Order undelivered

I had to reschedule the delivery as I was unavailable at the time and it did not reach me the next day. The executive called and asked for delivery code, after which I received a text wrongly accusing me of refusing to accept the order. Tracker shows it is locked in RTO.
Kindly assign another delivery executive to make the delivery at the earliest.

Payment Deducted but order not placed

Chosen Amazon pay and the payment is successful but order is not confirmed Message shown that Zoom In App facing some issues. Please refund the amount.

Couldn't find any customer care numbers in the Zoom in web /app. Though found some numbers as Zoom in customer care they are not working.

Refund not received by zoomcar

Booking id JPS6NKIAH. Refund not received it had been 6 months now. what service are you providing? You have again released a 50% discount offer still you're not able to refund the amount....

Payment Deducted Order not confirmed

Sir, I'm Anurag Bhardwaj new user of Zoomin App. Few minutes ago, I placed an order for square prints from Zoomin App & paid 116 rs via AMAZON PAY. The payment is done & showing successful in AMAZON PAY & amount is debited from My Bank Account while Zoomin App is still showing my order as pending and awaiting payment confirmation...
They are saying me to pay again & still showing order not confirmed...

Sir please Help...

Regarding my undelivered package after being out for delivery

The order is out for delivery since 16/01/2021 and the delivery guy has not called me even once .Adding to that they always show wrong status on the website like "customer out of town", "customer refused to take the package"!
I have been contacting customer care since 4-5 days then also no action has been taken yet, now the status is showing ofd locked ..now they are not even attempting delivery.
Kindly look into the matter...

Regarding my undelivered package

Address:Zoomin Head Office Address: Jetha Compoud Rd, Dhaku Prabhuchi Wadi, Byculla East, Mazgaon, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400027

They do not have a proper support system..and the delivery company that they choose our the worst.My package should be delivered by ecomExpress uptil now but no proper status is known for my package .
When I contact them they are like we are contacting delivery ppl and get back to you, Its been 5 days but no results from their side .
This is the last time I am ordering anything from ZoomIn ..i recoomend ppl to not go with ZoomIn..because...

Zoomcar Refund harassment

Have made a booking with zoomcar for car rental on 21st September 2020 with booking ID JPS6NE341 but cancelled it due to some reasons. An amount of Rs 850 is due to be refund by the company but has not been refunded till date i.e 13th January 2021.The customer support numbers are not at all working and there's no response for he emails sent. Kindly take appropriate action against the company as the company is trying to deliberately dupe customers....

I want my money back

On 27 December 2020 I order photo album of ₹133.62 by mistake I give wrong phone number because of that otp is send to that number so I didn't get an otp and delivery boy say otp is necessary and he cancel my order but I didn't get my money back...

Not delivered

My order is not delivered yet. During tracking it's showing its return back. I did not get any call for logistics service. I tried to rach them. But no response my order no is zo-184840A45A.
I took exprey delvery. After paying extra also not getting service...

Shipping and delivery related

Dear Team,

I placed an order on 14th Dec, while i was placing they showed the delivery date as 19th Dec and i paid a extra money for express shipping. But today is 21st and the item is not even reached close to my delivery city.

Their shipping partner(Ecom Express-Tracking ID:[protected]) didn't started the shipping till 19th December(which is actual delivery date) even though they got the item on 16th December....

Order ID :ZO[protected], I have ordered calender and was supposed to be deliver on 28 Nov still not been done:
Ecom express tracking ID :[protected]. The courier person has given update as I am unavailable wherein I was there in bank till 7 pm. Its wrong update given. After that continuously I am following up with zoomin and ecom express but both of them are least interested in parcel delivery....

Refund has not yet been processed

Hi zoomcar has not refunded yet and its been more than a month. There is no way to contact them and no replies to the emails also. They have pathetic customer support. I have finished my bookimg on 20th nov and still waiting on refund there has been no support from there side....

I had ordered on 17th of November and the estimated delivery date was between 20-23 nov
The status Of my order is in printing for the past 7 days
I had to gift it to someone on 26th
I have been mailing you people for the past 3 days that ship my order on priority but I get the same reply every day that u are sorry for the delay and I will be intimated when the order is shipped...

Unable to contact zoomcar and my refund is pending since 3 months

Hi,
I'm unable to contact zoom car and my refund is stuck since 3 month's.
They have designed customer support in such a way that only accident can be reported.
I have been dropped several emails and didn't get any response.
