I have started a trip on pedl.in. I have scanned the barcode but the trip didnt start because cycle dint unlock and my money is being on hold and i am not able to end trip. Please help. I am getting error on ending trip. Attached is the screenshot of the same. Please help me resolve this issue. I am not able to get zoomcar complaint no. Anywhere on google.

    Today i have scanned code of cycle 102145 near seasons appartments, aundh pune around 4.30 pm and tried to unlock cycle but was not able to unlock it. Same time i am also not able to end the trip. I am in trouble that not able to use cycle or not able to end the trip. Please help me to resolve this issue.

    Now cycle is on my name and payment is increasing but not able to end the trip

      Today i have scan code of cycle 102529 near shiv sai vishwa society, pune at 11:58 morning and try to unlock cycle but not able to unlock it. Same time i am also not able to end the trip.         Hi,

        I have tried pedl cycle yesterday and the cycle has could not unlock and my trip start, since from that time it's 24 hrs my balance is debeting from my paytm wallet.

        Till now have paid 46 rs but could not able to end trip even i have not use the cycle.

        The green indicator of cycle is also not active.

        Request you to please end the trip and refund my money.

          I took my zoom car on 20-jan-2018. I handed over the car three hours before the time of trip ended. While handed over the car there were small scratches at front due to road side dry plant for which zoom car charged me 5000.. I never like to pay this money.. Small paint scratches reasonable for indian road conditions and this should be taken care by zoom car only.

          While i took the car there was another dent patch was there. Zoom car had given me car with already damages were in place. This is unfair collecting 5000 for every small scratches on the car. No accident and no impact. Only small scratches reasonablyshould be taken care by you.

            I booked the car on 18th of january.. First of all the pick procedure was horrible and complex too there was no person incharge so there were no handover of keys instead we need to unlock via our app... The procedure was time consuming in which i lost my half hr if the time limit... Everything was well and good then... I dropped off the car on time and within the limit of kms... The prob i face there after was they blamed me for accidental damage and said i have an outstanding amount of rs 1000... Iam a good driver and and old customer of zoom car... I never faced with this kind of issue... I call the customer care 2-3 times they just used to say that they will register the complain.. If i have done and accident will surely pay but if i haven't then why should we pay... There should be person incharge to check the cars condition before and after the journey but surprisingly there was no one and i myself have to unlock the car... This was really not expected from zoom car if i haven't done anything wrong then i won't even pay after all let it be 1000 or rs1 if iam not wrong i won't pay even a single rupee... Moreover the customer care people are harsh too... I ssly won't advise anyone to book cars from such a company it's really very disappointing that such a treatment is given to their old customers... I won't pay a single rupee. Hope this is taken into consideration. Thank you.

              Our car broke down in middle of the highway on the way back to bangalore.
              We called the zoom car assistant for the help, but even after the 4 hours of verbal discussion between the customer care personal, insurance company and us, we received no solution but only one assurance that we will get the refund because we had around 400 km left to complete our trip.

              Zoomcar customer care didn't give any assistant on how we will reach back to bangalore and we managed it by ourself. We went to coimbatore in toeing car and then after we took bus back to bangalore, which costs us another 7000 rs, which zoomcar personal promised to refunded.

              Now instead of working on case of my refund, zoomcar is sending the legal notice to me for not paying the 10, 000 rs for the breakdown.

              That breakdown is not our fault, zoom car didn't do the maintenance check before handing over the car to us. The clutch over driven damage which was mentioned in the mail cannot happen because of the driving, it can only happen because lack of maintenance.

              I have taken the video and pictures of the car when it got breakdown, which totally shows that no physical damage happened to the car. All fuss happened because of engine's internal issue, which was supposed to be checked by zoom car before handing over the car.

              I only request you to check the case again, and settle down my refund which was promised.

              And no mail id provided for documenting the communication.

              I have paid the 23 K for the 1100 KM, as Now car got breakdown at 800 KM, what about other 400 KM charges.
              and what to do mean by "damage was caused during your reservation", obviously all this happen in during my reservation that's why i am writing to you.

              And your team reached us but didn't have proper explanation of damage and settlement.

              Please share the email ID for raising the Complaint ticket.
              Need to document every communication for the legal proceeding .

                Jps62lx4u is my booking id. While driving just the glass of tail light got broken and these frauds charged me 8000 bucks for such minor damage which could be repaired in 2000. Do not book a zoomcar at all. They don’t value good customer relationships, they just want to loot. Plus the customer care is a robot. They are just sorry but they won’t charge you reasonably!

                  I started trip at 20:25 on 19/01/2018 and took a break at a coffee shop by locking the cycle. After that (About 44mins of trip duration), i was neither able to unlock the cycle nor able to end the trip. The cycle was locked and hence i could not take it anywhere. Your customer support is not available on phone and that's a terrible disappointment considering customers may face such issues and may lead to an emergency. I had dropped an email using the customer support link on zoomcar.com at 21:20. Even now, my trip is still going on. Please end my trip and arrange a appropriate refund.

                        After completing the booking while handing over the car they said I have made a scratch in the car.. during my drive I knew I have not bumped my car anywhere... they were corrupt and asked for 6000 rs cash to sort the matter.. when I said I will talk to zoomcar he started saying don’t talk to them, I will give you discount... he was encouraging corruption..they took the picture of my female friends who were with me... when I talked to zoomcar customer service they sent the images to the scratched car and updated the charge of 4000... he took my driving license without any proof that he is keeping it for no reason... the scratch in the car was from earlier and he is false claiming of the scratch in the car... zoomcar support is ridiculous... help me plzz... I will never book a car from zoomcar now... tell them to return my driving license...

