy once uploaded can't be removed they should have told it earlier while registration. But now the thing is i want to get my dl out of his account.

    It has come to our attention that the cars have been used in excess of the paid rental amount and in accordance of the agreement duly verified and acknowledged by you, you are liable to make payment of ₹7687 to the company. Please note that failure to make payment of the due amount will render you liable to civil proceedings and the company would be entitled to recover the due amount by attachment of your property (Movable/immovable) or otherwise. Further, willfully declining or making delay to pay the above said outstanding amount could also subject you to criminal proceedings.

    We therefore request you to make payment of the aforementioned outstanding amount of ₹7687 within 5 days of this mail, failing which we shall be constrained to initiate against you civil and criminal legal proceedings as are warranted by law for recovery of the due amount. Please note that in accordance with the member agreement displayed here, duly verified and acknowledged by you, the company is entitled to recover all costs incurred in initiation of legal proceedings.

    Hi,

    Firstly, i was not aware of remotely unlocking the car through the app and i almost spent up to one and half an hour to find the car at the spot mentioned in the booking. But the staff whom i spoke to was not helpful and he made me wait for more that 1 hour in that haunted place where there was no one in that place and i had to travel back to my home back & forth and finally the car was unlocked by the staff however i noticed and informed about the damages and the dents on the car but the staff said that they have already noticed it and in the midnight i was not able to capture those because of the bad light and i have paid whatever i had owed in the past to the staff in cash but they have sent me email which consists of all these charges once again saying i did not pay this amount.

    Secondly, "in accordance of the agreement duly verified and acknowledged by you"- this acknowledgement was a result of the harassment that i was put through that late in the night (3 am) without any proper justification of the penalty being levied against my account.

    Despite repeated denial of any damage been done to the car during the time it was under my usage, i was harassed for pre-existing issues with the car.

    Hence, i request you to provide me any proof against the fact that i was not responsible for whatever usage is being referred to in excess of the already paid rental amount.
    As per my knowledge, there was no damage done to the car. Henceforth, please do not harass customers this way.

      I unlocked a cycle from kalpataru harmony, wakad, pune and used it for around 35-40 mins.
      After locking the cycle at same location, when i am trying to end the trip, it is not ending. The request gets timed out everytime. I am still being charged for the trip. However i should only be charged 2 rs.

        I tried using a pedl cycle nymber 102611 on january 07, 2018 from the element 5, pune cycle point. The cycle did not unlick but the trip started and continued for about more than 12 hours and the money continued to be deducted. I tried to cancel the trip multiple times but nothing happened. I tried finding a customer care number to talk but there are none. The issue needs to be resolved asap and money needs to be refunded.

          Hi,

          I booked a cycle: 100070 stationed at my office location: tcs gitanjali park, kolkata, west bengal & used it for around 15 - 20 minutes on[protected], but unable to end trip, because everytime i tried to end the trip it says to lock the cycle. I did lock the cycle perfectly and clicked the lock option in webpage. Still it says unable to end the trip, please lock the cycle (Screenshot attached).

          The lock in the cycle malfunctioned.

          Now the cycle didnt unlock even pressing unlock in the webpage and the trip do not get end.

          Zoomcar is charging me still now. It deducted total amount of 44 rupees from my paytm wallet.
          1 rupee, i am willing to pay for using the cycle for 30 min but for rest 43 rupees i want a refund and i also want this trip to end.

          Kindly have look on issue and help resolving on priority.

            Had a similar experience last week. I took a ford figo from bangalore - id - jps62k5ut. The person who delivered the vehicle was in such hurry that he himself completed the check list. He did not include the scratch on the front bumper and the another scratch (On the engine below the car - how am i supposed to take photo of this? From under the car?)

            I am very sure i did not drive over any high ground or high speed breakers. This is extortion from zoom car.

            They are charging 3000 for this.

            I was using cycle 101519 this morning and after locking it i was not able to unlock it so j dragged it to near pedl station n parked it but still i was not able to end my trip n i have been trying since then my trip is still on

              On january 6, 2018, my spouse went to zoom care in the afternoon, to get treated for an injury to his right hand, of the third and fourth digits of his fingers. He was recommended to go to zoom care by his employer, that was at the oregon convention center working a trade show setup. When my spouse arrived at the grand avenue location, the intake person, asked if it was an on the job injury, my spouse said "yes", he was asked if he had other insurance, because if the workers' compensation claim gets denied, they wanted to know who they could bill the services to. When it became knowledge to zoom care, that my spouse was a medicare patient, he was not seen, and turned away. So there he is, bleeding, with cut and smashed fingers, and no person there cared about his injury, just about how they were going to get paid. I for one, say and believe this is not only disgusting, but should be illegal, for zoom care, not to accept medicare. Medicare is provided by our government, for people over 65. It should be required that any business doing medical care, or any doctors office has to accept medicare as payment. They should not get to choose. That is wrong, heartless and there should be an assessed fine, against the owner's business license, and a hefty fine at that. I called the customer service line to state my concern and complaint. I have not heard back from any person that works at zoom care. I will not go away, i demand an apology. I deserve an explanation, not an excuse. I think the policies and practices of this business need to be changed and they should have to accept medicare. I would not want to work at zoom care, and have to tell people, they could not been seen, if they had medicare, especially if they were is pain, needed stitches, and clearly needed medical attention. Now all the people that worked with my spouse at the oregon convention center, found out about this incident, and they are all talking about how awful this situation was, and should have not happened. My spouse should have been seen, and taken care of, and the staff there should have had compassion for his injury. I hope this changes how you run your business, and makes everyone there think, someday, they will have medicare, and would anyone that works at zoom care, want to be treated in this manner? Wake up zoom care, your business has the word "care" in it, and you chose not to care, how shameful and sad.

