I was not able to end the trip... I tried for almost 1 hour but error was coming as timeout. I rented around 5:35 p and returned to pedl station at 6:25p within 1 hour but my trip was not ending. Error coming as lock the bike which i already did and few times timeout retry. I do not want my account to be overcharged. Please solve this asap. My account is continuously being charged every 30 mins.

    My husband had booked the pedl bicycle 101188 today morning however after finishing the trip he locked the cycle but not able to end the trip. It is giving request timeout error. There no customer service number available. And we are getting irritating sms's saying please return the cycle to a pedl station by 12:57 pm to avoid outstanding. Pathetic service. Please do not use this.. Be aware.

      Hi,
      I have unlocked one of pedl bicycle no -100088 but after using for half and hour when i tried to end my trip, i was not able to it showed me retry or cancel option every time i did that. Its been more than 2hrs and i dont know for how much time it will take to end trip.
      What should be done qith tthis issue.
      Look into this issue seriously, i have faced this issue before too but for less time.

        Booked cycle no. 101056. It shows on my phone that the cycle has been unlocked when it actually hasn't. I'm not able to unlock the cycle nor am i able to cancel the trip. I tried to manually unlock it but to no avail. And now it saying me to pay 200 rupees and already it took 22 rupees from my paytm account, even i couldnt send email, while trying to send mail it showing that something went wrong. Whats wrong with you guys
        And please make sure that you have a dedicated customer care number exclusively for pedl.

        Hello im vinuthan kp yesterday im use cycle number 100156 and end drop is agara govt school and lock manually in app not lock. im Cycle use duration only 20min, but kwn cycle use duration swon 23hr. Plz log out amt also increase. ASAP help me

          On 28dec'2017 at 7:30, i initiated a trip request (Pedl) on bicycle no. 102421 at daffodils society pimple saudagar pune. However, trip got started but the bicycle didn't unlock. Irony is i couldn't even end the trip even after 45 mins. Every time i try to end the trip, i'm getting a time out error. I was already charged rs.2/- eventhough i haven't used the bicycle for a single minute. Please address the issue and refund my amount.

                Yesterday evening i booked a cycle (101511) at pedl station near bus stop behind river dale. After entering the code it got unlocked but cycle lock got struck and did not open. My trip had already been started. I tried to end the trip but it kept showing 'timeout or retry'. I was being charged with 30rs. For outstanding the cycle. Today in the morning i got several messages from you to end the trip but i was not been able to do that since last evening.

                Kindly check this issue and refund my money in my paytm account.

                  Hi,

                  I took zoom car fro rent on 12-sep-2017, i travelled 20 km in city and tyre got punched (Because they are using stock tires it got busted in middle of road i struggled a lot to get tyre change in middle of airport road) i lost belief on car condition and returned back.

                  Zoom car representatives said they will do inspection on tyres with refund my amount, after seeing my account i was shocked to see that there is another 1500 outstanding amount in my zoom car account.

                  They didn't refund my amount (2225) and they are calling and asking me to pay balance amount (1500). I called so many time s and they are not responding.

                  Zoom car is looting customer money.

                    I booked a cycle 102440 stationed at my location & used it for around 15 - 20 minutes, but unable to end trip stating parking is full and end trip at some other station, which also shows the same message.                       Once again i am facing same problem...
                      I have booked pedal bicycle 101880, after trip end locked bicycle but unable to end the trip. Also, payment is deducted from paytm vallet & i am getting outstanding amount sms.
                      This is very bad & pathetic service and zoomcar have no customer care numbers.
                      Anyway, zoomcar charging money without using bicycle.
                      Further, i am not responsible for any matter about bicycle...

                        Today evening I faced an issue with cycle no. 101511. I entered the code but cycle didn't unlock or trip started.                           I made a booking at zoom car (Id: jps62owys) on 24 dec 2017. This is my 6th booking and every time i have used zoom car, the car was parked in forum mall or garuda mall (Bangalore) and there was always a zoom car executive to facilitate the pickup and drop off.
                          But this time the car was parked on a road. I had to pickup the car at 00.30 am, but because i could not find the car after searching a lot i called up zoom car and finally was able to locate the car.
                          After using the car, i dropped off the car well before 5.00 am (Which was my drop off time).
                          During the time the car was with me there was no damage done to the car.
                          After about two or three hours i got an sms that there was some damage done to the car and i have to pay rs 6000.
                          I called and raised a concern. They told they will check and get back to me.
                          After one day i got a call that they have checked and i have to pay 6000 rs.
                          I said there were some scratches on the car when i picked up, so they asked me to send photos, which i did. After seeing those pictures, they called me again and told that they have not charged for those scratches but some other ones.
                          Just because they could not arrange an executive to check the car upon drop off, which could easily avoid these kind of issues, they are asking me to pay.
                          One more interesting thing is that, forum mall is within half a kilometer of the road where this car was parked.
                          Why could not they have arranged the pickup and drop off at forum mall, where there is a designated area for zoom car and always there will be someone for inspection during drop off.

                          I request them to stop harassing the customer, revoke the charges of damages which was not caused by me and instead take more responsibility to arrange an examiner at the time of pickup and drop off.