                          I tried to unlock a cycle that was available near my place. The cycle didn't unlock but the timer started running. I have registered 2 complaints right after this and till now no one has contacted me to resolve this issue. It has been three days and still the timer is running in my account.

                          I am unable to check my cycle number on the website because it asking me to pay the additional amount.

                          Nothing has been done till now, not a single person had contacted me regarding this. It has been more than 45 days since I gave this complaint. My trip ended after seven days and I have an outstanding bill of Rs. 300 for the trip which I never took.

                            I am vishal h, student of iit madras. I have taken the pedl cycle with id 100077 on 18th jan 2018 inside the iit campus. I am unable to end the trip because the pop continuously keeps saying park the cycle in nearby pedl station despite me having parked it in a pedl station (Tapti hostel iitm). The cycle which i rode (100077) is not even in the original place (Tapti hostel), so there's no chance that i could find that cycle. I used the cycle only for 44 minutes which means i should be charged 2 rupees but pedl simply keeps charging me continuously. So please fix this issue as soon as possible.

                              'i was promised to refund of rupees 1500 towards state tax paid for a quarter. I still don't see that getting credited.                                 this is really disappointing me that what for i have been charged, if there is a delay in drop time then fine im ready to pay for it but i think its very huge amount for delay (i dropped vehicle on time).
                                and is it about any vehicle damage or something let me tell you that i have taken few images during pick up you may have a look and you will get to no the condition of the vehicle which was not described in app, as i was running short of time so not able to take full car images by this a one sided images would show the condition of it.
                                and more over the vehicle where it has been parked was in busy street which has small road.
                                for your refernce iam uploading few images of the vehicle at the time of pickup.

                                i have already replied for ur mail([protected]@zoomcar.com) 3times regarding the issue i have not received any respone from ur side.

                                  Actually, one of friend suggest to book the car in zoomcar (Booking details: # jps62l6d1). As i returned form usa and i used to drive a car with automatic transmission instead of manual. So, i selected the automatic car and booked for 4 days but when i reached to pick up location the car was very small and i didn't not know that it was an electric car (Full charge gives 100km and for charging should wait for 6 hours). Even, zoomcar employee suggest not to take electric car as there no charging station near by city.

                                  So, i contacted the zoomcar customer care to modify the car type but there keep on saying same policies that after booking started they won't modify the car or refund even single rupees. I kindly request zoomcar to modify car type and i can use it. I don't wanna waste 12k rupees because of one issue which i don't know at all.

                                    Hello, this ia extremely urgent. I am using pedl service in Aundh, Pune. My cycle number is 101599.. I unclocked the cycle and my trip started since morning 8.30 am. And the cycle wasnt unlocked. I tried ending the trip but im unable to end the trip. Please help this is urgent. It been 8 hrs unable to end the trip. Please end the trip and refund my money back. And the most annoying fact is you dont have an instant helpline number service, in such discrepancies and emergency situations.

                                    Hi, I was using cycle 102482 in Shivajinagar area, sambhaji park pune and stopped at a shop where it was stolen. I am not able to track the cycle and i have been charged 30rs since morning 8am. Also i am not able to end the trip. Please track the cycle no 102482 and let me know the location so that i can personally visit the place and bring it back to the pedl station.

                                    Hi, Its was my first experience with PEDL and was really a bad experience as i unlock the cycle no 3239391 on 14th oct 12:49 AM and still its not over as I choose END trip at around 12:48AM its self, And still its showing please end trip and there is some pop-up over there..please check in the screen shot attached below and refund my money back asap. It was really a bad experience with PEDL.

                                    It was my first trip with PEDL. Yesterday night @10.00 pm i tired to unlock the cycle but cycle was not unlocked that time at that time Rs.36 was deducted.I was unable to get the cycle because its lock was not opened, but is showing that cycle is in use and amount is continuously deducting till right now..still it is not over after pressing end trip. Please end my trip. My cycle no. is 3167709.It was really a very bad experience.

                                    I started my trip in the morning and parked the cycle within 10 minutes on a Pedl station ouside Dr. Lal Path Labs in Viman Nagar.
                                    I tried to end the trip but it is not ending. It is asking to extend the trip and not even getting unlocked!!

                                    The bill has already gone to 246₹ which should have been 3₹ if the situation or support could have been better.
                                    I couldn't even find any Customer care/support number!!

                                      escalation regarding fuel reimbursement

                                      Its regarding my booking ref no jps6txvxz. The fuel refund amount is still pending from last 20 days however in app its showing rs 2200 refund amount settled for my completed booking. However i am not yet received the same.

                                      Everytime i mail you, its telling that would be settled soon. I am really frustrated regarding the same.

                                      How long it will take and which account it would be refunded? Is the credit card account...

                                      I booked the cycle in the morning with PEDL.
                                      Cycle number : 101296.

                                      It came as ride started but lock did not open. I could not even move the cycle from the stand

                                      From my meter is running and amount is getting deducted from my Paytm.

                                      Please resolve this at the earliest as amount is getting deducted.

                                      And kindly refund the deducted. You can check the same by using cycle's GPS.

                                      Will be posting the same on other social media sites if not resolved.This is my first booking and very bad experience
