    Zoomcar cheating customers by not refunding money for cancelled bookings

    I have made booking with zoomcar with booking Id:JPS695UGX from Dec 26 till 31st Dec 2021 with mobile no:[protected], email: kirankumar.[protected]@gmail.com. Somehow zoom car team failed to arrange the car in time and said that I will be refunded the full amount of Rs.10, 798.00 on the same day, ie., On 26th dec 2021. It has been 14days till now and they have not any refund to my account. It is very pathetic that they don't have proper channel...

      I ordered a calendar with family pics from zoom in India on 2/01/2022
      In my mail shows it delivered on 9th January to 11th January. I track my order now in their website. It shows already delivered to home. And I can't receive any courier and call from any courier service. I didn't face this problem from any online store till now. Zoomin is fraud ? Please help to get my family pictures with calendar

          Hi All,
          This is regarding Booking#JPS69PQK5. I have given my car in a very good condition but it was returned in a very pathetic condition. Below are issues:
          1- First of all there is tampering with initial reading of car which was 60557 but updated to 60600 by customer (Arjun). Images are uploaded before and after in ticket#597154.
          2- When car was returned it was in pathetic condition and reading was 60603 but reported was 60740 which is wrong. Images are again uploaded in ticket#597154 and 600170.
          3- Fuel was also not present on return of my car though it was 53% on giving the car and when it was returned it was only 10%.
          4- After returning the vehicle in the morning (Monday December 6) I noticed that vehicle is not moving as I am not able to put gears on vehicle and also there is lot of noise because of silencer issue. So called Zoom Customer care and told them all these things and immediately opened ticket#597338 to get my car Repaired of these two issues. But no body listen to me after following up for 4 days I got called and they told me that it is maintenance issue so cannot be repaired. So I have sent it for repairing to service centre.
          5- Service centre guy told me that there are multiple warnings in this likewise ABS Warning, Steering warning etc. and we need to do scanning of the car. Images are uploaded showing all warnings.
          6- After scanning he found out that there is error ‘Front wheel speed censor open’ which means that they were replaced and so he has put on another censor.
          7- Similarly there was issue with steering censor also and it was also repaired.
          Finally that client (Arjun) has theft censors and fuel from my car and ruined clutch cylinder and silencer (need to be repaired). I am attaching the total bill which I have paid and requesting the zoom to pay me that amount in next invoice cycle.
          If you are not fine with this then please remove the tracking device from my car and I do not want to get associated with Zoom anymore.
          So I want my amount of 8000/- from Zoomcar.

            I didn't receive the order yet after paying extra for express delivery. I ordered the album on 5th Dec. Their transit system is too slow. Their service is total ###. I'm very disappointed with them for this.

                  I ordered some photos with this ZOOMIN application.It was to arrive on 7th of December but has not arrived yet.Package is misrouted twice.There is no valid customer care number available so that one can atleast solve queries.

                    I've ordered a soft photobook whose payment is also done and delivery was in transit . But now it's showing as delivered but I haven't received any delivery yet. I have ordered this to gift someone. I don't know what to do now.

                      I placed order on 16th November while opting in express delivery that charges 30 ₹ extra. They claimed the delivery will take 3-5 days and that time has passed and the order is no where near to being delivered.

                      They are false advertising and misleading the consumers. They must be held against this in the court

                        I don't understand when will i receive my order its been more than 15 days delay since now and i have no information from your side. There is no contact information too where should i call?
                        And there is update of order status and it just not coming without any reason.
                        And why on the earth my order is not coming. I want my refund back within 12 hrs ASAP!!

                                I ordered an 8" x 10" framed print Orange on October 29, 2021. I had requested express shipping paying Rs. 30 extra. When I tried to know my "Track Order status it is given by the Ecom Express courier that my order is still in transit and it is kept on hold in Chennai and I have been requested to contact the customer care, estimated delivery date is given as 2nd November 2021. I do not know the customer care number. Please help me. My order ID is given as ZO[protected]. I talked to the customer care executive and he told me to wait for another 72 hours

                                  I already paid amount rs 420.36.
                                  But order status cancelled. I contact 4th November via email and say's contact me 12 to 24 hr but not contact me. My request no #886499.

                                    I ordered the product on 17th October with express shipping option and it was about to be delivered on 22nd . It is 30th today and I haven't received it. And it was out for delivery on 27th 28th but i never received it. DELHIVERY were the delivery partner. Instead of repeated tweets, mails they haven't delivered the product yet. Order ID - ZO[protected]. It is now saying that it is being returned for security purpose. I don't know what harm a photo album can cause to anyone. They are the worst. I read many reviews and they have defrauded many people. They are not at all a good company. Kindly refrain from placing an order to them.

                                      Hi Team,

                                      On 8th October 21, I booked a car from Zoomcar (Booking ID: JPS69HUN5)and paid a sum of 14860/- for 10 days.On the same day I logged a complaint to Zoomcar that the car which is given to me has multiple issues. Issue are:
                                      1. Multiple punctures in the car (Count is 15. Even stepney of the car had multiple punctures)
                                      2. The entire AC tank had multiple leakages. On showing the car to Mechanic he has mentioned that the AC tank has been completely broken.
                                      3. Zoomcar tells that there are 32 sanitization points which are done before handing over the car. Please find the images of the car. I had to get the car cleaned myself as there were used plates and spoons kept in the car.

                                      I have informed Zoomcar multiple times regarding all these issues and kept saying that they will refund my money after checking the car. Nobody turned up to take the car after multiple calls and eventually their executives came to collect the car. After seeing the car they themselves mentioned that this car should not be on road. Zoomcar just refunded me 2000/- which doesn't even make sense.
                                      My families life was in danger as I was travelling with my parents who are senior citizens. I had to drive that car in Bangalore rains with punctures and with AC not working. Zoomcar people have called my mechanic and my mechanic also mentioned the numerous problems the car had. Even after that they didn't refund my money.
                                      Now Zoomcar has stopped replying to my emails and calls. This is not fair on any customer. I paid huge amount of money for this car which I didnt even drive and paid extra money to get the car fixed. I have knocked all possible doors but I am not getting any resolution for this.

                                      I sincerely request authorities to take action on this company as our lives are in danger. I still believe I will get justice but would need your support.