                I am not showing bicycle lock already damage so can't drive today but deduct my money for my account
                Sir I booked one bicycle on 1 Jan. But it didn't get unlocked. I was unable to use that bicycle but still I was charged Rs. 10 as there was no option to end the trip. Now I am also unable to book other bicycle through app. Please help

                  I have booked an car on zoom car and paid a security deposit of 2000 which they said they will return me on completion of trip which they haven't till now.                     Tried to unlock 102996. Did not unlock. Trip started anyways. Now it won't end. The request gets timeout every time i attempt to end the trip. To repeat, i did not even touch the cycle and got charged anyways. I have delinked my wallet from the app for now. I will take legal action if further inconvenienced. Please note that i have easy access to excellent lawyers.

                      Yesterday i tried to go for a cycle ride. There was issue with cycle lock, didn't get unlocked. But ride started in app. I was not able to stop the ride but it was always giving timeout error. Even though zoomcar rent calculation is working very fine. It's been running since then. Cycle rent reached to rs59. Please do necessary steps. There is no customer service available. Now i can't even add money to paytm wallet.

                          I took a cycle no. 101337 for a ride. Once the trip started the cycle didnot unlock. Then i tried to unlock cycle no. 101337.

                          But that cycle didnt unlock and even i didnt took my ride. I was then not able end the trip too. My account is simply getting debited. Kindly please get my trip end with cycle no. 101337. Kindly do the needful.

                          This is the second time its been for me. Facing such probs offen is being experience by many. Kindly try to resolve this at the earliest.

                            Re[case:664290] sent to pedl zoomcar support

                            When i tried to unlock the cycle, i mistakenly entered the wrong cycle number 102707 on yesterday 07 jan 2018 at westend mall cycle station at pune.
                            However, i have not used it and now i can't lock it as i dont know the location of the cycle. I immediately reported about this issue by sending a mail to pedl customer care support. I also provided all the requested details such as mobile number, cycle number, location by emailing to [protected]@zoomcar.com and [protected]@zoomcar.com. However, the trip is not yet ended and the money is keep on charging even though i am not using the cycle as i cannot locate the cycle. The cycle cannot be located by me but pedl claims to have withstanding dues for the cycle i haven't used.

                            The trip was ended after 20 hours after writing to [protected]@zoomcar.com (Thanks to one post from consumer complaints.in which suggested this email id). But it was very unpleasant experience. As I submitted my complaints to zoomcar customer support, they took long time for responding and they kept charging me every half-an-hour. When I wrote to [protected]@zoomcar.com, I did not receive any reply. At the end I felt relieved ending my ordeal after forwarding the complaint to [protected]@zoomcar.com. I had to pay Rs. 40 for my unintentional mistake. I will not prefer to take PEDL cycle (I would rather buy my own) as I dont want to take unnecessary ordeal again since they dont have prompt customer response system (They dont have any customer care phone number for fast resolution).

                              didn't receive my refund even after 30 days!!!

                              I had made a booking on 4th december 2017 (Mahindra scorpio) at kochi.

                              For that, i paid a deposit of 5000 inr and was assured the refund will be back within 15 days.

                              Still after a month i haven't received my refund and on their website the date keeps changing as i login into my account. (Have attached the photos)

                              They gave me some random arn number just for record and told to inquire with the bank....

                              I started my trip but was not able to unlock the cycle... All efforts were futile.. Lastly i tried to end the trip was not able to do that too. All happened around 11-11.30pm 7jan cycle number 100397 at breeman chowk aundh pune since then money keeps on increasing with the following messages:
                              "trip ongoing".
                              "please lock the cycle".
                              Help me resolve the issue (End the trip) as i am being continuously charged for the same and pls help me get my amount back.

                                  I have tried everything but the pedl bicycle trip is not ending. My phone number used to book the pedl bicycle was [protected]. Email id used was [protected]@gmail.com. And the pedl bicycle number is 100026.

                                  I have been receiving messages saying that money is outstanding that i am supposed to pay. I was not even able to use the bicycle in the first place. Please end the trip right away and give me my refund since i was not able to use the bicycle at all.

                                  Because of faulty service by zoomcar i have to block my paytm wallet since they are auto deducting my money. The customer support is just pointless. Pathetic.

                                  I am going to consumer court right away if i do not get my problem addressed and refund in my paytm wallet within next 24 hours.

                                    Today while booking a zoomcar under deal shack section i selected a deal on 8th january from 8 am to 8 pm.

                                    Initial attempt for booking got some error related to transaction, then i again tried booking from payment page and this time it got successful, but eventually it is showing the date as 9th january, i am not sure why.

                                    I have cancelled the booking since i would not be available on 9th.

                                    Since this is your system issue (That wrong date populated) and i have cancelled the booking withing less than 15 min time, i expect the full refund of my money.

                                    I contacted your call center and reported this issue too.

                                    Please process my refund at the earliest.

                                      I have booked cycle no.100329. It was just in front of weekend mall sindhudurg pune. Tried many times but it didn't get unlock at all. And app is showing as trip started. Trying to end trip and it is not getting end. Sent 2-3 emails to zoom car support but no response. Zoom car is sending message to drop a cycle but i didn't use that cycle as it was not getting unlocked. Kindly provide customer care number. It is continuously charging money. It has become more than 10 rs. And still the ride is not ending