                            Today evening i took cycle from silver space society station and parked back at nisarg society and the total time i was using that cycle was 34 minutes. At that moment the trip was ended successfully and i locked the cycle too. But after 4 hours i m getting the msg to return the cycle back and it costs me 10 rs. This was the first time i used this cycle and is very much disappointed with the service. I want to money back in paytm wallet

                              Yesterday night we faced an issue with cycle no 101396. We tried ending the trip but it kept saying this is not the pedl station even though the cycle was unlocked at the same station.                                 Today my trip for cycle no 101422 got started but i have been facing issues in unlocking the cycle. Neither it was getting locked nor the trip is ending.

                                The cycle is still locked and the trip is still on. I don’t know what should be done now.

                                  I unlocked the wrong pedl cycle by mistake and i'm not able to end my trip as it is not located near my location
                                  Cycle number 100384.

                                  I've given a complaint through email but that will take 24 hours to get back to me, and that's too late.
                                  Please help me end my trip as the amount is getting added up for every half an hour. If possible please provide a phone number through which i can inform about the same.

                                    I have unlocked the wrong cycle by mistake...100294
                                    And i m not able to lock it as its not present in any of the pedl stations near my place.
                                    The trip is running and my balance is being used.
                                    Please help asap to lock the cycle and end the trip.
                                    It has been an hour since the cycle got unlocked. There is no option to track the cycle or to contact pedl customer care by phone.

                                      At the first place it’s really hard for us to know how to react for the way we are being treated by a reputed company like zoom car.
                                      We have booked honda jazz [booking id: jps62jun5] which started on 16-dec-2017 5:00 am. We arrived at the zoom car office in thoraipaakam, chennai and after verification we were handed over a car. We checked the interiors and outers of the car before taking it up. I believe that being a company that runs car rental services across 25 cities it’s the bound duty of the company to check the car before handing it over to the customer which was ideally not done in our case. First and foremost we were asked to get the permit (We were traveling to andhra from tn) by ourselves which delayed our journey by an hour and we were tormented by the time we got it.
                                      We thought the journey will go smooth after that but we were totally downhearted when we noticed that the front left tyre wasn’t in a good condition and we had to pump up the air in both of the front tyres and the spare tyre as well. At this point of time we reached out to a folk on the garage (Thoraipakkam ofc) and he assured that the tyre can go up to 500kms being safe and sound. Having spoken to him we continued the journey.
                                      We did abide by all the rules of zoom car and while returning we noticed a spark out of our front left tyre, at this point we were forced to replace the tyre. We replaced and continued the rest of our journey only to find that spark came out the right tyre as well. By this time we reached ponnamalle, chennai and it was 12:15 am.
                                      We reached out to customer care and were pissed off since we didn’t get a proper response from them. I would like to highlight that there were female friends travelling with us and we were bothered about their security. Not even in the worst of nightmares we imagined us standing on the lane at 12: 15 am without any assistance. We were in the highway for 4+hrs without any help from the zoom cars.
                                      We were informed that the towing vehicle would come and we waited and waited and when we were affronted we received a mail stating that we can hand over the keys to nearby security person, i wonder how on earth will you guys trust a unknown security guard and ask us to leave the keys with him, but even at that point we waited till the tow vehicle came up. Instead of having a source of gratitude for us zoom car has sent out a mail to pay rs.10000, in addition to which there was a note stating that legal action would be taken if we failed to pay.
                                      We were in a call with customer care persons who assured that the amount paid for the remaining hours, state permit charge & fuel charge would be refunded. They told us that we can opt a taxi for drop out of which first 50 km would be free and the amount for the taxi would be refunded.
                                      Here we haven’t received any refunds instead charged with rs.10000 as damage charges. After reducing the permit and fuel charges we are requested to pay rs.6400. Meanwhile taxi charges haven't taken into account.
                                      Not giving a thorough check up while handing the car was a mistake which totally zoom car has to take up. We need our refund amount that we spent for state permit, fuel & taxi charges.
                                      We had such a bad experience with zoom car that we definitely won’t recommend zoom car to our buddies.

                                      We did check the above issue and we understand your disappointment here. Kindly note, we do follow a strict protocol in ensuring that the vehicles are well maintained and is double checked before the vehicle handover.

                                      Upon checking, we see that the vehicle was provided in good condition. As there was an impact in under chassis during your reservation, the steering link rod got damaged and the wheel alignment was changed. Due to which the tyers has worn out by one side.

                                      As you have damaged the vehicle the charges are levied for the same and we regret to inform that we will be unable to reverse/alter the same.

                                      Appreciate your understanding in this regard.

                                      As mentioned by you, you have given double checked vehicle then may I know why the tyres got worn out? Please clarify with your professionals before telling the blame on the customer.

                                      Alignment may change when we ride the car with uneven tyres. The tyres without grip (even after double check) may also lead to change in alignment.

                                      The ultimate root cause for this damage is worst tyre given to us and you made us as the victim of your fault. We are clear, that we adhere to all road rules and followed the Zoom car instruction.

                                      When we noticed the tyre condition was bad, we have informed the Zoom car garage person (Thoraipakkam, Chennai) by morning 10:00 AM. As he told the tyre will go more than 400Km, we continued your journey. Also before taking Andhra Pradesh state permit we called him and got the confirmation aswell.

                                      Please ensure your flaw process once again and refund us all the refundable amount (2900(permit) + 700(fuel) + 530(cab) = INR 4130) which we requested already.

                                      We are not liable to pay for this damage as there are glitches in your maintenance process.

                                      Please do the needful for our refund and put an end to it.
